Perhaps because I had just had pad Thai at amay kitchen I was very let down.. the sushi and clear soup were almost as good as Kroger sushi but not quite.. I never give bad reviews but can’t really say anything good about the meal…

This is my favorite place to get sushi. The most recent visit I tried the Moon Fire and Black Panther rolls. Both were incredible the moon fire came to the table on fire and was delicious. The black panther was unlike any sushi I've eaten before the spicy scallops had some good spicy kick, especially the end pieces. I'm always impressed with Nori and happily drive the near hour to enjoy their great food. Nori has some great modern decor and great service. I look forward to my next visit.

Unbelievable! We did the research and it was accurate. We are from out of town and wanted the best 👌 👍 and we found it! We will be back when in town. If you are not sure, Just go in.

The appetizer sampler was fresh and prepared perfectly. We did bento boxes with chicken teriyaki and the chicken katsu. The sauces were so good.

Nori has become our go to sushi spot. Not only is all of the food we’ve tried absolutely delicious, but they do an amazing job with gluten intolerances. They make adjustments to rolls and the bento boxes which gives someone with a gluten intolerance so many options. Also the team that works here is absolutely amazing!

Brought my family because I had been there months ago with a friend and it was amazing. Unfortunately, this time, the food was very different: The chicken tasted freezer-burned, and some of the noodles were too gooey (overcooked). Most of the food was good though, according to my family.

The sushi was absolutely AMAZING. I’ve eaten sushi at nearly every spot here in Fort Wayne and I rank this spot No. 1. I’m just sad I haven’t tried it sooner! We ordered the Moon Roll (forgot the name, just know it has “moon” in its title, Specialty roll), Mama roll and Spicy Tuna Roll. The Moon and Spicy Tuna were the favorites. The only reason I ranked service at a 4 was because it did take a while for the food to come out and it wasn’t all that busy at the time we went. We will definitely be back again!

Great price on the Sunday special. The Dupont roll tates too much like mayonnaise for me. Philadelphia rolls has a great smoked flavor. Spicy tuna and Alaskan rolls were ok. Miso soup was excellent. Great service and atmosphere.

The food was so good - the steak tender and flavorful, the vegetables tender crisp, the soup warm and tasty. A bit expensive but worth the trip for a celebration.

My order was delivered through DD. I ordered the steak hibachi med rare. I fed it to my dog because not only was it not med rare but so hard I couldn’t eat it. It was difficult even with a steak knife. My dog even had a hard time eating it. I also ordered crab ragoons. Was supposed to receive 8. Only received 5. I will never order again.

Food was fantastic, but beyond that our server was super attentive and friendly. I also forgot our receipt at the restaurant, which I need for work, and on the phone they were incredibly helpful and considerate, looked up the order and offered even to text it to me vs having to go back to the store. That alone will make me come back!

I also have dietary restrictions and they proactively asked me about them, made recommendations, and made it an overall very pleasant experience.

Food was great! good quality large portions couldn't finish. I loved the modern yet slightly understated atmosphere, the tables were great. If I had one thing to complain about it would be I was served strawberry negori sake. I prefer plain which they didn't offer. the menu mentions lychee flavor which would have been ok.

I love the food at Nori. More so than other Japanese restaurants in town. I do, however, feel as though I could give a suggestion. If I’m ordering takeout online and I choose the curbside delivery option, my food should not be sitting around until I finally decide to go into the restaurant wondering what the hold up is. My phone number was listed on the order, so the least that could have been done if it wasn’t going to be brought out to my car would be to call the number on the order. Instead, it sat out to become cold. I made sure to tip on the order, but there was no service actually being done like was offered (other than the chefs). It’s not like this will stop me from coming to Nori, but I now know that some of the service offered via online ordering is not actually provided.

This is a very delicious restaurant and they have very good sushi. The service attitude here is very good. Since I can't eat it raw, the friendly waiter recommended some deli sushi. I ate very happy!

If you're looking for perfection in your Asian Quisine, YOU MUST TRY NOTI ASIAN FUSION EATING ESTABLISHMENT!
It truely is a restaurant you'd want to visit repeatedly and to write home about!
Immediatly, I noticed the exceptionally quiet open area. You could hear a pin drop! I like quiet when eating out, the kind of quiet that promotes quiet conversation wo/ having to yell over the background noise. Something I dislike immensly at other eating facilities I've patronized.

The staff was prompt, infomational, accurate & polite.

The food was excellent. The crispy calimarie & the ginger rice & veggies is a must. The Hibachie Chicken was excellent.
Pricing is tollerable, but just a tad pricey by comparison.
However, considering the quality you get, it's easy to overlook.
This is my 2nd visit. I had Pork Panang during my 1st visit. It was also excellent.

The establishment is clean as a whistle.

The overall review of 4.6/4.7 outa 5 is right on!
My only recomendation would be some additional Asian decore, hence my 4.7 rating.

Loved Nori. We had Thai, Pineapple fried rice, and Sushi. The fried rice was served in half a pineapple...very cool and delicious. The sushi was fresh and also delicious!

When it comes to Asian Fusion type cuisine (in this case, Japanese and Thai), I can't recommend Nori enough. Excellent sushi, consistent results every time, easily the best calamari in town, and great chicken katsu. Will continue coming back!

The starter = Miso soup is exactly how I expected. Bento boxes were also just as I expected. The rolls were great (great as they melt in your mouth). I tried Spicy Tuna, Spicy Salmon(?!), California, and Philadelphia, and liked all of them. Hibachi special with steak was great as well. I feel that $13~14 for lunch specials worth every penny. I also tried Drunken Noodle (This is actually a Thai dish; and it was great as well.) I will definately visit again soon.

This is a hidden gem tucked among a strip of other businesses. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but as you step in, it's expansive. Decorated with simple elegance. Clean. The service was top-notch. The food we had was stellar! Dumplings, sushi roll, sashimi, and penang curry. All were fresh and delicious!! We will definitely be back for more!

Ordered tempura shrimp, I got 4 breaded shrimp, the kind you get from Costco's, Kirkland brand. Mostly breading with a thin piece of shrimp in the center. Got the soup. turned out to be a bowl of water with five floating pieces of onion. I got a small bowl of ginger sauce for the shrimp. It had about a teaspoon of sauce in it. Had to ask for a second one. If you advertise tempura, go ahead and serve it. This restaurant could be a good one if someone cared about the food served and not how much they could save if they cut a few corners, thinking "No one will notice"

Went here for a date on my birthday, and it was amazing. We ordered the love boat and did NOT expect to get an actual boat with sushi on it, and it was beyond amazing in presentation. I've gone to culinary school and what we were served was legitimately professional-level decor, and the serving sizes were great for the price. The wasabi was a little weak but everything else was so good that we didn't even care.

Also, the mango guava cheesecake was INSANELY good.

My only complaint is that the server asked me how spicy I wanted my food and I picked 4/5 spicy. Honestly it was pretty mild so I don’t know if that means I have a high tolerance or he has a weak one. I went here with my grandma and even she agreed it wasn’t very hot. Either way the 5/5 spicy has better flavor.

The workers are always so nice. I love the hiroshima roll and the drunken noodles. You get a big portion for the noodles there.

Food was delicious. Jalapeno roll was good but not spicy at all. Bento box was a good deal. Was disappointed with the amount of shrimp given especially since there was an upcharge for shrimp. It was not busy, atmosphere was quiet and calm with popular jazzy tunes. Waiter took quite a while to bring us our check after we were obviously done. Overall I would eat here again!

This restaurant is Asian fusion. I guess I went in expecting it to be similar to a place we have at home on South Bend, it was not! The food wasn't very good, it didn't have good sized portions and we were sorely disappointed. Service was nice and they did have bottled water. The only good thing was the service. Drunken noodles and hibachi steak was sub par. The sushi was cut so thin the filling fell out of every piece I picked up. Just wasn't very good and I would not recommend.

Salmon and tuna were as good as it gets in Fort Wayne. Miso soup could have used a little more tofu and seaweed, but the miso taste was spot on. My wife liked the bento box with chicken teriyaki. The tea was awesome, too. We will be back.

My girlfriend and I ate here for the first time 03_25_23. I ordered the Hiroshima Roll. My girlfriend ordered Tom Yum Soup it is a tomato based Tom Yum. She did not like it. Waitress did take it off our bill. That was very kind. Overall we liked the visit. I would recommend the Rolls on the very back of the menu and appetizer Shrimp Tempura absolutely delicious.👍👍👍👍😁😁😁😁. I read that the service was great but that is an understatement. This place is so attentive. We had bento boxes, green curry and an American Dream roll. The hibachi was very good. We all agreed it was cooked perfectly. The curry was enormous- and delicious. Everyone liked the roll. The atmosphere was very nice. It is very comfortable but looks very upscale. We almost all got boxes so the servings are generous.
