Food and service were excellent. My only issue was the atmosphere. First, it was so cold inside that I had to wear my coat and I am a hot natured person. If I’m cold I know others have to be cold. Second, the music was too loud making it hard to have a conversation.

Loved the food- we had a mango curry- it was our first time trying it. And it is easily one of the best curries I have had. The quality was amazing, loved the texture of tofu. Service was amazing too!

My family comes here for almost every birthday or holiday dinner as they can always accommodate us and provide very fast and attentive service to such a large group! Food is always delicious, portions are huge and well worth the prices. We have never had something we don’t like. Flavors are always impeccable. Staff is wonderful and friendly. Atmosphere is always clean and professional. Even the drinks and desserts are perfection!

Do not under any circumstances get the Bangkok Kitchen Sampler. It's a platter of apps that are all fried and tasteless, Long John Silvers has more flavor. Don't get me wrong, clean oil, clean batter on the food. But it had zero taste. Got the $20+ sampler in an attempt to introduce my fiancée to Thai food for this first time. Needless to say, we unfortunately won't be back. I highly reccomend changing your sampler for first time customers who are trying Thai food, to something that has at least a modicum of flavor.

A little more highscale feeling without breaking the bank. I love Thai food and have tried almost every Thai restaurant across Plainfield and Avon. This place is my repeat place I keep coming back to. Their curry and Thai tea is delicious! My husband says the fried rice here is the best he's ever had and continues to get an order to go everytime we come. They also have a very decent wine assortment! If you're looking for good Thai food and a good date night this is your place. My recommendation is the panang curry..

I eat here every so often and the food is always great and the staff are always so nice! ☺️ I love the dumplings! The lemongrass soup and atmosphere of the whole restaurant is quite nice! 😊

Service wasn't friendly my wife ordered Hawaiian rice came without the half pineapple menu clearly shows a half pineapple and she forgot my liquor i order rice seemed sticky just i ordered chicken and shrimp wich became mushy once he poured the sauce all over it I hope they make it wright.

Always love the food here, however service was quite lacking this time. Server was rude & rushed us which was very inappropriate. AllI can say is Chef saved the night! Better luck next time, maybe have more staff on a weekend night?

Ooooooooo both are good but this coconut soup is one of the best things I’ve ever tasted!! I will be a regular customer since I live so close to this place. Great service. Online ordering is easy! Great food.

I had never tried drunken noodles before, but these were amazing. I loved that you could customize the heat level on literally every dish. For someone like me who can't tolerate a lot of spice, it was much appreciated. The food was so good! I would make the over 2 hour trip to Avon just to go back to this restaurant!

I stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was served.

The manager or owner made sure my 12 month old baby had a good meal and ice cream and was very nice. He only charged my son $1 for the soup and ice cream when he could easily have marked it up.

The food my wife and I ate was absolutely delicious and tasted VERY fresh. I can't speak high enough praise of my experience and look forward to returning.

Tried this place for lunch to go. Not treated very warmly. Ordered a lunch special which should include salad and soup. They only gave me the entree and told me salad and soup was not included if you take this meal to go. I told them I paid the full price and asked for at least the salad. Felt like they just wanted me to go. Horrible.

My wife and I love Thai food. We went here as part of our anniversary. The atmosphere was more romantic than most, and the food was delightful. Don't be intimated by the small store front. We will definitely go there again when in town.

Delicious, fast, very spicy. I ordered a medium (the second of five spice levels) and was right at my threshold of too hot to be enjoyable, but now I know for next time. I went at lunchtime and there are a good amount of options without being overwhelming, and everything has a description with what's in it. Also, it looks like most of the lunch menu can be made vegan by switching the protein to tofu, but plant eaters beware: the soup uses chicken broth and the salad has a mayo based dressing.

Nothing beats the lemongrass soup (hot) in my opinion, so good! Pad Thai + Thai Fried Rice is equally delicious. Large portions, feeds my family of 3 and still have leftovers. Highly recommend!

The heart shaped white rice is fun. The atmosphere here changes with the seasons and they do a great job making things nice in the restaurant. Real cloth napkins and very clean.

First let me say I stood at the door for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. The first table I was lead to wasn’t clean at all. There was only one server which made the waiting time even longer. My food did come out hot was plated very nicely. I would go back to give a second chance on service.

Best Yellow Curry I have had. It's sooo silky smooth. I would lick my bowl clean if I wasn't in public.

Phenomenal food with great portions. Every dish I've had here has been made with fresh ingredients, warmed my insides and made me very happy.

Excellent food, nice atmosphere. The volcano chicken was amazing, my wife enjoyed the cashew chicken, the Phad Thai was average, and the orange chicken was good. Recommend Thai ice tea all around.

Just came back... another wonderful dinner. The Red Curry was delicious.

Everything about this place was great. Went to eat there twice in 10 days while visiting Avon. Will definately be going back.

This place has never failed me! Orange chicken is the best! Great waiters, speedy drink refills. Other restaurants should learn from here!

I’m trying to figure out why this place has so many good reviews. The food portions are super small but very expensive. 4 entrees for $60?!! The food is mediocre. I could’ve gone to any Thai restaurant and got better quality food. This is like the 4th restaurant in Avon I’ve tried based on the stellar reviews and it was absolutely not worth it! Do these people pay for good reviews?

Pad Thai is always delicious and the sweet sticky rice with mango had me and my gf fighting a battle to the death for the last bite. I won of course and she will be missed. Heavily recommend anyone to visit this restaurant.

This was my go to place for the last 3-4 years although it's been about 4-5 months ago since my last visit. I love their orange chicken. On the visit a few months ago we dined in. It was hands down the best I ever had.
Today it was incredibly gross. It was all breading. A few pieces had little chunks of chicken. 3 of them has gross hard chicken inside, I don't even know how to describe the crunch I experienced. There was barely any sauce on it and no spice (I requested medium to hot). $17 and some change for a horrible meal.

Place never disappoints! So good! Everything is always on point and the food is amazing!

Unfortunately my husband was extremely sick after eating here. He ate the pad kee mao with seafood combination. We wanted to try a new spot instead of our original thai place but will not be back after that awful experience.

Worst experience! Myself and dear friend ordered pineapple fried rice was told no pineapple because it cost too much??! Then order had 2 pieces of shrimp an no chicken and 2 pineapples. The server said this is the way it cames. Was not told that from beginning or would not have ordered a $16.99 dish! Are you kidding me??
Not once did either server stop in to check on our table of 2. They walked past us 5 times
The 5th time dropped to go plates that we never asked for. We had ordered same thing. Waiter charged my friend $5.00 difference than mine?? They claimed to fix her mistake but discrimated against me and kept my bill the same. $27.88 and charged her $22.88 Racist Vietnamese treat black patron different than any other patron. Boycott this restaurant. Rip off!

Orange chicken was mostly breading like a cheap Chinese place & they advertise a lower price on internet but add $2 to entrees when you pick up. Wasted almost $30 on 1 order of orange chicken & crab Rangoon. Much better places to spend $30. This place is very disappointing.

I got the lunch red curry, and while the presentation was good and the food was hot, it was too sweet. Not my thing, but if you like sweet curry then they got it. The server seemed mad to be at work lol. Kind of made me feel bad for coming in.

Pretty sure I rated this place 5 stars years ago. Not anymore. Orange chicken used to be fresh and flavorful, with very good quality chicken. Now it appears they use the same cheap frozen chicken that Chinese buffets have used for decades, small round pieces that are 80% breading. It was mushy and difficult to stab with a fork because it would fall apart since it was all breading and air. Extremely disappointing.

Also, the price relative to the amount of food you get was pretty bad before, now it's just absurd. I understand COVID/inflation is a catchall excuse for every business to jack up prices within reason, but BK seems to have not only increased prices by 30+%, they've shrunk portion sizes pretty significantly.

Spring rolls used to be 5 for $5.99, now it's 4 extremely tiny tubes for $7.99.

$14-15 for a smaller take-out container of fried rice with maybe a half dozen pieces of beef in it is laughable.

On top of all of this, they have instituted fees: a credit card fee (over $2) and a "service fee" for online orders (also over $2).

Altogether, my take out order of 3 entrees (1 being fried rice) and a single order of 4 spring "rolls" was $65. Just not practical anymore when I can get more food for half the price at any Chinese place around. It's usually just as hot and good as the Thai food at BK.

Service and food were outstanding. Had the panang curry and it was perfect. Just the right spice and flavor eas superb. Beef with broccoli was awesome as well. As was the Thai tea. Hands down one of the best Thai experiences I've had across the US. From the super friendly above and beyond service to the taste and presentation of the meal. Definitely would recommend this place.

The penang curry flavor here is insanely delicious the flavor profile is absolutely point balancing different notes of seasonings all around. Their Thai dumplings are definitely made in house and incredible. Just wow to find this place

Food is good, I gave one star but the service sucked. They only have one waitress, seems the owner's daughter or sort of. She was rude: Took away dishes without asking, without smile, and open beers without asking. I have been there 3 times over 2 years because first time she was not there, but second and third time she was. Just been there last week for my son's birthday hoping she was not working that day but she was. And her level of "being rude" remained the same. She ruined the taste of dishes and the mood. I will not go back. If you don't care about service but food, you may go.

When I’m not at my real estate office in Avon, Indiana. I love going to Bangkok Kitchen! They offer healthy, fresh, awesome Thai cuisine in a relaxed, casual atmosphere. Great for a quick lunch or evening dinner. Also includes a full bar.

This little restaurant is a must see! We had the pad Thai and orange chicken and it was fantastic. The crab Rangoon was also devine.

I was at this restourant a couple hours ago. Ordered some dish and drinks. I took sprite. It was horrible and terrible. Sprite has taste like mixe water and chlorine. I very dissopointed. And, don't order beef because you will chew it like gum.

You would not guess that you are in a tiny strip mall restaurant when you walk in here. Ambiance is gorgeous and the detail additions to the plates of food are picturesque. That is all good and well, but the food is what truly matters. And damn, it was delicious! Definitely will be returning, probably more than I would like to admit.

Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant. The waitresses are very friendly and great at recommendations. We were able to make a reservation before 6 p.m. on a Saturday evening. Party of 6 and everyone was extremely satisfied with their meals, lots of food so leftovers were taken home. Worth every penny!

My girlfriend has been to Thailand twice and I have been there once; both of us were very impressed at the level of authenticity and deliciousness seen at Bangkok Kitchen. The Red Curry, Pad Thai, and Spring Rolls were rated 5 out of 5.

Worst experience my wife and I have had. We went off the positive reviews however we had no such luck. We both found our meals to consist of low grade fatty meats and mine had an overwhelming peanut sauce. Our bill was $30+ We did NoT eat our meals. Hope your experience is better!

The food was great and the service was fine, but the entire building reeks of urinal cakes. I felt like I was eating in an airport restroom.

Pretty much some of the best Thai food I've ever had. They're good at nailing the spice level you want. Their lunch special is great--with the entree the soup, salad and roll are excellent, well-thought out components. The interior is a bit fancy and well-done. Service was very prompt and organized, and friendly though they were busy.
