My pizza came quick and handled with great care. I believe my delivery person was rich, but I’m sure everyone is great! Thanks so much!

Many people seem to get delivery.com confused with Order2Eat, Order2Eat is a local business that is pushing to thrive in a corporate world. I enjoy using their app because the drivers are professional and work hard to deliver us great service while supporting local restaurants. I appreciate their services and will continue to use them as my delivery service.

I have learned that Order2Eat doesn't hire just anybody as a corporate company would which ensures my food is being handled properly before being delivered to my door.

I recommend using this company as your delivery service. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

BEWARE!!! This is a bait and switch scam. Ordered food from a restaurant less than a half mile from my house. App showed $3.99 delivery charge. No problem. Food finally shows up 30+ minutes passed the apps range. Driver wants $16 more than the app said it was. His phone shows a $15+ tip. I told him I thought that a tip amount was optional. Nope. He calls his office and they say that since it was over $100 they automatically add that amount(it went over because of their delivery charge. To be fair, the lady did offer to negotiate down to a $10 tip on top of the delivery charge.

Again Beware. You will get shaken down on speakerphone in front of the driver and his partner on the phone to MAKE you pay.

Edit: So someone from the company responded to my review and blamed a glitch in the app. I gotta call Bull on that. The driver and his accomplice on the phone both insisted I pay a $16 tip. Eventually I was able to negotiate it down to almost $11 on top of the delivery charge (had to pay it to get him to leave). Sound like a glitch in an app or more like Strong-arm extortion?. Oh, they gave us a $5 credit. Who ever responded is either totally clueless or complicit. I'm going to guess the latter.

Would not recommend. I ordered well in advance and 22 minutes before pick up, I get a call saying they will not be able to fulfill my order due to me not placing it more than 24 hours in advance. Come to find out they had attempted multiple times to place my order over the week before and decided to wait until the last minute to tell me. I will never use this service again.

We use Order2Eat to order lunch for our office every couple of weeks. We love the variety of locally owned businesses to choose from. The staff is always nice when they deliver, the orders are always accurate and delivery is always on time!

I order here all the time my food is always fresh and hot and they accept cash and they come in a short time I definitely choose them over door dash and grub hub any day 😊

Just order doordash, grubhub, or Uber eats. They will literally take 27 years to deliver your food.

Very good and quick. Met their timeline and food was still really warm. Gentleman was very nice.

Every order through Order2Eat is in the expected timeframe, and has been a success. Great people, providing a great service!

Placed an order. Delivered to my home. When we unpacked the order (quite large) we discovered a meal was missing. Mistakes happen but there was no way to contact the driver. The number provided to seek resolution put me on hold twice for 5 minutes and just hung up on me without ever getting to speak with anyone.

This service is incredible! The food arrived quickly, it was hot, and in great condition!! Love to support a stellar local Peoria, IL business!!!

Dishonest and disgusting people! I ordered a soda with my meal for 3.50, I never received the soda so I called the customer service and was told they would bring it back out but no one ever did even after I tipped the driver 5 bucks on top of my order cost!
