I ordered orange chicken, orange beef, veggie fried rice, veggie egg rolls. The orange beef was thee most disgusting ish. Thick batter / coating with grayish meat on the inside. Orange chicken was cut up in weird small pieces, but at least it still looked like chicken. Egg rolls were small and dry. I live close this this place and will never order from them again.

I ordered beef and broccoli and the whole meal was suspects I couldn’t chew the beef and it had a weird smell too the broccoli was super over cooked and it I just felt weird about it. Never again.

Also learnt they said one time to a customer they don’t like black people

I called in to File a complaint and the lady completely disregarded what I was saying and had the nerve to tell me no one else complained today. Are you kidding me !! Will never order from here again. That orange chicken was awful. I threw it away. As you can see its dry and taste burnt and overcooked.

The food good, and they devine they shrimps, means that they had clean shrimps.

It was HAIR In my food I called Them immediately they said it wasn’t anything they can do about it and hung up on me! I Wouldn’t recommend!!!!!

The food is not good it taste old,customer service is so bad they charge you what they want then tell you price went up why doesn't your menu show that .do not go to this restuarant they treat you bad and look down on you when you are spending your hard earn money .

Terrible at answering the phone to collect orders it needs a better cashier & all around bad customer service but great food. You will call 40 times before you get a answer and some times which seems like most of the time now they barely do delivery.

Do not order from here they are racists! Called to ask if they deliver guy immediately says NO and you can hear in his voice he was lying!! So I had a co worker to call 20 mins later and yes we deliver. We not ordering from you all!! Just wanted to prove the liar he was!!

Very expensive $70 and the Orange chicken was pretty hard. Also didn’t come with anything usually when you pay over $20 you get a complementary side. Nope not this place. Not even a free egg roll with over $20 purchase. Remind you I paid $70 bucks.

Been ordering from here for nearly 10 years. My orders are usually between $75 to $100 each time. It has been upsetting for two days in a row, the restaurant claimed they were not delivering.

Even worse, they are now refusing to substitute the chicken meal in the dinner for 3 as they have done for us for years.

In the dinner for 3 is the orange chicken which does not taste very well and it's usually very hard and crunchy. Add that with the orangy flavoring is disgusting.

So, I substitute it with general chicken not spicy, which has not tasted very good lately either.

Its a shame to inconvenience your regular customers in such a way. It shows lack of appreciation for choosing your restaurant over the 1,000s of restaurants available in Chicago as long as we have.

I love the food always on time

Everything is good here and they give you nice size portions for your money. I've tried a good 10 different dishes and all of them were SPECTACULAR!

Can’t say much for the actual taste of the food as i paid for it but never received it. Would be too much for a business to answer their phone.

Not much to look at on the outside but the food is delicious. Veggies are nice and crisp without being raw, the beef is tender and the chicken is moist. The crab Rangoons are exceptionally well balanced and not greasy.

I am sitting here asking myself if I am eating from the same place these other reviewers are eating from because my food has always been amazing! This isn't your corner Chinese food spot that you randomly find in the hood. They use authentic Chinese ingredients. Even my mother who is a Chinese food chef said it was great. I tend to always get the beef lo mein..always on point.

The food is Ok. I’d say 5-6/10. The customer service is trash. How are you so rude and nasty when taking an order over the phone??? Like YELLING my order back to me LOUD & WRONG repeatedly. This is my 2nd and final failure with this business. I had ordered my food and a woman entered asking for $ to buy food because she was hungry. She wasn’t rude, obnoxious or making a scene. I personally don’t give money in this situation but I will feed you! I told her she could
make an order here and I’d pay for it. She ordered what she wanted, I paid, gave her her ticket and then the guy told her to wait outside!! Excuse me!! I made it clear that I would cancel both orders if he didn’t allow this CUSTOMER to stay inside out of the cold. I give EVERY small business a second chance because we are all going through something and bad days happen. I regret giving them a 2nd chance, there won’t be a 3rd.

They called me twice to verify something in my order which I appreciated. My teenage son was having friends over so I ordered quite a bit of food not knowing what their portion sizes are. Portion sizes are massive. We are going to be eating Chinese take out the rest of the week. Good thing it's delicious!

My order was $27 and I ordered delivery they played like they didn’t know what I ordered. They gave me all soy sauce when I ask for all sweet and sour and they didn’t give me my vegetable egg roll. Terrible place!

Ordered pineapple chicken fried rice. I LOVE the flavor of that dish. Finding the pineapple is a bit of an adventure, as well as veggies, other than bits of green onion. No eggs, carrots, peas, or sprouts
Rice had no Flavor w out salt. All, in all, a very dull dish. 🙄

The food is very flavorful without the off after taste that many chinese places have.

I have had the bbq pork fried rice and the bbq pork Thai fried rice,chicken Thai fried rice,and the bbq pork ribtips. All were phenomenal

Regrettably, I will not be supporting this establishment any longer. The owner has decided to raise prices and there is no justification for it, other than take advantage of the community because we're opening back up! This community, that has been harmed like so many Afro-American's, is now taking advantage of us! I'm deeply saddened by this!

The food was so bland it was inedible, the szechuan beef didn't taste like it had a single szechuan peppercorn in it. Also ordered a tofu dish and the tofu was just raw, greasy and awful. Easily the worst asian food I've had in Chicago.

Well the first time I had them my eyes lit up .Great food..

I order Pad Thai with Tofu and without onions.
It was scary red and had no vegetable in it, only carrots. It looked nothing like the picture. It tasted terrible. Also I got an egg roll and it was soft, it was not crunchy at all.
I expressed my dissatisfaction and they refused to give me my money back or give me more vegetables.
