Casual restaurant providing a varied selection of Thai fare along with beer, wine & sake.
This was some of the yummiest chicken pad Thai I have had in a long time.
Restaurant was very understaffed, there were two waiters for a Saturday night at 5:30. Took about 15 minutes to be greeted and have our orders taken.
We got the chicken pad Thai, sticky rice, and kra pao chicken. Pad Thai was full of flavor and sauce, sticky rice was just sticky rice😂, and the kra pao chicken had a wonderful basil flavor to it.
Food came out incredibly fast and hot. Was super impressed by that. Would come back again.
This was a pretty good experience! The staff was extremely friendly and the whole environment felt welcoming. Our server, Mari, was super friendly and very accommodating. The only minor negative was that some of the food was a bit bland, but the pad Thai and generals chicken were a definite 10. I'll also mention that the room was a little dark, but that's just my personal preference.
Honorable mention, the time from ordering to food on the table was surprisingly quick!
Overall, I'm very pleased and would recommend this restaurant to anyone who enjoys Thai cuisine.
This place was recommended to me by some friends and I was excited to try it. However, I don't think it really measured up to the recommendation when I visited. The service was very good, very prompt and attentive. The food was...very meh. I ordered the chicken Pad Thai, and it was delivered to the table in about 3 minutes, which means it was sitting in a pot in the back for who knows how long vs made fresh. It was also extremely sweet, which I didn't like. It wasn't terrible and the prices were really reasonable, so I give the place a solid 3. Definitely occupies the same niche as a Chinese buffet place. I probably won't be back.
If you're looking for food that tastes good, look elsewhere. We ordered pork fried rice, drunken noodles (medium), sweet and sour chicken, and yellow curry chicken (Thai hot). We were disappointed the minute we got it home and took the packages out of the box. I will post pictures, but the 4 dishes were almost $60 and 100% not with it. The portions were very small for that price. The rice had zero flavor. My nine-year-old said Panda Express has better rice. I was so disappointed because it looked good but tasted like nothing. The sweet and sour chicken also had zero flavor. The chicken pieces were incredibly small and very dry. The drunken noodles were supposed to be medium heat, but not spicy at all. At least it had some flavor and was edible compared to the previously mentioned dishes. The curry was supposed to be hot, but was barely medium. Again at least it had flavor, but not what was expected when ordering something that is supposed to be spicy. To summarize, if you're looking for good food, look somewhere else.
Enjoyed having lunch here. The service was very friendly and attentive. Started with the lettuce wrap appetizer, which was delicious. The lettuce could have been bigger to hold everything, though. The Chicken Pad Thai was very tasty, and the spice was perfect for me. They offered medium and Thai spicy. I went with the Thai spicy since I prefer my food on the spicier side. The atmosphere was cozy and relaxing. I will be back to try something new on their huge menu.
Awesome Vegan Options, check this place out!!! Stopped by for lunch, and they easily made a hybrid vegan option for us. Spring rolls with plum sauce were on point. Drunken noodles with veggies and tofu. The flavor and spice were perfect. The noodles didn't stick together, and they were not oily and greasy. They were just right. The veggies were fresh, and it was just a great experience. Service was awesome, friendly, and fast. This is our new Thai place in the valley.
You gotta check this place out people! You won't regret it.
Service was good. Food came out fairly quick. The food can be order as medium or spicy. Medium is pretty mild while spicy is very very spicy. The Thai tea was a bit too sweet for me. I would want 50% less sweet. No tapioca in it. The food was good. The general taos chicken had the perfect amount of light crunch to it. Prices were reasonable. Portion size was normal. Not large or too small. Overall I would eat here again.
This was a favorite place of ours for years. We’ve eaten here dozens of times. The service has noticeably gone downhill and the food portions are smaller too. The staff always seem like they are stressed and behind. Orders are missed and items requested forgotten. I hope the owners see this. It’s not unkind criticism, just hoping they can improve the way it once was because the food is good.
Normally its fine but this time i had awful service over the phone! I tried to order for pickup 5 times. when the lady answered, she sounded upset I had called. she put me on hold and I heard her in the background complaining how I could've just ordered online. I waited 10 minutes and she never picked the phone up again. I called back 2 more times to no answer! Finally the cook answered and he took my order.
Great server. Great food. Great place.
Great Chicken pad thai
This place was recommended to me by some friends and I was excited to try it. However, I don't think it really measured up to the recommendation when I visited. Thai Basil is a 4.5 star restaurant (Gave 5 stars as 4.5 not an option). They offer good food at decent prices, especially for their lunch menu. Additionally, eventhough they are understaffed (have a sign stating so), they managed to seat me, take my order, and have my food in front of me very quickly, and my server was helpful and pleasant.
I stopped in for lunch today and had the Chicken Pad Kra Pao with rice ($8.95 I believe). The flavors were great, and the medium spicy was actually medium spicy... imagine that! The reason that the food doesn't get 5 stars from me is the big hunks of essentially uncooked onion and green bell peppers in the dish (pushed most to the side and didnt chomp through). I would have preferred smaller cuts of produce and have them cooked a bit more.
I also had an egg roll, cream cheese puff, and a Thai iced coffee, all of which were very good.
The food I tried today was good enough, that I'll come back and try more of their dishes.
Based on my first impression, I still prefer KrungThai and Thai Cuisine, but since Thai Basil is closer to my home, I will make a few more stops here to determine if it goes into my permanent Thai food rotation.
Great Red Curry. If you want a refreshing salad, ask for Yum Beef a secret of the menu item.
Yummy food! Good variety!
This was some of the yummiest chicken pad Thai I have had in a long time.

Pad Thai, Yellow Curry and Cho Gio were awesome!
Best restaurant in town! We frequent this establishment and the staff is very welcoming. Food is always amazing and fresh.
This place is fantastic. You won’t go wrong here.
For thai food, it was very bland. No flavor other than spicy. I really wanted to love it
My aunt and I love thai food but my parents were always hesitant because they don’t like thai peanut sauces. We finally convinced them to give thai food another shot here and they fell in love. It was so delicious and the service was great. I was visiting from out of town otherwise I’d be back regularly. I know my family will be returning customers. Also, I’m vegan and our server was super helpful talking me through what dishes could be veganized. I appreciated how honest she was about what would taste good vegan and what wouldn’t. I got the pad thai with tofu and it was delicious.
No breaded chicken only steamed. Had to walk out
This was my birthday dinner. Wow... I'm so glad the Nampa restaurant I was going to go to is closed on Monday, otherwise I wouldn't have tried Thai Basil. This was the best red chicken curry I've ever had. We also enjoyed the Tom Kha coconut soup very much. I also recommend trying the dessert of purple rice with mango! Everything was very good. The staff was so nice to me as well!! I can't wait to go back and support this small local business. Please, if you're wondering where to try Thai food in the Treasure Valley, give these folks a try!
Yellow curry was bomb
A great experience :-)
first time eating here
my wife ordered garlic shrimp and mushrooms She said incredible flavor, six large shrimp, rice, less than $11.00. I ordered Mongolian beef, fried rice, medium spice. Perfect, perfect, $9.50. We ordered Vietnamese egg rolls for appetizer. Best I have eaten in the States
Will absolutely return next time in town.
One of our favorites. Acomodates our food glutwn free allergies and have tasty food.
Our server was fantastic.
Pretty place, good for a date! Staff is friendly and food is really good.
Love the foods
Good was excellent, customer service good even though they were short on servers, atmosphere good though it was a little dark inside the restaurant
A favorite place to take my mom
❤️
Amazing Thai. If we lived here we would be hooked regulars. Great flavors.
Omgosh this Thai place is great!!!! One of my favorites any time I go down to Meridian for work. Although the portions are a little smaller, the flavor just makes it worth each and every bite. Wait staff is always friendly and fast. This place is so good I ate there twice within 2 or 3 days of each other!! The spice game is on point. I am usually the guy to max out spices and I made the mistake of doing that here. Holy moly it was hot!!!!!! They only go to three star, if you love spicy stick with a 2. 3 star spicy here is a one way ticket to the el Diablo for your whole meal.
The best food, the staff are always kind. They accommodate dietary restrictions. It's my favorite place to eat.
My go to place for local Thai food! Everything is so good! The staff is friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend the yellow curry, rad na, pad sa wee and pad thai. And you can't go wrong with the purple rice with coconut sauce and mango for dessert!!
Excellent as usual. I go back at least once a month. Never sad that I went. I highly recommend this resteraunt.
Best Panang curry I've been able to find in Boise thusfar. They also have Singha which is nice!
When it's time for amazing Thai food Thai Basil is the place 😋 get the chilli oil and add another layer of deliciousness
I come here often I just placed a $50 order to go. They asked what level of heat I wanted. I said please put it on the side I go to pick up my food and they want to charge me for chili oil !! you think being a valued customer who spends at least $60 every time they would just give it complementary!! It’s like really?!!!!
Has been a fav spot of ours for years. Curry anything is amazing and you can’t go wrong. We also love the chicken Pad Thai, house made ice creams are a must, and every appetizer we’ve tried has been worth repeating. We also order a pot of the chicken and rice soup to go whenever I don’t feel well, and it’s like gluten-free chicken soup for the soul when under the weather.
Friendly service.
Best Thai food in the Treasure Valley. Their Pad Thai was especially delicious.
I recently ordered for togo at Thai Basil, I can confidently say it was an exceptional culinary journey. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance was inviting and the service impeccable.
I indulged in four dishes: the Pad Thai Noodles, Cha Gio Egg rolls, Mongolian Beef, and Thai green curry chicken. Each dish was a masterpiece in its own right, bursting with authentic flavors and expertly crafted. The Pad Thai Noodles were perfectly balanced, the Cha Gio Egg rolls crispy and flavorful, the Mongolian Beef tender and savory, and the Thai green curry chicken a delightful blend of spices.
Overall, Thai Basil exceeded my expectations with its wonderful flavors and impeccable service. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable dining experience.
One of our go to places, great food and we love the staff!
Been to a lot of Thai places around idaho and this is by far the best around, and if you luck out and get Lisa as your server your experience will be even better! Great job!
Great place to eat. Employees were friendly and helpful.
You can't go wrong with this place. The food is fantastic!
Great place all around. Not a brightly lit, cafeteria but a dim, quaint, relaxed atmosphere but your there for the food! So, the food is quite exceptional, I'm a seafood addict, so the shrimp appetizer (sauce to die for) along with their fried rice w/ shrimp & chicken but different in its own way, very tasty (NOT a chinese fried rice)! This won't be a one-stop restaurant!
Get food there 2 to 4 times a month:
STILL DELICIOUS AND CONSISTENTLY PERFECT. Thank goodness we got there early. First time here and all me and my wife can say is DELICIOUS! I had the Red Curry Chicken and it was perfect. The waitress was very considerate and let the Chef and staff know that my wife could not have peanuts in anything. I enjoyed the fried egg rolls. Definately worth waiting for a table so delicious!
10 Thumbs Up!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Best Thai food in meridian for sure. Waiters that remember you. Try the panang curry and the pork larb. Two of our favorites!
We love your Salad !!! Great Food and Service
The best hot Chili oil in town!
Always like their food.
Ordered food for pick up. Food was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The food tasted good, but there wasn’t very much of it for the price.
I ordered Generals Chicken, Sweet & Sour Chicken, and Pad Se Ew. After tax; $47.
I like that the chicken had the sauces on the side to keep from getting soggy but the quantity was so small. See the photo.
I paid the extra $3 for the fried rice side that was pretty disappointing. The Generals Chicken said it came with broccoli. It did, 3 whole pieces of broccoli.
A rare confluence of exceptional food and devoted service! Co-owner visited our table and was delightful. Food portions were just right. Can’t wait to return!
Some of the best food, but their servers could use a training course in friendliness. Seriously, is it that hard to be pleasant and maybe smile a bit?
This place was quite a surprise for me. We want some Thai and we stopped here and it was delicious. We got the Thai hot wings with sweet chilli sauce , Mongolia beef and Thai basil fried rice. We also ordered a bottle of moscato which was definitely sweet and we loved it. Good food and fast service and nice staff.
I have been to this restaurant several times each time there has been poor customer service.
The atmosphere is rather chilly so be prepared.
Super amazing food, environment, and flavor. I got the pad Thai which was really well made and my wife had the curry but she said was very very good. If you're looking for a great Thai place this is the place to go, will be returning!
Most delicious Pho in town! And the price can't be beat either. Highly recommend them for your Pho craving 🤤
They advertised closed times are not their "actual closed" times. Google advertises they are closed from 2:30pm to 4pm. My husband and I showed up at 2:02pm and they had already closed the dining room. There were still people in the dining room. Yet there was an old, scratched, hard to read sign stating the dining room was closed. Confused and hoping there was a mistake we waited. The hostess in a snotty tone informed us that they close the dining room 20 minutes prior to actually closing and only do take out. Yet we were there TWENTY EIGHT minutes prior. We were not given an option for take out, rather told to come back at 4pm for dinner. No thank you ... we won't be back. It is not worth the drive.
Lunchtime service is exceptional.
Everything is great! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ We ordered Pho Seafood & Seafood Curry service is great! Will come back again!
Expensive for how small the portions are. Skimpy amount of protein in an already small portion.
My wife recently placed an order for pick up. She paid by debit card on the phone. When she picked up the order, she signed the receipt, left a cash tip and put zero tip on the receipt. A few days later after checking her account, a tip was added to this order. This is fraud and a crime. Do not go to this place. The food is good, but this type of criminal activity is not.
my name is cardin and this is good
So im here coming from California on a work related trip. So this review is in comparison to Cali grade food. Food is 4 out of 5 stars. I was hesitant to try this spot but I didn't want fast food or Denny's type food. Also I'm just a big food snob cause I'm spoiled to Cali grade food. I was very surprised to see Vietnamese Pho in a Thai restaurant ( yes I'm Vietnamese and make my own Pho so the bar is set high) I was surprisingly pleased with this beef Pho. Good depth of flavor (personally would let the broth cook longer for even more depth of flavor but im happy with it especially coming from a non-vietnamese restaurant in Idaho. Only other thing I would of liked to see in this Pho is more quantity as well as more variety of the beef cuts. This Pho had the bare minimum variety of beef cuts. Just had rare beef slices, beef meat balls and brisket slices. I would give 5 stars for food if I saw beef tendons and beef marrow (but these are usually in really authentic pho). My co-worker ordered the chicken drunken noodles medium spice level (even though I recommend the get mild spice and add more spice to his liking..he didn't listen..hahaha) and he definitely didn't have a stuffy nose after half way through. I stole a few bites and again 4 out of 5 for the drunken noodles. I would of just preferred a bit more sauce added durring the cooking process, noodles were a bit dry but flavor was very good. Final thoughts...would give 5 stars for food, but I'm just picky and a California food snob. Great friendly and attentive service.
My friend and I got poisonings here. She ordered chicken pad Thai and I ate off her plate. I contacted the owner and told them I got food poisoning there and he said denied I got food poisoning there then said, "what do you want me to do about it." I said, "I'm just letting you know." He said, "ok." There was no resolve. Note the waiter is nice and attentive, the response to letting them know we got sick off the chicken pad thai was disappointing.
Response to owner:
When I initially called I ask to talk to the owner or manager. It was a male I spoke to about the complaint and yes this was definitely the place we ate at. We got sick eating at the Thai Bail restaurant.
The best Thai food ever and the staff are always so friendly and amazing!!
Thai Basil is one of our favorite local spots. The quality of food flavor is excellent. Although this is a Thai restaurant, they also make some great Vietnamese dishes. Lisa is an amazing server. They are always a bit too busy for the size of the staff but it shows that their food is in high demand.
It was my first ever Thai experience, and it was really amazing!
My only complaint would be that I was there with my team from work and we were not allowed to split our tickets up individually as we do at other places we go to eat once a month.
If you're vegan, be sure to clarify what vegan is. I asked for a dish to be modified as vegan and there was egg in my dish.
Love Thai Basil. Used to go when I lived in Oregon. Feels like a piece of home. Would totally recommend. Great Thai food. Great service. Will come again.
The Duck Curry is the bomb diggity
Very delicious food!! Their summer rolls are wonderful and their peanut Thai sauce was incredible we had a very awesome server as well!
First time here. Food was outstanding! We had red curry and cashew chicken.
It's a good choice for the area. Great if you enjoy spice!
Dining in is my preferred choice for this place. While the atmosphere is not the greatest or clean feeling the food that should be crispy and such is exactly that and very tasty.
Con: takeaway is just ok, it's fine but containers steam items that do not benefit from it. Crispy items will no longer be crispy.
Spice - everything is pretty much mild unless you ask for Medium or Hot. I love a good spice and find that Medium here pushes comfort level.
Flavors are very good in general.
Pro tip: the special item to go for people probably miss would be the Laarb and Sticky Rice.
Always a short wait, even when they are busy and such kind staff. We enjoy going each time and always try something new. Food is very dependently good!
Again at least it had flavor, but not what was expected when ordering something that is supposed to be spicy. To summarize, if you're looking for good food, look somewhere else.
Great Thai food. Really friendly staff
The food was only ok. The pineapple tasted canned and the beef tasted mealy and tough, which I assume is from using pre-sliced frozen meat. I ordered the panang curry "medium" and got less than mild spiciness. The sweet and sour chicken pieces didn't taste fresh and we're barely above room temperature. My rice was undercooked and had some crunch to it. The prices were fair and the portions were adequate, but I wasn't inspired to finish my meal.
Came here because we live close by, love Thai food, and were excited about all of the great reviews. I don’t know that it lived up to the hype… maybe we just caught them at a bad time?
It was a weekday dinner, a few hours before closing. There seemed to be 3-4 waiters working. However, we sat for 30 minutes before anyone came to our table at all.
From there the food came out quickly! I was underwhelmed by the seafood fried rice. The seafood was dry, dry, dry, and the rice was flavorless.
The crab tank at the front entrance needs a goooood dusting.. that at the front the restaurant doesn’t bode well on the cleanliness of what we can’t see.
Just not it for us.
Always great service and amazing food
One of the best Thai restaurants around in my opinion. Great food, very nice restaurant atmosphere, phenomenal service (shout-out to Lisa for always being an amazing server). Can be pricey, especially because portion sizes have gone down recently. Sometimes the food is a little bit salty, but it still has good flavor. The only item which I *know* isn't worth the money is Fire-grilled salmon, but mostly everything is good. Thank you for serving the community for such a long time!
Went here on a whim for an early dinner. The service was EXCELLENT and the food was delicious. We had the black pepper shrimp, Thai basil fried rice and the pork fried rice. All so good. The decor is a bit dated but the service and food more than made up for it.
Delicious food! Great service!
Love this place. Food is great. I recommend any of the curry dishes, but everything is do good. The team there is so nice and always remembers our family.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in town. The food is always fantastic. I think we have tried everything on the menu. I like it spicy, but my family does not. We all get exactly what we are looking for. The service is wonderful. Lisa is the greatest! She always has the perfect recommendation if you aren't sure.
We have ate at several of these but this was incredible. Better than the ‘normal chain’. Food was fresh and tasty. Service was also exceptional.
General's chicken was terrible, even asked for a refund. The summer rolls are also lacking. Mongolian beef was decent.
Excellent fast service! Food was phenomenal. Cha Gio is a must!
Delicious! The Thai egg rolls are to die for.
Love their simple recipes
First time at Thai Basil. Overall the taste was good for beef pad see ew and duck curry. But the take-out portions are surprisingly smaller than that of other Thai restaurants. There was barely any duck meat in the curry, which is disappointing. 😔 I really hope the management will reconsider the size of their take out portions. I would go back more frequently to try other dishes if they did.
Incredibly delicious food!! They do get pretty busy and are low of staff so be patient with them! Their food is definitely worth it.
This was our first experience with this restaurant. We shared the seafood special with halibut and the Mongolian beef. Both were delicious, but the creamy sauce accompanying the seafood dish was exquisite! (Note there's an upcharge for the halibut). Service was prompt and pleasant. Restaurant seemed uncrowded for a Saturday evening.
Excellent food by friendly staff. Great atmosphere.
I always love their food it is absolutely delicious the one thing I think is sad is that they cook in soybean oil which makes it very limited in food options for those with soy allergies. Otherwise the ate very accommodating for dietary needs and are happy to double check anything to make sure it's safe for you to eat. As someone who dines often with friends of different dietary needs the flexibility of the restaurant is very appreciated.
Small intimate setting, good food, a bit mild, solid service, decent prices (2023).
Great authentic Thai cuisine. I wish I had taken pictures, but it's a nice little mom n pop shop. I really love their gios and their rice or noodles are great !!!
This place is amazing! Always amazing! The best food and service in town! The staff is awesome, they go above and beyond always! Go here! Get the Chicken Curry! Your welcome!
Great food, fast service, affordable prices
Best Thai I’ve found in Meridian.
Great atmosphere but all the dishes we ordered were very mediocre.
This place has good food. My neighbor and I go here for lunch. They have a great lunch selection at a great low cost.
Very good Thai food, reasonable prices, friendly staff. Great for take out too.
For $15 takeout I expect more than a cup of rice, 20 bites of chicken, 4 small pieces of broccoli, and the sauce on the side. Not terrible, but honestly worse than Panda Express for 50% more money.
We lived in Meridian 8 years ago and the restaurant we miss most is Thai Basil. We came back to idaho for a wedding and we knew we had to eat here. It’s still as good as I remember. We got sweet and sour chicken (tender chicken, crispy coating, perfect sauce), Mongolian beef (WAY better than a certain chain restaurant’s version), pho, and green curry. The service was fast and friendly and the food was amazing. We will be back next time we’re in Idaho.
Great Place.
Best Thai food I've had in Idaho so far.
It's just hard to beat Pad Thai House.
Good food and a quick kitchen.
My fave ever!!! Love you Lisa!!!
Wow wow wow! Best, I mean absolute BEST Thai food I've ever had. Came here with some classmates for lunch. We absolutely loved it! 😍 I got the salmon and it was to die for. We tried several dishes and both shrimp appetizers. Will definitely be coming back to bring my husband here. Nice atmosphere as well.
Ordered the Mongolian Beef, it was spicy and delicious, and prompt, we ordered and waited maybe five minutes.
We love Thai basil, the food is delicious. We have found the food to be somewhat inconsistent. If you don’t go on a common day, your food isn’t quite as good, and the spicy scale is hit or miss.
We’ve also noticed (we only eat to go) that most of the time the to go containers don’t get filled all the way, which is super disappointing. I know times are tough but I’d rather pay an extra $1-2 and get a full meal.
Thai Basil has been the most consistently good restaurant in the Treasure Valley, in our experience. The food is always fresh and delicious. Dishes don't change based on who is cooking, it's always the same and always very good. Service is quick, friendly, and personable. Expect a small wait for dinner on Friday and Saturday. It's worth it!
Generally speaking, we've been dissatisfied with the overall quality of food in Idaho since we moved here. Thai Basil breaks that trend in a big way.
I ordered the Chicken Pad Thai and the Tom Kha Gai soup. They were both excellent! One of the best meals I have ever had!!
First time visiting, loved the food. We've been looking for a Thai restaurant for three years in the meridian,Boise area and we found it. Coconut curry OMG the best. And you have to order the Vietnamese egg rolls. You have to go !!!
Great experience, fast and friendly service! Delicious fresh food. I ordered the Vietnamese egg rolls to start with and they were so good, the presentation was very elegant. They sliced them up into smaller pieces so you eat them with a fork. Then I had the peanut chicken, super tasty. Very mild no spice at all, but super flavorful. Will definitely be back.
Really enjoyed our meals. Drunken noodles and the Pad Ke Mau... delicious!!
Great food, great staff. Some of the best flavors I have experienced in a good while. Was delicious.
Their food is delicious! One of my favorite Thai places.
Second visit in a many weeks. Very pleasant atmosphere. Even with many customers it felt quiet. Service was prompt and the servers quite friendly. Food was consistently tasty, served hot and the ingredients just seem a bit more fresh than other Thai places in the area.
Very very imrpressed with this place.
Walk in and the tank is decked out like spongebob so thats a win already in my book. The decor was very nice throughout the establishment.
You taste freshness in the veggies. Im assuming not plastic wraped based on their flavor of veggies alone. Summer rolls very good.
Pad Thai was good. Give you lots of nuts which is awesome.
Thai Tea is also very tasty. Will absolutely be back.
Nice people and good food.
excellent this for Bosie Idaho 😂
Really good red curry and pho. Will definitely go again!
Bought the honey roasted duck. Chewy and tasted old. Which is disappointing I've had an okay lunch in the past. I asked for fried rice, I got steam and it tasted burnt.
Can't recommend, won't visit again.
I order takeout from them about once every two or three weeks. LOVE their curry
Absolutely amazing food with so much flavor and they gave me Recommendations which tasted amazing as well.
My favorite Thai Restaurant. I know they have short of staff but doesn't mean that the service isn't good. Great food as always😋
Well I try to get a lo mein type noodle but the waitress didn't understand what I was wanting. Ended up with pho soup and egg drop soup well I was in the mood for soup that evening
We were looking for a good Thai place to try and this blew us away. Everything from the apps and soup to the dessert was fantastic and we have EXCELLENT service. 100% recommend if you love a good authentic Thai.
Love their Yellow chicken curry
This used to be my favorite Thai place. However tonight’s experience was so bad—I doubt we’ll ever go back again.
The hostess was the only professional, friendly staff person we encountered. The servers stood in the back doing nothing, on their phones, and talking and laughing with each other all while we sat at our table and had yet to be greeted or asked for our drink order.
When our server finally got to us, she wasn’t focused on us at all, barely made eye contact and was looking around the restaurant while speaking to us. She got both of our drink orders incorrect. Meanwhile we overheard another server apologizing to 3 different tables for errors.
We were nervous to get our food—and as expected, it wasn’t to its usual standard. I could only stand to eat a portion of my meal.
It feels like we were at a totally different restaurant. I’m very disappointed, Thai Basil.
I love the vegan food that they make for me & my family:) sad to leave this restaurant because we’re moving but we will definitely eat here a couple more times before we leave.
We love this place. Yummy food and good service. Not many Thai restaurants can make VEGAN food and this place always goes above and beyond.
I used to love this place but their food and service suck now. The Pad Thai's way too wet, and portion was so tiny compare to what you could get here before. We waited for 15 min until someone came to offer drinks and take our order. I literally bragged about it before taking my friends here...
My recommendation: avoid this place and go to Pad Thai House, which is a way much better Thai food option these days in Meridian/Boise area.
All the Food here is great! Staff is very friendly and I've never had bad food or service here!
Stopped for lunch, wasn’t impressed with food we both had a lunch special no favor to either dishes looked like it was slipped onto plate. Server was very pleasant we ve always enjoyed there food
I NEVER send orders back, but I did this one time. They wanted to know why. So they can improve the dish going forward! They then replaced it without any qualms. The food and service is excellent!
We have never had a bad experience here. My wife and I go there every other month or so. But we have always been taken care of. Servers go above and beyond. And they are always friendly. Love the food especially the Cashews Chicken it's awesome. Have them add a little spice!
My wife and I were in a bit of a rush but craving Thai so we gave the hostess are restrictions before we sat down. Needless to say the food came out quick, tasted delicious, and I couldn’t have had a better experience.
Been here before and food was good. Not so much today. The dishes were not consistent and portion were not enough.
They do catering for my wedding , the foods is good and still warm.
Food was over price to me. I payed $17 for snack
Dinner was amazing. I had the black pepper prawns and papaya salad. Service was amazing. Our server was Lisa. Thanks for the awesome time
Service was good.
Good food
The best pad thai by far, not to mention all the other goodies, and Lisa service is exquisite
