I started eating at this location more than a dozen years ago in search of decent gluten-free and dairy-free food. It's affordable and works for that.

It's been a few years since I've been back to this location and they made some nice improvements. The service is better, the inside is brighter and feels more inviting.

It's much more than Vietnamese food. They serve classic Chinese dishes like Mongolian beef and Thai dishes as well. The menu is big and divided into sections. It has colorful pictures of dishes which are useful.

I've tried a number of the dishes but always go back to the Singapore rice noodles. The spice and texture is a unique combination that I don't find elsewhere. The spring rolls are also a favorite of mine.

This is about having a dependably good meal that is affordable with quick table service. I love Vietnamese food but this is like a gateway to more authentic restaurants that may feel authentic but may scare you off.

As a first-time customer, I asked a server for a recommendation. Without hesitation, he gave me a P1 or P2 recommendation. The P1 flavor was much more than I expected. All the servers were friendly and professional. The mango smoothie was just the right combination with the pho P1. Clean, friendly, outstanding taste, and reasonable price. Thumbs up!

It's a pho (Vietnamese rice noodle) restaurant near emory University. The location is convenient, but the taste isn't as good as the one in duluth. But I'm glad I don't have to drive to doraville or duluth for pho. They close early, too.

We also got sesame chicken, which was not tender. The staff didn't come to ask us if we enjoyed the food or needed anything. It was very low energy. The place itself is nice, the booth we were at had a nice table and plenty of space. Food was better than service but service was rushed and inattentive, which doesn't say a lot.

We literally googled 'restaurants near me' and stumbled into Saigon Cafe. What a great surprise! We tried the fish noodle soup and pork & shrimp bowl (un-pronounceable name!) Both were exceptional and for $30 we still had enough food left over to take a bunch home. Fresh herbs were part of the meal experience so we were able to season to our individual tastes. Great menu. We will be back to try more!

Good parking right in front. I had the massamam curry chicken. Good portion size and good taste. We'll prepared and we'll served.

I always get H1 egg noodle when I eat here. It’s simple but delicious and healthy. Their hot dishes are good. The restaurant is clean, warm, and cozy.

The pho was okay, I needed some to look at the menu the servers kept rushing me to order, and they sit at the booths and just stare at you.

Hair was found in our food, and a roach was climbing on a wall prior to eating food.
Highlighted to server and she offered a 5% discount and to move our table to a different location. Absolutely unacceptable.

Could not continue to eat the food out of concern for our health. Please be careful and beware.

The green curry color is insanely green and the taste is disappointing :(

Solid food at fair prices.

Never had Vietnamese food I did not like.
So greasy inedible. Seafood fresh. Threw out Pad Thai and Tofu fried rice. Google you failed me😞. Management took 11 months to respond to review. That tells e how much they care about their customers!

If you want to eat somewhere that has a lot of roaches this is your place.

They have the best and quickest service! I would recommend the crab rangoons and the pho guy with chilly oil and extra herbs!

They was keep rushing us and keep asking if we was done eating when you clearly see us eating.

Just walked out after waiting 20 minutes at our table! Apparently, the server got mad that we complained our Sprites tasted like they had rotten fruit in them. So we asked for tea instead. She then proceeded to take the order of 3 other tables, clean 2 different tables, and then sit down to wrap silverware. When we grabbed our belongings and began to leave she jumps up and yells that we have to pay for our drinks! Not, oh sorry we're you ready to order? When my sis went back to pay, she claims she thought we were still looking at the menu. BS! She actually wanted us to pay for all 4 drinks. Lol. No ma'am. I told her I didn't drink it, and I wasn't paying for it. My sis paid for the questionable tea she sipped, and that was all.
Everytime we've come here our server has been an older woman with good customer server. This is the 1st time I've seen this woman here, and she is absolutely awful. Lost a loyal, regular customer. I'll have to give my business to some place with a better trained staff. 1/5 stars would not recommend!

I had Curry with Chicken and Shrimp. It was delicious and the service was quick.

When we walked in, one was on the phone the other near the kitchen door. PHO noodles 🍜 was off....not pho noodles.

Very chill environment, had the shrimp eggrolls, they were great! The staff was the friendliest I’ve seen, even let me use their stapler for my papers I was filling out. Definitely would recommend!

My husband called to order 2 portions of Bun Thit Nuong without chili and when I came to pick it up, they charged me 38.27$, which was too expensive. I don't eat at the place, I don't give tips, but the price is too high.

I ordered Singapore noodles. Veggies were old and slimy. Very disappointed.

Was looking for pho on a rainy day. What I got was decent. All the essentials were there but it was nothing special. My pho was slightly above Luke warm and in my opinion it could have been alittle better. 4/5.

Foods are terrible

Eaten here before many times service and atmosphere are always good. This review is about a take out order. Normally I would order a Vietnamese dish. This time I ordered massaman curry chicken and pad thai. Massaman didn't have avocado or cashews. Potatoes were so under they were crunchy.
Pad thai noodles were very dry and undersauced and by the time I got home the rice noodles were a solid flavorless block.

They are QUICK, Clean, and very Polite! They have VARIETIES of choices and also have a lunch special from 11-3pm $$$ i had got the Panang Curry (i think that’s how you spell it) after my workout at Hotworx from next door (recommend that too) i will be coming back!

Placed a repeated order for my children and did not receive the full order. Called to inform and was told that’s not what I ordered previously. Will never be a next time as there are too many other places with better everything but mostly customer service! Terrible !! Take the time to take a trip to the Gwinnett county locations! Decatur falling in-line with the rest of Atlanta, pathetic .

Don't come here I ordered dumplings and didn't receive them. When I call he tried to lie and said it wasn't on my paid receipt

I used to eat here many years ago and recently returned with my sisters. They enjoyed their food. Me, not so much. Unfortunately, the quality of the food has changed (not for the best, but hasn't everywhere now?). The atmosphere and the staff are still great though.

Very ordinary Asian food in a very crowded field. Lots of options of Thai and Chinese dishes. The hot Thai Kung Pao was not hot at all. Prices are average. Service is excellent and efficient. Very nice atmosphere inside.

A wonderful, modest cafe with an extremely efficient and warm staff. However, the prices are hiked! Given the speed of which you’re in and out, and the general ambience of the place, you’d thing the cost would be about half of what it is. I ate alone and spent far more money than I’m comfortable with! — that being said: this is the best Vietnamese food I’ve had in Atlanta!

We have an excellent experience each time we eat here or get delivery. Every dish is the best version of that food that I’ve ever had.

I also had a noodle wrapped fresh roll & hot tea. Everything was exceptional.

The food was great. The restaurant was cute and very clean. There are plenty of options for food. The service was great and the food came out fast. No complaints.

The amount of entree they serve is ridiculous. For spicy basil shrimp entree they gave like 6-7 very small shrimps with tail on and with tons of scallions and onions. I felt like eating onion entree rather than shrimp entree. They should do better job. Not going back anymore.

Bae wanted to try something new & chose this restaurant.
We both ordered the beef- not sure what it was called.
When I read the menu it didn't mention anything about tripe so that was interesting.
Didn't like that the waiter coughed without covering his mouth on the salad stuff with the black spoons on it pictured below but other than those things it could have otherwise been a great experience.
Oh before I forget the orange/tan strips r tofu.
It was like what $3 extra n I've never had it before so I decided to give it a try.
I wouldn't recommend it though; it has the texture of overcooked eggs with the rough hard edges and there's no flavor whatsoever.
We had to ask the guy rolling the silverware for something I can't remember right now but the waiter kinda left us hanging.
& I wasnt happy about him not making any attempt to cover his mouth while coughing idk I can't get over it.
The environment was very beautiful; I took a picture of the 2 chickens up there by the ceiling because I thought it was interesting.

Lunch combo massaman curry, basil chicken and (huge) shrimp roll, all good, especially entres which were well cooked, all nicely presented by attentive server.

Really wonderful food and service. I spilled my Thai tea and they made another for me right away. They have pan-fried noodles, which some other Vietnamese restaurants around here do not have.

I order the fried tofu appetizer and this is what I got. It sure as heck isn’t worth the $5.50 they are charging. I added the quarter for a size reference.

Pho goes crazy, absolutely insane. Thai Tea is also quite good, and they have amazing Crab Rangoons (listed in the menu as cheesy wontons). Come here for sure, the food goes crazy and the staff is lovely.

Good eats and nice clean interior

I became a fan of Vietnamese cousins and this store helped me do it. Fried rice tasted not salty and excellent. Furthermore it is good enough to share with my wife. Order one fried rice and a pho for you and share it and then you feel it is heaven.

Friendly and fast service. Quality of chicken Pho has been consistent for many years. I always go here when I’m not feeling well and want some hot soup.

This is the first time of purchasing the chicken Pho that the soup’s flavor was almost flavorless and the chicken was tough and dry. Not happy with my order at all.

Just sat down to eat our food. It is GREAT . The gentleman at the front helped us with our order to go. We couldn't be happier. Please do yourself a favor and give them a try. 😊

The food was disgusting.

I have been eating here for well over a decade. So many delicious menu choices, you may experience the paralysis of analysis. It’s really difficult to go wrong, so long as you don’t order something that you have an aversion or allergy to. Word of advice, try something new, and don’t just stick to the same combo that you have ordered everywhere else for years.

It hit the spot. We were hungry and needed a hot meal. PERFECT!

So glad to have a staple Asian eatery in my neighborhood. They deliver fast, the food is a consistent 8/10, and I can count on them. Thank you for staying open and delivering great service! Tom Yum came to the house so fast I can’t even eat it yet because it’s so hot. Love it!

Still delicious! I order delivery or take away from here often. I also get the shrimp pho with meatballs with the shrimp spring rolls. Always amazing broth. Other family members have had the general tso or lo mein and both were great.

We ordered delivery from here tonight. I ordered pho and they brought it all deconstructed and it was perfect! Some places will put the noodles in and then they are too soggy but this was excellent. Came with noodles, shrimp, meatballs, basil, lime and all the fixing. It was so perfect on a cold night!! And came super fast! I will definitely be ordering again!!

Went here before the pandemic and it was delicious! Unfortunately went here around the beginning of October and when I got my food I was like why does the chicken look so sad? The chicken had this soggy texture and yuck. I just could not eat anymore. I’ve had plenty of basil chicken to know it is not supposed to taste or look the way it did. Service was great, food was just horrible.

While i was staying at CHOA with my child, i placed 2 separate orders online to pick up and the food here is delicious. If you like spicy curry, the green curry is really good.

I want to start this review off by saying. I actually like this place. We come here once a week to support small business. However, today I stopped in to get an order to go soup p3 which is really good. I went to order a small and they told me NO you have to order xlarge only to go. I said I do not want xlarge soup just a small or med pls. He said we only have one size that’s it. He was very rude and disrespectful to a customer who comes and supports this business.
He said you can eat inside and get small. I could not eat inside this time because I had a lot of work to complete before Monday morning.
And to top it off, the order was wrong when I got home. So everything I ordered which came to 18$ and some change for one person was thrown away also one person could not have eaten an xlarge so wasteful of this place. I even asked I understand you have an xlarge container if you could just put the small into the container that would be perfect. He shrugged his shoulders and told me NO. This was the worst experience I have ever had here. Normally the staff is so nice and accommodating and the pho soup is really good it’s A shame that this happened.

Solid, if uninspired, Pan Asían Café with large unfocused menú. Stick with the Vietnamese specialties. Service was appropriately attentive without being overbearing.

Food taste pretty subpar. I have had more than enough of the menu, and the food is pretty generic. The Massaman Curry meat wasn't to my lucky, the veggies were inconsistently cooked and undercooked at that. The Pad Thai was super bland but at the same time much too sweet, and only had maybe 5 pieces of meat. The yellow curry is not very good, I've tasted much better thai curry. Really in general, it's just bland.

Absolutely delicious! Had the Basil Spicy with chicken and fried rice. The veggies were still crisp, and it was FABULOUS! My husband had the Massaman Curry and loved it, as usual! He works at Emory and loves this restaurant. This was my first visit, and I look forward to many more!

The food is always good here and the service is good as well. they are taking precautions against covid with more spaced out seating and partitions between seats.

Pho broth tasted and smelled spoiled. Pad Thai was dry and lacked flavor. This place has changed and is disgusting now.

Curry seems to be a week old and warmed up before pick up

The curries had a weird consistency and nothing tasted good. We tried the pineapple fried rice, red and green curry. Worst food hands down.
