Customer service was very good. Server was an extremely nice young lady. We were acknowledged very quickly and order was taken. The rice for both dishes wasnt very flavorful and was also very dry. The sesame chicken was just ok. Thai pineapple fried rice wasnt very good. The crab rangoons were the highlight of the meal.

I recommend the broccoli with beef, it was cooked to perfection. Not to mention their thai tea is $3.75 in this economy?! Such a good price for how good and large it is. I will definitely be stopping by again.

Went here tonight for dinner because a friend recommended based on his experience, especially because of the crab Rangoon. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left the entire staff went overboard to ensure we had everything we needed. They refilled drinks before they were half empty, they cleared plates and we finished items and made sure we wanted for nothing.

The food was excellent and they have a large variety across different cuisine. We covered Thai, Chinese and Japanese at dinner and everything I tried was excellent. The crab Rangoon was absolutely delightful - the best I’ve ever had anywhere. I also quite enjoyed the shrimp crunch roll.

Went for my second visit to J’s Asian today. My teenage son was already a huge fan from going with his friends. He’s been asking us to try it. Both times I’ve been, the food has been fabulous and service has been wonderful. J’s has the sushi my daughter and husband love and Chinese my son and I love. They also have Thai and Malaysian. This will be our new go to place for Asian food.

This was our third time coming to J's for dinner this year. The food is great and the team is a lot of fun. The atmosphere is that of a traditional Chinese restaurant in America. There is Chinese, Japanese, Thai, and Malaysian offerings to choose from on the menu. They brought over a shrimp tempura roll as an appetizer on the house for the holiday's. We had a very nice family dinner.

This is our goto spot when we want fancy, fun, easy, or elegant. They let me bring my dogs on the patio and everyone is super friendly and accommodating. The food of course is amazing, especially the half off rolls on sun-tues! My usual is Roti canai which is the best here and the dumplings are great too!
My pups behave the whole time bc they are occupied but the great patio and random visitors.

Coworker and I came to J's because we were feeling chinese. I ordered springs rolls for appetizer, pepper beef with fried rice and wonton soup for only $20. Definitely recommend for lunch. After getting my food, I decided to also order the shrimp tempura. They actually have a whole sushi bar and separate sushi menu. I cannot stress how good that sushi was. First roll I ate was like biting into pure delight. It was sweet from the sauce so some people might not like that. BUT. The rice was excellently cooked, the roll itself was the proper size to bite on. Will go again soon to day dream as I eat more sushi.

We came to the restaurant as a group for dinner. Although it's close to my home I did not know the restaurant. There are plenty of seating and the service was courteous. I was surprised that the variety of menu choices including Japanese, Chinese, Thai, Malaysian, and even Korean. I picked Char Kway Teow since I felt like to have Malaysian food tonight and it is described as Malaysian-famous stir-fried flat rice noodles. It did not disappoint me, I liked it, specially the taste of caramelized rice noodle, it reminded me of Hong Kong well known Dry fried beef and Ho Fun, the Chinese name of this dish 干炒牛河, only difference is it came with shrimp, squid, that is perfectly fine with me. I would give 4 star for the restaurant. But my wife was very disappointed with her dish - Sambal Chili Sauce with Okra, Eggplant, String Bean, the dish came cold, after recooked she found it salty , my friends had similar experiences. So in all I had to remove one star from my rating.

J's Asian does several food varieties quite well - Chinese, Thai, and Japanese. Favorites are Mogolian beef, Thai chili stir-fry chicken and shrimp, hot and sour soup, and sushi.

Entrees were good. Hot and soup was warm at best.

Really enjoyed dinner last night. Sesame Chicken was crisp and flavorful. Vegetable Chicken had a flavorful brown sauce which is hard to find...usually just clear. Lots of quality Vegetables and plenty of snow peas and water chesnuts.
Service was very accommodating for us to finish our socializing....right up to closing at 9:30.

Food is okay. Not the best - you’ll over pay for what you get. I’ve been here a handful of times and never had a great experience. But it’s close and local so I keep going back. But not anymore. The customer service is terrible. I waited almost an hour for a to go order and it turned out my food was on the counter waiting. When I questioned why they didn’t let me know the manager told me to “deal with it” and “take my food”. Very rude. Like I said, I won’t be going back.

Went here on Monday in somewhat of a rush and last ditch effort to get some Sushi after the first place that I went to was closed, paid almost $20 after taxes for 8 pieces of the Dancing Salmon Roll. I got my order to go. Sadly I was not aware of the lunch Sushi special nor was I told about it. However, my gripe really was not about missing out on the lunch special, my issue was with the quality of the roll that I received. When I got home to enjoy my roll, to my dismay, the roll did not appear to be a restaurant quality roll costing $20. To be quite honest, it appeared to be one step above the ones that are for sale at Kroger. While eating the roll I shook my head and said to myself, "I could have went to Kroger and save $10". The roll was bigger, but not because the portions of the Salmon and other fillings were bigger. It was bigger because it had more rice on the outside. So Disappointed.

We love Js Asian. We get take out about 3 times a month and are never disappointed. Delicious food, orders always correct /packed good and friendly staff. We have had lots of different dishes there, everything is great!! Highly recommend!

I like this place for their selection, and their front cashier associate is very nice. The sushi is pretty tasty. I also had eggplant and tofu spicy and crab rangoon. The crab rangoon was chewy, so I do not recommend. I felt uncomfortable around the owner, who instead of asking me if I wanted to sit, ordered me to sit, and scared me when he shouted in my ear when he came in from outside. I thought the customer was supposed to be treated with respect, like a person.

The food is good, tasty and fresh ingredients. The only concern we had was around the waitress who served us. She couldn't describe some dishes we had queries about because "she hadn't tasted them all before". Also, she kept pushing us multiple times to wrap up our dinner, box the leftovers and pay the bill. The persistent pushing was a very bad experience for us. I had to explicitly tell her to stop the behavior.

It was a quiet afternoon. The food and hot & sour soup were perfect.

Family owned, great food and service. Mixture of Asian cuisines, Japanese, sushi’s Chinese, Thais, Malis, all good.

Fried rice was not good. Rice was over cooked and mushy. Server would come every two mins to clean and we felt rushed, even though they were almost empty at noon. While we were still eating they asked if we need a Togo box. Won’t be back.

We ordered delivery for the 3rd time and it all arrived hot and very tasty! Hard to find good delivery that doesn't arrive either cold or like eating cardboard, but J's does a fantastic job!

J's is NOT what it used to be. The only two sushi chefs left so NO sushi. There was a sign on the door saying no sushi when we went there for my birthday. I will be eating somewhere else.

Huge foodie here and now have gotten to the point that I eat just to eat. This however was some amazing food and it was take out. Can’t imagine how much more wonderful it would have been had we ate there. Anyway thoroughly enjoyed it and was the best food we have had in month! We had the Singapore noodles, sesame chicken, Mongolian beef, pineapple fried rice which had a nice little spice to it and egg drop soup. Family of four all loved it.

Good lunch go to place

I am not sure why this place has such a great rating. We went there last night for the first time. One of the dishes we ordered was Cashew chicken. We did not find any cashews in it. The taste was just ok, not something we normally pay for. We thought we made a mistake in the order and did not complain about the lack of cashews. When we got the ticket, we pointed that out to the waiter. His only response/reaction was to say that they must have forgotten to add the cashews. No apology, nothing. Moreover, the wait for food was quite long. The excuse there was that they are getting a lot of delivery orders. The last thing that I mention is their coconut soup. It was much more tangy than any coconut soup we ever had. They seem to have put much more lemon grass or lemon than needed. We ended us asking to have it in a to go container. We will add cononut milk and water in the hope of making it more pleasant to eat. I am sorry, but we are very disappointed.

So apparently a Chinese restaurant can screw up Fried Rice. Check the pics.. I got white rice barely covered in soy sauce…. Where are the eggs, veggies, meat??!! How can you screw up fried rice?

Our order was fried rice, general Tso’s chicken, kungpao chicken,lo mein and basil rolls.

The basil rolls were fresh and delicious. The lo mein was passable compared to the other disasters. The generals chicken was ok too but the portion didn’t even fill the to-go box.. was only 1/2 full and just 2 pieces of broccoli. Oddly it had lots of chili’s which was probably meant for the Kung pao. But the chili’s themselves were bland. I ate 5 straight-up with no effect or hotness.

Kungpao…. I ordered mine extra spicy…. I didn’t get that or even true kung pao chicken. I got huge stewed chicken pieces with a vegetable mix in a watery semi-brown broth with peanuts sprinkled on top. No chilis and no favor. Check the pic. Sorry that’s not kung pao.

Bottom line.. If you are craving Chinese food and don’t really care, this place will probably do. The service was friendly and fast. But for me, the food was lacking and I rather wait 5 extra minutes to get food made the right way then get bad food fast.

Outstanding General Tso chicken

The lunch menu said that the lunches came with spring rolls. They don't. They wouldn't substitute egg rolls and they wouldn't credit my bill for the spring rolls. The only reason they got 2 stars was the food was good.

This place has nice selection of asian style food. They do offer Japanese/Chinese/Thai/Malaysian style food. Been here few times for dinner and always thought the food was good. Wait staff are courteous and friendly. Food arrives promptly after ordering without much wait time (even on days the place looks busy). Definitely recommend this if you are looking for nice dine-in Asian food.

Ok so this is my 3rd trip to J’s and they have not disappointed on all three occasions. They have been consistent in quality, presentation, customer service and hot foot!!! Always piping hot and fresh. All the food that I’ve tried their so far is just better than other Asian places - from the egg rolls, to the spicy garlic chicken to the hot and sour soup - it all tastes better.

Please keep making your hot and sour soup the same way forever - it’s the best I’ve had and I absolutely love it.. it’s perfectly peppered and when I slurp it up I sweat profusely. I love it.

Love their Singapore noodles and roti canai. Authentic and nice restaurant. Not your typical strip mall food.

This is my go-to Chinese restaurant in the area. I’m from Maine and it was difficult when we moved here to find anything comparable. The first few places we tried were just blah. Js has amazing fresh options, plus great sushi and Japanese and too. The reason we return isn’t just food, it’s the service. Best waiter around. Absolutely the best- he knows our usual order. I take my family when they come to visit because Js can handle a big table too. The menu variety means everyone’s happy.

Brought the whole family or at least 8 others. We had a great time, food was good, service was above and beyond excellent. Highly recommend.
My husband and I dined here on a thursday. Nice place, clean and attractive. Friendly greeting at the door. Cloth napkins which I appreciate. Erwin our waiter, which for full disclosure, is why we came, greeted us warmly and brought us Salt and Pepper Calamari to try. I like Calamari but this dish was truly excellently prepared. The batter was just the right amount of crisp, the calamari tender with a slight sweetness which paired well with the bits of bell peppers and crisp noodles. Really liked this dish. The main course was the Sushi Sashimi combo served with ginger salad and miso soup both were fresh and tasty. The Nigiri sushi was fresh but the rice was a bit bland for my taste preferring the subtle vinegar hints found in most nigiri sushi presentations. The sashimi was well presented and attractive, the portions were generous. Overall, we enjoyed our experience at J's Asian Cafe and look forward to visiting again.

Foid was goid and prices reasonable

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. No crunchies for the soup.. not sure exactly what the spring rolls were filled with. 1 small rice for 2 full entrees. My entree was Malaysian and alleged to have potatoes in it.. there were maybe 2 tiny chunks and it was super spicy and that’s really all I could taste was the heat. I wish I had something nice to say but I honestly can’t find anything positive. Epic fail. Do not recommend
