Tried their happy hour menu & I wasn’t very impressed. The lycheetini drink was good, but the sushi didn’t taste all that good- the rice was a bit hard and crunchy which I did not like. The service was good however.

Kabuki is an excellent bar and sushi restaurant. The daily happy hour is great (believe from 4-6:30pm). They also have a great kids menu (Chicken teriyaki is our favorite item on there). The staff are friendly and professional. Always a great experience.

I recommend the lava drops, California rolls, miso soup and spicy krab roll. Their gyoza and edamame are great as well. I just wish they were open later like until 12 or 1 am so I could have those lava drops for a late night meal.

Eat here often. The food is excellent . The pineapple rice comes inn a pineapple and is delish. Really like cashew shrimp dish. Great pad Thai soups and house salad ...lots of dressing!

This evening I walked in to pick up my food on the front counter of Kabuki Wellington (like I normally do everytime I order online) and I was accosted by a waitress who screamed in my face saying "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!? Shocked, I said...picking up my order that has my name on it...she took my order away and had the hostess verify that it was actually mine. There were no signs indicating to check with the hostess before taking the order home. This was unacceptable and me feel highly unwelcome. It's a shame that the color of my skin made this woman treat me like a criminal. I love to eat her but that entire encounter will not have me come back.

This unassuming Asian fusion restaurant offers surprisingly tasty dishes at reasonable prices. Perfect for a laid-back meal with friends, it's a casual spot with attentive service. The modern, clean atmosphere is comfortable, but don't expect fancy decor or plated presentations.

While the agedashi sauce could use less soy sauce, the soft shell crab was exceptional. The salmon teriyaki and yellowtail tekamaki were also solid choices.

Overall, it's a great option for a no-frills, satisfying meal.

Recently ate lunch here and shortly after I started experiencing Scombroid Fish Poisoning symptoms. I called the restaurant with the intention of just letting them know to keep other guests safe. After speaking with the manager I decided I was going to have to write this.

I spoke with the manager and asked her if she was familiar with Scombroid poisoning. She admitted she was not but proceeded to tell me that they are required to freeze the fish for 7 days before serving to kill parasites. I explained to her that it is not a parasite from raw fish it is from improper handling and may have even occurred before they received the fish. I let her know that per the CDC freezing does not prevent scombroid poisoning. She argued with me and told me the health dept tells them to freeze it so it does. After that she proceeded to gaslight me and tell me I may have a cold...... My symptoms are rash, diarrhea, reddening and flushing of my face, neck, arms, and upper part of the body and legs, headache, difficulty swallowing, and heart palpitations... 40 mins after eating Raw Tuna... but sure maybe its a cold.
I asked if I could have refund for the meal since the entire pill was $75. She told me no I have no proof besides you saying it. Go to the Dr. and then call me.

I have been coming here for more than 3 years. I like how attentive the waiters are and the environment is calm and relaxing. It's perfect for a quiet lunch with a friend. They play upbeat music hear and the energy is always positive.

Terrible customer service .i rushed all the way here because they’re closing time online states 10pm. I arrived at 9:42 and they told me the kitchens is closed and they take the last order at 9:40. I was a loyal customer here but will not be retuning. I own several businesses and would never treat my customers this way.

I dined in Kabuki on May 25, 2024 ; I ordered the California Rolls and Seaweed Salad. I fell with food poisoning the day after (May 26), my body threw away the seaweed and the sushi, this is caused due to spoiled sea food. I’m sure that there are not many cases like that, however it’s very dangerous when you are served with processed food, I do not recommend - others can get sick as well.

The service was absolutely horrible, we (total of 4 adults) went to eat because we all wanted sushi except 1 friends whose pregnant and cannot eat sushi, wasn’t sure about the fried rice and simply wanted to eat chicken nuggets from the kids menu. A woman from the restaurant approached our table and said their kids menu are only allow for kids 12 and under. When we explained to our waiter the reason she wanted to order from the kids menu he said and I quote “guys, if you want to eat chicken nuggets you can go to Mcdonalds.” Which I would’ve asked for his name but we are just never coming back to this place because of rude this person was. To me it’s a bit of a discrimination having an age limit for kids menu, also im going to be paying for my food, what do you mean I cannot eat what I please, specially a pregnant woman. Again ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! But anyways I’m now here at TUB TIM were they ALLOW me to eat whatever I please.

If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, this is not the place to go. The food is good. The server's knowledge of the menu and ingredients is deplorable and uncaring. We were ordering for 8 people and were told twice that's enough food. One item, the tempura veggies, met with everyone's palate and dietary needs. We were questioned for ordering 3 of them! It was the oddest thing, the food was ok. The empanadas were under cooked, the dough almost raw and we couldn't eat it or get waitress attention. Could not get water refills. Asked 3 times and didn't understand why we couldn't get water. 2 visits quite a disappointment. After the first visit, we decided to give them a second try because the food some of it tasted really good. But the second visit was just as bad as the first.

Dirty menus, dirty windows, & slow service. Food didn't come up to expectations. PadThai had little peanut sauce and no flavor. Served, not even warm. Beef was tough and over cooked. Had a strong beef suet flavor, that to me indicated a spoiled or low quality portions of beef. Came home with an upset stomach. Not returning, ever.

I receive the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received in this establishment. This has been my favorite restaurant up until the waitress that served me yesterday. I ask her for extra things & she ignored me and my family, had attitude the whole time I was there. I quite frankly didn’t want to leave a tip due to the poor experience, however I left her $4 tip. As I was walking out, the waitress followed me to my car, stop me as I was about to get in my car, I asked her what was wrong, I was confused because I already paid for my food. She asked me why I had left a 4$ tip and that most customers minimum leave 18$ tips. I had never in my life had someone chase me to my car and try to make me feel bad and argue with me in front of my car in the parking lot for leaving a low tip that she deserved due the poor experience. She even told me and my family to never come back. I felt she was being racist, prejudice, and that she didn’t even want us being there. If you’re anything other than asian or caucasian decent I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU EAT HERE!!

Did not receive what I ordered. Called the restaurant and was told I would have to come pick up the missing items from my order. I have disputed the charges. And I let her know she was more than welcome to pick up what was dropped off.

It took her another 20 minutes to loop back order so that the one person left out could order and we had already got our food by the time he had just placed his. We then asked for eel sauce on the side which never came, and it took an extra 40 minutes before the teriyaki steak came out. It seemed like the only thing that came quick was the bill! Bad service, bad professionalism, and mediocore food. Not worth it.

My wife and I were on the hunt for some decent sushi in Westlake, Florida, and we found this great little spot called Kabuki Sushi. The restaurant offers a wide variety of sushi rolls, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes. We arrived during happy hour, which is from 3 to 6:30 PM daily, and we were able to get a great deal on our food and drinks.

The service at Kabuki Sushi was excellent. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Went for the first time tonight based on recommendation. Won’t go back. My house m salad was laying in an inch of water covered with a “separated” dressing. Chicken teriyaki was bland with a side of frozen vegetables. My husband’s pad tai was flavorless. Waitress came by twice, to take order and hand us the bill.

I work with a television production company and they were so accommodating to our multiple orders totaling up to $500. Making sure that everything went smooth as possible even labeling the packages with names. My job requires me to keep both receipts, credit card and itemized, and when I forgot the itemized receipts they were able to locate the receipt in their system and even sent them to me via text message. Service above and beyond five stars and food as authentic as the street of Chiang Mai.
