A quaint Thai Restaurant in the books as a new place we tried. Last week we tried a new one in Osprey which was not good at all. This one did not disappoint .

Greeted and sat us quickly. Ordered our drinks and appetizers. She gave us time to order our sushi. Very polite and attentive.

I didnt see anywhere on the menu that there is additional charge for Spicy Mayo and eel sauce. Nor did she tell us. Didn’t know until we got the bill. Its only a few bucks more, but wish we didn’t get a surprise charge.

Won Ton soup was flavorful with lots of veggies and won tons amd the edamame with soy and garlic also delicious.

We got a couple rolls , JB, Shrimp Tempura and spicy salmon .

Would I come here again? probably not . Thai restaurants are all around the area. I might bring someone thats never been. But you can only eat so much of the same thing .

The owner of this disgusting business should be ashamed. You pay your staff so little that they panhandle the customers and complain if they don’t get at least a 40% tip. The food is 4/10 at best, but look at all the “good” reviews they’re not the most diverse group, so that tells you all you need to know. Yelling at customers when the bill barely hits the table about tips is truly disappointing behavior. Wonder what the Better Business Bureau thinks….

This is a little hidden gem in Venice. Very small (especially the parking lot) but absolutely work it. Both the sushi menu and the Thai menu are absolutely delicious - can’t go wrong with any of your favorite style of rolls, and highly recommend the drunken noodle, and save a little room for some Thai donuts at the end!

A fantastic little gem. We got the cashew chicken and an order of the yellow tail poke bowl. Both of them were so fresh and clean tasting, with just the right amount of spice on the cashew chicken. I will be back many times going forward.

I had the shrimp with green curry and absolutely loved it. Perfectly spiced.The waitress was very attentive and helped us out with the menu a bit lol.

Wonton soup was flavorful and larger than just a cup.
The Beast roll, snow crab, cucumber, eel, and salmon was tasty and large.
The Aventura roll, also large, and a great combo of "Soft-shell crab, eel, cucumber, masago, on top with conch salad in spicy house ponzu sauce and tobiko"

Staff was nice, place was clean. Wife's curry was ok but no spice to it. I did not like my sushi at all. Publix sushi is better and cheaper... Two of us for dinner and we had water to drink, no dessert. $70 including tip. Won't be back.

We arrived shortly after placing our order, not realizing how long the wait was expected to be. The staff graciously rushed our order for us. The food was delicious and we'll certainly return - after planning our timing better.

I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken and thought it was excellent. I subtracted one star because the service was rather slow, seemed disorganized and the restaurant was noisy; otherwise we were very pleased with the meal and would recommend it.

We had a fabulous dinner with excellent service. We had pineapple fried rice, California roll sushi, fried tofu, and papaya salad. The presentation included fresh flowers and the food had just the right amount of spice. Very reasonable price. One waitress expertly handled the whole restaurant. We will definitely be back.

Have driven by this place 1p0 times and never paid any attention to it. Finally stopped in after Kendo was shut down by the health department. We've only had the sushi here, which has been very fresh. They recently updated their menu, and with an increase in sushi roll options, but they also increased their prices. Their prices are now similar to most places in the area. They cut the rolls into slightly smaller pieces which makes it easier to eat. The portions are good, the presentation is really good, and the service has always been very friendly and attentive. One of our favorite sushi spots in Venice.

Small, cute restaurant. Food came out relatively fast and waitress was very sweet and helpful. However, the food I ordered, (Pad Krapow), was not what I received. I was really looking forward to having some authentic Thai food for my birthday since I had recently visited Thailand. However, upon receiving my food, the waitress acknowledged that the dish was not actually Pad Krapow and instead just a generic stir fry. It was rather underwhelming and not what I expected.

Curry was awesome. Sushi wasn't the best we've had. I would still comeback and just get the Curry.

Best sushi in all of Venice, really the only downside is the price and most of the time it takes awhile to get your food, but it’s usually because they only have 1 sushi chef and one regular chef, but the service is always great, super nice, and the place is very tiny but always looks great, and is clean, just a really good place.

The food was good indeed, but after seeing a hair in my food. I was so devastated, that instantly threw the hair on the floor. I politely informed our waitress what happened and they couldn’t do anything if we couldn’t provide evidence. I even pointed that they had a camera and they could
check our reaction. Well after all this, the manager doesn’t do anything? Nothing for a customer as a compensation? I felt like giving them this review, maybe it will be a wake up call for them. Thanks, but I will not be going there again.

Great food with even better service. Drunken noodle is my favorite. The Pad Krapow is also fantastic. Parking is slightly difficult with bigger vehicles, and is quite limited. Small but cozy dining room. This is my usual go-to for the one day I don't bring my lunch from home 🫶

Ordered 3 dishes for carry out, shrimp pad tai, sweet and sour chicken and beef pad tai. Shrimp was okay, mostly noodles pleasant tasting, chicken's sauce was more like a broth, and the beef was tough and chewy. We were fooled by the previous ratings, never again.

Nice little place, food was good and beautiful to look at, service was great, polite and attentive. Definitely, we will go back.

Went here for dinner as a result of Google search and reviews and I was not disappointed. I ordered pad Tha with beef and shrimp (and the shrimps were big (16-20 size) not the tiny 26-30), and blue sea sushi. My spouse ordered poke bowl. The foods were delicious. Yes, Poke was fresh as well as my sushi. Highly recommended.

I ordered sashimi pieces last night for takeout. Four pieces of tuna and four of salmon, and couple rolls. The tuna pieces were frozen… I wish I took a picture. Disappointed because I was super hungry, and had to wait for it to thaw… :(( check was closer to $60.

I loved the atmosphere here, very clean. The service was great. Did not have to wait long for our appetizers to come out. Our server was Sophee, she was very professional and very kind. Always checked up on us , making sure we had everything we needed. Definitely recommend coming here. The food was amazing.

I was born in Venice and I have seen it grow into this great food destination and this place is on my must try list. They have the absolute best sushi! The Angel sea Roll, Deep Blue Sea Roll, and the Aventura Rolls are fantastic. They also have a wonderful wonton soup. It tastes like homemade dumplings. The staff is always very nice. The only problem with this restaurant is the parking and its a very small location off 41. If you go during season you will need to go early to get a table. The parking is a big problem. If you are going with some friends definitely car pool because you wont find a place to park. Other than the parking this is a little hidden gem in Venice.

I ordered the fried ginger pork Thai hot 🔥 5. The flavor was great, vegetables were crispy and fresh. Jasmine rice was done right and I would recommend this little gem.

The sushi was very fresh. We visited during a road trip and ordered a variety of rolls, a la carte sushi, and we also tried their miso and wonton soup. It is rare to try so many items and enjoy every single one. The ambiance is no frills, straightforward and very well lit compared to other sushi spots. We will be back again!

The food was delicious. So much flavor in every bite. My taste buds were so delighted I could hardly put down my chopsticks. Not to mention how lovely the plate looked when they brought me my rolls and sashimi. My compliments to the chef. The service was top notch. She had excellent timing throughout and visited the table the right amount of times. For drinks, the meal, the check back to ensure I was enjoying my meal after a couple of bites and then she came back noticed my card on the table and asked if I'd like a to-go box. I will definitely be returning for all my sushi cravings. Next time I must try the curry which also looks divine. Aside from the excellent good and great service, I also enjoyed the art on the wall which was also for sale. I assume they are local artists. I love seeing businesses support others. #oneworld

Sushi and sashimi were good but the order was wrong and the service average. Jasmine tea was weak and warm, not hot. It appears they did not do a through job cleaning up after hurricane Ian as residue was on the baseboards.

This is my girlfriend and I’s favorite spot in Venice! Best Thai food around, period. Staff are very kind and friendly. Food is authentic and always delicious. A must visit!

Just ordered lunch from the lunch menu posted online.
Beware. The prices we were charged for the lunch specials were more than the online specials.
We tried to show the manager that he was overcharging us. We even showed him the menu we ordered from. He said it is a misprint and he cannot do anything about it. The food was good but not worth the inflated prices! Then....he asked if we wanted to leave a tip!!!
"Here's a tip....charge the prices you advertise!"

Some of the best Thai dishes that I have had. Service was excellent, and prices were reasonable.

They had a nice vegetarian section. I had the vegetarian massaman curry with fried tofu. The potatoes were undercooked and some tasted old or rotten. Everything else about the curry was delicious, especially the sauce. I asked for it to be extra spicy and the server was able to accommodate that for me. The restaurant was small and cozy, staff was super kind. :)

1) I've had much better sushis and rolls.
2) the duck that I ordered it was overcooked and it was not crispy enough hot and sweet sauce that it comes with was not hot enough
3) staff is not professional and do not speak enough English.

Overall, it is my favorite Thai restaurant in the Venice, FL area. I prefer to dine in during lunch time when it is truly bargain with the lunch menu. I often order pad thai, drunken noodle and lunch combo that includes spicy tuna. I must warn you that dinner menu is quite pricey.
