First to say, im a long time customer to this place, not just a random review from an angry person. I’ve had two disappointing experiences with this takeout. First, they tried to overcharge me by $6—this is the second time this has happened. Then, when I got home, I discovered they forgot the sweet-and-sour sauce for my sweet-and-sour chicken. Without the sauce, it's just deep-fried chicken bites, which are unappetizing and far from what I ordered.

When I called to inform them, the woman I spoke to laughed with her coworkers instead of taking the issue seriously. She offered to credit me only the cost of the sauce—a dollar and some change. That doesn’t make up for ruining my entire meal tonight!

This place has really gone downhill. It feels like they don’t value their customers at all. I won't be returning.

I ordered the Happy Family- each element of the meal tasted good like each thing didn't taste like everything else. Brown sauce was light with a hint of sweet. Rice was fresh and not clumps. Enough for two meals for $17- slightly overpriced for meat quality, but tasty. Their children were making a lot of noise on their gaming systems.

The BEST take out place if you're looking for Asian Chinese and Thai food. It's new so it's clean and family run. Good portion and reasonable price. They have 4 tables if you decide to eat in. The BEST in town.

Just ordered from this pla e tonight, first order spent over $80 I ordered the coconut shrimp attached is what I received, doesn't even taste like coconut at all and all the sauce is thin at the bottom of the container, worst coconut shrimp I've ever had I spent almost $19 for that, definitely my last order from this place

I'm very picky with my garlic sauce and this is the original recipe not like other restaurants that try to get it right and it just doesn't cut it. The meat oh man, like no other. Had tried their boneless ribs and they were mostly lean not most fat like other places with alot of meat and it tasted like the old school ribs back in the day. Huge portions. Great prices. We got 2 large combos with rice Vegtables and egg rolls large wanton soup and two drinks and it was only 29 bucks. Most other places that would easily be $40, $45. I don't usually leave reviews only if it was phenomenal. Oh and let me tell you about the wantons, so delicious soft but firm. The tofu was perfect Veg and rice perfect. You have to try this food for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Best Asian food all around. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

When we moved to Port Orange, I tried a few Chinese Takeout places and Asain House became my favorite. The food is amazing and very flavorful! I have always had a great experience each time I go. It's a family owned place and everyone is super nice. I'd recommend going here

The owner's wife is very enthusiastic, do this house special Lo mein is very delicious, but also specially gave me two more barbecued meat，haha.

I ordered delivery, and paid cash to the driver, yet Asian House took it out of my debit card AGAIN, and again I am in the red on my account because of this. I need a refund of $60 asap

The little girl that they have running the food counter who I assume is high school age really should not be talking to customers she says something rude to me almost every single time I walk in there. First time she says to me “ you have a very weird haircut did you mean to do that to your hair? “ while literally laughing in my face ,not even joking .This time she asked me about six times why I wasn’t going to college as if that’s anybody’s business to ask their customers and to judge them on their appearance. It’s absolutely insane how the parents allow her to run the counter like this. I will definitely not be placing any future orders nor recommending this place to any of my friends it’s not worth the horrible service

I think in general I'm having a hard time.
With Asian food in the South VS in the North. It is just not the same. I'm talking things like teriyaki. Beef doesn't taste the same. That is my Asian house in Portland Maine. Not even the sauces tastes are the same brown or white. Some dishes are quite tasty and some dishes I don't know.

We thought we'd try another Chinese restaurant just to experiment if there was a better restaurant. Experiment gone wrong. First, for the caliber of what we expected, $40 for two dinners was no problem. After receiving the meals, come to find that it was a bad choice. I care not about the Doordash premium that brought the tab to 57.00 (I tip good) that my convenience responsibility. The Boubon chicken was tough, overcooked and the texture felt like it was cooked the day before. The egg rolls, standard and shrimp, were edible, not enjoyable. The Gen Tso Shrimp was gooey, over-breaded and soggy, dripping with sauce. I will say that the rice was good. Red Bowl delivers better.

We thought the food and service were great. We had enough food to eat on for three days. Portions are plentiful!

Used to be good, but very bland and boring now. Fried rice just tastes like steamed rice with soy sauce. Dishes taste like steamed vegetables swimming in sauce. Cooking technique has changed.

When this restaurant first opened they were great, since then it's been on a consistent downward spiral. They currently have a very young girl taking orders and running the register, she gets easily confused and not giving us what we ordered, and overcharging. Very often missing something from our order. The food quality is not what it used to be either. Very disappointed and will no longer be going to this establishment. I do not recommend.

I don't leave reviews often but this is the 3rd time my order was either wrong, they didn't make all of it or just rewarmed egg roll, old fried rice, lacking any amount of protein or vegetable (other than onion and carrot). Tonight lo mein in my beef. Obviously wrong for my order but this has been a problem for me. Beef dish all onions anyway. Reason for 2 stars was the sesame chicken was just alright. At least they didn't completely mess that up. Thank God!!!!

When I am in the mood for good food that doesn't cost "an arm and a leg" I visit here.
The food is always enough for a meal the next day (left-overs) there is a wide range of different types of choices as well.
My favorite is the house special fried rice and the chicken Lo Mein. Yummy!!
Oh and the egg rolls!

Oh my gods! Asian house is the best yet in town, here at port orange! I just came down from New Jersey, and there food and has most reasonable price! I especially love Chinese food and I always like to also order the Thai menu there rice and all type of food is well made and fresh! I love there cook rice sits so good looking, also they have a mini shop where they sell items they didn’t need and it’s so Perfect, if you have family it could be a birthday gift! They have baby toys, dog toys, and a lot sections of phone case also iPad! And the price are 60-70% then the average price! I would definitely buy things here and recommend you to save money! This is a MUST!!!

Asian House has the best food to offer, I would highly recommend coming here for lunch or dinner or even just in general. I order every week on there website. There food is well cook, flavoring is amazing. The place is well done and sanitized in between every customer visits! There service is fast and easy, The staffs and employees or super friendly and kind. I would definitely come and visit more often, Whenever I can!

Just finished eating. OMGoodness! We had chicken with Chinese veggies and chicken egg foo young. We usually only eat about half of our meals, but this was so good we both finished everything! This is our new go to for Chinese! Loved it! 😍

Not that great. The food has no real flavor, and the egg rolls are gross. The rice is is yellow rice which is werid as all the other Chinese restaurants I have ever been to its made with white rice. It's not fried rice just steamed. Will not be getting back.

This place is awesome .my wife wanted peppersteak lomein and they did it .. waited on us to get home on a delivery..we were running behind. Spot on ..

The delivery driver claimed that our dachshund bit him. After looking at his already healing (had a scab) wound I told him it was a scrape not a bite. I even showed him on my doorbell camera that he was not bit. Then he tried to force his way in my home. The police were called and agreed he was trying to sue. Be extremely careful of the family member that helps and drives a blue Toyota fj cruiser.

Try Chicken with mixed vegetables. Veggies cooked perfectly, a nice variety of fresh ingredients. Served with tasty Jasmine rice. Spring rolls were delicious not greasy.

I normally do not order from new places until they get good reviews, or word of mouth says I must eat there.

However, I am very glad I ordered through Uber eats. Hands down best Asian cuisine I’ve eaten in this area. The Panang chicken curry was so good you could pour it in your flip flop and it would be the best flip flop you ever ate. Hopefully the only flip flop you ever ate, but it’s that good. Scallion pancakes seems to be a north east thing so to find them down here made my day.

First time ordering Food since April and it was great.

We ordered food here last night- the delivery driver handed us our food and as soon as we got it inside, we immediately noticed that there was a roach in the bag crawling all over everything. We called the restaurant who took a day to get back to us- my friend who placed the order for us was the one to speak with them. Although we had a photo of the bug in with the food, they straight up called her a liar and said that she stole the photo off of the internet. I definitely will not eat here again, not only because of the bug but because they handled the situation so poorly. After looking into their health inspections, it's no surprise why they had 10 violations on their most recent one.

We relocated to New Smyrna Beach a year and a half ago. We have not been able to find Chinese food with any flavor...UNTIL NOW !!! We got our first take-out last night from The Asian House, and it was delicious ! They were very accommodating, as I am not entering any public places right now. I ordered over the phone, paid with my credit card, and they delivered it to my car in the parking lot.

This place is definitely one of the most accurate asian food I've had in this area. If you just moved here and miss asian cuisine, this place is the place to go.
