It seems like they may do a bigger takeout than dine-in. In a nut shell if your are craving sushi and this is the closest place then go for it. Otherwise, weigh all your options.

Making some money on the side delivering food. It’s been 15 minutes and not one employee has greeted me or asked me how I could be helped. I said hello to a waiter, he gave me sign saying hold on but never checked on what I wanted after. Phone has been ringing off the hook, and no one bothers to answer it. Waiter from before just took an order of someone at the sushi bar who walked in after me. There’s a couple by the door who’s been waiting to be seated for at least ten minutes as well.

I don’t know the status of the food I’m picking up. I let the customer know this, and they chose to call the restaurant for me to get an update. That was 8:34, they were told it’d be ready soon. Let’s see... it’s now 8:44... 8:54... 9:04. Just got a text from the customer, they’re going to cancel it.

All I know, is I’ll never eat here or recommend it to anyone. EVER!

Better option for takeout in the area because it’s about the same as all the Mamaroneck places without the madness.

Awesome experience. Came in late to dine in. Accomdated family of 5. Waiter and rest of the staff were acccomodating. Food and drinks were top notch. Will def recommended hurricane the drink and pineapple fried rice

You didn’t cook it long enough so now it is cold and there was a big thing of hair in my sushi and you said it would take 5 minutes and IT TOOK 20 MINUTES

Thought we’d try something new across the street but sorry we did !! Hybachi steak was horrible old and dried out ! And service was bad considering we were the only one in the restaurant and didn’t see the waitress til the bill came 🙄

Best place in the neighborhood

I decide to bring some friends today and the service was the worst ever. The waiter was upset for some reason, she never serve water or ask if everything was ok. At the end we like to pay separately and the cashier was in bad mood, and for sure they charge more to some of my friends. I felt so bad. Last time in this place.

I went with a pal after a good local hike in Mamaroneck this past Saturday at 5 PM. It was early so It Was fairly slow, one table was occupied. We were greeted and sat at a table fast. We took a few minutes to look at the menu. Waitress came by within a few minutes and we ordered a couple of Hurricane mixed drinks and a shrimp and vegetable tempura appetizer to start. A few minutes later we ordered our mains, veggie pad Thai for me and my friend ordered veggie pad Thai. The Hurricanes were served in wine glasses and were very tasty and had enough ice to keep the drinks cold But not too much ice, we really enjoyed them, refreshing and nicely mixed! Tempura veggies and shrimp came with a soy dipping sauce and were cooked just right and delicious. Waitress and another women who brought food out were friendly and helpful. Overall a good first time dining experience, nice menu, and we would visit again. We both liked and enjoyed our pad Thai entrees, good size portions and It was delicious. I'll take a few photos next time, will have to order some sushi next visit which looks very good. It's a small Restaurant so it might be wise to go at off peak times.

I ordered for takeout, as i waited i ordered a soup. The soup bowl had crumbs on the outside and didn't seem clean. The person who took my order did not greet me and was on their cell phone talking the whole time.

First time visiting, and I was not disappointed. Food was delicious, fresh and very nice presentation, flavors oh my lord 😋, I try the TNT ROLL, I thought it was gonna be hot , but it was not but the whole combination of ingredients wow! Definitely I recommend and prices 👌

I've been ordering from Aria for a few months now and, while it's certainly expensive, I am always satisfied with the quality. However a few months back I hurt my foot and changed my preferences from contactless to having the delivery driver deliver it to my door (my front door is down the hall from the front door of the building).
After weeks of having this setting checked and no change in behavior, finally I spoke to the delivery driver on the phone and asked him to deliver it to me personally. He told me he couldn't, that left it at the front, etc. I told him the situation and he told me again that he couldn't - it almost sounded like he had already left and wasn't coming back to help.
I will not be ordering from here again.

Great food

1st time there. The food was good but a few items were not available. Business seems slow, but that will change once the Harrison Avalon apartments get filled.

We got sushi for $15 which was literally 8 bites! We also found dirt on the lettuce that came with the sushi!

UPDATE: 06/2021

I wanted to give it a chance again, in case it was an anomaly. I got sick again, that's 3 times in a row. They do have amazing service and the food was so tasty ^_^ ....But not worth having the runs and nausea.

Issually an AMAZING place...but me and my sister got sick from eating this food. Sorry I'm being honest....but other than one time, I have never been sick from the food here.

Food has always been consistently fresh here. Sometimes the service is bad but whenever I am in Harrison I always come here for the sushi!

We have ordered regularly from Aria and everything have been delicious.

good variety of sushi rolls and different/interesting combinations of flavors.

Sushi is always really good. But they take forever to get your order delivered (2hrs and 15 min to get my order tonight) and even for pickup you're always waiting no matter how long you give them. Beware of you're order dinner for kids and they are hungry.

Awful experience. This restaurant was on Westchesters best which is why I decided to try it. We got there and there was a table behind us which was loud and screaming. But I agree that’s not the restaurants fault. The food was mediocre. Nothing too tasty but I can’t say It was bad. It was a little salty and It was bland. The service however was THE WORST. We had a female server who was rude and impatient. She rushed us to place our orders and then was rude when we expressed our experience at the end of the meal. We ordered cocktails which weren’t that great and some appetizers including the miso soup, Aria dumpling soup, aria special buns, dragon buns, rock shrimp and chicken lettuce wraps. We planned on ordering more but decided we didn’t want to spend any more time at this location so didn’t order our entrees. We asked for extra plates; one of the plates was dirty and she was not happy that we pointed it out and asked for a different plate (which I watched her just rub the dirt off of). After finishing our food which we did not complain about at the time, the server came to collect the plates and asked how everything was. We expressed it wasn’t up to our expectations given it was recommended in the best of Westchester and didn’t want to order any more food and that we will take the check. She then lifted the lids of all the plates to check if we ate and said “but you ate It all”. The fact that she made that comment was the icing on the experience. We were not asking for any compensation or anything, just expressed our experience. I found It incredibly rude the way she said It and approached It. To make It even better, when she brought the check, she said “oh I didn’t charge you for one item because the chef actually made you the wrong thing” -_-. If we didn’t complain, would they have ever told us. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a long time. We then went to Haiku in white plains to finish our dinner and order entrees where the food and customer service were 10000x better. I would never ever recommend aria to anyone and It should be taken off of Westchesters best list without any doubt.

Delivery was over an hour late. Bad customer service.

I order from this place quite often since it's close to my job and they deliver. The food is good but always allow extra time for delivery (not once has it arrived within the delivery estimate that they email after ordering and it always takes over an hour to get here even though it's very close by)

They are very rude and arogent . I asked for delivery and they force me to pay more tips and refuse to give me my change back. When I call the restaurant they shouted at me and miss behaved with me.

Excellent food. Really enjoyed the soft shell crab and dim sum. We ordered the Mamaroneck roll that wasn't on the menu but is still offered. We enjoyed this tremendously. Great atmosphere. Excellent service.

Walked in and stood at the door for a good 5 min before turning around to leave. As we were walking out an employee decided to yell across the room and ask if she could help us. Being the first time there, we gave it a chance. We ordered food for take out, and it took longer than we were told. We were pleased by most of the food, but the roasted duck we paid $12 for was 75% bone. We were really disappointed with this. There should be a warning on the menu or from management saying there is bone in the pieces we were given. Not a good first time eating from here.

Lunch menu is really good

This is my favorite sushi spot in town. I crave it when I’m away. The pricing is fair. The staff is super friendly and sweet. I have not ordered anything I did not like.

My daughter and I go to Aria after school and the food is always excellent. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that their delivery is not the best. I stopped ordering delivery from them a long time ago.

I love the volcano roll and the pizza sandwich is my new fave.

There's plenty of free parking which makes it more attractive than going to one of the sushi places on Mamaroneck Avenue.

If you're looking for an excellent alternative to parking on the Avenue for sushi, Aria is delicious!

First off, this is the first time I’ve ever reviewed a restaurant and that speaks a lot for me giving my time to write this review. The WORST service I’ve experienced in over 30 years. We waited 20 minutes to be approached by a hostess and seated and the food wasn’t served until an hour and a half later! We finally got our cold food and my husband had a piece of plastic in his sushi and had to spit it out in a napkin before choking on it. The entire restaurant stormed out unhappy with their service, one being a couple next to us that sat for an hour without drinks even being served. Another couple leaving warned us to get out now before we ordered our food and we should have listened. Unfortunately they cater to their take out orders before they considered taking care of their diners. Terrible, and i am a local Harrison resident that supports local business but this was extremely embarrassing for a business to operate like this.

This place has great food and if you deliver over $30 you get a free sesame chicken with broccoli. If you go there the people are very nice and the food is served great and there are mints and candies and toothpicks at the enterence.

Great resteraunt....... waitresses giving massages to patrons, I was confused if it was a massage parlor or a resteraunt but then figured out it was a great sushi resteraunt and was one of the best food experiences I've ever had!!!!!
