Last dine in seated 30 minutes before closing. Last take out order 30 minutes before closing.
This place has absolutely gone down hill in the worst way possible. I usually don’t write reviews but this really made me upset.. I’m sorry but what kind of summer roll is this..? It looks I got the scrap piece of shrimp. If I wanted a salad I would’ve just ordered that.. I don’t even think the total amount of shrimp in this roll could even make one medium shrimp. And then the “fried rice” basically white rice sprinkled with soy sauce and thrown frozen vegetables in it. Save your money there are so many better sushi restaurants in the area.
The service was horrible. The waitress filled my husband cup with water instead of the sprite he had and then asked what was in the cup. The waitress forgot to put my crab roll in so it didn't come out until my husband was paying for the bill. I couldn't enjoy a whole complete dinner, so part of the meal I had was the drunken noodles. I think I will stick to the Kubuki in Wellington,FL, from now on.
Food is awesome, but I have one complaint. There are no business cards, or takeout menus available nor will there be in the future? How can this be. If you click Order Online, I am seeing different prices depending upon which company is going to process the order. Some items are 20% higher than what your in-restaurant menu shows. I am not even asking for delivery, since I almost always drop in to pick up my food.
This is very atypical of restaurant service for pick up and doesn't look good for Kabuki overall. I wonder how many shoppers know about this difference in pricing?
Hair in food. Go elsewhere for your health! We used to love this place but quality has gone down the hill, especially the quality of the take-out orders. Accuracy seems to be a problem for them too. The chicken has been really tough to chew. The noodles are stuck together. The veggies are also not fresh and tough to chew. Today was the last straw. We ordered lunch take-out and one of the rolls has 2 strands of long black HAIR rolled into the roll! Absolutely disgusting! That tells me the staff preparing the food aren't wearing hairnets . Isn't that a health code violation?! Looks like they had have 26 HEALTH VIOLATIONS since November! We immediately called the restaurant and told the person answering the phone. She just said hold-on and passed the phone onto someone else. The next person answering the phone was Lisa. We explained to her that one of our rolls has hair in it. She didn't sound surprised nor apologized at all. We told her we're quite upset and it would take us too long to come back for it now and someone is missing a roll for lunch. She still didn't apologize and just said I'll give you credit for it and that's all I can do. In my opinion, when your restaurant staff left hair in the customer's food you should not just give credit for that roll. You need to first apologize, and then make it right by refunding the charge for that dish in addition to providing that dish again next time since you essentially ruined a customer's lunch. We've been long time customers and have been putting up with the declining customer service and food quality but this was the final straw for us. I don't know if Lisa is the owner or the manager. But this is not how you treat your customers especially when your staff is the one who caused this incident. Put yourself in the customer's shoes, how would you liked to be treated and how would you like to be compensated? I'm not looking for a free meal since the meal quality was worse than ever. It's just very upsetting how you're handling this situation, never apologized at all, not a bit of remorse in your tone of voice. It felt like you were being bothered and inconvenienced when in fact we're the ones being inconvenienced. You telling us this is "all I can do" sounds like you're not willing to do the right thing and just want us to hang up the phone and be done because we're wasting your time. There are plenty of restaurants in town with better service and quality of food. You should reflect on your attitude toward customers and better train your staff.
Reply to Owner's Response on 4/22: While I appreciate you responding to my review. There's really nothing else I want to talk about. I rather not provide you with my email as well. My husband placed the order online on 4/21 at 9:36am, the order number is 251755750. The roll with the hair was a veggie roll that was part of the lunch combo with a Pad Thai. Lisa told us we can have $6 credit for future orders. But honestly, I don't trust your establishment to make our next meal for obvious reasons. Trust is difficult to gain once it's lost. So we don't have plans to use that $6 "credit". You can decide how to move forward with this information. If you choose to refund us, that's fine. If not, I won't be coming back to redeem that "credit" anyway. So you do what you think is right. I just wanted to bring awareness to this situation.
The sushi is fresh and delicious, food comes promptly and correctly every time, waitstaff is attentive and cares, and the kids can play outside while the food is prepared. We really enjoy the variety of the menu and the reasonable prices. The food is absolutely delicious - the thai and Japanese offerings!

Very congested... seats are so close to other people. I ordered hot food but everything was cold when arrived at the table.
Great food at reasonable prices, some fruit flys around the bar but it's to be expected in FL this time of year.

Sushi boat was amazing
Always love coming here. The Tom Kha soup is my favorite😍😍
I usually don’t write reviews, but this made me angry. I ordered food for delivery, so I couldn’t complain about it immediately. The food was tasteless, underseasoned, and looked and tasted as if it wasn’t fully prepared. I do not recommend it.
Rear of shopping center food very good as is service ,
Good Thai
Below is my review from 3 years ago. I decided to give this another try as a friend of mine told me they actually like the place. This 2nd try resulted in me lowering my rating from 2 stars to 1 star. Went for lunch and the place had a fruit fly infestation; me and my friend spent the entire meal swatting and shoeing fruit flies away from our plates. Since tge sushi was so poor last time, i decided to try the thai fried rice. It was the most bland fried rice i have wver had and tgere was nothing thai about it, not a hint of garlic or lime or fish sauce....just nothing too it but greasy blah. Never again. Oh, and then the owner or manager walked in with a bag of McDonald's and proceeded to eat his lunch in the booth next to us, so i was smelling chicken mcnuggets the whole meal...and i was jealous!

Unfortunately, it's another "thai/sushi" which doesn't know how to do sushi. I'm not sure what it is with this area of Florida and their lack of ability to do actual decent Japanese sushi, but this lives right up to that reputation. The rice was furthest thing from a well executed sushi rice; it was cold and flavorless and lacking any life. And the fish itself was lack luster at best. The tuna was obviously from frozen saku blocks, which any decent sushi bar uses as their absolutely emergency backup. They're certainly not getting in bluefin tuna. The salmon had a bit of a fishy smell not too bad but certainly more than you want. In the tekamaki roll they put scallion, which is unheard of. The spicy tuna roll literally had watered down Thai sweet and sour sauce brushed on top. There was no spice to it at all. Complete fail and obviously a Thai person's idea of what would taste good but had nothing to do with sushi.
If you're looking for decent sushi this isn't the place, however apparently nobody seems to care in southern Florida lol

Kabuki is one of my go to restaurants, especially for lunch. They have great lunch specials that are very reasonably priced. You can choose 2 items and it comes with your choice of soup or salad. I usually get one of the Thai curry options and a sushi roll. They also have some good crab rangoon and pad thai and you can also choose to order from the dinner menu at any time. The atmosphere is casual, but it is nicely decorated with a helpful staff and very clean.
Started last year at Kubuki in Wellington, and I just tried their PB Gardens location. Both have outstanding, flavorful food, nice presentation, and great service. Caught the early bird and ate like a King for a great price.
Highly recommend and a great place to begin enjoying sushi and...
While the rolls and sushi items are delicious, The back of the restaurant is a mess. The bar has piles stacked everywhere and boxes on the floor. CLEAN IT UP or I'm done.
Great fresh tasting sushi with quick and great service
Se come bien
I usually go here for sushi, but past few times have been a bad experience. Place used to be jam packed on fridays and now they are dead. The quality in the fish has gone down hill. Guys yelling and screaming at the bar. And also for some reason the sushi isn’t even that cold when it arrives to your table. Sushi is supposed to be cold when served, not room temperature. Also, some of the employees there are rude. Not to mention the place isn’t very clean. I used to love this place, but not anymore. Just thought I’d leave this review for anyone who is thinking about coming here. It’s a shame how down hill it’s gone.
Delish & reasonable happy hour options! Patio is not dog friendly which is a bummer though.
Excellent customer service! We order from here on a bi-weekly basis, and the food/service, never disappoints.
I loved it! I am going to FAU around the corner and I have to make this a regular spot!
My favorite place to eat sushi.
Service is fast and friendly.
Food and service is fantastic.
Service and food was amazing. Juan provided a great service.!
Service was great, food was excellent!
Loved my server. Food great always.
This was my local sushi spot for years. I recently moved up north and it’s been a mission to find something comparable and sadly I have yet to find anything that tastes as fresh and reasonably priced. Really miss this place
Always pick up service vero fast. We like the curry rice the you can choose more or less hot.
Excellent food, but for some reason they have news on TV. Please keep the sports on all the TVs, sports are universal and are pleasant to have going in the background. I didn’t care, but others in the group brought it up and that did surprise me since most restaurants don’t have news on the TVs (when is it ever good after all?). They also brought up a few comments with regard to service: the extending of the plates of food across from people instead of serving by each person’s side was a little odd. Also, when taking the plates, etc. from a table, it is best not to stack everything right in front of the person sitting at the table trying to have a conversation. A little training in this regard will go a very long way and bring this place up to par with practically all others. Please take the items from the side or between people and remove, and if at all possible, please do not build a pile of plates and items right in front of the person while they are trying to have a conversation with their coworkers. These are fundamental and people in the group brought it up. I didn’t think about it until they brought it up and made a comparison with other establishments. Great food though, keep that up!

Obsessed with their lunch specials! The rice, sushi, all of it really sooooo good!
I know it was crowded. So you give it a little leeway but it was so so and the restaurant look nice but it was dirty. Which is something I hadn't seen when I've been there before. Seems like everything's going a little down everywhere is
Great sushi spot with great service
I’ve been here like 10 times already in the past 2 months lol it’s literally always amazing I love it and the prices you can’t beat
Delicious sushi, great service, easy parking
WOW! Probably some of the best sushi I've had in a very long time. Wait staff was incredible and food came very quickly. Sitting outside was very comfortable. Thank you for making my experience great.
The restaurant has an special for sushi rolls and sashimi for lunch very good
Food was just ok, drinks not recommended. Price is reasonable.
A very frequent patron of this establishment, food and service has always been top level, but today we arrived and found out that dogs are no longer allowed on patio🤪🤪🥲🥲what’s up with this???? Sad day.
Happy hour is decent, some good options.
Sushi rolls are just ok.
One dish we ordered was wrong and server was not willing to remake it the way we originally ordered.
It was alright, overall
Good sushi the service can be very slow but it's worth it
The only reason to come here is for the Happy Hour Sushi. The service is horrible. The wait staff is hit or miss.
Great happy hour, good place to bring family and friends for pan Asian food.
Wonderful and delicious. Great food, value, and selections. They have such am extensive menu where every dish is a home run. Prices are so fair too.
Came for lunch. Ordered specialty roll PB & J Roll as a starter and it was delicious. Took advantage of Pick 2 deal and got Drunken Noodles (very good and not spicy at all) with Spicy Tuna roll (which are about the size of a quarter). The size of the Pick 2 roll was very surprising but with the price you get and a soup/salad as well I wasn’t any upset. Recommend this place as you get a lot of food at a great deal if coming for Lunch Specials served daily until 3pm.
Great food and price. I really like this restaurant 😋
Great place! Quality food, delicious and affordable price.
Good alternatives for kids menu.
Paleo and keto friendly
This is my new favorite restaurant in PBG. Great staff. Awesome food. And not over the top expensive like so many places in the area!
Went during happy hour, hostess sat us outside and our waitress came out twice to take our order and give our drinks. Sat for an hour with no food, while tables around us got their food and left. Only when we got up to ask our waitress for the check only THEN was our food brought out to us meaning that our sushi was SITTING there and our waitress was rude and unapologetic. Will not come here again
Food arrived quickly and was piping hot! The wonton soup had nice big wontons with lots of filling and flavor. The pork Buddha Delight had nice crisp veggies and tasted delicious. The side of fried rice was also tasty, if a little sweet.
I have no idea where this place gets this rave reviews. The food is poorly prepared and the service is terrible. So many other good options in the area. Wished we had just eaten at Rocos Taco's
Good
If you like unseasoned food with little to no salt. Service was good and staff nice!
This place is amazing. Nice outdoor scenery. We got 3 dishes to split and two appetizers. All were amazing. Would highly recommend!
Came here for happy hour, which according to their website is only not in effect on holidays. Drove a considerable distance only to find out they decided since it's season and a holiday weekend there is no happy hour. Decided to stay anyway. Quickly discovered the best part about when we ate here last time was their decent happy hour prices. Food was so-so. When they took away a plate there was a mung bean sprout on my table that had been under the plate, but nothing we ordered had bean sprouts, so cleanliness and attention to detail doesn't appear to be high on their list. Mediocre sushi at best. Not worth the drive for me, so I will likely not be returning.
First time ordering from here and they did not disappoint! Even though there was a small hiccup with the online order, she was very nice and corrected it right away. I ordered the vegetable green curry and roll and fell in love! The food over all was delicious but the miso soup did something to my soul on that first sip 😍. I had no complaints at all the service was wonderful and this place is my new favorite restaurant!
Amazing sushi, and awesome happy hour prices. The lobster special was incredible with lobster salad, lobster roll and tempura lobster.
Had a bunch of food here a few days ago I am conflicted about this place.
The food is better than great. In fact goof is excellent. I had sushi, pad thai, shrimp wrapped in blanks, and shrimp dumplings. Food lasted me for dinner breakfast and lunch. Anyways all great but tasting food, but the parking is a disaster it's all valet parking even though I am picking up the food the pickup parking was full for over 15 minutes that's crazy.
This is a great place with great food and great service but the parking makes me not go back there and yesterday I did not even though I wanted to for dinner. Just don't want to deal with the parking
Wonderful sushi as previous time.
Lobster was old and dry, very disappointed
One of the best Japanese food spot in PGA, very clean environment, our waiter checked up on us to make sure everything is okay. Their Miso Soup and Chicken Wonton Soup is to die for!!!
The guy server was not attentive. I did enjoy the drinks and tipped the bartender separate/additionally for doing a good job. The mango cosmo was delicious. Some of the best calamari here! The fried gyoza was really good too. Roll was not as big as I’m used to, but it could have been smaller because it was happy hour. The ladies were attentive and helped our server out. Thank you.
This place was recommended by a friend of mines. We dined and the food and drinks were very good. The only reason why I didn’t give full rating was because our server only came to our table twice. To take our drink orders and then again to take our food orders. After serving our food she never returned to check on us nor did she return for the duration of our visit. The hostess took over pretty much which was extremely disappointing. The restaurant was not busy around the time I went in. I was given my check by the hostess and the server never came back to our table. I will dine again but I am hoping to receive better service than this time.
Kabuki was very good, go during happy hour, and you will not be dissapointed
I've been coming here for 8 years and every time (without fail) both the service and food have been incredible. Kabuki has literally never disappointed me. Their happy hour has so many options for under $10. Plates & drinks are always beautifully garnished. Easily some of the best sushi I've had. 10/10 recommend
Good sushi and service
Best Nam Sod I’ve had around here and Tsip is wonderful!
Happy hour takes too long for a drink .. it took 40mins for drink ,..,be patient ….. fyi service is slow !
Great happy hour menu. Amazing deals. Great food. Yummy drinks. All you could want for a sushi night. The service is very attentive.
Since kabuki opened it has been a staple for me to come for happy hour but ever since Covid I have not actually been back just because, life you know, and I came back today and I brought my boyfriend and he has never been here and let me tell you it is better than I remember!! And it was already AMAZING!! They added some things to the menu I highly recommend the Lava Drops, so me of those new items I have never had!! I recommend that you sit at the bar, our bartender was Lisa and she was amazing I mean the whole staff is great everyone but obviously I’m biased if they sat at the bar
Best local Thai food in PBG with more than adequate portions and always great service!!
Food excellent and fresh. Flavors delicious. Love Kabuki
their sushi is so yummy! prices for rolls seem reasonable during happy hour! all the appetizers we tried are tasty, too. i wouldn’t recommend the veggie fried rice, the rice was very wet, not fried. and the pad thai had a strange smell and the tofu lacked flavor. the outdoor seating is great, especially if you have kids.
If you're seeking a fusion of Thai and Japanese cuisines served in a contemporary setting, look no further than this establishment located on PGA Blvd.
The restaurant not only offers traditional and innovative Japanese dishes but also includes Korean barbecue options in its menu.
My girlfriend and I had a delightful three-course meal here. We started with a refreshing ginger salad and comforting miso soup, followed by the delectable angry rock shrimp.
The highlight of our visit was the sushi chef's hand-selected rolls for the night - an experience that I thoroughly enjoyed.
Considering the 98 restaurants dotting PGA Blvd, this place stands out and I highly recommend it.
Another place I frequent for lunch for their lunch specials. The food is okay but the size of the sushi rolls has gotten smaller over the years. I can’t eat cucumbers and order no cucumbers every time but there’s always cucumbers in my ginger salad and sushi rolls. Thankfully I’m not allergic but It ruins the food to have them never remove them like I ask. The service is slow given they are busy during lunch so plan accordingly.
I come here quite a bit since it’s close and convenient but honestly aside from the spicy tuna roll, miso soup, and the sleepless martini, i don’t think i’d order anything else. the sushi isn’t amazing and service is iffy depending on your server. It gets 4 stars though because i’ll definitely be returning and the happy hour offers great prices for sushi and drinks!
Honestly, this place was soooo good. I’m a New Yorker and it’s not easy to find good sushi in FL and that’s affordable and this place was beyond perfect. Such great pricing and sushi. They have an awesome happy hour food & drink menu everyday and I’d highly recommend checking this place out. Was pretty busy but not crazy busy and great service and solid ambiance and outdoor seating.
Awesome sushi and ramen!! The pineapple dishes are my favorite!
The portions are huge and well worth it. The sushi boats are well worth the price and they also have an amazing happy hour special!
Excellent sushi, very good service and very reasonable prices.
Since when does 1 hand roll made with 1 piece each of salmon, eel, avocado, and rice cost $18 dollars? Also, their Black Dragon Roll (eel on top)…tiny pieces of eel is what you will get. So if want true value for your meal then find a proper sushi house.
Best lunch deal in town. Authentic, delicious food.
The service should have been better than what it was. There were tons of employees standing around but very few people were actually waiting on the tables.
Excelente servicio👍
Amazing food
One of the best happy hours in town. They had great cocktails and the food options on happy hour are great too. We had the sushi rolls and they were great
I feel like I live here! The food is exceptional and so is the service!
Very good sushi. Have not had sit down dinner, only take out. Lots of options! Service is sometimes slow even on less than full nights and sometimes the interior could be cleaner.
Best sushi restaurant in town. Make sure you go during happy hour!
Food is awesome even for a large party of 12 people. Highly recommended!
quite literally the best sushi i’ve had
Great lunch specials and hand picked dinner menu for all prices and tastes
Just ordered delivery.. We are loving it. Thanks Kabuki.. Will order and share!!! Great taste
Best sushi and Thai food. Love this place. I must say if you are looking for the authentic and delicious sushi go to Kabuki
You get a lot of food for a great price.
Stopped here for a quick lunch and it was incredible. The service was fast with great and polite servers. Great prices and everything we had tasted amazing! Had the red Thai curry and a shrimp tempura roll. Love this place
Absolutely love this place from the atmosphere, service, value, and food. Sushi is so good and everything is fresh. Love their steamed shrimp dumplings and Krab Ragoon as well!
Great fresh Japanese food. Friendly attentive staffs. Refreshing drinks from the bar.
Great Thai food ate there twice in three days cause it was so good the first time. Got drunken tofu and veggie noodles and shrimp red curry for my hubby.
Great Thai place in PGA area, server was super nice and the Pad Thai was great with jumbo shrimp.
It was Honda Classic weekend so it was packed but they still did a great job.
Keep up the good work guys
All terrific
Decided to try this location today after hearing so many great things about it. I usually go to the Wellington location but this one is closer to me so why not try it. We sat outside and the outside seating area has a nice vibe/view. We started off with a few drinks and appetizers and after that our waitress came up to us with her pad and just stared at us which was odd. She didn't say do you guys want to do any entrees or anything else she literally just came over and took out her pen and pad and stared at us. I was just like whatever so we just told her what we wanted, after she took our order we did not see her ever again throughout the rest of our dining experience. Like AT ALL. While we were waiting for our entrees another server came and asked us if we wanted more drinks and he took our order which was fine cause like yes we want more drinks. Our food came out and it was amazing! After our food came out no one checked on us at all until our plates were damn near empty. The food was amazing the vibe was great but the service was just not there. My biggest thing was that our original server just up and disappeared. If she clocked out or something fine but no one even bothered to communicate anything with us or let us know someone else would be taking care of us. Vibe 10/10 Food 10/10 Drinks 10/10 Service 5/10 Would give 5 stars if we had a consistent server
Great food, Will go back
Stopped by late Thursday - Kyla was our server - the food is outstanding as always and the service is a 5 out of 5. She was awesome!
Everything is great👍 Especially, the Panang Chicken Curry!
As I had my first visit on a Friday night. The scenery outside was beautiful. The waitress were friendly and very helpful had very good recommendations. The food was great. And came out as fast as it could have. Will come and try many other dishes. Desert was fantastic.
Walked in and the server was immediately rude. Told us they were closing in 30 minutes but online it said they were open for another hour. Sat down and she continued to have a nasty attitude so we walked out.
Horrible!!!!! I was craving some sushi, I went to the one in Wellington and I loved it!!! Sadly I live in the area of PBG, I wanted to give it a shot. TERRIBLE!!!! I only took the server 25 mins to get to our table after asking the hostess 3 times for our server, no water , nothing was offered, and the place wasn't even busy. When we finally got a sever , we requested our drinks and guess what? They forgot us again for 10 mins, we decided to get up and leave. We just crossed the little hall to get to Roccos Tacos we are eating, the service is amazing.
Fantastic food, service, prices. You can not beat the pick 2 lunch combo. I ate until I couldn't and had enough leftover for dinner or lunch the next day.
Service was horrible. Not sure if it's short staffed or what, but our waitress seemed very lost running around. Had to ask for our second drinks. Our cups were empty for sometime. Our order was taken and she never returned. After we were done we had to flag someone down to get our bill. And now valet parking. So you spend even more money.
Wellington is much better and parking is free. Will never return to this location.
