Food is amazing. Service is great. Drinks not strong enough though.

We stayed at the adjoining hotel at the end of our cruise and discovered this hidden gem for lunch. The buffet was a great way to sample multiple items. The wait staff were very helpful and attentive. I have to say that this was the best chicken tikka masala I've ever had, and it's one of my favorite Indian dishes. I wish this restaurant was in my area!

We repeated this restaurant on back to back nights in our 4 day trip. Super close to Universal Studios Theme Parks. Great chaat and variety of Indian fusion food. Must try Mango Tiramisu, Gobi Manchurian, Baby Corn Chilli, Mango Bhel, etc… Salt can be on the lower side as some items like Lemon Coriander Soup were extremely salty. But they were able to accommodate low sodium on request. Staff were friendly. Must visit!

Diner Review №8

Excellent food and atmosphere, our server Sonal was lovely! Would recommend!

Diner Review №9

A simple dal tadka seems like difficult for them to cook, forget about dal makhani. Paneer ka sag, terrible!! you are from western part of India, you won't like the test. Thought of giving it a try, but not up to the mark. An expensive tabla that doesn't sound tuned!! Not sure if can trust the reviews now a days.. 🙁!!

Diner Review №10

Mediocre at its best
Service is too slow and food we ordered was very average

Maharani curry and paneer kadai both were too average.

We had to send back maharani curry

Definitely won’t recommend

Diner Review №11

Food was great, service was lackluster. The server as he reached spilled the green chutney which ricocheted and landed on me as well as two of my daughters. It was close to my daughter’s eye. He apologized but it seemed I was the one who cleaned the majority of the mess that was made. No sort of deductions on the check, we decided to tip lower than we do 13% ish rather than 20-25%. I have noticed that service among Asian restaurants are not a priority, and surely for this establishment it holds true. Guess we have laundry to get to now 🫠

This restaurant was extremely disappointing. I have serious doubts about the authenticity of its reviews and suspect they may be fake

Diner Review №14

The food was very fresh and delicious. I was impressed with their service and attention to details. Ordered Paneer Makhani and Malai Kofta. Garlic Naan, Paneer Kulcha and Mango Lassi.

Diner Review №15

Amazing service and food! My family was super happy 😄

Diner Review №16

Melhor indiano que já comi. Restaurante com atendimento top, comida excelente, banheiros muito limpos. Tem estacionamento amplo em frente e fica anexo a um hotel, mas da pra entrar direto no restaurante sem passar pela recepção do hotel.

Diner Review №17

Order Chicken Tikka Masala, taste good and not spicy.

Diner Review №18

Amazing restaurant
Must go place

Diner Review №19

This may quite possibly be the best Indian I have ever had. It certainly ranks at the top and I have traveled throughout the US and England on my quest to find the best. The service was also fabulous!

Diner Review №20

Was looking for dinner within walking distance of hotel and came across Tabla. Everything was so delicious, especially the Aloo Tikki Chaat! Highly recommend if you’re in the area

Diner Review №21

The food was excellent especially the spice level to match our tastebuds. Excellent service by Mr. Anthony, would come back for sure!

Diner Review №22

My husband and I tried Tabla this evening and were pleasantly surprised. It is a lovely restaurant with a lovely atmosphere. I am someone who cannot handle any spice at all, and as such, I opted for a korma. When it arrived, it was too spicy, I tried to persevere but it was too difficult to eat due to the spice. I reluctantly called over a waitress and felt awful about having to send it back but she took it back to the kitchen with no problems and had it remade. I was so grateful for this. The poppadoms, garlic naan bread and curry was delicious. The bartender made me a strawberry mojito which was not on the menu! My favourite cocktail. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend.
Thank you Tabla!

Very rude staff

Diner Review №24

Absolute love this place!!!
We stayed in Hyatt and stopped by to try Indian food the first time in our lives. We came back the same day - this is how we loved it. Highly recommend

Diner Review №25

We ordered a Paneer Salada, a Chicken tikka masala and a Garlic chili Chicken. Everything was delicious and the service so friendly and explained everything! Thank you

Diner Review №26

Amazing Indian food tucked away in a hotel close to Universal Orlando.
Starters were good, so were the curries.
Biryani/fried rice were flavourful too.
Pagdi lassi was tasty as well
Definitely the place to go if you're looking for Indian food in Orlando

Diner Review №27

Adding some comments per the request of the owner - We were disappointed because
1. Though we visited at off peak lunch hours to dine-in, the service was very slow. We had to wait a long time for the server to attend to us.
2. We learnt that the restaurant has only one fryer, so vegetarian fried dishes are technically cross-contaminated. It was a bummer.
3. Something was off about the food, all of us didn't feel good after we ate.

Diner Review №31

everything was perfect, mainly the boss! love this restaurant - the best indian one

Diner Review №32

If you’re looking for traditional Indian food and a hot masala chai, this is the spot. After trying and being disappointed by various Indian named restaurants, we were very happy to dine here. Medium spicy is a bit too spicy so be careful and try to make reservations ahead of time as they do get busy. The staff is very hard working but cutting a point as they seemed short staff which added to the wait however the food more than made up for it. Will def come again!

Diner Review №33

Nice experience.

Diner Review №34

Tabla did an incredible job making our wedding reception absolutely wonderful! The food was beyond fantastic – our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. From the amazing flavors to the beautiful presentation, the food truly elevated the entire evening.

The staff at Tabla went above and beyond with their care, attention to detail, and professionalism, ensuring everything ran smoothly. It was such a joy working with them, and they played a huge role in making our special day unforgettable. Thank you, Tabla, for helping create such an incredible experience!

Diner Review №35

The food was authentic Indian food. We ordered drumsticks, paneer makhni, garlic naan and chicken biryani, with 2 cocktails. Both the food and drinks were on point. 1st time here but will definitely revisit when in town. Service and ambience everything deserves 5 stars. Highly recommended to try this place to satisfy your taste buds when it comes to Indian food.

Diner Review №38

Poor service

Diner Review №39

The staff is very friendly and patient, they explain the menu in Spanish or English, the atmosphere is very elegant and attention to detail, the food was delicious and the bill was acceptable.

Diner Review №40

The paneer wasn't soft or fresh. Fresh panner is soft and easily breakable not rubbery. The paneer Tikka gravy was good but with the paneer being rubbery almost Jerky texture it was like chewing gum with each bite.

The Manchurian balls were over-fried and as a result extremely hard and burned. There was no strong flavor of ginger or garlic in the sauce as there usually should be.

The Naan was good

For almost $70 for 2 items not worth it at all.

Please use fresh ingredients with the right texture and learn to not burn everything.

These other reviews seem fake or not accurate of the actual food.

Diner Review №41

Manali was very nice with Us. Me and my wife enjoyed this food.

Diner Review №42

I loved their biryani. Mutton was well cooked and tendered.

Diner Review №43

Vanisree

Diner Review №44

Absolutely rich and delicious food. Halal :)

Diner Review №45

The food features Indian, Chinese, and Thai styles and is quite good. However, the service leaves much to be desired. The drink portions are very small, and unlike other restaurants where waitstaff usually inform customers before the kitchen closes, no such courtesy was extended here.

Diner Review №46

5 stars again. Our server Sonar was very sweet. First time with wife and we werent disappointed. Clean place, large portions and food is full on flavor. Try the (flour tortillas) garlic bread. My wife had the yellow thai chicken and i had the goat (chivo) in curry. Many tasty options.

O melhor indiano que já comemos, sugiro o Roganjosh feito com carneiro e um pouco apimentado. Fomos super bem atendidos pela Sonel que explicou calmamente as opções e sugeriu pratos deliciosos. Sensacional

Diner Review №50

I visited this restaurant ( located on grand national dr) on 12/24/2025
Calling this a fine dining place is a joke. It is a regular average Indian restaurant charging fine dining prices. Inexperienced waiters / waitresses. Chaotic environment. Average food. They can’t do proper biryani. Stay away from this location if are looking for a premium / fine dining.

There are lots of good reviews probably for their other locations.

Diner Review №51

Me and my family visited today. The place was really busy. However, the host, her name was Bintang, she made sure that we got the table. She was very polite and was handling a lot of people very well. We got the table finally and enjoyed our food. Despite being busy, food was very good and tasty.

Diner Review №52

Ayu the bartender was very kind and personable. Even though they were busy she was still very helpful

Diner Review №53

Sai was my server gave me excellent service

Diner Review №54

The environment and decoration of the restaurant was super cool. Everyone was very nice. For food, taste was good.

Diner Review №55

As we are on our vacation trip to Orlando , wanted to try some Indian food , the ambience is good, food is also delicious but the service is bad , no one came to check upon us , we have to wait 10 mins for straws which are basic where all servers carry it . Portion size is also less .

Diner Review №56

Diner Review №57

Food was ok, some was burnt even. The tables were big so for a table of 8, we had to stand up to serve food for ourselves. The food was brought 1 order at a time, so out of 8 people 1 ate first then the next 2 ate and the rest 3 looked at their faces waiting for their food. Overall the experience was not good. We left frustrated 😣

Diner Review №59

Hidden gem for south Indian chaat and curries. The Papdi chaat and Pani Puri are excellent.
They don't know how to make a drink tho... don't get the margaritas. LOL.

Diner Review №60

Test was good quantity is ok, service is 0 very poor service. Also order some 2 Chines chili paneer quantity is 1 box had only 3 pieces of fry paneer no masala or gravy and other containers has 5 pieces of paneer with kind of masala. Quantity even 1 person can’t eat . This is the Orlando location.
Missi Roti also not fully cook. Not recommended to go order and very poor service.
There ball room is so bad smell.

Diner Review №61

Food was worst , staff was very unwelcoming, they always speaking to us as they are feeding us for free ,

Diner Review №62

Came in with high expectations but went out fuming and disrespected. Came in with a party of 11 waited for 30-40 mins to get seated, order was completely messed up - soup came cold, Thai curry came without Jasmine rice, Naans came first and later the curries. Food also was bland and lacked salt. The manager had non servicing attitude and blamed all of the mistake was because we were large party and came in late. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Diner Review №63

Diner Review №64

Diner Review №65

Bad service..
No plates were provided. The server didn't even have time to wait and listen to the feedback.
I wanted to order more food for take out , if he would have waited to listen.
Worst experience at an Indian restaurant ever.
About food, aloo parantha was not good.

Diner Review №66

Food was good but overpriced

Diner Review №67

I will share my experience. Tonight, I called the restaurant and wanted to reserve a table, and they said, "Visit the place, and you will get the seat right away." When I reached the restaurant, the host said the wait was 45 mins. How unfair is that! My kid is 5 years old, and we are not locals. Even the argument by the host was, "Did you speak to me before visiting?". This is very unprofessional. Might be your food would be very good, but your behavior towards the guests is not fine.

Diner Review №68

The layout was so confusing. We went around and didn’t know if we were supposed to wait or just go in. Then we found a sign asking customers to wait at the help desk where someone would come and help, but couldn’t find the front desk. Even though it’s called a fine dining place, they didn’t give the fine dining vibe.

Diner Review №69

Food is full of salt salt salt and only salt.. i think you delivered slat with flavor of noodle and munchurian

Diner Review №70

Was standing at the entrance waiting to be seated and the waiter walked by twice and didn’t even acknowledge my presence and ignored me. Left after 10 minutes of standing at the entrance.

Diner Review №71

Waited at the table for 30 mins and no one came over to take the order. Service is terrible here.

Diner Review №72

We went for dinner and they took too long to serve the food. Also taste was ok . Based on reviews we decided to go there but It was a disappointing experience for us.

Diner Review №73

Extremely disappointing experience with poor service. We were initially told there would be a 30-minute wait for a table and asked to be added to the waiting list. Later, we were offered a 15-minute wait for carryout, so we decided to go with that option, thinking it would be quicker. However, after waiting 30 minutes, the table was ready before the carryout food was prepared. We requested to take the table and order additional food to dine in, but the host was incredibly rude and insisted that if we ordered carryout, we could not stay in the restaurant, even if we wanted to order more food.

When we finally received the carryout, the food was underwhelming. The makhani dish was overly tomato-heavy with barely any "makhan" (butter). I strongly advise against being misled by the overly positive reviews of this place—they do not reflect reality.

Diner Review №74

Tabla Restaurant in Orlando is one of those places that tests a customer’s patience and leaves them regretting their dining decision. After our experience tonight, it’s safe to say this establishment should be avoided, especially if you’re a tourist seeking a stress-free meal.

We placed an online order, expecting the convenience and reliability advertised. Instead, we endured a staggering 35-minute delay beyond the promised time. Our order was supposed to be ready for pickup by 9:45 pm but it was not ready until 10:20 pm. To make matters worse, the staff not only mishandled the order but also failed to include a key item, zeera rice, without which the entire meal was incomplete. We only discovered this after a 30-minute drive back to our hotel, by which time the restaurant was closed, leaving us with no way to rectify the situation. Imagine having curries but no rice to eat them with—absolutely infuriating and unacceptable.

The final insult came during the pickup. The manager or server had the audacity to dismissively explain that our order was “too big” to be prepared on time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear admission of the restaurant’s inability to handle its operations. It’s baffling that a restaurant claiming to serve quality food and award winning service lacks even a basic system to ensure timely and complete orders.

If you’re a tourist, think twice before ordering from Tabla Restaurant. Their process is inefficient, their management unresponsive, and their service borderline offensive. A meal here is not worth the frustration, especially when there are countless other options in Orlando that respect their customers’ time and trust. This experience has ensured we will never return—and will actively discourage others from doing so.

Diner Review №75

The place overall stinks with a closet feel. The service was bad and slow and could not be worse. We got our drinks after we finished the meal. The chicken was raw and some of the medium was super spicy that made kids fill up with water.

Diner Review №76

I visited this restaurant a few years ago and had a fantastic experience, but sadly, my recent order through Uber Eats was quite disappointing. We ordered Dal Makhani, Palak Paneer, and two chili naans. While the delivery was prompt and the food arrived warm, the taste and quality were far from what I remember.

The Dal Makhani, in particular, was very disappointing—it had a soupy consistency with no lentils in sight and tasted nothing like the authentic dish. It lacked the richness and flavor that Dal Makhani is known for. The Palak Paneer was also underwhelming, missing the depth and vibrancy of traditional Indian flavors.

This place used to be one of my favorites, and I hope they can improve and return to their former standards. Wishing them all the best in bringing back the quality they were once known for.

Diner Review №77

The food was everything I was hoping for, and I have high hopes because I know how amazing Indian food is. I would recommend this place to anybody and my fiance and I will be back!! I’m writing this review as I snack on cold leftovers because this food doesn’t even need to be hot to be top tier. That will be all. Good day.

Diner Review №78

I never leave negative reviews but there was almost nothing good I could say about the experience I had here.

We went around 9:45 and the place closed at 11. When we were seated, nobody came to our table for almost 20 minutes. We had to snag menus from another empty table and weren’t given even water or an acknowledgement during this time.

When we finally were able to order, our drinks (margarita and old fashioned) tasted only of artificial flavor syrup and cheap liquor. We weren’t going to make a big deal about it because you win some/you lose some when you order drinks. Sometimes things just aren’t to your liking which we were fine with. So we set aside our drinks after a few sips and proceeded to wait another 20 minutes to place our orders. At this time it’s about 10:20, and it was clear that the workers were only concerned with cleaning other tables and closing the restaurant instead of actually tending to us and the other maybe 4 tables left. We were all visibly waiting to be tended to while they tidied up.

When we finally got our food an hour after sitting down, we were surprised to only get one piece of naan for $6. The triple flavor entree was extremely underwhelming and I didn’t eat more than a few forkfuls. The mango chicken was pretty flavorful but I think that’s the only positive thing I have to say about the experience. When our waiter came to check on us long after we were finished eating, he noticed that neither of us had much of our drinks. When asked if there was an issue, we told him that they didn’t taste very good. He brought over the bartender and he explained that he was sorry, and that he had to follow the recipe. Again, we understood that we wouldn’t enjoy every drink we ordered. It was just disappointing considering the awful service and mostly lackluster food. It would have been different if the waiters were running around with a full house of customers. But the restaurant was near empty and there were plenty of staff available that just didn’t seem to have a sense of urgency or priority. They did strike one of our drinks off the bill, which was appreciated.

Again, I don’t leave bad reviews. I don’t know if it’s the franchise or just this location, being that it was attached to a hotel. But we will not be returning.

Diner Review №79

The prices are too hight. They have no prices on the menu. We just 3 things and our bill is around 100$. Every small dish is around 26$. Not worth it.

Diner Review №80

Food is not good. Medium level chicken biryani is way to spicy. Long wait times. Service is very poor. Prices are sky rocket. Absolutely NOT WORTH IT

Diner Review №81

Dal Ghost was yummy, but the meat was not tender or well flavored. The meat should've been slow cooked as well.

Diner Review №82

Diner Review №83

Great Service and amazing food.

Diner Review №84

Attached to a hotel and on a corner so it's in a unique location. Indian cuisine was as good as any I have had anywhere.

Diner Review №85

Diner Review №86

Diner Review №87

Diner Review №88

Diner Review №89

Diner Review №90

Went there for Veg Indian Food, would not recommend it. We tried Veg Manchurin, Chaat Platter and Paneer Bhurji, please ask for spicy as we asked medium and it was mildest.

Diner Review №91

Hidden behind a hotel, Tabla was a difficult find for someone not staying at said hotel. However, entering the chic and fragrant Tabla, I was pleased to find delicious Indian food with large serving sizes. The weekday special, where you get an entree as well as access to the appetizer and dessert bar, was a fan favorite, with many tasty items to try. The service was kind and expedient, with hardly a moment going by before a need was met right away, whether it be water or the check. Tabla was quite the experience, one that I will be returning for the next time I can.

Diner Review №92

Diner Review №93

Diner Review №94

Chili paneer chicken made spicy was fantastic!
I had Chicken Tikka, mild and it was fabulous. More chicken then I thought I would get. And my husband got the Tabla's Mix Grill. This sampler dinner plate was a huge amount of meat. You
could have two people share!

Diner Review №95

Great food and service! Prompt for everything!

Diner Review №97

Diner Review №98

The weekday buffet specials are a steal and the Indo-Chinese options we had were delicious. Highly rated and recommended

Diner Review №99

I recently visited Tabla Restaurant and had a disappointing experience. First, the Manager (ANTHONY) was incredibly rude and dismissive when I asked for recommendations and clarifications about the menu. Their attitude made me feel unwelcome.

Additionally, I specifically asked for my dish to be “spicy,” expecting a flavorful and well-balanced heat level. Instead, they just threw in a bunch of raw green chilies, making the dish nearly inedible and completely overpowering. It felt like there was no thought or care in the preparation.

Overall, the rude service and poorly executed food left a bad impression. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good food and respectful service. DONT RECOMMEND FOR STUDENTS OR PEOPLE WHO ARE FROM TELANGANA AND ANDHRA. There is no spicy

Diner Review №100

Food is good but service is not good. The lady who served us not at all responsive.

Diner Review №101

Ordered papdi chat, goan curry veg and veg biriyani. All three dishes tasted very average and the biriyani was not even freshly made. Tasted more like left over biriyani from buffet. Also had a small piece of chicken in it. We went to this place with high expectations and it turned out to be a disappointment..I would not recommend this place..

Diner Review №102

Poor service - long waiting time after ordering
Quality - After being late for an hour, food was way below average.

All you can experience is the servers roaming here and there as if there is lot rush!!!

I had to literally wait 1.30 hrs for a naan😒

We stopped by this restaurant after reading the reviews so We ordered chicken seekh kebab ordered spicy version but it wasn’t that spicy but overall taste of it was decent, I asked them for virgin mojito which wasn’t upto my liking the mint wasn’t crushed into properly and it was very sweet
We also order chicken tikka masala spicy it was decent but chicken wasn’t well cooked , the basil fried rice was okayish overall decent place the ambience is good and service and servers were welcoming.

Diner Review №108

Authentic Indian food; spicy and pricey, but delicious!

Food is delicious! A must stop when we're in the area. Highly recommend the Dal ghost lamb and the mango chicken. Ask for Vani, she's great!

Diner Review №110

I’ve eaten here a lot over the last few years. It’s usually pretty good. I’d say top two in the country and I travel a lot. But tonight this place knocked knocked it out of the park. Fantastic and best ever.

We got Palak Paneer
Tandoori Chicken
Chicken Tikka Masala.

Absolutely wonderful.

The food was absolutely wonderful for the lunch special I had. My server Faiz was courteous, knowledgable, and a great help in deciding which of the many choices I could have. The restaraunt is modern and aesthetically pleasing. My Tika Masala chicken cut like butter and the nan was hot and fresh. I definitely will be back!
Update 2024: so glad this place survived the pandemic! Better than I remembered it, and will be back for lunch buffet!

Diner Review №118

Diner Review №119

Diner Review №120

Absolutely fantastic food. We enjoyed the pad thai as well as the curry. Generous portions, great service. Wine and beer prices were high. ($7 for a bottle of domestic and $12 for a glass of wine that cost about that for a bottle was a little ridiculous) But we will absolutely return for the food.

Diner Review №121

10/10 recommend . It was our first time trying Indian food and it was the best experience! Our server Vani was amazing from start to finish . She explained the menu well and answered any questions we had . I got the butter chicken , my boyfriend got the chicken curry and we got a garlic naan (bread) all of it was AMAZING , no complaints !! The portions are big enough where you can buy one dish and share if you wanted to. I also got a strawberry daiquiri from the bar and it was delicious! They seat you quickly and bring your food out quick too(very fresh and hot)
We will definitely be back the next time we are in Orlando !

Diner Review №122

The food was delicious, the service was wonderful ( Vani , was our server ) she was amazing, so sweet and very helpful with explaining the menu to us . Best food in Orlando! Vani was outstanding with customer service!

Diner Review №130

The restaurant is beautiful, the food was delicious and Vani was very helpful!

Diner Review №131

We eat Indian everywhere we travel, if at all possible. We know Indian food. Tabla exceeded any reasonable expectations we might have had by a huge margin. Absolutely fantastic food, the service was amazing and the prices are more than reasonable. 5+ stars, highest recommendation. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

Diner Review №132

The garlic naan was great!

Diner Review №133

Horrible catering experience, very bad quality and service.

Diner Review №134

I had an amazing experience here. loved the food and specially the staff. Sonal helped us throughout our whole dinner. We went twice here!!

Diner Review №135

Food was fantastic, went there for happy hour food specials, was not disappointed. Had the drums of heaven and shrimp Manchurian on bartenders recommendation.

The food was so good we stayed and each got an entree. We took most of each meal home as the portions were quite large.

The vindaloo was flavorful and spicy, exactly how I wanted my goat vindaloo. The paneer tiki marsala was considerably less spicy, perfect for the wife, and very delicious.

The bartender was super cute and personable which made the evening very memorable.

Received the cassata ice cream as a birthday treat which was a nice light dessert after our meal. Definitely a twist on a classic dish and worth trying during your visit.

Diner Review №136

Quality of food is not good

Diner Review №137

Food quality was bad

Diner Review №138

We used Tabla for event catering event in Jacksonville. Very underwhelming. Food was pre prepared and didn’t taste good at all. Our tasting was over the top but on the day of service it wasn’t well made- came in late for the event, soggy chaat, runny gravy. Very disappointed.

Diner Review №139

Went for a birthday celebration. The Vindaloo Gosht was wonderful, especially after the lotus root.

Diner Review №141

WARNING AND BEWARE of the Fake/Paid reviews !!!!!!!!!!
Don’t waste your time or money. We went there looking at the reviews which were around 8200 which is a lot of reviews. Considering the amount of reviews we were excited to be in this so called “fine dine restaurant”. That’s not always the case isn’t it ?
We were given the menu with food particles on it. Unhygienic!!! Plus the plates given were not cleaned so much that the server had to use his finger to remove the dirt in front of us!!!

Let’s come to food, we ordered chicken biryani, lal mutton curry and paneer kulcha which were all priced high as compared to other fine dine restaurants.

Chicken Biryani - Was ok with some left over chicken from previous day probably also added in it.

Lal maas mutton curry - This was tomato curry with mutton pieces in it. I wasn’t expecting that.

Paneer kulcha - This was the only thing I feel was good from what we ordered.

Mango Tiramisu cake or whatever that was - Not a tiramisu cake for sure.

Also I am not sure how they have 3 times the reviews on Google as compared to Yelp. Also based on other reviews looks like Manali is a very hardworking employee who forces customers for reviews.

Excellent service by Neha. The food was delicious.

Diner Review №143

I don’t know what people like here. I couldn’t find similar taste as Indian food

Diner Review №144

Just enjoyed an amazing meal here. Sonal was a wonderful and attentive server, she gave us many great recommendations for a family style meal for 11. Everything was so delicious, especially the lamb and fish curries. So good.

Diner Review №145

Food is spicy

I visited this restaurant as this was near Universal Studios, but the food was really good. Even after the restaurant being so busy the service was quick thanks to Manali who served us.
I really liked indo Chinese, got a chance to taste something after a long time. Chinese could have been better.
We had Kadai paneer and it had the amazing dhaba style taste.
We had cassata ice cream for desert it was good too. Manali also helped us arrange a candle for my brothers birthday.
In all it was good.

Diner Review №149

Best Indian restaurant in the Orlando area close to Universal. Great food and excellent service

Diner Review №150

My wife and I recently had a great dining experience at Tabla in Orlando. We started with Mango Lassi and Cauliflower Manchurian, which were both delicious. For the main course, we had Paneer Tikka Masala, Malai Kofta, and Dal Fry—all were amazing and full of flavor.

The service was wonderful, with all the servers being friendly and attentive. We especially remember Sonal, who took great care of us.

If you're looking for tasty Indian food in Orlando, we highly recommend Tabla!

Diner Review №151

Excellent service from Patricio. He speaks Spanish so it helps a lot. I highly recommend him for taking your order. Neha was also amazing, she always was checking to make sure we didn’t need anything else. The food was delicious like always.

Diner Review №152

Outstanding all the way around. The staff was super attentive and helpful from the second we walked in to the time we left. The inside of the restaurant is beautiful and very thoughtfully decorated including live flowers on the table that was an outstanding addition to the ambiance. We enjoyed a bottle of Sauv. Blanc. Palak Chaat for our app, crispy spinach leaves and pretty to look for with several very tasty sauces on top as well as yogurt that lightened it up a bit. We enjoyed our Tabla Chicken Curry and the Tabla Goat Curry they were both fantastic with TONS of flavor. Having never had goat before, I would definitely recommend it, kind of made me think of pot roast with the texture and taste. I will say, unless you TRULY enjoy spicy food, only do the mild. We normally like a little kick in our food so we made the fatal mistake of ordering medium..it was good, it really was, but about half way through we were sniffing, sweating, and no longer enjoying it hahaha Luckily, I think they are used to this and offered some yogurt to add to the food that immediately took some of the heat out. Don't be afraid to ask, they were very willing to accommodate the fact that I was not as badass as I thought I was. Last, but DEFINITELY not least, the naan. This was my first time, and let me say, I am now a HUGE fan. It was absolutely delicious by itself, but completely transformed the curry as well. We had the garlic, and the garlic green chile naans and they were both exceptional. This will definitely be a place we go back to next time we're in the area and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to try this type of cuisine, but isn't really sure where to start.

One of the best Indian restaurants!!

This is an upscale, thoughtfully created Indian restaurant. Amazing food, amazing atmosphere! Best chicken lollipop ever !

Diner Review №156

Excellent food with a great variety and attentive service. They also offer a special Jain menu without onion and garlic. Definitely worth a try!

Diner Review №162

Delicious food and great service (thank you Sonal!); a very special experience and we absolutely recommend this restaurant.

Diner Review №163

The atmosphere and the ambience is stunning, very rarely you come across an Indian restaurant that has put in efforts to upgrade and maintain its ambience.
The staff was very warm and friendly.

We loved the Drums of Heaven from the appetizer, it tasted like chicken lollipop but sautee in a special Indo Chinese sauce.
Junglee Lala Mass (with goat) was very flavorful, the meat was perfectly cooked.

Indo-Chinese Biryani was a bit disappointing. The item was decently made but calling it a Biryani isn’t accurate.

Diner Review №164

Great service and restaurant was clean and has modern decor. Butter chicken lacked flavor, too much tomato. Chicken biryani was fresh, chicken was juicy but needed more depth.

Diner Review №165

Wonderful food here great service people very friendly

Diner Review №166

Amazing food and ambiance. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №167

We dined at Tabla 3 times in 3 days as we were staying in the adjoined hotel, Clarion.

Forte of the restaurant is its service. Both, Neha and Anthony were very hospitable. We were attended to immediately upon seating, timely checked upon for any needs, food was served in timely manner and all communication was polite and professional.

Atmosphere was good. Ambience and hygiene were good.

Food was overall good, but not amazing enough to call out. We ordered Kadai Paneer, Dal Tadka, few types of naan, lychee cocktail, jalapeno mojito, tea and mango bhel across our visits. Mango bhel was the best item among all. Masala chai was the least liked item.

Overall, I recommend trying this restaurant.

Diner Review №168

During a personal trip to Orlando, I decided to stop by Tabla Indian Restaurant for lunch, drawn by its blend of Indian and Thai cuisine. The restaurant is conveniently attached to a hotel, making it a great option for both locals and visitors.

**Ambiance & Hospitality:**
The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and spacious, creating a comfortable environment for dining. We arrived a little early, around noon, and the bar wasn’t open yet, so if you’re planning to enjoy drinks, I’d recommend coming later in the day. The staff were friendly, and the service was attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience.

**Food:**
As a family, we started with the chicken lollipop, my kid’s absolute favorites. True to expectations, the dish did not disappoint! For the main course, we ordered vegetarian Hakka noodles and lamb curry with butter naan. The naan was soft and paired perfectly with the flavorful lamb curry. The noodles were delicious as well, offering a nice blend of flavors. However, having been away on a business trip for three weeks and eating out frequently, I felt my palate may have been less appreciative than usual.

**Final Thoughts:**
Overall, it was a great lunch, especially being reunited with my family after a long time away. While I enjoyed the meal, my expectations were slightly higher based on the reviews I had read beforehand. That said, every experience is unique, and I encourage others to give it a try—your taste buds might just love it!

**Tips:**
- If you’re planning on enjoying the bar, visit after noon.
- Great for families, especially if you have kids who love Indian appetizers like chicken lollipops!

Diner Review №169

Sonal P. was incredibly kind and helpful! Great food and awesome service :)

Diner Review №170

Delicious! My friend and I were in town for a convention, and found this gem…. They have a great selection of flavorful vegetarian dishes; and offered 5 spice levels. The staff was so speedy and friendly; a true five star experience. Highly recommend!

Diner Review №171

This restaurant is absolutely mind blowing. This place highers your food expectations. All of the food are mouth-watering and they serve everything with a great presentation. Great place for Indian, Thai and Chinese food.

Diner Review №172

Diner Review №173

We have tried Thai basil fried rice, Indo Thai fried rice and chicken briyani. Didn’t like any of the items. If you are looking for authentic Thai or Indian food then this is not the place. Atmosphere was great but food was average and not worth the price you pay. Really not happy with the service also and they are not treating all customers equally.

Diner Review №174

Diner Review №175

The food is awesome but when they say spicy they mean it!

Diner Review №176

The food was very good and the employees were very very very friendly!!!!
5stars

Diner Review №177

Very good service and the food was great too! Maybe a little bit too spicy for my taste but still awesome!

Diner Review №178

One of the best Indian food places I’ve been to by far. Everything we ordered was incredible. I couldn’t stop eating it regardless of being so full already. Phenomenal service as well! Our server Sai Sudheer was so attentive and fun to talk to. If I’m ever back in the area I’m definitely coming back.

Diner Review №179

Exceeded our expectations. Sonal our server was amazing, and very kind. Food was amazing will come again and highly recommend this restaurant.

Diner Review №180

Very good service by Miss Sonal who suggested us the best food in the menu. Incredible food and very nice service. Would definitely go again for great authentic Indian food to hangout with my friends and family.

Diner Review №181

Sonal maam was really professional and polite and very nice. Great service and food. Highly recommended.

Diner Review №182

The food was good and the hospitality provided by Sonal was excellent

Diner Review №183

Oh man! This place was good! Fastest service. Clean place good food. This’s the only place I saw Chinese and Indians working together!

Diner Review №184

Highly recommend, I thought I had reviewed this restaurant, it’s like every time I come, I’m so scared they will lose consistency, however they have proven me wrong every time! The food is constantly fresh, spicy, flavorful and what I would imagine authentic Indian food taste like. I don’t care about service because if food is good I could care less (annoyed when people review food based on service) lol
With that being said the servers have always been attentive (they are kind but idc) and if they weren’t the food still makes up for it lol so come to eat delicious food, I recommend the tandoori chicken, tandoori salmon, the green chili garlic cheese Naan, naan is a must, the butter chicken is ridiculous!!!! The tomato soup is amazing, the chai tea is the best I’ve ever had in my life it tastes so spicy (ginger)and authentic. Please consider coming here! Something for everyone even the kids though it is a romantic atmosphere, don’t recommend bringing toddlers here, teens should love it, there are Asian dishes as well as vegetarian options, believe my teen had orange chicken once and one time the sweet and sour chicken dish, he loved them!

Diner Review №185

Thank you Tabla Indian Restaurant for making my wife’s birthday celebration one to remember! The food was amazing and thank you Melo for being helpful and answering all our questions. The staff were very kind and professional. The food was delicious! We will definitely be back!!

Diner Review №186

Butter chicken and garlic naan it’s wonderful Miss Neha good service and great attention

Diner Review №187

This is the closest i’ve come to finding proper home cooked indian food in the US, they were really accommodating for our puppy as well. We got the chicken manchurian pakoras, pani poori, tandoori chicken and butter chicken and everything was amazing. This is the first place we’re coming back to when we come to orlando again.

Diner Review №188

The vegetarian food was amazing. We wanted to have Jain food, and Sonal helped us a lot in determining the Jain food to order. The food tasted good, but Sonal’s help and accommodation was excellent. Just for Sonal’s services, I give 5 star.

Diner Review №189

Great addition! I'll incorporate Melo into the review:
"Tabla Indian Restaurant offers a delightful culinary journey through the flavors of India, thanks in part to the exceptional service provided by Melo. Her friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge of the menu made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Melo's recommendations were spot on, and her attentive service ensured that we had everything we needed throughout our meal."
