Talk about an upscale Asian bistro . This location not only is beautiful especially at night during Christmas , but it’s another level of Asian fusion I have ever had . The beef pho is incredible , the Asian chicken Alfredo is of the gods , the crispy fried shrimp and the chicken satay are incredible , even down to the hot tea . So minty and warm . The fire pit out back is beautiful just a hard parking situation but more than worth it .

Was excited to find a nice Asian Fusion restaurant in NSB so we paid them a visit while we were here and enjoyed it. The setting was nice and the food was generally good. I’m a big fan of steamed dumplings and their dumplings were definitely good although I thought the dumpling wrappers could have been a little thinner (less doughy).

The chicken wings were tasty, as was the edamame and the sake bombs hit the spot. I was excited to see lobster rangoons instead of crab but the excessive cream cheese hid the lobster so the appetizer fell short for me.

I had the Singapore noodles with shrimp and the shrimp was cooked perfectly and the dish was quite tasty. There are a lot of noodles in this dish so I wasn’t able to finish them all. I personally would have been satisfied with half as many noodles.

We also had Shaken Beef and the beef was very tender as it should be but the sauce was not quite as good as some of the shaken beef I’ve had elsewhere but definitely not bad.

Our first visit wasn’t a home run but it was worthy of another visit when we return.

If you're ever around the New Smyrna area, this is the place to go. The place was clean, it looked like a hole in the wall. They have a nice patio area where we decided to dine in. We were attended to by Josielyn, who was the sweetest waiter. She had the best recommendations and also made sure we felt extra special since we were celebrating my husband's birthday. The food was AMAZING. We had the lobster Rangoon & Egg rolls for an appetizer. My husband couldn't stop talking about how great the Lobster Rangoon was. I ordered the Green Curry with chicken and tofu, while my hubby ordered the Asian Alfredo. would say it's the best curry I've had thus far.

Singapore made fun is amazing and their fried rice is actually healthy. Great food and the lobster Rangoon is amazing.

Pho was tasty, as was the apps we ordered. Was somewhat busy after 6 pm, but service was still on par. Only 4 stars as I compared to other Pho non-chain places I have visited outside Florida. Overall though the meal was good for Volusia area eats and I would visit again.

We're told to go to the table that just left. It was dirty. We sat down and had to ask the busser to please clean our table, as we were told to sit here. He did.
Server came and took drink order and had to tell her we had 4, not 3. She readily brought a 4th set. We ordered apps, while we waited for our 4th. Apps came, we ate, then she showed. Ordered, 1 Pho hot pot style (she expected a hot pot to cook her own meat, not what she expected, ate nearly half was done), 2 ordered Alfredo with shrimp (came out with chicken, there was a person at the table with a chx allergy, thank goodness they took it back to fix it, he said don't bring me food it will take to long, as the rest of my party will be finished, they brought it anyhow and before the rest of us finished) 3 salmon slides were very spicy, to hot so we traded dishes, 4 salmon fushion was like deep fried and dry on the outside, who leaves the skin on!?!! Menu stated a creamy sauce, had to ask for extra as it was not creamy at all. My husband was impressed that they had an IPA beer available! Our friends wanted mixed drinks, one got wine the other got water. I asked for Soju, was suggested a plum or other sake, I got the one with coconut, didn't know I had to shake it or the coconut settled and was super sweet for the last 3 shots.
Overall, dinner was mediocre. Not really that good at all. 3 of us were so hungry we consumed more that we liked. Probably will not recommend to anyone.
If you go, order something familiar. If you don't like Sriracha, might not be the place for you. They automatically bring you several types.
As a side note, it's tight at the door, the bathrooms are androgynous and the hot water is not turned on. So, cold water hand wash....Hopefully this does not reflect that the dishwasher also has no hot water, yikes.

Did take-out. Singapore noodles were excellent, tasty with good heat and texture. Tofu pads thai was excellent. Curry was very tasty. Fried rice was okay. Their dragon sauce was spicy and flavorful.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this venue, and I owe much of that to Hope, who made the visit truly exceptional. The space was not only clean but also exuded a fantastic atmosphere that set the perfect backdrop for my meal.

The food, in particular, was absolutely phenomenal—each dish was a delightful journey for the taste buds. Hope's attentiveness throughout the meal really stood out; she made sure we felt well taken care of and went above and beyond to enhance our dining experience.

If you find yourself here, I highly recommend trying the pork noodle salad. It was a personal favorite of mine, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.

The lobster rangoon might be one of the top 10 greatest eats!

We came in to a warm welcome by the staff and Alex was our server. He was very nice and attentive. We never got below half on our drinks and he was refilling them. We beat the dinner rush so they were not very busy, Alex was a great conversationilist and we had a great chat about the town and the restaurant Food came out piping hot and very tasty! Prices were actually a little less than I expected! If we could give 6 stars, we would!

Some of the best pho food I've had!

Disappointed. I came here a year ago and loved it. I wont be back. Dirty table. I wiped crumbs off in front of the hostess and nobody came to wipe the table down. Had a couple big water rings etc.
two stars cause the calamari was decent. Waitress dropped a couple calamari on my dirty table. I still ate them. Whatever.
Shrimp stir fry was awful. I almost sent it back but I was hungry. Noodles were super undercooked, cabbage onions and carrots were all raw. Barely warm on the outside. Shrimp were over cooked, just low quality with awful texture. As if they were frozen and thawed a couple times then cooked hard, or maybe just reheated. The shrimp last year were awesome. Whoever cooked was hasty as could be. Couldn’t throw a spoon of water in the wok to at least blanch the giant thick stemy chuncks of cabbage and soften the noodles? It ain’t sprouts bro. Everything about the dish was off. There was a teaspoon of peanut chunks on the plate. Too little, and no way to mix it in the noodles. With a fork? Chop sticks? No sauce caddy of any kind. Who eats pad Thai without putting something on it? Not as if there was much sauce on the noodles to begin with. I asked for some hot sauce and it was decent. Just a fully unrefined meal with attentive but lacking service and food. With a pretty small tip and no drink I spent 40 bucks. If I wasn’t so tired and hungry I would have left after the decent but small dish of calamari. Never again.

Small but super cool spot, the atmosphere/ambiance is amazing! The food and service was fantastic, Tom and Jen are wonderful people and made sure we were taken care of from the moment we stepped foot inside. The lobster rangoons and spring rolls were some of the best I have ever had, along with the super tasty and savory green curry. They had a great selection of sake too! This has become one of my local spots to visit every few weeks, and for good reason.

This place has delicious food, courteous staff, and an all around delightful air. My whole family loved the food.

I sat at the bar and tried to order Pho. The server walked away before I could tell her what type of Pho I wanted. A lot of time went by and she never came back to see if I was ok. I eventually left the restaurant.

We ordered spring rolls, garlic tom shrimps and Pad Thai. The spring rolls were really good but the shrimps and pad thai were tasteless. Pad Thai was so dry, just a lot of dry noodles and the taste has nothing to do with original pad thai.

Great, innovative food along with an interesting choice of world beers makes this place one of my favs.

Service is exceptional and the food stands up as well! It’s easy to walk past this restaurant and think nothing of it by the look of the outside. Don’t pass it up because the food will surprise you! Large menu with a lot of different options. Recommend the chicken wings, pho soup, sriracha shrimp, and beetle leaf (when in season). Big portions. Would recommend sharing meals with another so that you can try more than one thing!

The tuna taco 🌮 was good not great , far from excellent. Is the same frozen cube tuna used in Publix and local lower end sushi restaurant.
The spring roll , shrimp was on the strong scent side always a little freaky when I can smell strong seafood smell in food red flag.
Sat outside beautiful , poetic a bit noisy with traffic and dudes with straight pipe pick up trucks ...

Came in here for some late night tea, and OMG IT WAS AMAZING! I had the chocolate & coconut tea with honey and it did not disappoint. The host/waitress HOPE helped us out, and she was just a sweetheart. Her customer service was on point, I will definitely be returning to such a cozy place.

The atmosphere was lovely... but the waitress forgot our companion's appetizer. After they placed the order a second time she said they were sold out. Bummer; I jokingly told them they should have ordered it earlier!

I was really looking forward to the singapore noodles, but they were very different than any I've had before. They had the typical yellow curry flavor but then a lot of some kind of sweet sauce was added to it. It didn't seem to go together.

My friend and I spent the next day in the bathroom all day. It was rough.

They have a nice atmosphere, but I wouldn't recommend anything other than drinks and appetizers. The lobster rangoon was pretty good but way to much cream cheese (something I never thought I would say!).

Great place to eat at in New Smyrna Beach. We liked eating here for several specific reasons: 1. Lots of choices on the menu, plenty to satisfy vegetarian and vegan palettes. 2. Willingness to customize further to meet our particular dietary needs. 3. Great location on main street (Flagler) running through historic center of town. 4. FANTASTIC SERVICE! Top notch, and very unique Asian fusion. Everything we ordered was flavorful and so unique. Even the sauces were unique. One of the sauces with the a shrimp tacos was spicy, but the heat of the sauce didn't last too long, and that allowed you to continue enjoying the meal. The fried cauliflower was the best ever. It was perfectly crispy, not greasy.

We love dining out back in the garden. Our waitress was wonderful, our food was delicious and we even had a visitor. Plus, parking was on the street in front of the restaurant.

Customer Care & Quality of food is excellent-and I am a "foodie" and frequent many place in this area. You have to experience this menu & venue. Plus there is parking in the back which can be a challenge in this area....so go for it take a date and enjoy a night out-enjoy this beach town!

Good Asian fusion food! Nice location and atmosphere on Flagler. The pho was good!- broth has a nice taste, would like more veggies, meatballs were strange but good, chicken was yummy and I would choose that only next time. The pad tai was too dry but okay. Good portions. Would order again!

Sunny’s Poke Chips blew me away with sushi grade tuna served on melt in your mouth shrimp chips and a wasabi Mayo that I sopped up with my finger when the chips were gone! We had the spring( aka summer) rolls that were so fresh and delicious as was the house made peanut sauce accompanying it.
Tom, the proprietor, is a lively and most hospitable character who really shines! He has the winning recipe for Asian fusion success and all the locals adore him.

Back to food- the pho was beyond incredible with a broth that is created and simmered all day long. The green curry was also amazing and after my dinner pals shared some, I had to sop up the remaining sauce with my pho noodles because I couldn’t NOT eat it!!

They have beer and AWESOME Sake.
I can’t wait to return!

Worst food ever, beef soup tasted like sweaty socks, nothing grilled or spiced right many people not happy for food taste. It made us sick. Stir fry very sweet not salted dry, all was just a zero. Panda express has better food than this and cheaper lol.... not worth it and they ask for 20% tip minimum for what! No service and loud staff around you.... sorry all menu has to change and service for this place to last

Always a pleasant dining experience with the friendliest service! They accommodate many dietary needs, especially gluten (as I have a gluten allergy). I always recommend this restaurant and will definitely be back for more soon!

This restaurant can do no wrong. We enjoy GOOD quality food, and this place did not disappoint. We ordered: the beef pho (the broth was to absolutely die for, so nourishing and plenty of tender beef); the pad Thai (I normally dislike this dish because often it’s just noodles and nothing good, but theirs had plentiful amounts of cabbage, onion, chopped peanuts, chicken, etc., and just the right amount of delicious sauce); the Vietnamese egg rolls (omg I NEED the recipe, perfect ratios of cabbage, onion, vermicelli noodles, and pork); the yellow curry (rich, thick, satisfying coconut sauce and plenty of veggies and meat inside. EVERY SINGLE THING was PERFECT. We stretched our budget so we could come here multiple times on a one week trip. That’s how exceptional it is.

Excellent service and yummy food! Loved their chicken satay and curry dishes. Visited on Memorial weekend. They welcomed me, my friend and my dog sitting me outside with no waiting! Will always return to this eatery when ever I visit New Smyrna Beach area. Don't change just innovate your menu! :-)

Great experience. Our last night in NSB. Glad we chose this as our dinner option. I had the chicken pho. Boyfriend had the green curry. We also had the cold rolls with shrimp and peanut sauce.

Nice outdoor seating in front and back, and inside. But I usually order takeout. Green Curry tofu and Siracha Shrimp are my go to’s. If I get there early for the takeout I order a beer at the bar and chill. The staff have always been good to me. Usually plenty of nearby parking across the street with the roosters - ha!

Parking in back -that we found after the fact, but we were able to find parking fairly easily on a Friday night. We figured we would wait but we were seated immediately. Our server was able to show me all the vegan options that were available and there were quite a few! Son had pho - server recommended the steak broth and it smelled so good. Son said it tasted wonderful. We sat on the outdoor patio and enjoyed the company of a beautiful rooster! Fun place to see and feel the excitement of NSB. Highly recommend. Food was delicious! Listen to your servers. They know the best!

We had dinner here just before Christmas. This was our first visit even thought it had been “on our radar” for quite some time.

The night we visited was very cold, and inside seating is minimal. We were seated among some occupied other tables. People near us were pleasant and offered suggestions on what they ordered and how good it was. The only downside of the evening was that there was a group of guys at the bar perhaps having a bit too much fun. They were very loud for the small space and a bit profane for our tastes. Neither that nor the weather were the fault of the restaurant. Next time we go … and we will … we’d like to sit outside.

Staff was very attentive and helpful with the rather extensive menu. Good suggestions and choices were excellent. Portions were large so we each had a lunch the following day. It was just as good then. We truly wish we had found this place earlier. This will be a regular for us for sure.

What a delightful hidden spot. Food was spectacular. Wait staff friendly and attentive. Great recommendations. The Singapore Noodles had such great flavor. Will definitely be back to try more on the menu.

Ordered takeout: salmon, chicken pad Thai, and veggie fried rice. Received 2 fried rice and one salmon. I showed the waitress and she insisted the rice was pad Thai. They need to educate their staff. Never did get the pad Thai. 2 stars since the salmon was good. The fried rice was bland. I don’t recommend it.

Amazing! Food was great, large portions, with vegan options for me, even a vegan wine which I appreciated. They were very busy, but the staff were friendly and fast. They worked well as a team, and even the owner was helping in the kitchen and out front. You could tell staff were treated well and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I would absolutely return.

Excellent service and food at the Asian Fusion Restaurant. Very professional and friendly staff. The food is unique and amazing. The salmon is especially good. I also recommend the tuna sliders. We come to this restaurant every time we are in New Myrna.

I've had many experieces with pho... I tried their unique version of pho the "pho-rito".. if you order it, their spicy house sauce is the best way to eat it with... and only if you like really spicy foods. If you order their beef broth with the pho-rito which I reccomend, or beef pho , don't expect the beefy hearty flavorful broth you'd expect from pho. This broth is sweet, and overwhelmed by cumin and star anise. Personally, it was disappointing as I love pho for the fatty 2 day long bone broth flavor. This is more like a youtube 5 minute use a ramen packet and some cumin and star anise to make them think it's pho broth.

3 stars because service was friendly and so nice. They could check in a bit more often as we waited about 10 minutes after finished with our food.

My mother had the poke bowl, and really enjoyed it. Although, initially she was dissapointed by seasoning ... quite unflavorful. She found it was great with a side of hoisin.

OMG!!! The food was outstanding. It's rare to have this style of food and not have to put sauces on it. Noon needed. The flavors of our dishes were perfect.
Not to spicy so don't let that scare you away.

I want to start by saying the service was fantastic. Our waiter was very attentive and never let my water get empty. 5/5 for service.

We ordered the Sriracha Lime Shrimp and the Asian Fushion Salmon. Maybe it wasn't the thing to order, but my husband and I both found the food very underwhelming. The shrimp didn't taste like Sriracha or lime. It just tasted like shrimp and veggies.

The salmon had something about it that gave it a freezer burn taste. I think it was a spice on it and not freezer burn. It was also a very tiny for something that cost $25 a plate. I expected a large piece of salmon.

Our poke chip starter was very good, which tells me maybe you're better off going if you plan to get poke bowls.

Overall, I doubt we will be back.

Authentic Asian Cuisine. Fresh, tasty and delicious. We sat right on the sidewalk and ran into old friends as we finished our meal. Delightful atmosphere for New Smyrna's unique cozy coastal vibe.

This place is an absolute joy - been there a multitude of times and it's always the perfect date night place for my fiancee and I. The pho is delicious and has a very unexpected hint of star anise in the broth that is brought forth in each piping hot bowl I've been served. The curry options are great as well - the restaurant has some creative fusion dishes involving their curries that have all hit spectacularly. The poke chips are almost a surprise and stellar appetizer - the taste of the fresh fish fits the beach area, where the restaurant is found, well and is our absolute recommendation for what to order for a starter. Love this place and see you again soon!

I have been serving the owners for a least a year at my restaurant. I had no idea they owned it over the 5 years I've been frequenting there own! I've ALWAYS loved the food and service at Asian fusion. Now aware of how lovely, and obviously humble, the owners are, I have to let NSB know. This is local, it's fantastic food, and quality service. Highly recommend supporting this family, their restaurant, and the awesome food and atmosphere they put out. All five stars, and a bonus if I could give it!

Honestly I was expecting so much more after reading the reviews. I don't think the reviews are fake, I just don't think the food is great. For Asian food the flavors were honestly quite muted. Usually when we eat good Asian food whether it's Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, or Japanese, usually the first few bites are just amazing. Just size and mumbling this is so good. We had some Indian food in Durham North Carolina a month ago at a place called Naan Stop, and it just made you say mmmmmm after every bite. Everything was amazing. The same thing with SoNapa. Just bite after bite of amazing food. I was especially disappointed at the quality of shrimp and the depth of flavor with the Pad Thai. None of that rich caramelization of the sugars, no punch of the fish sauce, and the shrimp were just overcooked. We certainly will not be going back to this restaurant, but from the reviews there are a lot of people that like it. It's just not something we would spend our money on again. I can make better Pad Thai at home. Turn the heat up on the walk and get some caramelization on the noodles, and thicken the sauce a little bit, quite possibly you might want to add some sauce... Lol.

AA fusion was such an incredible dining experience! I have severe allergies that are extremely hard to accommodate. AA fusion went above and beyond to find food with no cross-contamination. The waiter and Tom made us feel so welcomed and made sure we had the perfect experience. Not the mention the menu is exceptional. I would highly recommend the seared tuna but honestly, you couldn’t go wrong with anything on the menu. Everything we had was scrumptious!! You’re missing out if you don’t stop by AA fusion.

There was 7 of us that came to dinner here and everything that everyone got was presented beautifully and tasted amazing. I also especially enjoyed their special hot sauce. Whether you live here or are just visiting, this is a must stop for New Smyrna. The staff and owners are also very accommodating and you are welcomed in from the moment you enter. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

If you’re in the New Smyrna area, AA is an amazing stop if you’re looking for a variety of well mixed Asian flavors. I had a more traditional Vietnamese dish, the beef wrapped in Betel leaves and it was fantastic. The service was great as well! I would definitely stop back in if I am in the area again.

AA Garden Fusion is a must visit when in New Smyrna! The staff was so kind and the food was phenomenal. A great spot for families and friends to sit down and enjoy a great meal!! Lovely outdoor patio space. You must visit this restaurant!

Food, drinks, and atmosphere were all incredible! The Singapore noodles were a highlight without a doubt. Staff and ownership were very helpful and friendly as well. Will be going back!

I had dinner in the patio área, the place is beautiful and service is good. Unfortunately my experience with the food was not that great. The pho was too sweet with not much of the beef flavor but the eel souce (definitely very sweet). The fried yuca where not good either; more like frozen ones not fresh.
I don't think I will come back again.

I'm visiting the area, was hungry for lunch, and noticed AA Garden Fusion on Flagler. It was obviously popular, but I was able to get a table no problem. The service was very good, joyful and knowledgeable about the food and drink on the menu. The menu is diverse, but not overwhelming. Just enough choices, but not too many. They also had a couple very enticing Daily Specials on the blackboard next to the bar. They have a few good sake choices, and I went with Mango Salad and Siracha Lime Shrimp. Everything I had was excellent, and I will look forward to coming back.

Lots of delicious items. The only problem is it's hard to make up your mind. It took forever to get our food. They were completely slammed with customers. They were very apologetic.

Excelente work on the fusión food, personal opinion (soup is to sweet ) very sweet just take 3 or 4 spoons and can't eat it , but all looks great and tast good , place es clean the service is incredible 100% recommend I will definitely keep trying more from the menu

Not sure if the food is any good because we could not make it past the lousy service. For starters, as someone else also posted, they would not pick up the phone. So, we made our way there anyway, hoping for some good Asian food. When asking to be seated, 3 times in a row the hostess said no to where would like to sit. Finally, she seated us where she wanted us. After 10 minutes, we were asked to move to another seat. Ok, no problem. 5 minutes later, another couple was seated where we had been sitting. Within 5 minutes a server was at their table asking if they would like some drinks, etc. That was too many strikes against them. We got up and walked out. Again, maybe the food is good, but the customer service is sorely lacking. Went down the street and had a wonderful time , ate delicious food and got great service. Won't be recommending this place to anyone and will actually advise anyone against it. Some business owners get the "experience" thing, others not so much. AA Garden Fusion is obviously one of the later. Steer clear if you enjoy good service. : (
Oh, one last thing... my wife saw one of the staff bringing in bags of store bought gyoza (pot stickers), which is a real turn off to anyone wanting fresh. (My wife is Japanese).

The food is very tasty but portion is very little. It's not even enough for me that I'm tiny. for $14.00 it's basically an appetizer portion. I wish they would add more veggies and rice noodles to it it's basically inexpensive. Our server Karen is AMAZING though.
