How am I suppose to eat this, it's falling apart. One piece of shrimp, not even a whole shrimp. These rolls that go by different names, is something I always order at Thai restaurants. These are definitely the worst I've had. Nothing but iceberg lettuce and a few strands of cabbage and carrots. They also had avocado, something I've never had in these rolls. Needless to say, I will not be back.18.97 in the garbage. Judging by the non responses, these owners/managers do not care about customer service or the quality of their food.

The food was very good & tasty. Lunch portion was good. Really enjoyed my Chicken Katsu. We also ordered Red curry, Fried rice, Salmon Teriyaki, & Grilled Shrimp & Scallop. Entree comes with rice soup, spring roll, & steamed rice.

The Thai food here is really good. The sushi is okay but the Thai food is terrific! Cute little outside garden area. Clean and spacious inside. We’ve only had great experiences and meals here.

Wonderful Mango Chicken or shrimp! So good we came back a year later! (The next time we were in Florida.) Hope to come again!

Let me just say this was my first time ever going into this restaurant to simply pick up my order, it was the Logan’s Landing location. This feminine male employee with his eyebrows painted on and horrible veneer teeth that goes by the name of “Mew” decides he wants to give me an attitude and size me up and down for no reason what so ever! He was demanding me to pay as if I take orders from him what a joke ! I asked for a manager immediately and to my surprise she was standing right off to the side where she witness everything from when I walked in . She took over my transaction and I was told by her that she has no idea why he is acting this way and apologized on his behalf but also lied about his name when I asked for it, luckily it was on my checkout receipt. The service at this place is HORRIBLE not even the manager made me feel like she did anything to correct his actions, especially in a working environment that is so disgustingly unprofessional! I will never go to place again, they are definitely not the top Thai food restaurant in Naples at all. If you are looking for a top tier Thai place in Naples with great service, food, and prices, Mojo Thai and sushi bar on Vanderbilt beach is the place to go, it is 1000 times better than this place .

Fast, efficient, and tastes great. I love the Pad Thai noodles. I have had it with all the proteins they offer, and it has been delicious every time. My wife is not a Thai food fan and just got the chicken rice bowl. She said it was bland and liked it even less when she found out what they charged for it. (It is pricey for a chicken rice bowl. )

It's been a few years since I first posted this. Since then, I have done takeout from here over 100 times. Still love the Pad Thai noodles. I also love the red and green curry. I often have trouble deciding, so I get both. My wife finds that she really enjoys the pineapple grief rice. This was great news for me because it means I can order from there more often. 😀

Felt really rushed. We sat down and as we're sitting the woman asked if we know what we want...?? I told her give me a few minutes, ordered a drink and she came right back with it and wanted our order again, literally 3 mins later. We ordered hot our food and never saw her again for another drink??? Asked another server and she said ok, but then forgot me...oh well. Food was ok, nothing special but not bad. My advice, let people sit, relax and have a beer/drink while looking over the menu, there was a lot more we could have tried.

We always order from this place and last night the seafood pad thai and the hero fried sushi were so bad I called to give them positive criticism whoever answered was so rude did not want to hear and hung up on me. Never again. When a regular customer tried to let you know something was wrong was wrong the business owner need to be appreciative. This was so unprofessional especially when there are so many other thai places in Naples. Shame on them. Look elsewhere if you are looking for better quality for your buck!!

Stopped here after a flight landing at RSW driving to Naples. Originally was going to the taco spot which was too lively for my overly tired teens. It was late so Sushi was over but I was there for Thai food. Decent Thai food with tofu as the vegetarian protein option. I got the panang curry.

A lovely leisurely lunch with my parents where my Mom and I made the server slightly uncomfortable when we fought over who was paying the check lol. The food was comforting and the lunch special with a soup and mini eggroll were a very pleasant surprise. I had the Mango Curry, was even given the choice of heat level (nice option for those who are heat intolerant 😅), I opted for HOT but I suspect it was 'Caucasian hot' lol. The rice was perfectly cooked and not a grain left behind. Really enjoyed the visit and will definitely return.

From San Francisco to Portland, Oregon, Vancouver, and as far north as Alaska back down to Ocala, Miami, and Naples. I can say I've eaten in a LOT of Thai restaurants. On top of that, in my pursuit to find my favorite one in Naples, I have literally tried every Thai restaurant this town has to offer. Hands down this is my favorite for the food and making your way to North Naples is worth the drive.

My favorite dish is the KHO SOI. The blend of the yellow curry doesn't need heat if you don't like it. The flavors are balanced. With fresh veggies, they give you additional texture against the backdrop of the soft rice noodles. I've had this with shrimp as well as Fried Tofu ... both are delicious. The topping of the friend noodles just brings the dish to an entirely different level.

Their HAMACHI KAMA, SHUMAI, SEAWEED SALAD and the house staple of SPRING ROLLS will complement any meal. The ambiance is ok, the staff are attentive, the food is delivered quickly. I would ask for a more extensive wine list to choose from but can confirm that is NOT the reason to avoid Thai Udon.

Saturday, March 18, 2023 I had ordered a sushi vegetable roll, no fish just vegetables. The presentation was awful. There were 10 pieces, I ate 4. Some kind of seaweed in it which was not in the menu description. I was severely poisoned. I had a severe case of salmonella!! I will NOT be going back! Clean up!! Wash your hands!!

My husband & I are visiting the area and stopped here for lunch. So glad we did, the lunch specials here are so good and the food was excellent. My husband had the Green Curry and I had the Mango Curry. The Mango Curry was amazing and the lunch came with a spring roll and a small chicken & rice soup. We will certainly be back whenever we are back in the area.

Just relocated to Naples from Cape Coral, love Thai food and was trying to find a place close to my new home. Stumbled across Thai udon and wow!!!! I am so happy I did . Me and my husband both enjoyed our food. I was a little surprised when I bit into my crab Rangoon and it was yellow , it has a hint of curry! Probably the best I’ve ever had ! Also the red curry(perfection)

Love Thai Udon Cafe, the service is not always as fast as it could be, but they always make up for it with the food and the atmosphere. We come here often and will continue to do so!

Lastly, the pork belly in the ramen delish. I will give it another shot, every restaurant is entitled to an off day.

Have ALWAYS loved this place..... but the service is lacking lately..... went in beyond excited to eat their delicious food (is why I give 2 stars). Got our drinks and ordered an appetizer roll from the sushi bar..... then waited close to 30 minutes for the server to return. We thought he left for the night, because he was nowhere in sight. Finally frustrated we walked up front to gain our tab. We expressed our frustration to the person at the front desk and our server who finally decided to show up. They did nothing to try to get us to stay or even come back (hint, when a regular is this frustrated, you do SOMETHING, like a free drink or something) and had us pay close to a$40 tab. Needless to say, we have 2 Thai and sushi places opening up close to our house and unless there's a good reason, we won't be returning here.....

I was suspicious of a "thai sushi" place. But we went anyway. Sure enough this place may call what they serve Thai food, but it nowhere resembles Thai food whatsoever. So if you're looking for REAL thai food don't look here.

Excellent place that is very affordable and authentic. This restaurant is at Logan's landing in N. Naples. They serve Japanese and Thai cuisine and I highly recommend it. Additionally, they have outside seating.

for a place that has " Udon" in their name you would think they would have more options on the menu that have udon in them. The one dish that had Udon in it was pretty tasty.

This wouldn’t warrant the one star... however when we got home, the sushi started to fight back🤢. I love sushi too much to stay away permanently, but it’s safe to say I’ll be taking a title break from raw fish.

Staff polite and attentive. The space new, loud but clean. The food coming out fast. Seated where we could see in kitchen and kitchen staff with no gloves and face coverings on chins. The beer was cold but the sashimi was old and slightly fishy. I recommend the location on 5th Ave if you want your Sashimi fresh.

Thai Udon Cafe clearly advertises on their website and the Google search results that they are open until 10pm. However, when I recently called for a take out order at 9:47pm I was told that they were closed and last call for the kitchen is 9:45pm. If a business advertises being open until a certain time then they should stay open until that time. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Thai donuts are the best thing in this location. Bento box was decent so was the flavor, service was slow. The other location is better.

We don't live around here but we stopped on the way through to get takeout. Was very very impressed with how clean it was, especially the bathrooms. Staff were friendly and attentive, and food was good! Obviously the owners care about running a good restaurant and they're succeeding.

Nice atmosphere, staff was nice and followed CDC regulations. Great presentation of food , along with good taste but not hot when served. Could use a little more flavor. I ordered the Grill shrimp and scallop with garlic sauce, medium, which wasn't on the mild side. Menu description did not say it included pineapple. That would of changed my selection. I picked out pineapples and will take home so I can warm up and eat hot. Prices are reasonable. I will give them another chance.

Consistently delicious cuisine, in my experience, since opening. The food is absolutely delicious. 🍜 Ramen, steamed shumai, Tom Kha soup, or cold / fresh sushi all have just the right flavors, this is our local favorite spot. This is a healthy & comforting go-to for me. There is an outdoor patio customers can enjoy under palm trees.

Ordered food through ubereats. Half of the food was borderline inedible. It's like they tried to put their own twist on the items and made them taste weird or just plain bad. Also did not provide utensils even though they were requested.

Definitely check out this Thai/Japanese restaurant. Everything was good from the bean sprouts to the udon noodles.

Very good sushi and the Udon noodles are very good as well.

This little gem opened up in Logans Landing. Looking for some good Thai and sushi we gave it a try. We've been a regular with Thai and sushi take out orders. Good service and good food.

Me and my girlfriend came here for lunch with high expectations. The decor and service is excellent but the sushi was very very sub par. The pad Thai was also not impressive and left both of us feeling very ill.

This is some of the best food I've had in all of Naples. I wish I could leave six stars instead of five!

Dined inside with a friend yesterday. Prompt, polite service. Adequate physical distancing of customers, and universal mask usage by staff. The sushi lunch special was a large plate of fresh, delicious sushi. Yummy!

I ordered a Bento box, great quality food, big portions, and great staff. Highly recommend.
