Were I just reviewing the food, this would be glowing but unfortunately the service was so bad I didn't even get to eat my sushi at the restaurant. 30 minutes or so to get initial drinks, then over an hour and a half to get our first Sushi order that we ended up having to get to-go. Orders were wrong and many apologies given but ultimately it was a bad dining experience with incredible food. Their Sushi Rolls are expertly made and their main course dishes are authentic and flavorful. The Chicken Teriyaki was tender and sweet, the Vegetable Tempura was fresh and crisp and the Fried Rice was cooked to perfection.

After calling about a coupon I had, the voice prompts said to order online for faster service. I decided to order online. Ordering system isn’t really any good, no place to put the coupon, and also prices are higher on the site. My Wife’s Salmon is $30 at the restaurant and $35 on the website.

So I go to pickup my food and the server was rolling his eyes and saying they did not have a manager that could fix it that they would fix it tomorrow. I said that was fine, but wanted to snap a picture of the coupon and receipt so I had proof the server proceeded to roll his eyes again!

So I drive home with the food and after I get our food out to eat I cut into my NY Strip I ordered Med Rare to be past Well Done (See pictures below). I’m easy. If I order my Steak Med Rare and a place gives me Rare will either eat or put it on a Pan for 2 minutes to cook it up or it’s Medium I’ll just eat it without issues.

My wife ate her Salmon and within 30 minutes told me her stomach hurt badly and she said she was done ever eating at Komoon again.

So here I am two weeks later. No emailed response that my check was adjusted and or no email back apologizing for the messed up Steak. I could care less if they offered me a deeper discount or free meal as a replacement, I’m more pissed there is no acknowledgment and or accountability by the management or owner. Super sad.

Good sushi, good atmosphere.. Very nice bar area. Great happy hour. Parking great. Understaffed, forgot my seaweed salad. It’s off season so challenging in summer. BUT still recommend.

Delicious food, loved the surprise of the steak roll. But the octopus roll and spicy tuna roll were just as good. The basil chicken stir fry was very tasty. A great meal in North Naples with friendly service and following covid guidelines. Definitely will return! Oh and let’s not forget the Happy Hour appetizers, sushi and drinks!

Do NOT ever order from Komoon Sushi Thai on Immokalee. We were missing 1/3 of our order and when I called I was told they had no one to deliver and I could come and pick up. That was NOT an option, which is why I paid for delivery in the first place. When I requested a refund, they hung up on me. Buyer BEWARE!!

This was my first time visiting this restaurant. The service was awesome. Food was delicious and establishment is clean 10 out of 10 recommend!

Really bad experience with the food and restorant in general. We found hair in the food, they served food that was tasteless like it's just instant noodles, and they messed up 2 orders. Seems if you order more than 3 meals, they get confused.

I like Komoon but really this was sub par. Food wasn't up to standard, asked for fired rice was told it wasn't possible then it was for an up charge which I wasn't bothered about but it was all too much trouble for the server taking our order and the Poke Bowl ordered was over spiced.
Overall disappointed and below previous experience but wouldn't recommend or rush back.
Used to be better up the road unfortunately it closed.

I have been coming here for years. Everything is getting better. The service is excellent as well as the quality of foods. I highly recommended sashimi and Thai food are very authentic.

Great atmosphere, we tried Peruvian food and some sushi….everything was really on point. The Ceviche was fresh and flavorful, the Jalea crispy and tasty. Lastly we got the Thai donuts dessert…it was so good we came back for more the next day…recommended

Sushi roll is the smallest I ever seen, They wrap hot rice in seaweeds causing wrap to melt.

The food was extremely bland and there were eggshells in our food! The meat had no flavor whatsoever and the noodles looked old. We didn’t order many dishes, the 5 of us had three to four dishes. At the end, the bill took a long time to come. They also added 5 extra dishes to our bill! Making it over 200 dollars!! Other than the food and service, the restaurant was pretty. That was the only thing we enjoyed.

I am so disappointed. I expected more for Naples and for my first time here. Atmosphere was only good because of the dj's hk and fresh. Food was cold plantains uncooked as well as the 4 french fries I received with my 28 dollar meal. When we arrived we asked for a shot each since we were celebrating a birthday and were told no since the bartender was not in yet for an event that started at 5 and we asked at 6. And while being told no 5 others received wines beer and a drink.We were 2 out of less than 16 people here when we ordered food and received it after people who ordered after us. Again food was cold and not fully cooked. The flavor would have been decent had it been cooked. Never again. I will not allow any one of my friends to eat or drink here. I would come back for the sole purpose of the dj's who were incredible. Luckily I was smart enough to ask for their social media so I can follow them to other venues. They really were that good! We also waited almost an hour and a half for our hookah which came unlit and we had to try to get the coal to ignite on order to actually use it. Had to grab our own utensils and take back our own plates. Overall 0 stars for the restaurant but they get a kudos for the entertainment they hired

Drunken noodles..delicious

Been here a few times now, loved it every time! Had both Thai and sushi and it was great. Good service, and a really cool atmosphere. Loved not having to wait long to be seated, especially on a Saturday night during season!

We ordered $150 worth of food last night. Couldn't reach the manager today to speak to before posting. Worst meal we've had in a long time. Tom Yum soup not the least bit spicy and just tasteless. Mongolian beef was overcooked and too tough to chew. Asked which noodle dish would be best for a 9 year old and was told Pad Se-Ew. Ew was correct. After telling me it would be good for a child they made it medium heat. It was try and the noodles were tough. The Drunken Noodles had no spice even though we asked for medium. The Currie dishes were passable but there was no rice given for the meals. Needless to say we would not recommend nor order from here again. Too many good Thai restaurants in Naples to eat this garbage.

The decor inside is very nice and features walls of greenery. We got the edamame, chicken satay, salmon poke bowl, pollo a la plancha, and glass noodles. Overall the food was great! We would definitely go back when in the area again.

Let me give you three reasons why I will not be coming back to this place, the restaurant was hot as hell the air conditioning was set to like 85 and after complaining they did nothing about it. Number two the food was tasteless and we waited over half of an hour for it even though the restaurant was empty. Number three Just the overall atmosphere and ambience was less than ideal although I have no complaints about the service the food was just very lackluster but unbearably hot in the restaurant I don’t know what they were thinking. The management was sitting at the bar not the least bit interested in any of its diners concerns

First time there, loved the tuna poke bowl so much I just dug in! The yellowtail jalapeno appetizer was fabulous, nice sizes thinly sliced! The fried pork dumplings were good too. Will definitely return!

Takeout took an hour longer than “pickup” time. Staff was doing their best bet management was nowhere to be seen and clearly understaffed. Absolute shame and I feel bad for the few employees that were there.

I stopped in for an early dinner and the restaurant was empty, there was one other table and a few employees standing around. The service was decent until our server disappeared and we were not able to order our meals. I asked the hostess what the issue was and she seemed offended by me asking for a server, and then said our server was in the back taking care of her baby and was busy. We left without having a chance to order our entrees. The appetizers were mediocre and took a long time to come out, we were there for over 1 hour...I will not go back.

Let’s start with the server : long acrylic nails on , jewelry with hanging pieces that touched the food as she was setting it on the table, not properly dressed as her blouse was not long enough. Her service was not the best. Asked her to bring appetizers before our food , but she instead brought everything together. Food temperature was questionable. Never followed up with us after the food was brought out. At the end , we requested for the manager , but there was no manager on the house. The bill was another joke, we got discounted $30 but charged twice for one of the meals . Do not waste your dollars here . There’s better Asian food spots in Naples Fl.

If f I could leave less than one star I would!! I have given them two more chances since the first very bad service. If you are hungry- do not go to this place because you will starve. It takes 3 hours to serve 3 people!!! Horrible horrible service. Chat And we wanted more drinks - no one was around. Again, a missed opportunity for revenue. No more chances for this place . Service SUCKS. And not one person in this restaurant cared.

A go-to spot for us, food is always fresh and flavorful. When they remodeled a few years ago, they added a bar. The ambiance was always very nice, it's beautifully decorated. The addition of live music/D.J. has taken away from the dining experience. The music is extremely loud (and certainly not music to dine by) even in the seating area furthest from the bar, you can't have a conversation.

DO NOT ORDER SUSHI AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! We ordered sushi rolls to go - a large order of a variety of their rolls. As soon as we got home we opened the tray and the smell of spoiled fish was disgusting. Especially the raw salmon! I called them and the individual on the phone pretended he can't hear me and hang up. Please stay away from this business.

We had a wonderful dinner with our grandson and another couple last night. We started with pork dumplings and Thai Spring Rolls. Both my wife and I had the Chicken Pad Thai - she had it mild and I went spicy. Absolutely delicious!!!! One of my friends had sushi and said that it was amazing! The service was outstanding! Our water glasses were always filled, plates were removed, wine and drinks refilled -- one couldn't complain! To top off the Sunday evening, El Gato Solea performs from 6-8 pm. What music!!!!! The folks at our table were swaying to the music and tapping their toes! People do get up and dance and the performance by the lead guitar and singer is something to behold. You really need to make this a stop -- five stars for the food and the entertainment! Thank you Komoon!!!!!!!!

Order to go. The worst "peruvian food " we ever had. We had to throw in the trash the Fried Clamari and the Jalea, no flavor, terrible tempura, unsalted, hard like rocks.

I have eaten here multiple times over the years whenever I visit family here in town and we have always had a good experience. However based on my most recent meal there I will never come for sushi again. We ordered a Sushi Boat for four, an order of sashimi, and several additional orders of nagiri. The nigiri was okay, not the freshest and the flavor wasn't great. The real problem was the Sashimi that was a part of the sushi boat. The bottom layer of fish was slimy, spongy and had obviously gone bad. They also had a long stem glass of additional sashimi with the top layer being edible but everything below that having gone bad. It seems as if the boats must be made ahead of time and kept somewhere which does not ensure the fish is edible. Other members of our party ordered entrees which arrived cold. I'm not sure what's going on as we've had better experiences previously but whatever the current state of this restaurant is I would not trust it for sushi.

Again, I waited past time it said online it would be ready.. last night, it was busy, so I understood.. tonight the Restaurant was practically empty. The gentleman that got his food before me complained to the male server he waited more than 20 minutes past time he said his food was going to be ready. When I nicely told the lady that gave me my food we both waited so long, she was rude and said this happens everywhere, people need to understand to wait and stormed off... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGAIN!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband brought me to Kamoon and I'm beyond glad he did! We ordered a variety of sushi and Thai food and all of it was delicious! The sushi chefs are beyond amazing and make your visit that much more! The owner was present and she cares so much about her customers and their satisfaction. We can't wait to return!

I am a regular at this restaurant and always order to go in my lunch time and when I went to ask for some sweet and sour sauce they wanted to charge extra for it. I always ask for the sweet and sour sauce when I go eat there and have gotten it without extra charge, the lady in the front said I wouldn’t get it for free cause I ordered to go, I don’t know where the sense is in that. I’m still paying 20 dollars worth of food and can’t even get the sauce I want.

We love the Komoon on Pine Ridge, we've only done take out from there, and really enjoy their curries.
We decided to dine in at this Komoon (Immokalee). It's September, so it was about at 60% capacity when we arrived at 7:00 We were sat and waited for 15 minutes before a server came to our table. We ordered our cocktails and waited 30-45 minutes for those to arrive. Our food took another 30 minutes, and we never saw our waitress again until it was time to drop the check. Empty water glasses, slow service, but good food. We were finally released a little after 9:30. This was our second experience with the Immokalee Komoon, both were this slow. I'm sorry to say we won't be coming back to this one, but happy we still have the one on Pine Ridge!

Once sat down, we were brought water and then no one came for appx 10 min. We were given one menu for the entire table. We were never given the option for anything but water. Order was taken and I ordered a drink. The woman came back to the table 3 times to confirm the order and when it came out it was incorrect. She set the food on the table and almost dumped it off the plate while picking it back up. It was then given to another table. The waitress did not seem to understand anything we said. When our correct order was brought, it was still incorrect and cold. Sushi was rotten and smelled like ammonia. I had to ask for my drink twice and it finally came after our food was taken away and the bill was presented. Drove an hour and was very excited to eat here. Will not be back.

Like the food but take-out frequently very delayed versus timing they commit to on line. Take-out takes lowest priority versus dining-in I think. Most recent order was 45 minutes late and no-one would answer the phone. Voicemail is full so when you try to call to get status you just get cut off……..

What's surprise, food was good on multiple occasions. Quick service and very friendly staff. We will be making this a regular spot.

The food was great! The flies hanging around and inside of the soy sauce in the porcelain dispenser was DISGUSTING. They only refill them and do not clean them out. I opened it because the fly never came back out. And there were floating objects in there. Every table had flies near the dispensers. The bathrooms were filthy and a dirty environment. There was a hair in the fried ice scream but - it happens. The flies flying around us while eating and the TERRIBLE SERVICE made this experience a poor one. We weren’t checked on and called out multiple times for service. They forgot things we asked for and took so long on many occasions during our time there. It was our first and last time. They have another location, not sure if it will be an option after today. Again the food was great but every else made this a one star only rating.

We were a party of seven and We ordered a large variety of food. Everything was excellent, we enjoyed it all.
This was our fifth time here, it is always great. Our waitress was excellent too.

Terrible service. Our waiter saw us standing at the door for 10 minutes and didn’t attempt to bring us to a table. Her coworker was running around trying to assist everyone and sat us eventually. This waiter then took forever to come to our table didn’t even bring us napkins, her coworker did. Ordered our appetizers and it came 45 minutes later but people who arrived before us got there’s earlier. Our dumplings arrived and were cold in the middle, we got new ones within 10 minutes but then proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for our main course. She was rude didn’t come to check how anything was but her coworker did. Then at payment when she didn’t get the tip she wanted she refused to leave until she got more, stating there is 15% minimum tip payment that we had to giver her. First of all that’s not stated anywhere and second you got the tip according to the service you provided and you were god awful. Gave her $10 tip as we did not want to cause a scene but absolutely disgusting. She had short hair with earrings. Too her coworker, you were lovely and were working so hard you deserved the tip and we Thankyou for YOUR service.

Great food with really friendly staff. A couple of locations and the Naples and Bonita were both really good.

Dishonest and no customer appreciation or resource. We have been longtime loyal customers, over five years. Supported them strongly through the pandemic, always tipping as though we received five star of service.

On Sunday, we placed $195 carry out order. Items were missed, and some were not edible. It was our first experience that was really bad.

I have called them and incredibly nicely explained to them that items literally were not given to me, and some were not edible. I have been lied to, told no managers were there, everyone has this line that “I’m only part time“ line. So supposedly this restaurant is being run completely by new part-time people. With no managers being found at any location. All I simply wanted was the money back that was due to me. They took my money and did not give me something in return.

We had to repeat our order like 10 times (no joke), still got it wrong.
They were out of bottle of prosecco we ordered, but it was on the check after all. And we didn't receive few things we ordered.
It wasn't even busy there.

We went there for my wife’s birthday and it was really good, we ordered a sushi boat for 2…the food and the Thai ice tea were fresh and delicious, we definitely come back next time in town

My one start review is only to bring attention to the poor service that we get every time we visit this restaurant and is not about the food that is actually very delicious. The waiters there need to be trained on how to provide good service to the customers. They are often forgetful, they bring wrong orders/or don’t bring what you order at all, and generally don’t seem very engaged or attentive. In the beginning I thought that maybe they had one bad apple in the mix, but after a few more visits, I realized that all of the waiters are like that, which is a shame.

Terrible service. I called an order in and they said it’d be ready in 30 minutes. Show up exactly at the 30 minute mark and they said it’d be ready in “another 10-15 minutes”. I ended up waiting another 40 minutes. The food is good, but not worth the wait.

Went on a date with with my fiancée and the food was spectacular, fresh and tasty. ambience was laid back and service was quick.

Horribly salty food!!!!! Their food is like eating salted jerky And dont bother asking them to customize the food. Hate writing bad reviews but it was that bad. Asked for low salt and they actually added more and probably an extra dose of msg. I was so sick. Very unhealthy food!! Yuck!!

Had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Komoon and not only is her story Inspirational, her food is amazing. You can still find her in the kitchen simply because it's what she loves. We watched her make sushi, create a beautiful lobster wooden boat with a roll & shredded lobster. She also had tons of great other options as well, all fresh and made to order on site. Highly recommend!

Went here for during a business trip to naples and loved how tasty and healthy the food was! They cater to vegetarians nicely as well.

Not a great experience. Was worse than cat food, in fact I wouldn’t even serve it to my cat. Appetizers were ice cold, and food was slimy. Service was horrible, and the check had a forced 18% gratuity and we were 3 people. To make matters worse, the lady’s room smelled worse than waste management and the aroma filled the restaurant. There are too many decent restaurants in this town and this is not one of them.

It was a place to go and see and hear music Elgato Solea band is awesome there on Sundays... that's why we went but of course come on the restaurant itself is absolutely delicious great prices and great owner...

Walked in, thought I was gonna see no retirement. Looked way above my pay grade.... went in, all was reasonably priced and the food was superb. 10 stars.

I have eaten here several times over the years and the food is excellent. But the service is never good. If you go in to sit down and eat expect a delay. If you order online you will be lucky if you get your food within 45 minutes of the order.

Great ceviche, however food portion of lomo saltado was way too small. If you are going to advertise Peruvian food, the serving size should be apropriate and traditional to the culture. The taste was authentic but serving size left alot to be desired for the price.

I edited my original first visit. Mainly because my second visit with my family was such a terrible experience.

I tried the sushi this time. While the food was good it was not great!! The service was so incredibly slow and just disorganized that we honestly will not be coming back.

For starters, it took them over 20 min to just ask us if we wanted a drink. Then the ginger ale my wife ordered was flat. I mean it doesnt make sensebwhy they wouldnt ask us about appetizers after they left the drinks on the table.Then from the time we walked in 40 min til we had our order taken. The server who had the worst attitude I have ever seen simply should never serve ANYONE ....EVER !! Nasty disposition, almost throwing the drinks on the table. It took 1 hour to get the food on the table, she forgot my toddlers meal! She didnt even offer the child a drink?? Could it kill you to just ask and do your job?? In the end we rushed the meal and just left. I think her name was Keta.

One lady who I think might have been the manager showed up towards the end but did not even apologize for the mistakes in the meal.

Super slow service... Come on happy hour on sunday all the ads showing happy hour but they decide that mothers day is not happy hour worthy. Will not be coming back!

Amazing sushi. My fiance said it's the best unagi roll he's ever had, and he gets one every time he goes for sushi. The Mega Power Roll and Three's Company Roll is not to be missed. Whatever you pick, I doubt you will be disappointed!!
