I have been looking for a really good Thai restaurant all of South Florida. This one is the best one I have come across. It was delicious the muscleman curry with scallop lots of scallops, delicious vegetables, not too spicy. The soups were delicious. Everything was great and very reasonable.

I wanted to make them my go to Thai place, because they are closest to my home. I ordered Pad Thai, it was bland, I in ordered with spice level 3, but hardly any spice. It tasted like it needed something. I may go back to try other dishes, but on the fence right now. I did a teke out order, everyone was nice. I also ordered their fried rice, which was good and the reason why I rated 4 stars instead of 3.

I came over to The Shoppes at Beacon Light to get a quick bite at Lighthouse Thai Sushi. Though I was able to find a parking spot, these spaces tend to fill up quickly.

Upon entering I was greeted by a female employee who allowed me to sit at any available table since the restaurant was not busy. I placed an order for a glass of unsweetened iced tea with table sugar on the side, steamed gyoza, and California roll. My order arrived within minutes. Here are my thoughts about the food:

*The California roll was freshly prepared and was delicious. Less sodium soy sauce was provided for dipping, adding flavor without being salty.
*The steamed gyoza was prepared nicely topped with shredded cabbage & carrots, and sliced scallions. The dipping sauce was lightly sweet and tasty. Complemented the gyoza well
*I don't really favor unsweetened iced tea, but they didn't have a sweet version. Even after adding four packets of sugar to the drink, it still wasn't as sweet as I would have liked it. I squeezed in a few drops of lemon juice and made due with it.

Overall everything was satisfactory and priced reasonably. The server was pleasant and attentive, making sure things was to my liking and asking if I wanted anything else. The atmosphere was really relaxing. I look forward on visiting again to try another dish.

We ordered UberEats and loved EVERYTHING!!!! We had Tom Kha soup, Beef noodle soup and Tempura appetizer. Spice level 1. Incredibly delicious and just right! Wow! Nice flavors and arrived perfect eating temperatures! We are converted! I highly recommend this restaurant!!!

This is our ONLY sushi spot in Pompano Beach. The Thai food is also amazing. Every time we eat here we try a different sushi roll. They make everything sushi right there in front of you. The taste, service and cleanliness are all amazing. This place could easily charge 30-50% more but they don’t. We regularly eat here for under $50.

TERRIBLE customer service, the blond waitress named Jessica here was very disrespectful and sarcastic, while we were ordering the lady left to go get someone else’s food because it seemed like we were taking too long to order, after we ordered my friend asked to keep one menu after we were done eating she the took away the plates, menu and chopsticks away as if she wanted us to leave, but we wanted to order more so we had to ask for the menu, we ordered a calamari then we had to ask for chopsticks and napkins again besides that the sushi was great.

Certain dishes were on point and the others fell flat. Our server was very pleasant. The atmosphere was very inviting and busy. Overall a good place!

I've been going to this place for over a year now, and its consistently amazing. Peter is the friendliest person you will meet. Food is great both sushi and thai, which is rare, fast service, very attentive. I am very picky with my sushi and thai food and i have to say the food was excellent. Sushi has the correct rice and tastes great, i had drunken noodle and pad thai which was great. Fish is always super fresh. They have extra spices on the side home made. Also tom kha soup is just right.

In my experience travelling north America, you don't often find a Thai&Sushi place that has good food all around.

My first time in this place and I’m very disappointed. I drove home and found that there was very little food in the container. Usually they are supposed to give a full plate for $17. When I called to tell them, the guy had a really bad attitude. With the small size of the container they should at least fill it properly. It’s upsetting because I may as well have went to an all-you-can-eat buffet with good food instead.

Hidden Gem with Delicious Asian Cuisine!
This charming, cozy restaurant has a surprisingly vast menu! While the exterior with its darkened windows might not initially grab your attention, stepping inside reveals a delightful space. We were seeking a quick, affordable yet tasty Asian meal and found it on Google.

The staff was very friendly with a very quick service. What was really spectacular was how large the menu was: sushi, sashimi, appetizers, fried rice, stir-fries, curries, and noodle dishes – it really has something for everyone.

The calamari appetizer was very fresh, a welcome contrast to the usual overly-fried versions. The Tom Kha coconut soup was perfectly balanced, not too much coconut milk. The sushi was fresh and delicious.
Only thing the back of the restaurant was little messy with goods everywhere but that is understandable with small places. The music is also super loud.

We recommend this restaurant and will definitely return!

*Update: we Came Back! From our 1 week trip this was our favorite restaurant. We brought our daughter and she also loved it.

They are SOOO fast in serving food- it’s crazy. We tried few more dishes and finished everything until the last piece.

We recommend the Lighthouse Poke, skewers ( super soft & juicy), calamari rings ( so fresh - had them twice), Tom Kha Soup, and rolls.

I loved this place a year ago for their food and service but quite disappointed at the food this time. Ordered crazy dragon roll. They went crazy stingy on eel. Worse than a typical deli. Ordered soft shell crab, it came out with thick and hard dough. The most disappointing is curry grouper. The curry doesn’t have any taste at all. I think chef basically pour some flour thickened sauce. It is called cheating. Complete disappointment. Service is good though but it doesn’t cut it for the good ratings they used to get

Ordered via uber eats, miso soup was extremely salty. Eel/avocado hand roll had too much eel sauce. I asked for no sesame seeds on the spicy tuna roll but still received it with sesame seeds. Spring rolls & Thai dumplings were mediocre.

Wow wow wow! It was quite busy for a Sunday but we were greeted with a smile.

Coming from a lifelong Thai Food enthusiast, this has got to be, in my opinion, the best Thai spot in all of Broward County. Trust me, i've tried numerous Thai places not only in our local Fort Lauderdale/Miami area but nothing has beat this place in terms of flavors, spices and portions. Their pad thai, panang curry, masaman curry, fried rice, red curry and stir fry dishes are delectable. I've tried different variations of all of the above-mentioned curries with Duck, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp and Squid, and all meats are equally as tasty.

You wont be disappointed with this little gem tucked into a small shopping center in NE Broward.

This is a tiny little place in a strip mall, but the quality of food and service here is outstanding. If I'm in Pompano, this is where I go for Thai food.

Just tried this place for the first time today. Extremely friendly and attentive service. Food was delicious. Everything seemed nice and clean. All my food was delivered promptly. I would definitely recommend coming in and giving it a try. I had the pan fried gyoza and a firecracker roll for lunch.

We tried Lighthouse Thai Sushi for the first time last night. The food was very good. We had both hot and sushi items that were all prepared perfectly. The staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that we felt rushed. All food / appetizers and dinners came at once and before one of us was even finished with any item the staff was trying to take the plates off of our table. it was a Thursday night and there were empty tables so it wasn't an instance where they were trying to seat more guests. We were in an out in less than 40 minutes which is not always a bad thing. We just felt so rushed that there was no time to enjoy the great food.

I thought the service was great at first(the two women who handled my order that night were very personable), not so much when I returned for some missing condiments. I came in one evening, placed an order, and picked up my order. Came back, another person walked in after. A young man approaches the front to assist. I inform him that I have my order. With a stern look on his face, he replies, "AND." I reply back that I returned to get some soy sauce. He hands me some packets of soy sauce. I say thank you, and he says nothing back. I don't understand what prompted such an exchange, and although the food was good, it put a damper on my visit and made me think twice about visiting this place again.

I will start off by saying Thai food is by far my favorite cuisine. We chose this place after reading the reviews and believing the hype. I definitely came in with the highest of expectations—Lighthouse Thai & Sushi delivered! We ordered the Thai Ice Tea & Crab Rangoon to start. Both phenomenal! As our main course, the crunchy roll, Shrimp fried rice, and chicken pad Thai. All amazing, fresh, almost burnt our tongues eating too soon after the plates arrived (whoops)

Great job, staff! I hope it continues this way and we will definitely become regulars. This isn’t even near our home, but worth the drive.

I think this is possibly the best Lobster pad Thai I’ve ever had. Maybe I would like a little more kick to it but it’s pretty amazing. It’s a huge plate which is plenty for two people to share and should explain the $35 price tag. I can’t wait to visit this restaurant again and eat sushi which also looked amazing!
