We decided to do our secret Santa gift exchange at Ten Zushi on Christmas day. Overall we all had a great experience and we will definitely be back. The food was excellent. The atmosphere was really nice. The service is what really set Ten Zushi above the rest. I feel like the staff made sure to check on us just enough and ensure we were all having a great lunch. At the end of the meal they even gave us two free desserts because we were celebrating the holiday with family.

What an amazing experience! This was our first time eating here and we enjoyed it all. We ordered 2 sushi rolls and hibachi. And we enjoyed fried oreos and green tea mochi for dessert. Food was excellent! We couldn't have asked for better service and we were made to feel very welcome. Thank you to Jasmine and Sophia!!! We felt very spoiled:):)

I ordered the chicken Pad Thai for takeout. According to the menu, it includes rice noodles, eggs, peanuts, bean sprouts, scallions, peanuts, and limes. However, I received all of those plus red onions, which I absolutely hate. I informed them that my order was incorrect and was told they would let the manager know that onions are not listed on the menu. However, I was not offered a remake of my meal. Whelp, I won’t be returning.

The clear soup was good.

Update: The manager called me back once employee told her that my order was wrong. She was extremely nice and apologetic and remade my order. The chicken pad Thai flavor was very good with the right amount of heat. Because of the great customer service, I will be returning.

The hostess seemed annoyed, Hibachi and white rice were watery and tasteless. I had to drench in sauce which I don't really like. No sear, no salt, No butter or taste of the seasoned grill just a scant bit of pepper and watery vegetables. Good amount of protein but a waste of money. Sushi was sub-par and very small for an $8 roll. All and all value is just not there for what I paid and I didn't enjoy a single bite. Too bad they were closed by time i came back or I'd of asked for my money back. I'd suggest make your menu smaller and do those things well. Gotta crawl before you ball. This is not a one off tried the pad thai and curry it was the same experience. Watery tasteless food not authentic. Cool concept poor execution. I wish redbowl was open on Mondays...

This is mine and hubs favorite place. We go to TenZushi almost every Friday. We love their Shrimp Pad Thai and Shrimp Panang Curry. We've tried a lot of menu items and they all taste good! Owner and the manager are relatives. Both are amazing and friendly people. Our waitress is Rachel and she always takes care of us when we come.
I have recommended this place to my family, friends, employees and colleagues because I know they are going to enjoy and have a great time and worth it. $150 will go a long way here without feeling like you're skimping on food for everyone.
They have happy hour and Fridays are always busy. Great sushi and alcohol bar.

So lucky to have a good sushi restaurant near my neighborhood. The sushi is always good. The fish is fresh and prepared very well. The atmosphere is clean and modern. The staff is nice and really attentive. If you like sushi abs sashimi this is a place you should visit.

I found another great spot to go to on the Westside of Jacksonville!! Samantha was our server and she provided us with the BEST service ever. Not to mention her recommendations were on point. I had the Drip Drip drink, the Mexican Candy shot, fried wontons, and the hibachi shrimp and lobster. EVERYTHING was delicious!!! I might have to swing back thru sooner than later. Jasmine was the bartender and one of the owner of the restaurant. She was super friendly and very welcoming. I can’t wait to go back.

Exceptional service and excellent quality

Unfortunately this was a terrible service experience. Our waitress seemed annoyed to wait on us from our first interaction. We were ignored by her multiple times while requesting refills on drinks. Despite telling her someone in our party had a shellfish allergy she delivered shrimp dishes alongside the allergy sensitive entree which seemed like questionable judgement. She dropped soup off at the end of the table for us to distribute.
The food itself was good, but not great.
Overall a poor experience, the restaurant did not live up to its rating for our visit.

Everything we tried we fully enjoy, highly recommend! Loved the pork gyoza, roti with curry, and hibachi. I would go back to try their sushi next time. The roti and curry really impressed us, I didn't have very high expectations, but ended up being blown away by the flavors in the curry and the chewy crisp roti. This will definitely be a go-to spot for us. We haven't tried the other sushi/hibachi spots in the area, but I have a feeling that this spot will be hard to beat.

We came here on Valentine's Day, craving sushi. And it did not disappoint. This was my second time having their food, and first time dining in. The ambience is lovely, sushi was great along with their wontons. Savannah ws our server and she accommodated every need and want. The cucumber martinis was fantastic as well, def will be going back.

Love this place because I love the owners. They have a good menu choices. Kitchen and sushi bar definitely do a good job. We tried a Thai appetiser and golden cheese wonton appetiser, which were both delicious. We had the out of control roll and chicken pad Thai for our main entree, both were amazing. This is our favorite restaurant for food, drinks, and service. The sushi is amazing in quality and taste. The Thai and hibachi dishes are delicious, and their cocktails are fantastic. The owners and staff have become like family and it's evident in their service that they truly care about their guests and what they do.

We were greeted very kindly when entering the restaurant. The restaurant was clean, and the bathrooms were very nice. There was not a delay in being greeted by our server Samantha, even with a restaurant full of other guests. Our food was appetizing and timely. The manager, Sophia, made a point to come to the table and check on all the guests in the restaurant. The bartender was able to make a special request not on the menu, as well as provide great bar drinks. The food was cooked as ordered and as listed on the menu. All appetizers came out as ordered, and dishes were served warm and on time after appetizers were completed.

When i say i LOVED this place, i mean it! The fresh spring roll appetizer was super good and the peanut sauce wasnt too sweet. THE SASHIMI 🤤 SO FRESH and they have many options to choose from! My server was amazing! Very personable and sweet and attentive! She was also very knowledgeable on the menu and gave great recommendations! The owner, Jasmine was very friendly and a great conversationalist she stopped and introduced herself and i enjoyed our conversation. Will definitely be going back soon!

Was craving sushi and stopped in with my family on my trip visiting since my cousin recommended it. The staff was so kind and accommodating to our big party. Was pleasantly surprised when Sophia came over to check on us and how everything was. I ordered the sashimi appetizer a few pieces of octopus sashimi and the american dream roll. I was a little nervous coming from New England where we have the best fresh seafood and fish but the sushi was amazing! Super fresh. We had the Zushi King roll and a hibachi combo with steak and scallops. I do not have enough good things to say about our server Savannah and the manager Sofia. Savannah was so patient and polite with our loud big group and when the manager Sofia came over to make sure we were all happy that really made our night. She was so kind and caring. She’s very talented and you can tell she really cares about her business. She was even so kind to offer us dessert on the house she made herself. Will always make a stop here when I am in the area!

My husband and I had dinner there for the 1st time. There was no wait for a table, happy hour menu was brought immediately. The service was friendly, they worked as a team to get our food and drinks out to us quickly. The food was great! I had chicken pad thai, hubby ordered red curry with scallops. I ordered a peppermint martini, as it's near Christmas time, it was a special menu item. So good:)

I order extra hot shrimp pad Thai it tastes like soy sauce and noodles no spice at all . It's not what I'm use to when I order from this restaurant.

This is the best sushi place in the area. Sofia the manager knows me as a regular customer and when a drunk driver took me out on the way to pickup take out she stayed open past closing time because she knew I was a regular. If that doesn’t speak volumes I don’t know what else I need to say. This place is family oriented and the crew is always fun and friendly. The food is excellent. A great date night or a regular take out place. They have a great bar with four TVs so you can come and watch the games and relax if you are inclined to. Try the dragon roll or the Godzilla roll. Place is a 10/10.

I ordered both they Zushi King roll and Godzilla roll. The Zushi King roll was bland and overly fishy (low quality fish meat) the only thing I was able to enjoy was its spice. The Godzilla roll while having a good underlying taste was drowned out by the oil it was fried in. My mother ordered the Pad Thai and was also unimpressed by its taste. We ordered gyoza It was bland and I could only truely taste cabbage. For its price the food is underwhelming and overly expensive. I would not recommend going here.

My husband and I decided to try this place over the weekend for our anniversary dinner date, and we are so glad we did! First of all, the food was delicious and the best sushi we’ve had in a while. Second, the service…where to even begin…!?! To start, our server, Gavin was incredible…he was so kind, fun, provided excellent service, was mindful about the time since we had a movie to make, and made great menu suggestions! Then, to top it off, he had one of the other servers make us a beautiful custom dessert with a hand drawn rose on the plate in chocolate syrup and “Happy Anniversary” written. Gavin was our server and his service skills are next level. Everything everyone ordered at the table was so delicious.
We shared food so everyone can taste what we all had. One of the managers Sophia even came over to the table to check on us to see how everything was going. You may need to make reservations on certain nights because this place was very busy the night we went. I can't wait to go back!!

This is hands down the best Sushi Place in Jacksonville! I love their sushi and sashimi: It’s always fresh and they have great customer service. The restaurant itself has a cool vibe, I recommend this place!

The sushi here was delish! They have such a variety. From raw to cooked and even just veggie. I felt like there was something for everyone. We also had our 10 month old with us who is starting solids and was able to order hibachi chicken with lomein off the kids menu, I tried some and it was probably the best lomein I’ve had in a long time. The manager stopped by twice to check on us which was nice. The playlist!! BANGIN’. I need the name of their DJ cause they were playing all the hits. Also our server, Gavin, was the best! He truly made out experience 10 out of 10. He recommended a saki for us and made recommendations on sushi based on what we were looking for, cause there are many choices!

I stopped by here for lunch, and was very happy with everything. They have an amazingly friendly and outgoing host, great food and an incredibly great priced lunch menu. I had the sashimi lunch and the fish was incredibly good. This is a new favorite!

I walked in and placed a pick up order for 2 sushi rolls. They were dry and tasted very old. I have never had a dynamite roll so awful.

My friends and I were having a much-needed mommy’s night out, and Gavin made our experience unforgettable! His energy and vibe were everything—we were laughing the whole time, and he truly made our evening so enjoyable. Gavin was very personable, checked in on us constantly, and got our order perfectly! He has set my expectations so high that every time I go back, I’ll be asking for him to be my waiter. Amazing service and an even more amazing personality! Food is always on point here. The drinks are amazing as usual. Gavin was our server & did not disappoint. He was fun, energetic & pleasant. He made the experience with my girls enjoyable & definitely had a lot of laughs. He hooked us up after we paid our tabs. Came for my birthday and met server and fellow virgo GAVIN and he was so amazing. Walked us through menu since it was our first visit. Manager Sonia came and sang to me on the mic. When folks love their jobs...it reflects in their attitudes and garners repeat customers!

Hubby & I had an amazing late lunch here. I had the hibachi scallops & he had a tuna type roll with yellow tail & caviar. The food is super fresh! Gavin our host was super fun & attentive. Sophia the manager was so sweet & personable. We will definitely be back. I also had the spicy margaritas and hubby had some a blue type drink. Both were so good but the star of the show was the CHERRY LEMON DROP, my my my we had two each!!! Please visit, we are now regulars. They have happy hour EVERYDAY 4-6!!! Don't forget to ask for Gavin, he will put a smile on your face for sure, we loved his personality! Also, the prices are really good! Also, it was their 2nd Anniversary...much success to them!

got food to go - my wife gets masa man everywhere and loves it but she threw this out after one bite - nasty - i got goyDon steak an veggies - picture looked great - what i got was some dry meat and onions no. veggies - really sad i didn’t eat eat $61 in the garbage - it’s sad what some places serve these days - i may stop going out all together !

So lucky to have a good sushi restaurant near my neighborhood. The sushi is always good. The fish is fresh and prepared very well. The atmosphere is clean and modern. The staff is nice and really attentive. If you like sushi abs sashimi this is a place you should visit.

One of the best Sushi restaurants in Jacksonville. I find myself driving across town to go here when I have the craving. Most of the servers are awesome, food and drinks are extremely good and consistent. Ive been here for Lunch, Dinner and Take Out. Always great food. Highly Recommend.

Gavin is an exceptional server. The food was amazing with big portions and this was probably the best sushi I've ever had.

We went to celebrate my brother being departed tomorrow morning. The waitress’s demeanor was totally off as if she didn’t want to attend to us. I’m unsure what the issues was I did have a few kids in my party but I can’t help I have multiple children. We ordered our food reluctantly got our questions answered, my daughter leaned in closer so she could hear her speak and the waitress jerked back and gave a nasty look. After this all the orders were made. Another waitress came over to ask my kids age because she was unsure if we were allowed to order kids meals. My daughter is 12! Okay we get through all this the original waitress brings over the soup began to pass it out like she doesn’t want to touch us and DROPS the piping hot soup on my mom. The waitress then leaves the table I look over and she’s cleaning herself off! At this point I ask can we please have napkins everyone is looking at us like we have ten eyeballs and all we wanted was napkins to clean up soup the waitress spilled. After all this I told them to cancel our order we would be leaving. Before we got up good they brought me a ticket for the drinks we didn’t get to consume. I paid for the drinks and began to leave another waitress came over to ask what the issue was. I explained the whole issue again and I was told “oh she’s new” really!?!? Hot soup being spilled and the solution is “she’s new”. I go out and I pay for my meal and service and I expect better. Needless to say I will no longer be dining or giving my hard earned money to Tenzushi.

we've been coming since they opened and the food is always amazing. The service is top tier every time no matter who you get. Yesterday we had Gavin who is an AMAZING. He had such a sweet aurora and was very quick on his feet. You could not tell he was new! Keep up the good work. I’m so happy to see this place getting the business they deserve.

Gorgeous restaurant with awesome food. The panang curry, tempura chicken, and various sushi rolls were on point. The portions were huge, and the clear soup is one of the best I've ever had. If Gavin is there, request him as your waiter. He kept the drinks full and was super personable and quick to grab anything we needed. Overall excellent experience.

Wow! I wish i would have visited Ten Zushi much sooner. Our server was Gavin, he was the sweetest. He made sure we were happy with everything and made my experience phenomenal.

I’ve only tried the sushi so I can’t comment on anything else. But I was treating myself to a birthday meal and ordered some sushi. I can’t remember the exact name, but it was a really ornate platter of various sushi preparations. I ate most of it and brought the remainder home with me cause it was pricey too. About an hour after I got home I started feeling sick, nauseated and I threw up. Then my stomach began cramping intensely and painfully, along with the nausea. So now I had diarrhea to go along with nausea and the vomiting (sorry if it’s too graphic). This went on for a while. I couldn’t believe it, I said to myself you’ve got food poisoning. I hadn’t eaten anything else except that sushi. That was my first and last time at that establishment.

This is mine and hubs favorite place. We go to TenZushi almost every Friday. We love their Shrimp Pad Thai and Shrimp Panang Curry. We've tried a lot of menu items and they all taste good! Owner and the manager are relatives. Both are amazing and friendly people. Our waitress is Rachel and she always takes care of us when we come.
I have recommended this place to my family, friends, employees and colleagues because I know they are going to enjoy and have a great time and worth it. $150 will go a long way here without feeling like you're skimping on food for everyone.
They have happy hour and Fridays are always busy. Great sushi and alcohol bar.
Updated interior, nice clean bathroom. Great ambiance, clean place and welcoming interior to have a birthday celebration, lunch and dinner with family, and friends as well as business lunch and dinners.

I've lived in Oakleaf now for a few years and shamefully had driven past it too many times without thinking twice. Luckily, we tried it on a whim a while back, and it was fantastic! The food is amazing - I ordered a few sushi rolls and they were absolutely delicious! We also got a fried fish as an appetizer (drawing a blank on the name of the dish 😞) and it was INCREDIBLE. The hibachi dishes are great, and the portions make for a great lunch the next day too! Also, the service is always A+, with attentive and friendly waitstaff. Don't miss out on this restaurant because it may be tucked away in an unassuming plaza - this is a great place for some quality food!

I stopped by here for lunch and I'm so glad I did! That 4.7 rating wasn't lying! I got golden chicken curry extra spicy. To me it wasn't that spicy (I didn't sweat) but it was delicious! The chicken was tender and the curry flavor was great!

My entire first time experience there was great. The food was amazing loved the atmosphere and the staff that waited on us. We came here for my brothers 40th birthday and we absolutely loved our waitress, im sorry we didn't get anyone's names, and the other staff that were a great assistance. Omg. Where do I start? If you want a place where they call you by name and cater to your needs new or regular. This is the place. I'm in Cust service and this place is top tier. Please come. This is a must go whether you come through or to-go. Date night, Birthday dinner, it doesn't matter. Its a vibe. Management is awesome. The staff is amazing they also check on you. They make recommendations and you don't get people who ask discovery questions these days. I'm in love. My fifth time here. Same service. ❤️

We wanted hibachi with the kids and our usual spot Osaka was closed. We were sad that they don't cook on the grill in front of you here, but were pleasantly surprised at the service!!! We had multiple servers check on us even the manager came to make sure everything was to our liking! The food was actually very good. The kids got exactly what they wanted and more than they bargained for!!! They gave us a complimentary dessert after we had told them this was our first time there which was very good and very much appreciated!!! I will definitely be returning to this restaurant and I would encourage others to go and try it as well!!! The food was pretty good and they have a good atmosphere!! Wonderful people that made the dining experience that much better!!! Kudos for the effort towards our satisfaction and for the free dessert!!!! I think the only thing I would complain about is the fact thag they make you pay $2 extra for fried rice vs steamed rice. I don't really understand that being that we got hibachi??

local is a beauty. Clean, large, the attention was perfect and the best thing is that it is always empty, I imagine because of the terrible taste of the food. I think the sushi is good because I've been told so (but I don't eat sushi), but the rest I did eat was terrible and tasteless. The good thing is that I would never return there.

Omg. I was craving sushi, and I’m so happy I decided on Ten Zushi. This was literally one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve had since PRE-COVID. Sophia and her staff greeted us upon entry and welcomed us with smiles. My Enchanted Lemon Drop was amazing + aesthetically pleasing 🔥, and my Golden Curry bowl was absolutely phenomenal. The staff was super attentive and the vibe was warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning soon. 10/10. Highly Recommend!

James is a great bartender/ manager knows well about their menu everything he recommended was great very overwhelmed with his service..

The sushi is AMAZING! Probably the best I've ever had. Huge chunks of meat and veggies and minimal rice.
However... The chicken in the hibachi dish was severely lacking. It was really dry, overcooked, and flavorless.
Overall, I'm definitely going back, because I only eat the sushi anyway. But it's gonna be difficult to convince the wife to go along with me for the chicken.

I can't say enough about how excellent this place is! My wife and I visited for our anniversary today. We wanted to try someplace new. We were seated immediately, and, our server came over and greated us warmly. Ayaka was very friendly and attentive, without being overly present. We orbered several appetizers as is our norm for a new place. We got fresh spring rolls, shumai, gyoza, cheese wontons, and a spicy tuna roll. Everything was delicious! We then ordered ama,ing curry wit shrimp for my wife and golden curry with beef for me. We got both medium spicy and they were at the edge of my wife's spice tolerance, but, still quite excellent! Ayaka, knew it was our anniversary and brought us a free desert of fried oreos, with happy anniversary written in chocolate on the plate. All in all, I would say it is 5+ stars

My husband and I came here for the first time for our anniversary. And we absolutely loved everything! Our server Ayaka was so friendly and welcoming. We decided to try all kinds of things to get a feel for everything. For appetizers, we had Gyoza, wontons, spring rolls & a spicy tuna sushi roll. All really really good. For our entrees we got the Golden Curry and the Amazing curry. All so flavorful! We both got medium spice level which was had a good amount of spice. Ayaka knew it was our anniversary and brought us out a free dessert of fried oreos on a beautiful plate. She had beautifully written Happy Anniversary on it. So very thoughtful. This will be one of our new favorite places.

Finally opened! The food was really great. The hibachi came with a ton of shrimp. Standard menu options with a good selection of sushi & rolls. They have gyu don, which I was excited to see. They also have a good selection of curry dishes. Bento boxes are available on the lunch menu and offer a great value.

I forgot to make this review from the takeout I had Thursday night. But appreciation will be shared with this great experience. I had the filet hibachi with fried rice 10/10 and my son had the shrimp lo mein he said 10/10 , great portions, flavors were there and staff were very friendly. Happy to find this gem in oakleaf. We'll be back!

The food is excellent. Some of the best sushi I’ve had and everyone was very nice and attentive. It seems like they all really enjoy working there and the manager, Sofia, decorated our dessert so cute!

DELICIOUS! Rachel was our amazing waitress and offered to take the kids order right away, which any parent knows, feed the kids ASAP! The food was yummy and the atmosphere was a nice step up from other restaurants in the area, which is so nice to finally see! 10/10 recommended for date night or taking the family!

Their chicken katsu is a huge portion, their rice is basmati rice aromatic rice. They could use more tonkatsu sauce with the size of the portion. Their hibachi veggies are outstanding. The fried rice and katsu chicken could use some more flavor profiles and seasoning.
