We had a party of 4 and ordered the Spring Rolls for an appetizer. They were fabulous 👌! The chicken noodles soup was full and tasty. I had the Garlic Sauce entre with pork. The vegetables were firm and the meat was high quality. It was a tad salty but overall very yummy. The same was said for the Brown Sauce with Chicken. Although not too salty. We had two special orders with only certain vegetables and no sauces and they were happy to accommodate. The prices are very reasonable and the portions were decent. They have an extensive sushi menu but we didn't order any. The vibe was good and the atmosphere was comfortable. Enjoy. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic for food; we sampled various fried rice options, all of which we enjoyed. The fried shrimp sushi had a nice taste, and the veg rolls were also delightful. The waitress provided excellent service. Every bite of the food was relished without wasting any. The crab fried rice is particularly good, and the red curry is also enjoyable.

If you haven't visited this place for a long time, I advise you to do so. They did a great renovation and now this place is not cramped, it’s very cozy now. Prices the same, sushi and rolls are still mega delicious. And as always friendly and attentive staff

What a great find! Everything was so fresh and delicious. We had a wide variety of food selections and everything was wonderful. The rainbow roll was a hit with all 3 of us that ordered it. The chicken pad Thai and the chicken teriyaki were also ordered and enjoyed. The portion sizes were large. Great service and comfortable atmosphere.

Pricey but good Japanese food

My favorite sushi spot. I travel from Loxahatchee to Hollywood whenever I want sushi. There is no place that compares to Sake up here!!!

Their sushi rolls are the best! Yum Yum, Pong Pong, and others. This place NEVER disappoints. The rolls are soooo good!

Have been coming here for a very long time and know many of the veteran servers here. This place has become overpriced and to be honest I can’t even say it’s the economy. On top of the outrageous price hikes on everything I looked at my receipt and realized that they are sneaking in a CREDIT CARD FEE! Are you kidding me? To make matters worst I paid with two cards one a giftcard another a credit card. Not only was I only allowed to use $80 from the giftcard that had a $100 balance they took the remaining amount minus $4 on the card. I also put a $30 tip on my regular credit card to cover the cost so on a bill of $178. they paid themselves $16 plus I gave them $30 for a total of $46 outrageous! No warning! Now this is straight up stealing but business don’t get penalized for stealing from their customer.

Excellent place. I have been coming here at least every other week for the last 11 years. Recently they added the credit card fee to the customers. Let me tell you, I found this extremely cheapy and dishonest. If you have a business, take care of your fees.

This was my family's go to sushi spot. Food was always good never an issue.
Until I took my family out for my son's birthday dinner. At his request.
As we walked in I got a nasty look from the the head waitress, "not sure if she heard me say something weird like I do sometimes to my kids, not intended to anyone particular" but I did notice a nasty look from her .
Anyway... We sit down and guess who is our waitress!?? Ok nasty look herself.. so we ordered and specifically ordered a spicy tuna roll with cream cheese. This is my usual order so it's not like I would ask for something I don't like...
So she brings me a spicy salmon roll instead... So I tell her immediately this is not what I ordered!?? She says yes it is I wrote it down?? I said well your wrote it down wrong!? But being a nice guy I'm like ok maybe I did order wrong and decided to eat it ...then she walked away without trying to fix the situation ( the customer is always right) then both of my teenage kids told me nooo dad you ordered correctly we heard you!!
So after eating half I got thinking I'm gonna pay for someone else mistake. Soo when she finally can back to ask if everything was ok , I said no it's not.... And precede to tell her she should have corrected it in the first place!!! Then said she would exchange it ... I wasn't going to take the chance that a get my original order with something I didn't order on top of it! If you know what I mean?? So needless to say this put. Damper on my son's 16 birthday dinner.
And after all that .. they give me the bill "from different server now," thinking maybe they adjust the bill for the mistake??? Ohhhh nooo instead they give me the bill with the tip already added at 20%!!! I question the girl and she said tip was included.. I told her noooo I put my own tip in thank you!! And of course I tipped her what she was worth... I took off the price of the wrong roll... So very bad experience

Woman named Lauren works here Is the most rudest most unprofessional woman I have come across literally would catch a charge any day of the week. Have been a customer for over a decade. We usually order delivery on a regular basis. The girl handling the phone must be new, lazy and/or cognitively impaired. When we tried to order Udon noodles soup, which we have been doing for years, this girl says they don't have it and to check the menu. She was rude and obnoxious. After giving up ordering, we then checked said website to confirm we hadn't gone insane. There it was Udon ready to order. This level of ignorance and lack of customer service compounded with a lot of changes over there tipped us over the edge of patience. We will never order from them again after 14 years of being customers.

Sushi rolls are great! Except for two the same were ordered with and without a tempura insert, but both came without.
Nevertheless, the rolls are pretty good.

What is REALLY BAD, the condiments: both, ginger and wasabi has a distinct, and quite strong, smell of a sanitizer!!!
You open the box with a sushi, and you get a smell of a just-cleaned BATHROOM!

The whole $100 order is spoiled!

Really disappointed in the quality of the food. The ginger was dry and had a tough texture and strange aftertaste. The wasabi had no spice, you could eat a spoon of it with no effect. The spicy mayo had a strange taste. The fried tofu was okay but had little to no flavor. The rolls were okay. They were constructed well and seemed to be high quality but again the flavor sorta fell flat that the only redeeming factor was the eel sauce.

Not worth the price in my opinion. I've had much better elsewhere for just as much, if not cheaper.

Horrible experience ordering delivery. We placed an online order at 2pm, we get a call telling us no delivery until 4pm. At 4:15pm we call for an update which they tell us the food is being delivered. Since we never received the food, we call again at 4:45pm and this time we are told we NEVER placed an order. Gave the lady our order number and she confirms no order taken and would need to wait another hour or so if we want the order placed. No apology, no concerns, nothing, we been waiting over 3 hours now and have to place a new order now and no help from them whatsoever. When asked to speak to a manager, we were told the manager was on break until 6pm and would call me back then. Guess what ? No call from them, tried calling after 6pm and they were still unavailable. Will never order from them again, HORRIBLE customer service, too many good sushi places to take this from them.

Don’t order sushi from this place. Thai food is good, but sushi is not. Tasteless fish, tasteless sticky rice, terrible presentation.

Unfortunately it was just a poor experience. I expected better but the place was a bust after we got greeted. Not the best environment, and subpar food that's over saucy and salty. They are short on staff so maybe that's the reason but overall it was just an experience I'd rather forget about and wish I can get a refund for.

My family and I went there for my daughter's 16th Birthday which just so happened to be on Mother's Day this year. We had a large group and they still sat us pretty quickly. The waitress was friendly and helpful also.

Hidden little gem right by my house! Everything we ordered was good, including the drinks. We were served by Noi, she was very sweet. Our group had the wonton soup, special fried rice, edamame, gyoza, Katsu roll, dragon roll, peach martini, Cosmo and hot sake, which were all great. The only thing we didn’t care for was the cold Hana lychee sake, which was too sweet. Will definitely be back!

Used to be a great restaurant and we would visit this often but twice in a row they have deteriorated their quality. Our favourite meals japanese nachos were missing avocados and had stale white fish; told them over the phone and was given a credit for next food and not even a refund. Placed a different menu item and was about to pickup when they called and requested us to show them the proof of the old order which had been thrown in the garbage. They lost valuable customers for a lifetime now. No customer service for their own mess up.

This is the go-to place for his Sushi and Thai food in a Hollywood. Very friendly service, clean and modern vibe and very good, quality prepared dishes.

The group was in the mood for sushi before a night out to the casino. Our waitress was great, our food came out promptly and everything was correct. I ordered the shrimp tempura to split with a friend and it was a bit different than what I’m normally used to. It seemed to have large pieces of asparagus which threw me off but it wasn’t bad. I had the pork fried rice which was solid. Only wish there was a bit more pork but overall it was good. I think we were all satisfied with our meals and it wasn’t expensive. Overall we had a good dining experience.

We were very disappointed, my wife and i have been dining at this restaurant for over 10 years, and for the most part we have been quite satisfied, however this time one of the items we ordered was the whole fried fish, i should add that we have ordered this same dish at least a dozen times prior and had always been satisfied, however this time it was not fresh, we asked to send it back and our server offered to replace it with something else, however a couple moments later she returned and stated that the owner had told her that the fish could not be returned, she did offer us a discount on the fish, at that point we paid our bill and made it clear that we would not be returning.

We ordered lot of food. Service is really good. We went late but they were able to get us food.
We ordered many dishes, some of them are salty. With crab fried rice , meat is very less and dish is a little bland. Thai tea is outstanding compared to other places. Mai Thai is good.

I have taken many groups here for dinner over the years with no issues However after my experience last night with a supervisor named Pat. I never plan to return to this restaurant again. Pat is a liar and very unprofessional. She flat lied to me last week when I made a request of her, so I left her a small tip to show my dissatisfaction. So When I returned back last night she refused to serve me and my guest and lied that nobody wanted to serve us because I am a problem. The truth in the eight years I have visited this place I have not had one problem with any of the staff. I am always generous with tips because of the field I am in. Pat is a liar and unprofessional. I am only writing this to make management aware because last night I was told that there was no way to speak to a manager

Great Thai/sushi restaurant in Hollywood. Food and service are great, at very reasonable prices. It is nice to have such a restaurant in that area. We go there repeatedly when we visit relatives, the place does not disappoint.

It's very hard to rate this restaurant. Although we've wanted to try Sake Sushi for quite some time, this was our first visit. It was very hard to understand our waiter(actually it seemed all three of the front staff employees were very limited in their ability to understand English although they spoke it well) although he was nice and tried to be helpful. Asking a question about "fresh brewed tea" seemed as if we were speaking in another language. We ordered two bowls of the Miso soup and an Angel Roll. The soup was oddly lacking in any flavor at all but the seaweed was bitter. I didn't finish mine. The Angel Roll was very good and the presentation was gorgeous. The restaurant was very clean and neat and the atmosphere of the building itself was quite welcoming. While the staff seemed nice enough with only two other tables they seemed a bit preoccupied. We didn't like the food well enough to come back.

I've been to this restaurant several times and the food is usually good. However, a few weeks ago, I picked-up an order and I got very sick from the Pad-Thai with tofu. I also ordered a dragon roll and that seemed fresh enough (although the shrimp was very small). But The Pad-Thai definitely was not fresh and likely had amoebas because I was sick all night.

Tai tea is great but I love tai tea. We ordered the sashimi roll and the spicy tuna roll and the food is okay and the establishment is nice looking however despite the sign at the door that says service dogs allowed we were greeted with a hesitant attitude. I was advised to make sure the dog doesn’t bark. We were granted a lovely seat right next to the bathrooms in the very back of the restaurant.
