If I ever had a question regarding anything on the menu the staff has no problem explaining and offering you recommendations.

The Panang Peanut Curry is really good! Definitely the best down here! And the Coconut Curry Noodle Soup is super tastey too!

It was a Sunday night, I ordered delivery through Door Dash. I ordered Sweet and Sour chicken was very good, fresh and nice pineapple, green and red peppers. I ordered the cucumber salad, very good. I also ordered spring rolls and fried wontons. Everything was awesome.

Great food and the customer service is amazing . Always get the green curry and the mussuman curry is terrific too. Then I always go over with the family to menchies to enjoy froyo for dessert ..I love Thai and this is the best Thai food hands down in Lee county . Love the interior decor too. Small storefront off of Daniels Parkway and Plantation - easy to miss - but you don't want to miss it! There were five of us and we were seated and greeted quickly. The pad thai was the best I have had in a long time - the appetizers were spot on! Would definitely go back (wish they weren't 3 1/2 hours from where I live)! Sam (our server) was attentive and very pleasant. If you are looking for good service, good food at good prices - check them out!

Best pad Thai in fort Myers. I have had a many o’ pad Thais in this area and the ratio of sauce, noodles, peanuts, green onions is on point. You will not be disappointed

Take out. Pad Thai noodles not good. Chicken satay dry and hard. I have eaten there a few months ago and it was great. That's why I came back. Will not come again though sorry. Place was empty not one customer. Bad sign. Must be new owners. Stay away.

Nice man, decent dumplings. Tom Yum was watery broth, not a thick sauce, chicken with weird chewy pieces, Tom Yum should be thick like tomato soup, and for 15$ not good chicken. 4 people walked in as I walked out at 12, empty at lunchtime. I lived in Thailand for 8 years, this would not pass there. The other reviews must be by friends or relatives.

Fantastic food

Incredible. Service was top notch and the food was to match. They brought out soup before I ordered and it was very tasty. Chicken egg rolls are a perfect balance between light and crispy and the sauce pairs very well. I try to get Pad Thai when I travel because its my favorite dish, this one was unique as the sauce was a tad different than I have had or made but, it was very good and balanced the spice well.

Literally worse Thai food ever…noodles with sauce with no meat or veggies. Pad Thai is hard to mess up but they did. Overpriced and terrible! Don’t make the mistake we did and believe the fake good reviews.

Stopped here while I’m the area for a disaster response. Had the pad Thai and a Tom Kai gai which were all wonderful. Pleasant tan friendly wait staff. Would highly recommend and would return!

The Nam Tok (beef salad) is amazing, very filling, and they use a tasty ribeye cut. Wonderful selection of drinks beers wines and also ofc good basic Thai dishes that are very flavorful and have an authentic taste

The Thai tea was good. But the food was not home made. The wontons in the soup were bought from traders or Costco- i know because i buy the same ones at home. Disappointing. The broth also tasted like it was ready bought at the store. Overall, i would not come here again. They should start cooking from scratch.

The curry was delicious. Best I've had in a long while. Always nice when these small strip center places put out fantastic food. Gyoza was prepared well and tasted great. Chicken Satay sauce was great but the chicken was on the cheaper side.

This place is amazing, we have eat there for years, it is always consistent! We have always been treated like family, you always leave very full, the portions are big. The flavors are wonderful, if you say the food wasn't great on a review, you problay haven't even ate there, or your never happy about anything! Amazing experience for take out. Red curry was out of this world and very flavorful. The yellow curry was cooked to perfection with the right level of thickness. Mango sticky rice was to die for. The only warning I have is if you like spicy food, make sure to order at least a spice level 3. I'm a chili head and I ordered a 2 just to be safe and I would have liked more heat.

A friend invited me for a business lunch. Although I have been to several establishments within Orion Plaza I have never visited Thai Star. My loss as I quickly learned what I've missed out on all these years. The fast friendly service makes for a great work lunch experience. The Pad Thai was delicious. I will definitely return and try other dishes.

Ordered the lemon grass coconut soup. Thom ?? It is usually sour, hot, and kinda sweet with lemon grass, lime, cocnut milk, ginger, tomatoes etc....tonight it was watery chicken stock with a splash of coconut milk and a few mushrooms floating & chicken.....nothing else, and it was horrible!

I order door dash from this restaurant all the time and it is SO GOOD!!!!!

Delicious pineapple curry

it is great to have a top flight Thai restaurant a short drive from home. We have eaten in and used take out many, many times. Always good food and service. Especially the last time. The soup was not in the take out package and the owner called to apologize and asked if I could drive back. When I did after eating he added four fried banana rolls as a thank you for our business too. We appreciated his kindness and wonderful food very much.

Stopped in for dinner, had the coconut soup it was very good, will warm you up, our dinner were also well prepared, and very healthy, give this place a try...

Great food, very fresh, family owned and operated. We've been frequenting the owner's restaurant since before it was called Thai Star in Bonita Springs; I think almost 15 years now. We've introduced it to various friends, and it is the restaurant of choice to take our guests when they come to town. It has never failed to disappoint. Even our finicky nephews enjoy it and have gone back with friends! We live about 14 minutes away, and the food is still piping hot when we get it home. This is a restaurant to support, especially during this pandemic. We do not want to lose this gem in Fort Myers! Get it for delivery or pickup, you won't be disappointed.

My roommate got the house fried rice and loved it— she usually exclusively eats Chinese fried rice and says she liked this better :’). So excited to get more people on the Thai train. Pad Thai was the perfect portion and the tofu was cooked PERFECTLY. We got spring rolls and they snuck and extra one in for us.

If you are looking for good authentic Thai food go somewhere else because this is NOT it. This was the worst Thai food experience I have ever had. The food was disgraceful. The service was worse. I came in for a Panang Curry. Which I have tried at many places before. And upon receiving my curry there were no basil leaves in the curry, I asked the waitress if it was there and she told me the basil leaves I asked for in the curry where in the curry already and then comes back with them dry on the side and said nothing. After trying the curry I noticed it had no flavor at all. She never came back to my table so I was not able to ask her why it had no flavor. Then when I waved for the check she brought it and I asked why there was no flavor. She then said because everyone that comes here know to ask for it spicy or not spicy. I told her I was not given the choice and that it is my first time here and she said everyone should know. Worst experience, service, and Thai food I have ever received in my life.

This place has been consistently good! Coconut soup is amazing. Plenty of veggie choices also. I want to try other things but I end up always getting the yellow curry with chicken because I love it. Heck even my Mom loves it and she isn't one for Thai food usually (sweet and savory if you get it mild) . Pro tip: lunch is much cheaper (11 to 3) and they are closed from 3 to 5 to prep for dinner.

Nice clean friendly place with awesome food. I love the crispy duck and the pan fried dumplings. The prices are reasonably will definitely be back since chens Bristro is not doing the duck anymore. I'm not sad anymore because that is my new place to go.Give it a try you will love it

Coconut noodle soup was one of the best soups I have ever had hands down. Main course was well cooked but rice was dry. Owner was friendly and helpful, quick service. Next time I visit I will be getting the soup as a meal and some to take home.
