Siam Orchid Cocoa Beach is a Thai, Japanese & sushi restaurant inside the La Quinta Inn that offers a casual space with Asian flair. We discovered this restaurant on our way back to the hotel and decided to check it out. After seeing the reviews on Yelp, we decided to make this our choice for dinner.

Walking in, the location was clean and presented a dim ambiance. We headed to the hostess stand, requested a table for two and were immediately taken to our table.

As it was my first time, I took a moment to take in all of the options. The menu was very robust and had pages of great options. Once I had taken it all in, I decided on the Crab Rangoon for my appetizer and the Pad Thai with Chicken as my entreé.

Crab Rangoon:
Very Meaty. Not the cluster of Cream Cheese inner back home. These were filled with crab meat and the right amount of cream cheese. They were very flavorful and fried to perfection. The sweet chili sauce provided was amazing as well and really put the flavor profile on 1000.

Pad Thai:
The Pad Thai was off the chain good. Great portion. Multi-Flavor profile dish which was done to perfection. All of the flavors paired well and allowed each one to shine. The level of sweetness was exactly as you would expect from a Pad Thai dish done right. Also, the noodles were done perfectly which really complimented the tenderness of the chicken. I’m talking Purrrrrrrrrrfection.

Siam Orchid Cocoa Beach was a great decision for dinner. Compliments to the chef.

The chicken Pad Thai was delicious 🤤 They served a lot which is great I had enough for lunch and dinner (very handy when you’re camping) The miso soup was ok, good flavor, not enough tofu. Food comes out fast! That was a plus!

We dropped into Siam Orchid for sushi. We made reservations through Google. We were four adults and two kids and were seated immediately. The menu offers a huge variety of choices. We had several different appetizers, including my favorite the Crab Rangoons. Funny enough, three of us all chose the Super Dragon roll. It was amazing.

Over priced name sake thai food . No taste as any thai food I ate before. I ordered tom yum soup and panag curry. Just boiled vegetables with curry paste and coconut milk . No flavor or taste. You have to wait 30 minutes to 1 hour to get your food

So I have eaten at this restaurant 3 times maybe 4, but this time I did notice that the sushi was cut thinner than the last time I ate here, Quality is Great and everything taste wonderful as always. The spider roll was fantastic also, And pricing is still not bad, still a great place to go. I recommend if you want some great sushi, def stop by.

I loved this place! After looking for places in Jacksonville like this, I am glad I found a good place on my 24th anniversary. They had wonderful service, the food was fantastic, and other than the crab Rangoon, the chicken teriyaki and sushi were amazing...I loved it all! Great job guys! We can't wait to make the trip ASAP from Jacksonville see you all again ASAP.

Today I and my friend meet for supper here at Siam Orchid. We had a great time of fellowship and had two great dishes. We had the Pad Moon Sen, and I had the Basel fried rice with shrimp.
It was awesome superb taste.
I was a bit upset because the internet was down and they were unable to make any transactions.
Therefore, I had no cash and I had to go next door to a Atm machine and pay 3.50 plus my phone is transaction.
It would have been nice of them to have told us this before ordering.

Every bit of food we had was great, and our server was very polite and attentive.

If you are after some excellent sushi then this is the place.

This is my absolute favorite sushi place. I am a picky eater and only like California roles without avocado and cucumber, so I get a crab role without spicy sauce. They always add a bunch of extra crab and it is amazing. Their boba tea is also very good. I enjoy coming here after sports and games.

We have eaten here so many times over the years and we are always happy with the food and service. The food is some of the best Thai and sushi around and the servers work so hard to make sure you’re always happy. We will continue to come back again and again!

The man throws the plate while serving. He doesn't think about selling a lot of food and has no sense of service. The mandatory tipping is also annoying. It completely ruined my first trip to Florida.

Siam Orchid is a nice casual restaurant with great Sushi. The place is in a great location on Cocoa Beach. The staff is friendly and the service is 5 star.

The people working there seem very nice. But they are really short staffed. It was really confusing at the entrance and it took around 15 minutes before a staff member approached us for seating. The orders took a while and food was warm by the time it reached our table. The quality of the food was really poor. This was the worst Thai food I ever had. I didn't even bother to take pictures.

Didn't even get as far as tasting the food here. The lady that served us had such a bad attitude when I asked her to explain something on the menu. She literally barked her response! Shame!

We travel from Lakeland to Cocoa Beach to eat at this Sushi Restaurant. The food is consistently outstanding. Very Fresh and Generous portions! The service and atmosphere are excellent.

Do not fall for the 4.4 ratings I think the owner rate their self . This is not Thai at all, food is horrible such as service . I think they just cater to tourists who will never return for locals it’s a No No .

One of the best 5 sushi restaurants I've ever frequented. The rolls are tight 19/20 times. The tempura is fried perfectly, the sauces are always on point, the staff is friendly and have even learned my favorite roll. Best sushi in Brevard.

Bad food

My husband and I came for the lunch special I got the sushi and sashimi combo and he got the pork patia. He said his was the best he’s had and mine was just as perfect. Lots of food for under $30! We will be coming back on our next trip.

Worst restaurant ever, food was one of the worst food I have ever tried, been was very rubbery, rice was old and food was cold, will never comeback again!

Got takeout our first night at the beach after a travel day. Hot, fresh, and big portions. Tofu pad thai, combo fried rice, pineapple fried rice with shrimp, and calamari all good. Good all-purpose Asian spot.

A few years ago I had a horrible customer service experience however they have really stepped up their game in that sector.

Son unos racistas, personas que no son de este país siendo racista con otros, algo ridiculo, les debería dar vergüenza. Llegamos y nos sentaron, los meseros nos pasaban por el lado sin ni si quiera preguntar por las bebidas. Llegaron una pareja de blancos después de nosotros como unos 20 minutos después y ahí si les preguntaron que bebidas querían y hasta appetizer. Son unos descarados.

I went here because we are friends with one of the owners. My wife and her friends are friends as well. I was able to have another amazing meal here. I got the house special roll ( which is the Siam Orchid Roll ) and my son got the Rainbow Roll. Highly recommend both rolls!

This was an awesome quick stop lots of great restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Parking is free and it’s free to enter. I e been to Disney plenty of times however this was my first time at Disney springs. Will definitely be back !!!

Been to Saim Orchid multiple times for dine in and takeout. The food has always been great and the staff has always been helpful and courteous. Definitely a hidden gem.

Great sushi and cooked options! They have a sushi boat that was bigger than the waitress and barely fit on the table!!! I bet that boat was sea worthy. Staff were friendly and helpful. We will be back soon! Only negative thing I can think of is that they should have more tables.

I visited several times as I was staying in the adjacent hotel. The sashimi is splendid. The presentation excellent. However the seafood Pad Thai was a bust. The mussels were not hot, the noodles were matted and sticky. It was like it was microwaved previously cooked dish. The chicken Katsu was good.
However, the sauce wasn’t Bulldog or other Katsu sauce. Finishing with dessert, they were off the hook!

All in all, I would continue to visit because their service is excellent. The staff is friendly and professional.

The Sushi here is very good. This trip I decided to go with some Thai dishes. My go to Thai dish is Pad Thai. I ordered the chicken version an my friend ordered the beef fried rice. Both were delicious. The egg drop soup was thick and hearty and was very good as well. I was wishing I had ordered a larger bowl of it. We both ordered our dishes “Hot”. It was as you might imagine… hot. Which was a good thing. The Pad Thai was the I have eaten in a long time.

We have had sashimi and sushi rolls on several occasions and they are fantastic displays and taste wonderful. The Crab Rangoon actually tastes like crab, unlike others which are mostly cream cheese. Be careful when asking for Thai hot 🥵 🔥 you will get Thai hot. Our wait staff asked me twice if I was sure. It was not a disappointment. If you are anywhere within a 30 minute drive, you need to stop in.

Really good authentic food!

I went there to eat sushi on a Wednesday afternoon. The Thai woman that was working was rude and made no effort to interact with me and my wife. She was not alone, as I sat at the sushi bar and the guys working behind the bar didn’t speak to us at all. The nigiri sushi pieces were so small and overpriced. I was very disappointed when I left that place. I wish I would’ve eaten sushi somewhere else in Cocoa Beach.

I hear good things about the Thai food, but I went in for the sushi for lunch and it was abominable. Indifferent service (and a sushi chef who was visibly annoyed that he had to stop playing with this phone to prepare the food) was paired with not so fresh sushi, including a scallop that had been improperly refrigerated so that the two halves were different colors. I ate three pieces and could stand no more, and took home the white fish and tuna from it and put it onto the Foreman grill to make a salad.

The food was fresh but nothing spectacular in my opinion. Average at best! I also felt the portions were extremely small for the prices that they charge. Lastly if you are not Caucasian or Asian do not expect to be treated with full respect. The lady who took my carry out order was sarcastic and snappy towards me when I asked for a receipt which is something she should have given me without even asking. I then noticed how she acted with others after me who were non African Anerican. Due to the disrespect I received and the overpriced average food served in tiny portions I won't ever return when I visit Florida again and do not recommend this place to anyone who is black. Take your money elsewhere. You have been warned!
