We’ve been coming here for years. It’s family owned and the service is phenomenal! They are always extremely friendly and very accommodating. The food is fresh and delicious. Every dish I’ve tried here from the curries, pad Thai, fried chicken to the soups are of high quality and authentic. This restaurant is a staple to this area. Hugely recommended!

I absolutely love Chow Thai! The cuisine is truly amazing and I have been coming here for 16 years now. It is definitely worth the 3 hour drive from Orlando! They use only the best quality and authentic ingredients, which really shows in the taste of their dishes.

What I love most about Chow Thai is that the owners treat you like family. It's a woman-owned business, which is truly inspiring considering they originally came from Thailand and have made a successful life here in the US. It's a true American dream story.

Came in to a very welcoming atmosphere. The food was as lovely as the server. Justine was happy to guide me through the menu with my vegan needs. In fact, she says most things can be made for any special food needs. We started with spring rolls which were perfectly crispy. The tom kha soups were delicious and we shared pad kee mao having no idea, Justine made sure it was prepared without egg and fish sauce. It was perfect to share. Left feeling satisfied and will take the 50 min. Trip to come back.

Ordered the beef soup and pineapple curry for mains and banana coconut ice-cream for dessert. All was delicious! Service was fabulous as well. Highly recommend.

My GF and I dined in. Her Garlic Chicken was really bland to the point she could not eat it. My food was fine, but our rice was hard and overcooked. When she mentioned that her food did not taste good, the waitress said she would have to charge us half and could not take it off our bill. I’ve never been told that at a restaurant ever. We paid it, but will never be back.

This place brings me so much joy! My wife and I particularly love the atmosphere. Generally very quiet and homey. It's calming in here. The food is superb! Some of our favorites are the papaya salad, chicken wings, Thai chicken dumplings, all the curries and pad thai.

I absolutely adore Chow Thai. They have a separate menu for vegan and vegetarian dishes, and a very understanding and helpful about accommodating my allergies. My non-vegan husband also loves their food.

Do not get the whole fish . They remove the fillets and serve you skin and bones stuffed with veggies. Fraud at its finest . 60 dollars for a fish with no flesh . I guess they use the fillets for other customers effectively using one fish for other customers while charging you for the whole fish. If you order the whole fish, ask them to keep the bones in for the fish without removing them .

This is one of my favorite places to order take out from. They always get my order correct, the food is AMAZING, and they have great customer service. You can modify the spice level for the food items and they are very attentive of your order. They always ask about any allergies and they make sure you are aware of what kind of meat is in each dish you order. I LOVE CHOW THAI. Seriously, get the Thai chicken wings. It’s goooood. And they really do appreciate their customers because they thank you every time you pick up your food. I’ve been a patron at this restaurant at least 10 times and I have not had a single negative experience.

UPDATE 3 years later: I moved 40 min away from the area a couple years ago but I still visit sometimes because I have family there. Today, I remembered this place existed and decided to get a takeout order on my way home. And I DONT HAVE A SINGLE OUNCE OF DISAPPOINTMENT. The food was just as delicious as I remembered, the service was lovely, AND it stayed very hot until I got home. definitely recommend coming to this place evening if you are just passing through the area. Seriously don’t miss out on this good food

PEOPLE ARE RUDE.......don't bother. If they can't understand you they will begin YELLING at you. I asked too many questions regarding the menu and then it was a no go from there. Don't bother anyway. I've eaten inside before and they should have the health department shut them down.....IT's FILTHY

We have been visiting Chow Thai for many years now. The food, atmosphere, and staff are all nothing short of exceptional. We are always treated like family when we walk in. In addition, they offer incredible vegetarian and vegan options. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone and it is honestly the best Thai food restaurant we have been at. Every time we go to any other Thai place, we always say it’s no Chow Thai.

We’ve been dining at Chow Thai for years and they never disappoint. This restaurant focuses on Thai food only, you won’t find sushi or Chinese food here, just the freshest Thai flavors in Boca. We shared the Thai Shrimp Pancake as an appetizer for the table. It’s a large portion of lightly fried batter with herbs and shrimp, delicious! For the main course I chose the Kra Pao Chicken with Fried Egg. It’s a perfect blend of heat and flavor with a lovely fried egg sitting atop the dish. My wife chose the Chicken Sweet and Spicy. This is a very common dish that you can find and most Thai restaurants, the difference is the Chow Thai blend of flavors in a bold sauce that is never watery or thin. The service is always friendly and efficient.
Chow Thai is worth the drive from anywhere in Boca or Parkland. Put it on your list of restaurants to try, I promise you will keep coming back!

Fantastic thai!

I recently visited this restaurant, twice now and had a mixed experience only because of the inconsistency in taste. The decor is Thai-inspired theme, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Moving on to the food, I must admit that it was a bit hit or miss. Some dishes were delicious and packed with flavors a few other dishes fell short of expectations.

Must Try Dishes:
1. Royal Fried Rice
2. Kra Pao Chicken with Fried Egg

Not Worth Trying:
1. Tom Kha Soup

One aspect that disappointed me was the service speed. The time taken to bring out the food was longer than expected. Amex is not accepted for payment. Also the server circled 25% tip on the receipt and then handed it over to us, which was uncalled for especially since we just 2 people at the table.

I was quite frequent customer an yr ago and loved their curries n Thai curry fried rice. I was in the neighborhood n ordered the same. However, Thai curry fried rice turned so flavorless n was very disappointing. I asked the host to add some curry powder to it if possible n I got back burnt fried rice back.

The host was complaining that I had no idea what the taste of curry fried rice was and when asked to take out just the curry fried rice on the check n she said ok and got me a check with $5 less (I didn’t wanted to bargain when people don’t get what customer service means).

As I walk out, I heard another couple complaining their food is cold on the inside.

This place is no longer holding the same food quality nor customer service. Never coming back.

A hidden gem for pad Thai. I have ordered from here a few times and it’s always hot and delicious. Have only ordered the pad Thai and sweet potato puffs.

We had a wonderful dinner here last night. The owner waited on us personally. The food was prepared fresh. She was delightful to talk to. We had not been here before but we were looking for a new place to try since we were in the area. The fried wontons, spring rolls, cucumbers with ginger dressing, pad sew eww, Penang curry were absolutely amazing! We will be back when we are in the area!!

I ordered the drunken noodles because other reviewers highly recommended them. Unfortunately they were out of the correct noodles so they used skinny noodles. The noodles themselves were super tasty but unfortunately the chicken mixed in was pretty flavorless. It was perfectly cooked it just wasn’t cooked with the noodles so it had little to no flavor. I’m definitely willing to give it another try. I had these tiny dumplings and they were great. The place was very busy and everyone there was happily chowing down. They had my order out quickly and the staff was polite.

What a gem! We read reviews and decided to give it a try! Wow! It’s like walking into a different world, and the food was delicious!!! We ordered Curry Duck, Tom Kha Gai (I ordered it with chicken but next time I think I’ll just do tofu),
Pad Tai (missing a bit more green sprouts, but you can ask for additional ones at an extra cost),
and chicken sauté. It was all delicious and the portions were very generous! The service was also great and friendly, so definetly a place we ant to go back to!!!

One of my favorite Thai places. Wonderful lunch. On occasion, I would just ask for the lunch soup as my entire meal and it was still worth it. The fresh ginger beef or the fresh garlic beef are my favorites and always worthwhile.

The service was great! Food was delish!!! The ambiance is cozy and intimate with the cutest decor. Great spot for a date night without noise and a crowd. I ordered the Hawaii fried rice and ordered the Thai wings (soooooo dame good!!) and garlic chicken to go home. Hubby had beef teriyaki. The green tea lemon drink was ah-mazing!! You can tell is what made from scratch. We will return.

Fantastic Thai food!!! If you like it hot, and I mean SPICY HOT, go for the “Thai hot” level. My husband and I have been eating here for almost 20 years. The green papaya salad (som tam thai) is the best I have ever had anywhere. If you order it Thai hot it is guaranteed to be fire! SO GOOD!

On the other hand, you can order mild and the dish will be truly mild! Our daughters are not spicy fiends, and their dishes are always flavorful and mild. Both give high ratings to the Chicken Pad Thai.

Another dish we love is the Kra Pao! It is so delicious! We also love the basil tofu and the ginger tofu.

My husband and I also had Sea of Siam and Tiger Prawn as our entrée. The seafood was so fresh and the taste was so authentic. It made us feel like we were back in Thailand.

We had the sweetest waitress, she made best food recommendations and answered to our every need with a smile. Thank you for taking care of us, Vacha! I hope you'll still be there when I come back!

I brought my sister and my daughter to have lunch here. The food is amazing and fresh. The owner of the restaurant is very friendly and the sister's owner is very nice. The decorations are beautiful that you get the sense of dining in Thailand. We ordered Miss Thailand dish, special Lardnard noodle, Lunch special, som tum (papaya salad), curry puff, and moo ping. Everything is delicious!!!!!

I’ve been here a few times and it is always a glorious experience. Everyone working there is always so polite and fast with all my orders. They have never gotten my order wrong. I love coming here, it is so underrated. The ambiance is very warm and welcoming. I’m going to start coming here every week.

Three of us had lunch from the lunch menu. There were three or four drinks on the menu but not lemonade.
Two in our party asked if they had lemonade she said yes and they ordered two lemonades. I get the bill they charged $9.98 for two lemonades. So for a quick work week lunch they charged $50.00 before tip.

Food was very flavorful and reasonably priced. It wasn't excellent but definitely authentic and tasty. The whole snapper is huge and we had it prepared with the ginger sauce. They prepared it with lot of fresh vegetables. My husband had the duck basil, which was awesome. Customer was great. First time visiting and will definitely return.

OH MY GOD! My wife and I googled Thai food and we found Chow Thai Cuisine! The spring rolls were great! The Soup amazing. And I had the Massaman curry with tofu!

An amazing hole in the wall for Thai Food in Boca. Tucked away in a middle of a shopping plaza, the restaurant doesn't stands out in any way by it's exterior appearance. But once you step inside, you'll be pleased with uniquely decorated, distinctively Thai themed throughout.

You'll be equally pleased with the food. From the appetizers, to entrees, Pad Thai, curries and Noodles, all are some of the best, tastiest, most authentic in the area. A truly Thai experience you don't want to miss.

We will definitely be returning again and again.

Been going here for more than 12 years. Never had a bad meal and prices are more than reasonable. Menu is extensive and creative. Artie (the chef) creates tasty, eye pleasing dishes and she makes a point of welcoming her guests and making them feel special.

Favorite Thai restaurant in Boca!

I ordered the "deep fried snapper" and it was dry, not tasty at all. The fish and appetizers were not good at all. I have had deep fried snapper at many restaurants and they came out hot, flavorful, not overdone and delicious. Not the case last night. I have had Thai food all over the country and overseas, this is the worst food I had. The service was good and the people were polite, but the restaurant experience was terrible. I paid the bill, tipped the wait staff and didn't finish my meal. Never again.

Omg Best Thai food I have ever had. I was in Boca visiting friends last weekend and we decided to order Thai. We saw Chow Thai had great reviews and we gave it ago. WOW,....Everything was fresh. I ordered the Kra Pao chicken, blown away!! My friend order the Pad Thai and enjoyed it as well. I'm definitely making this place a must stop everytime I'm in Boca from here on out. Makes me want to move back just to enjoy it

I bought takeout from Chow Thai so I can only vouch for the quality and authenticity of the food. I can’t comment on the ambiance or the service. Straight up, this is not authentic Thai food. Too sweet and not spicy. If you do not have expectations of an authentic tasting Thai menu then this place could be totally adequate. If you are looking for the real deal, then I wouldn’t recommend this is place. This place has amazing google reviews so I don’t mind giving it my honest rating. Despite my review I sincerely hope this place continues to do well.

Been coming here for years, and each time I have the best dine in experience. They staff is so sweet and accommodating. The food is amazing - my go to is par woon sen with no meat, but tofo and extra baby corn with a Thai iced tea, the besttt Thai food I’ve ever had!!
