Jasmine is hands down my favorite sushi restaurant in New Castle County Delaware. The sushi is amazing, awesome restaurant and bar, friendly and quick service, and the drinks are great! Could not recommend this restaurant more!

I've never eaten inside yet, always get to go at least twice a month. They are very precise about your order, I'm vegetarian, so I make sure I give details. They actually called me back to ask if I eat eggs, that was pretty cool. It's a little pricey, but my food has always been fresh. Once I only received 4 pieces of tofu in my pineapple rice, when I told them, my next order was better.

We had a great lunch here. We were seated right away. We ordered the lunch special General Tso's Chicken, lunch special Shrimp Pad Thai, and combination rolls (choose any two for $12).

We got a shrimp tempura roll and the spicy crab roll, both were good. The spicy crab roll was our favorite. The food was flavorful and tasty at a great price with good portions for a lunch special! Our bill came to under $43 before tip! If you're looking for a quick bite, a casual spot to have dinner with family or a date location- this spot is a great choice!

Was looking for somewhere to stop and stumbled upon this place. Dined solo, right by the window and the place was pretty empty. Greeted, Seated and served right away.
I ordered Thai lemongrass soup, spring rolls, fried tuna dumplings and the Wilmington roll over the span of the 3 hours I was there! Tried the raspberry martini and ginger cosmo. Tuna dumplings were the most delicious!!
Drinks were fresh, priced well, excellent portions.
Restaurant was clean, server was friendly, it was a little quiet but picked up towards the evening. Will definitely return!

Nice ambience. Not many people dine in. Mostly take out more. The presentation of food is good. Coconut shrimp is Good. Satai chicken is not good and its very hard to eat. Drunken noodles are ok. Rest rooms are clean and neat. More parking areas are available. No reservations required for the restaurant.

Main dish was delicious but service not so much. Regarding atmosphere cant say. We went at 3pm so it was empty. Sushi as appetizer did not feel very fresh.

We decided to give this a try when our usual Asian spot was closed for delivery, so we ordered from Jasmine instead and needless to say we haven't even thought about the other place ever since. We have dined in a couple times now and loved it each time. General Tso's tofu is absolutely perfect. Loved the delicious avocado cream cheese sushi. And even though it threw me off at first I even loved the fried cheesecake.
Service is also great and very friendly.

We also got the bat thai rice with chicken!! Yummy! Unfortunately what we really wanted was sushi; their sushi and rolls are not very satisfying, it is 90% rice in the specials. Very disappointing. And i do not recommend the calamari, it is NOT the calamari u think u would get. All batter, no calamari.

The main reason I ordered here is because I was craving wonton soup, and my favorite place for that - Hong Kong in Trolley Square - is closed on Tuesdays. Well, I'll be sticking to Hong Kong from now on. Hong Kong's wonton soup has 5 huge wontons, with wrappers that are thick and nicely al dente. There's enough wonton for practically every spoonful of soup. Here, there's only 3 small wontons, with wrappers that are very mushy as if they've been sitting in the soup for a very long time. Once I finished the wontons, I still had more than have the container left of plain, slightly under-seasoned broth. Not horrible, but rather disappointing.

I hope this place and other Asian restaurants will start providing gluten free options for people with serious conditions including Celiac. This includes making gluten free food in a separate area to avoid cross contamination.

This was my first time ordering but it won't be the last. I ordered through 3rd party delivery, the food arrived hot and was so delicious. I ordered Drunken Noodles and I have to say it was the best I have had.

Excellent Asian fare, friendly and professional staff, reasonable prices

This place has gone way down hill. Placed an order, picked it up. When I got home found the order was all wrong. Called to fix the issue and was told that the price would be more because when I ordered it was lunch time and the prices are higher now because lunch is over. I explained that they messed up the order I am trying to fix it. Why should I pay a higher price for an item that they neglected to get right. She then began arguing with me and told me "we'll if you don't want it you don't have to come here". Oh, my. To mess the order up and get smart about it is so very unprofessional. The audacity to be wrong and argumentive was a bit much. Never again.

Pork fried rice was good. tried the boneless ribs and didn't finish them, was highly disappointed.

Miso soup was over salted, barely any tofu or seaweed. The mango tofu was awful, no taste and no mango. Fat chunks of asparagus. And, only white rice. Not coming back.

This is our favorite Asian Cuisine restaurant to go to in our area. We typically order just a bunch of appetizers and share them all tapas style. I've never offered anything that hasn't been amazing here.

Not the most spectacular food but far from the worst. Service and atmosphere are very good.

Edit 03/21/2024: We liked their sushi a lot and kept going back. The most recent take-out order was on March 21st, for my husband's birthday. We were very disappointed and shocked. The rolls had mostly vegetables and just a hint of fish. My husband did not want me to take a picture and call Jasmine about it, not to ruin his birthday with a scandal. There is a brand new competition for Jasmine on Concord Pike - now is not the time to get complacent and swindle your regular customers!

Most of my experiences have been positive; on 3/22/2024- not so much. My takeout order was wrong and there was no one at the counter when I arrived and the person that took my payment and brought my order made me feel like an interruption and disregarded.

Jasmine is a very important community staple! I’ve introduced many friends to this little place with big aesthetic. The interior is very well decorated and kept, staff is always very friendly, and food portions are generous!! (Important) I recommend the pad Thai, drunken noodles, and bento boxes.

Food is always delicious, regularly dine here and the staff is always friendly and helpful! Sesame chicken is to die for!

This is our weekly *STOP SHOP*. Best part is we get excellent food and a decently priced DRINKS.

If my husband is showing you guys an order confirmation (name/date/order#/details) for a pick-up order, PLEASE DO NOT KEEP ASKING QUESTIONS over and over as if we are stealing food!!! Literally got multiple questions as if we were being interrogated! I guess I need a print out of bank transactions next time and a copy my social security card lol

If theft is that much of a problem here, you need to find another system, NOT harass your repeat customers. I will give Jasmine another try because the food is good, but if it happens again I am done!

I came here for a work lunch, the cost is a little high but thats almost all resturaunts these days. The sushi was good and the staff were very helpful to us.

The food is amazing!!

Yo! Just moved to the area and haven’t found a good spot yet, until now. The crab Rangoon was perfect, the sushi was fresh, and the chicken lo mein hit the spot!

Limited indoor dining seats are available, dishes are served with excellent presentation, food is great, served hot and fresh. The atmosphere is fairly intimate with the raw bar out front in full view as food is being prepared. Restrooms are available and clean. The rice is a perfect consistency and the spicy dishes are not overbearing. The Jasmine tea is quite tasty and served in a traditional iron tea pot.
The menu has a broad range of items and is fairly priced. Truly something for everyone here. Highly recommended.

I wanted a brownie with peanut butter and jelly but it was frozen so I had to wait to it unfreeze out to they ofer me to come back tomorrow to get one for the inconvenience of my time so I got a cinnamon roll instead and a banana pudding

First time trying restaurant, order Wonton Soup, Dumpling was bald as an eagle, something else was in it a stringing onion I assume.

The Kung Pao chicken is pretty good here. My favorite style is Szechuan, and I don't think this chicken was.

Standard fare. VERY busy take out business is distracting for dine in customers as the pick up is by the tables.

Love their postal flyers with the $20 off for dine-in or pick-up. Extremely fresh sushi and sashimi. The pineapple fried rice with chicken and shrimp is also a huge favorite in our house. Definitely a regular customer when wanting fresh sushi.

Great sushi made fresh on site and it shows. The server we had was perfectly attentive and polite, while still giving us space to enjoy our meal. And, I’ve ordered this for delivery - same quality as in house!

I ordered through door dash and the food was hot but flavorless. The pad Thai had no flavor or spice whatsoever. The calamari had a more filler than calamari and was waaaaaay over cooked. This is my first and last time eating from here.

Ordered from here two times prior and had mediocre food, but decided to try again and this time get lunch special. Worst choice bc not only did it lack flavor and sauce was watery but portion size does not justify the price each time I’ve patronized this business. Even with lunch special price, not worth it. Lesson finally learned. If you try here, def skip the red curry.

Ordered vegetarian food Singapore Noodles and Red Curry Vegetables, both were good and made up to the spice level we requested. Service is good and conveniently located. Nothing extraordinary but can be tried. Portions were less I think else good.

Not crowded for dine in. Coconut shrimp was good but too much fried desiccant coconut. Chicken satay was so disappointing with no flavor and tough texture and the accompanied peanut sauce was also bland. Drunken noodles could be more flavorful and the added veggies were not a lot and fresh. Baby lobster avocado roll was fresh and flavorful (highly recommend this)...
Hospitality was average and they were not so concerned with feedbacks.

I ordered the pad thai & let me just say that was the worst pad thai I've ever had. Absolutely no flavor, dry. The lime was so dry there was nothing to squeeze out. 0/10 never ordering from here again.

Food is made with love and that is what makes my food delicious. Plus the set-up. They practice social distancing. Food is reasonably priced. I enjoyed the shrimp lo-mein and shrimp fried rice

The sushi selection is fantastic! My wife and I got the sweetheart roll, the jasmine roll, the dynamite roll, the new york roll, the chesapeake bay roll, the cowboy roll, and the super lobster roll. All of them were delicious! If we are in the area again, we will definitely being dining / ordering takeout from here again.

Very quiet and neat. I ordered the Thai Lemongrass Soup and Eel Avocado Roll. The portion of eel was minimal and soup included three (3) shrimp. (There was a choice of chicken or shrimp). I was the only patron there throughout my lunch break from 1:05pm to 1:45pm. The busyness I saw came from either Doordash or Ubereats. In my opinion, it was okay.

Came in for a nice lunch with my sister who I haven’t seen in months , walked in and got dirty looks from host when we asked to sit in, got seated and no waitress came to greet us or take our order - sat there for 10 minutes with no one after asking hello but no one was was to be found

Overall, decent but the steak in the Bento Box was mostly gristle. I wouldn't order steak anything here.

So sad. I purchased $60 worth of food for take out. I had gotten all the way back home and realized they forgot the Wasabi and ginger that comes with my 2 orders of lady gaga sushi ($28) so I called them to let them know their mistake and they told next time I come they will give me Wasabi and ginger...smh. They didn't even bother to offer some kind of compensation for their mistake. So if your order is messed up be prepared for them to not fix it!!!

Jasmine has some of the best Asian food around. I've eaten there many times, also did their take out many times. My family loves their food.

Jasmine's is delicious AND has their own delivery, skip the insane Doordash markups, I ordered and paid over the phone (they have Beyond Menu, too). We ordered a celebration FEAST and they did not disappoint!!

I've been twice. The first was dine in and was super good. Today, I ordered to go. The flavors were on point, but unfortunately the veggies for the ramen were not washed thoroughly (dirt on the mushrooms and boy choy). I had to wash and recook them before we could eat it. I'm willing to try it one more time.

This place is amazing I had a sushi appetizer and a Japanese pan place the pushing sizes were delicious and I had green tea that was nice and hot on that cold day I would go back here every time

I am not the one to write lot of reviews. I do either when I have great experience or very bad one. The quality of your food has really decreased lately. I ordered Thai basil rice and pineapple fried rice and it was just bad. If we were at restaurant, we would have expressed our concerns a d ordered something else . But this was to go order . And the taste was not like before, something that we wouldn't want even if given free. last time I order from jasmine except for sushi. Your sushis are still great though.

My favorite sushi place in the Wilmington area. It is always prepared exactly as I would expect. The service is quick and friendly. I’ve tried many others but always end up back at Jasmine!

Amazing food but the reason I left this review is the employees. They are always on time, super nice, and easy to work with. Just got party tray A and it was incredible. I recommend jasmine to any sushi lover.

It’s the best sushi in Delaware, without high falutin’ prices to boot. There’s a particular piece of sushi that I always get in multitudes- I crave it 24-7 and it’s the freshest most delicious pc of beautiful and fresh raw fish I’ve ever had. I don’t want to tell you guys which one it is, because I’m afraid if I hip everyone to it, it’s going to become wildly popular and then it will be all sold out all the time and I won’t be able to eat it 3 times + a week at my whim.

Don't sleep on this restaurant; like many Wilmington gems, it's tucked into an unassuming strip mall. The gyoza (fried dumpling) skins were cooked PERFECTLY: so crispy! We also had Thai basil chicken fried rice: I'd never had Thai basil in fried rice before, and it was an amazing combo. I will definitely order it again. The service was quick and attentive, though it was not super crowded when we were there. I left this meal happy and full - highly recommend!

Only place have tried for sushi and by far my favorite is the Lady Gaga sushi rolls definitely worth a try. Won't disappoint. Always returning for my sushi fix
