Rock solid choice for Asian food in the area. I loved the sampler platter for two, great deal, great food. I always love getting options with the sauces as well, and that sampler had that. They give out a free pineapple dessert as stock per table, sliced and chopped with powdered sugar and some plum sugar powder on it, and that was a pleasant surprise.
Family owned and operated, nice charm and good atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back!
This is my first time trying Wild Basil and I was pleasantly surprised! The staff was very nice and the food was cooked to perfection. I ordered the Thai Eggplant with egg drop soup. The egg drop soup was very flavorful and thick. The Thai Eggplant had a lovely bold flavor! If I am ever in the neighborhood, I will stop and eat there again.
Love how creamy my Shrimp Panang curry was. Kids loved their perfectly cooked beef lo mein and chicken satay! The cherry on top was their pineapple that they served end of the meal in form of a boat, both kids fought over who gets most, so they gave another one totally free. Such yummy food, great ambience and such warm folks, we will be going back again soon!
A hole in the wall Thai restaurant in a very very busy strip mall! Their Pad Thai was SO GOOD. It was so savory, so full of flavor. I love the slight spicy flavor it had in it. The wine was delicious too. Best part of the meal was the unexpected pineapple dessert that apparently comes with every dine in meal! Sliced pineapple with some flavored powdered sugar. I've never had anything like it! Servers were very friendly too!
We greatly enjoyed our dinner there. Henry was our waiter and was an absolute delight. The menu has many great options. Henry guided us through the menu and our personal preferences to select amazing appetizers and great entrees. Plus the pineapple delight to end the meal. Great wine and tea also. We will come back often.
The best inexpensive pan Asian restaurant I’ve eaten in since moving from New York. The lunch specials include everything you expect, and brown rice as an option. Japanese sodas. The tofu peanut sauce dish is utterly delicious. Cool music playing, friendly host and fish tank make this a welcoming dining room too!
Very welcoming setting and friendly staff with exceptional service. Food is beyond this world. Making this spot, the spot if you know what I mean
Great place with an awesome lunch menu. Service was outstanding.

Below average pad thai. Tasted weirdly fishy even though I got chicken pad thai. I would just avoid the pad thai and you might have better luck
Great curry and vegetarian options!
My parents ordered to-go pad-Thai. One chicken and one shrimp. It was made very clear that my mother had a shell fish allergy and they could NOT touch. My dad came home, my mom started eating her chicken pad-Thai and there was shrimp in her food. My dad called them, took it back, they apologized and re-made the order. My dad gets home, my mom started eating and AGAIN there was shrimp in her food! So my dad had to return again and took back her meal. He did not want another one at this point. The man there tried to physically stop him from leaving insisting to remake it a 3rd time which they were not comfortable with then refused to give a refund. My mom broke out in hives took allergy meds. Thankfully she did not go into anaphylactic shock! Completely incompetent and negligent! Poor costumer service! Avoid if you have ANY allergies!
The food was amazing very fresh Henry was very attentive
Henry was amazing...friendly, attentive and just all around delightful to have as a server!
Food was fantastic as always...we love it here♡

The food is very, very good and the customer service is wonderful! I highly recommend!
Fantastic meal and incredible customer service , thanks to Henry!! We will return soon for another “date night!”
Our server Henry was incredible as was the food. We'll be back

Food is always amazing! Quick to get our food, and fantastic service from all of the staff. Shout out to Henry for his outstanding service!!
I always have a good meal here (one favorite is the Kung Pao Chicken)! They have great lunch prices and I always appreciate a REALLY clean restaurant. Highly recommended
Amazing food and quick delivery. The basil fried rice and panang curry are simply stellar! And gluten free dairy free Vietnamese beef rice noodle bowl is perfect for the fam with dietary restrictions. Only downside is rarely leftovers.
I haven't had a meal here that I didn't love. The restaurant is just one of those cozy places where the staff is friendly, professional, and fun. I enjoy the atmosphere as much as I enjoy the food.
They must have forgot the MSG today, the food didn’t taste nearly as good as it use to. The lo mein tasted like it was cooked in hot dog water.
I can't believe this place isn't more popular! It was basically empty when my girlfriend and I went in around lunch time but the service was quick and the food was excellent with big portions.
This place is DELICIOUS! Everything we ordered was perfect! We found our new spot. I have no words for how great the Panang chicken curry is!
Love how creamy my Shrimp Panang curry was. Kids loved their perfectly cooked beef lo mein and chicken satay! The food is outstanding. And after dinner they brought us sliced pineapple for dessert, after I had already paid. Which really won my 5 year old over.
Honestly we only came here because the Mexican place next door had an hour wait. But mannn am I glad. Hands down some of the best food I've had in a while.
Food was great, however we unfortunately found a small rock in the spicy Thai basil.
Food was also really great, highly recommend the drunken noodles! Our family got nice pineapple we dined in for lunch, which was super fresh. Atmosphere was very cozy too. My family loved it all, we will be back.
The new owners fired the old staff, now it's just microwaved food, save your money and eat panda express. Goodbye best chinese restaurant in Centennial!
I ordered sesame chicken and orange chicken and both were delicious. We also got the pineapple dessert which was also very fresh. Our server Julian was wonderful, attentive and made our visit here great. We will definitely be back!
Wonderful food, great staff! My family LOVES this place! Our server Hannah was so great!
Delicious Thai food and drinks, good service and very friendly staff.
We came here by pure chance, we were going to review Big Bill's Pizza next door for our podcast but they were closed for Superbowl Sunday.
The atmosphere wasn't what you would want for a dining experience. The fish tank looked like it needed to be cleaned, I assume the owner's kids were lounging around upfront one looked to be doing homework while the other playing a video game. Near the back of the restrooms, it looked like two kitchen staff members were lounging around in a booth. Now I guess this could be explained away since it was Superbowl Sunday around 4:45 pm and we were the only patrons dining in.
As for the food, I ordered the sriracha beef with fried rice. I will first start by saying DO NOT pay the $1 surcharge for fried rice, there were no peas, carrots, and only 1 tiny piece of egg in it, just go with steamed rice or brown rice. That being said the food was incredible the beef had great flavor and was one of the better Asian dishes I have eaten in a long time.
My podcast co-host & friend said it was the best sesame chicken he had in like 20 years and we were both surprised by the pineapple dessert boat after the meal which tasted phenomenal.
I wish the place was a bit more modern and flashy with no one lounging around to be a more date-worthy restaurant. The bottom line is great food, the atmosphere could be improved, and great service, I will definitely go back but I won't be taking a date.
My family and I absolutely loved the food. The pad see lew had great flavor, the best I've had in CO because I'm from California... the tofu pad thai was delicious too and they weren't stingy with the tofu either. The staff was very friendly and the portions were perfect. We're definitely coming back here again.
Great atmosphere lots of fun kids love the takeout experience. Lots of Legos.
My carry out order of 2 items started with a promised 25 minute wait. I showed up at the 30 minute mark and was told ‘soon’. 15 minutes later, when I asked about the status, I was told it would be another 15 minutes. There were 3 other call ins in line, all with a similar story. I left with nothing. The restaurant was half full at best at the time.
Best pad thai I have ever had! The service is great and staff is very welcoming. Love this place
A hole in the wall Thai restaurant in a very very busy strip mall! Their Pad Thai was SO GOOD. It was so savory, so full of flavor. I love the slight spicy flavor it had in it. Ordered delivery. Food was soggy. Bad taste. I couldn’t even eat any of my pad thai. His dish didn’t have flavor. The Tom kha was not good, did not taste like coconut milk it was very sour and creamy.. not a good combo.
It was not good. Me and my boyfriend got sick from it. Extremely disappointing.
Best Asian food around. Not even close. Incredible delivery. This is my Jam.
The food is is absolutely mind boggling delicious and the atmosphere is sooooo cozy and the servers and host were so kind and it made me feel like I was at home
Great and friendly staff worth the trip if your in centennial
Our party of 13 set upon this delightful Thai restaurant after our previous plan fell apart. It couldn't have been a better experience thanks to their flexibility, delicious cuisine and attentive service.
Ordered Panang Curry with tofu and it slapped! Perfect spice and flavor. I also ordered Tom Yum Goong and Edamame, which were both delicious.
Some nights you just want some decent Asian food in a calm environment. That's what you'll get at Wild Basil at a reasonable cost. Nothing too hip or trendy, just good old school eats - tho' they do have an extensive Sushi menu. The pineapple dragon boat (gratis) at the end is big fun. Hot tea with sugar and you're set to jet.
Favorite Restaurant!!!
Noodle bowls are yummy! Staff is very nice and an enjoyable place to eat.
Get. The. Peanut. Sauce. It is so good, literally on anything and everything. Also the crispy duck is delicious. Spring Rolls and Pad Thai are consistently tasty. Highly recommend the Pineapple Curry as well!
We got takeout. The tofu and vegetables were terrible, the Vietnamese egg rolls were inedible and the pad Thai wasn’t good either. Disappointing when the dish is $20 and you can’t even finish it.
Deliciousness personified! I told them if I lived in the area I would spend the night at their restaurant. The smell led me into the restaurant - fantastic food.
Seems like mostly a take out place but plenty of seating. The food is solid and the price is fair. Usually easy to get seated. Not fancy. Just a good place to pop in and get good food with no frills. The Mexican place next door is inexplicably packed all the time, while their food is perfectly average.
Love this place. Good food, really quick and lovely service. Eager to try more of their menu.
Really great service and yummy food'
Quick delivery from GrubHub, food was fresh and tasted great! Not too salty but could be spicier especially for Thai food, luckily I have my own Thai chili's that I threw in. :) Would order from here again.
Good service, very good food. Kid friendly. So yeah can be just a bit loud at times. As of now, sushi only served on certain days.
Ordered wontons, fried shrimp/veggies and lemon grass chicken. Food quality was great, very good! Will be back.
An all around good dining experience.
This place is an awesome place to eat in. They are super duper nice, and I definitely recommend the sesame shrimp! I've had it to go and delivered and it's definitely not as good of course, definitely take some time and eat in here.
Delicious. The food is very fresh tasting. The vegetables were delicious. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.
What a friendly, quiet place to dine in. The drunken noodles are delicious and the pineapple boat is such a sweet treat, making the experience even that much better. In my opinion, it’s the best Asian food in the neighborhood.
Good food great service.
Great night with the family!
Favorite place in south Denver for sushi, pad thai, and any other Asian dish we’re looking for!
Very good food!
Everything was tasty. I ordered for pick up - Kung Pao chicken , Pad se lew w/ chicken, tempura, chicken satay and the sticky rice with mango.
Phenomenal Food.
Always great food. Moved to Florida 2 yrs ago and missed this place alot. Was here visiting, came again and it was awsome.
My go to for Chinese
Their pineapple fried rice is delish!!!
The egg rolls crisp and fresh . Dumplings are full of filling and have a great dipping sauce.
Delivery is always fast so food is hot!
Love it
We have been coming to this restaurant for years and it has gone completely down hill. I don't usually write reviews but after ordering tasteless drunken noodles tonight I give up. I won't be coming back again
Would give meal a 3.5. Spring rolls, rice and hot & sour soup were good. Main course (peanut tofu) was bland with undercooked vegetables. Threw out most of it; would have asked for something else if dining in restaurant. Have eaten WB a bunch of times over the years, was 1st dish that was unsatisfactory. Will continue patronizing but definitely not ordering this item again.
Food was tasty, the service excellent! This was our first time visiting this restaurant, we plan on returning.
Great food and service. Orange beef was the bomb and the tempura plate was amazing. August was our waiter and was so good to us. I had the lemon drop cocktail and was sooo good. Definitely a great restaurant we will be back.
Excellent quality sushi and curry! Great value. Great service! Im a long time customer for sure.
Definitely the worst pad thai I've ever had. It was basically chili oil and noodles, that's it! It was lacking any sort of the sweet and savory sauce that comes in a pad thai dish. Not even any peanuts for some kind of flavor. Disappointing.
So yummy. Surprised how empty the place was. Lots of carry out though. Don't miss this gem
I love the Thai spring rolls with peanut sauce.
Not terrible, but your typical MSG type of Chinese food. Wouldn't recommend
If you’re going for friendly service, this place is tops. I think we had the owner take our order. He was super friendly and was quick taking our order and making sure we had what we wanted. The food was fine. Not the best Thai I’ve ever eaten but far from the worse, too. Places with multiple cuisine specialties have a hard time hitting any perfectly. I get that. Pad Thai didn’t seem to have protein options, but the chicken with shrimp was a nice combo.
Good experience overall, fast, friendly service. I really liked the tofu lettuce wrap. A bit run down and rough around the edges. Bathroom was sanitary but not very tidy.
Amazing food with great service by attentive, caring young people. Food was very flavorful. Thai basil chicken with rice was our favorite. Chicken cooked to perfection! Well done. We will go back.
Always a great experience here. Delicious food. Great gluten free options. Staff is super nice.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. Fast service.
Food is outstanding!! Wor wonton soup is my all time favorite!!
I have ordered several times and should have stopped after the first time! One time I ordered, they gave me raw chicken in my food and I had to throw it out. The last order I just tried, they didn’t even include rice for the curry I ordered and the potatoes were rotten! There was no way I could even eat that! I am never eating here again.
We stopped in as a family dinner and the food was absolutely amazing! Great service and atmosphere. I'm bummed I live too far away for delivery, but can't wait to come back.
Mediocre. Service was good, food wasn't great. Average.
Real good vegetarian egg rolls!
OCTOBER 2021: I’m leaving my star rating as a reflection of its Thai offerings.
This place has a lot going on. Chinese, Japanese, and Thai menu options. If you know Asian food, the three all have distinctly different flavor profiles. So initially I was a bit hesitant, However in my search for some new go-to Thai spots near home, I stopped by for an early dinner.
First, price to portion ratio is great, the friendly wait staff makes you feel welcome, and the restaurant is open and cleaner than many of the others I’ve been to in the area.
The food however, was a bit underwhelming. The noodles used in pad se ew and drunken noodles are the dry kind—flash boiled so it had a rigidity that felt undercooked. The hint of cheap soy sauce and the thin runny sauce in the noodles dish made the entree not memorable.
The Thai food here Solidly earned its stars but three is the ceiling.
Great service here. I ordered a single entree through DoorDash. They not only gave me entree, but also another entree dish of chicken, but also a side of rice, and plenty of sauces, none of which I ordered. You guys are the best
Food was lack luster.
Not sure I was at wild Bill's pizza place that was very good
Sushi was pretty good, but the drunken noodle (pad kee mao) lacked flavor and the chicken was really dry.
I always knew to the place period it's one of the better Chinese places that I've ever been 2. I will definitely be back there again.
Delivery guy in a white truck threw a handful of green peppers on my car because he didnt like the way i parked. Called to inquire about the pile of peppers. Young guy answers the phone laughing … identifies the color of my vehicle, laughs again and said he personally did not do it. This place is run by idiots who employ idiots.
Good Thai and Chinese food. They also have sushi but I didn't try that. Everything we ordered was good. Fried rice were done just right. Shrimp and tofu also very good. Nice soup options too.
Customer service was very good.
The place itself is nicely laid out except that it's a bit old, but clean.
I ordered through their online portal. Don't do that. I have waited over 2 hours and must assume that they lost the order even though I called to confirm that they had received it. Don't make my mistake.
Food was good. Had the Curry Lime Chicken. Was hoping it would be spicier. My son had the garlic chicken which was a little spicy...very good. Seating available inside, but we decided to get take out and eat at home.
Food is always fresh and delicious; deliveries packaged well and on time. Great food! Highly recommend
My wife and I ordered (for pickup) a couple apps and entrees and were disappointed for a couple reasons. First, we would rate this food average at best. The Kung Pao delight was decent but the Pinneaple chicken was sub-par. Second, they completely forgot the fried rice with the Kung Pao. Upon calling, they refused to refund or provide a credit for the meal even though they admitted they forgot to rice!
1st and last time we will give this establishment our business.
Ordered food, one item was missing. Got the fresh rolls and it's supposed to have "shrimp" guess that meant just one cause there was one shrimp in one roll. The other didn't have any. And my curry came with some rubbery almost inedible chicken. But hey, the delivery was on time.
Another delightful meal. As always good food and service.
Glad to have Wild Basil fully back. One of our most favorite restaurant's and the food, service and warm greetings from our server was appreciated. Will be back soon.
Ordered spring rolls and chicken fried rice. Neither spring roll was wrapped all of the way, they were both torn across the top. The peanut sauce was very sweet, although I did like the coconut flavor. The fried rice bad a nice flavor but it was very mushy. I wouldn't personally order here again.
I ❤their lunch menu, spicy hot Thai 🍤 shrimp or Thai Basil chicken...delightful with a punch!
Easily the best sushi I've had in a really long time. We ordered five special rolls and they were all 5 out of 5 stars.
Average. My curry tasted like it came from a packet. Wish we lived closer to wild ginger.
We have ordered many times in the past. Delivery time was great. Food was awful. Sesame chicken had hard, overcooked nuggets. If there was any chicken in them, we couldn’t tell. Wontons were chewy.
Great food and great service!
Always positive experience
Been coming for years. Amazing fried rice and golden tofu. Kind and punctual staff. Would recommend.
I've ordered delivery from this place at least once every two weeks since finding them. I love the unique appetizers, the "Napoleon" is one of my favorites! Incredibly fast delivery, always under 20 minutes. Friendly staff and amazing food, what else do you need? I highly recommend trying them out!
The food was ok. Everyone ended up with a sick stomach, unfortunately. Our waitress was wonderful.. Very friendly and helpful.
Amazing service and sushi! Highly recommend! I have never had any issues with delivery and dine in!
For my Mother’s Day family dinner, I ordered takeout from here. It was our first time trying Wild Basil & it was amazing, omg everything was delicious! This is definitely our new favorite restaurant!! We had Pad Thai (sooo good), Green Curry Chicken (incredible), Sweet & Sour Chicken & Sesame Chicken. The portions are very large. I have 3 teenage boys & my husband to feed, they enjoyed every dish & we have leftovers (yay for tmrw!😃) which almost never happens!! I can’t wait to go back!!
Always great service and food. Tonight we ordered delivery during the State 'Stay at Home' order. Food was amazing and delivery was prompt. Delivery guy waited on the curb until I came to the front door and was wearing a mask and waving enthusiastically as he left. Thanks for always looking after us.
This is a lovely restaurant with amazing food! The sushi was especially delicious and the pineapple boat dessert was my favorite thing ever!
Wonderful staff, great food!
Awesome food!
Their food is delicious. So tasty!!! Spring rolls, Green curry chicken is amazing not to mention their Thai noodle plate. Delicious. I think my family and I order from here at least twice a week.
Great schzeuan chicken, delicious soup. Very good!
It's fine. Flavors are catered to a mild palate, but it's decent.
Got 2 parts of our order wrong. Put shrimp in a chicken only dish and gave us spring rolls vs egg rolls. Worst part was it was a pick up order headed back up into the mountains in the snow and not a darn thing we could do about it. Good thing the reason for no shrimp wasnt because of a shell fish allergy. They need to do better....
We tried the holy roll and pineapple curry. It was all very delicious. Will come back.
I really enjoyed it. Had Thai basil chicken with a bit of extra spice. Good flavor, speedy service.
Also got to try the panang curry and will be getting that next time for sure.
10/10 would eat again.
This is our go to Thai restaurant. We often have them deliver to our home since orders over $10 have free delivery. When we dine-in, the service can be just okay or sometimes great, depending on who is working. The food never disappoints though! The crab cheese wontons are amazing! We also really like the pad thai and panang curry. One of our favorites is the happy family! Yum! The atmosphere is a little dated but if that's my biggest complaint, I'll take it!
5 people I know have had food poisoning for at least 5 days after eating here! 🤮🤢
Good Thai food and excellent service!
Great Thai food and excellent customer service!! Drunken noodles are amazing. Highly recommend this as either a dine experience or take out!
Great service and reliable tasting Thai!
Tried this place because the wait was way too long at Los dos potrillos nextdoor. There wasn't a wait here. The waitress was just attentive enough to take care of us without interrupting. She also had good recommendations (spicy pork and drunken noodles). Lots of people were ordering the sushi around us. We went on a rare kids free date, but saw families there and it seemed pretty family friendly. We definitely would come again and recommend.
Mediocre food - the restaurant is run by Chinese management so don’t expect authentic Thai flavors.
Good sushi
Great happy hour, and combo vermicelli bowl is fire.
A+ excellent restaraunt. Amazing customer service. Food was top notch. Atmosphere beautiful
Excellent dumplings and curry.
Very decent Thai place. The place is convenient and good variety. I did not try sushi. But Thai dishes taste great. They told me the green curry is spicy and it was but still it had too much sweet taste what did not like much. But overall a very decent place for Thai food.
Staff is super friendly and the food is so delicious!
Great food!!!!
First time eating there tonight, and wow...Awesome food. Nice staff, too.
Been coming here for 10 years! Love the Won Ton soup for 2 :)
LOVE their variety of Asian food! Their portions are big enough for 2 meals! Service is friendly, helpful and quick. A nice gesture, is everyone getting a free, fresh pineapple "boat" to share for dessert!
Great food and reasonable price
Green curry was really good.
Food was good, just not what we ordered. We ate it anyway becuase it was somewhat close, we were really hungry, and it was close to their closing time. Very simple substitutions were not made (tofu instead of shrimp in the spring rolls), the menu didn't say there was egg in the drunken noodles so I spend 20 minutes picking it all out when I could have just asked to have it omitted, and the chicken pad thai came with shrimp instead. For $40, I would expect better.
Fast delivery! I order through grubhub and they're always there in half the estimated time. The crab cheese wantons are the best in town.
Delicious, consistent Thai and Chinese dishes. Wide variety of in house, fresh sushi. Locally owned.
Great food
Lunch menu is a great price and comes with soup, egg roll, and fried rice. Haven't had anything bad here yet!
