They ended up mixing up part of my order but the moment I called them and we figured out what was going on they were super duper helpful about getting everything sorted.

Forever craving East Moon sushi. Pretty pricey, but YUM. My husband loves the special rolls, but I usually stick with the spicy salmon… such high quality fish. We’re always sad when the last bite is gone.

This Bistro sits next door to my favorite FoCo brewpub so I thought I’d stop in, despite seeing some negative reviews. It has a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was polite and efficient. Prices were very reasonable and the food was fine. I had the green curry w/ tofu and have no complaints. Altogether a pleasant lunch and I’d return here.

This place has the best Hot and Sour Soup I have ever had and I have eaten that particular dish at every Chinese restaurant I have ever been to, suggesting I've had this dish dozens, if not, hundreds of times. The service is fast, and the food is second to none. I have eaten Chinese food across the country, and this place absolutely takes the cake. You will not find better Chinese food outside of China when eating anywhere other than here. Furthermore, all of their Asian cuisine is superb, and most of it, I would argue, is award worthy. Great job Bistro Team!

I don't know why this restaurant is so highly rated. Except for the fact that it's in Colorado. Absolutely disgusting stale old rice, and the rest of the food you can buy at King Soopers. Overpriced and the lady who answers the phone,rude!!! I wouldn't have given him any stars but they make you.

Smells VERY STRONGLY like bleach and fish. I can still taste bleach in my mouth an hour later. So over-priced and very greedy on the portions. Regret stepping foot in there.

Very very rarely do I leave reviews, but I have been so disappointed with most of the asian/chinese take-out options in Fort Collins since I've lived here... Until I found East Moon Asian Bistro last night.

Pricey, sure -what isn't? But everything was generously portioned, beautifully made, and delicious. Highly recommend!

East Moon is a solid neighborhood restaurant. They have been here quite a while. The food is always good. The service is always good. They have a nice selection of options.

This place is on top of my must eat for Asian! Food is amazing, staff friendly and attentive, owner was present and funny 😁 Quality vs quantity for the price, outstanding! This is my go to for the best sushi in foco!

I love this place. My boyfriend loves this place. My kids love this place. Everything is always so delicious and the service is great. We do take out or delivery every few weeks. We dine in every once in awhile too.

I've been eating here / getting takeout for over a decade now.
Their sushi is amazing and affordable. They have a wide variety of of choices and the food is always great quality.
Their takeout service is super quick too. You can order take out and it will be ready to pick up in no longer than 15 minutes

The hidden gem of Colorado, well now it is since they relocated lol. I love this place and being Asian it's hard to eat at some of these other places. But Right now I have my top 3 go-to spots for Asian food. East Moon is definitely in there. I'm not big on sushi. I had that growing up as child, like everyday. Their entrees are very flavorful and quite filling. I would definitely recommend East Moon for your dining pleasure!

I spent like $30 on the moon chicken plate when you hear chicken you think sliced chicken or something. Nope ! You get ground chicken from a can! With some vegetables of course ! If I wanted this meal I would've watched a pioneer woman episode of her trying to create Asian food ! It's like I spent all that money for a gym bros meal prep it looks like dog food !

Service was great. Accommodating to gluten-free diet. Had sushi and it was very good.

Beware if you have a peanut allergy! Their Vietnamese egg rolls are topped with peanuts even though they don’t state that on their menu. I didn’t realize those were peanuts and ended up having an allergic reaction. Otherwise, food was decent.

The Pad Thai was very much not what Pad Thai should taste like. The fried tofu had absolutely no flavor. I was not able to eat the food. The only saving grace was the fried ice cream, but even that was average. Very disappointing.

I’ve eaten at East Moon tons of times and I love it! The sushi, sesame chicken, stir fry dishes, crab rangoons (crab mixed in the cheese which is a plus) tempura, Thai spring rolls, peanut sauce and soups are all standouts. They also give huge portions. The delivery and takeout is fast, like really fast, and the waitresses are good at their job. There is one sushi chef and it’s fun to watch him in action. The restaurant is very clean with a good vibe.

It is more an Americanized Chinese restaurant, but not bad. Large portions. Service was good.

The food is terribly bland. I ordered basil fried rice and requested it extra spicy… not only was it not spicy, it was completely flavorless and disappointing. The staff there has no customer service skills, they barely understand what you’re saying to them (which explains why they can’t manage “extra spicy”). It was just an overall terrible and disappointing experience. I would not eat here again. It was a complete waste of my money.

Hot and sour soup is the best! We always have good service, a decent wait time between ordering and being served and food is always good. Today we had a group of 8. Everything was great!

It went to the liquor store the next door but I actually have been there and it's okay, it's not that great, but it is what it is I. Guess.

I used to frequent East Moon and held them in high regard. The last several times that I’ve eaten here, the food tasted stale and didn’t sit well with me. Disappointed to see the decline in quality and won’t be returning any time soon.

If I could give less stars I would. I ordered sesame chicken for delivery, it came in a decent amount of time, I took my first bit and it was soggy as can be and the chicken was so over cooked it felt like jerky. I called East moon telling them the food wasn’t any good, she tells me too bad and that I should have ordered with the sauce on the side, I tried to explain that the chicken was over cooked and that I didn’t want my money back, I just wanted a new order of sesame chicken, she then starts yelling at me and saying that all I want is a free meal (how is it free when I’ve already paid???) after she’s done yelling at me she reads my address back to me and says there will be a new order coming to me in 40 minutes to an hour, I said ok. 4 hours later I’m still waiting on my new food. I’ll never eat here again, the food was horrible and their customer service is even WORSE!!!

Food was okay, but pricey. We had the Ramen, and because there was no description of it on the menu, we asked the server about it. When she told us and I asked her again what was in it (my husband has a hearing loss) she said: I already told you! Ummm. Pretty rude! And then when my husband asked her for warm water, she said she can't do that, only hot water. Funny, we have never had this problem in a restaurant before! We asked for tap water and she still couldn't do it! She was rude, and that ruined our meal for us. We won't be back.

Ambiance was relaxing. The dinner was overpriced for what was included and very bland. Service was very slow and it was not busy.

Honestly impeccable, very good attention to detail on online orders. Went as far as meeting me outside with my food because I work for emergency services an we are constantly on the go. It's hard to order food. This by far was above and beyond.

It has been years since we had been in here, and it hadn't changed at all. Fish was fresh and delicious.

Ok lunch. Vegetable tempura was tasty enough. Fish filet with black bean sauce was a little disappointing. The sauce just tasted of salt and not much else. Shumai are Japanese style - petite and filled with a seafood paste rather than meaty chunks.

Food is about the same quality as the gas station Chinese joint on Harmony and timberline (Sally's), but twice as expensive. Been here a half dozen times, always takeout, and it's never quite what I'd hoped. Maybe it's better if you eat in person.

Finally went back to try this location again after 7 years when I had a bad experience.

This visit everything was perfect! The waitress was attentive, the food was delicious and the portions generous. I got the sushi dinner and it was exactly what I wanted. They have a variety of menu options if sushi isn't your thing (or inland sushi isn't your thing) and had a good selection of desserts, boba teas and drinks.

I think this would be an excellent place for a (first) date as there is a lot to look at and discuss. It's a great for a date regardless, but if you're worried about not having something to talk about the decor is interesting. And there's axe throwing and a brewery next door.

I'm pleased to say I would definitely go back!

I've been trying to find a good place to get chinese food in Fort Collins and I finally found one that was exactly what I was looking for! I love that they also have thai, vietnamese and sushi options. We tried the General Tso's chicken, orange chicken, wonton soup and two rolls. Everything was great, served hot with great flavors on the sauce. Definitely ordering from here again when I get my chinese food craving!

Beef was chewy and tasted like it was frozen for 3 years broccoli was undercooked, presentation was good, so was service but the food was not good quality and is too expensive to recommend

I dined in here for lunch for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed it. I had the Panang curry with chicken and it’s the tastiest I’ve found in Ft Collins so far. I deducted a star for food because the veggies were not bite sized. The service was great and I like the pleasant atmosphere. I will dine here again!

My $20 beef and broccoli, which was soggy and undercooked also had two very long black hairs in it. They would not give me a refund. Super disappointing

This restaurant should learn how to treat customers better!!!! We wanted Sushi and it was the only restaurant open at 9pm, we decided to give it a try regardless of the bad reviews it has. We arrived one hour prior the closure time, the receptionist seemed to be annoyed by seeing us. She starts looking at her watch and making angry face, when we asked if it it too late, she impolitely replied; I don’t know what’s time is it but we close at 10. She took the menus and starts walking to the table, we made a U turn and left right away. We didn’t feel welcomed at all, and this review it regarding the behavior not the food.

Love eating here. I also ordered via my GrubHub app and the food was still warm and delicious.

I love East Moon Asian Bistro!! I literally have been going there since at least 2005. I am addicted to their sesame chicken. It's so flavorful and the chicken is cooked just right. Their peanut salad dressing is delicious. It is also in a very convenient location. It is right next to spring creek trail. The staff have always been lovely and accommodating.

I always order from them because they accept cash. The food is SO GOOD! Thank you!!

Cool looking place and the people are super nice but the food sucks. I even went twice to make sure. However I have never tried there sushi. But if you like large uncooked veggies to big to eat and want to cut your green pepper into bite size pieces then this is the spot for you. But me if I'm paying for food and they isn't all that cheap here, if like it cooked and chopped into small little pieces at least small enough to have some rice and a few veggies in the same bite type size.

So fun. It was my husband and i's first time going out on Christmas in 30 yrs. East Moon made it perfect amazing food and service.

I order wontons from here once in a while. The place smells like a sewer. Ok wontons tho.

Maybe other times are far more organized here, but for us, seemed like they were struggling to manage delivery, dine in, and take out orders. Some of the servers were literally running even before the dining room was full.
We sat for about 10 minutes before our server came, another 10 before we ordered, about 20 before our app arrived (which they tried to bring again quite a while later). The table beside us got seated after our server came the first time, but ordered first, got their apps faster, but just barely got their food before us - we had been seated an hour & 20 minutes + before our food arrived. By the time we were able to pay and leave, we had been there just over two hours.
Food was nothing spectacular. Not bad, just definitely not worth the wait: Actually felt the pad Thai was rather bland other than obvious lime. Husband’s dish had very big chunks of veggies that were barely cooked/warm, like they had rushed to cut and cook.

Few people liked it but there is too much sauce in everything

This place is GOOD

We have been bringing our kids here since they were babies and loved the noodles back then. Now it’s still a favorite for our big kids and they love the sushi here. We have lots of options closer to home but still choose East Moon for the quality of the sushi 🍣 and atmosphere.

The food was fresh and great! I was presently surprised. I got the Schwann beef and bubble tea, the person I went with got pineapple curry, everything was tasty. The waitress was nice and prompt. The bathroom was clean but could use updates.

We ordered Ramens, specialty sushi and strawberry boba. They are very good.

Wife had chicken teriyaki, the chicken was sliced so thin it was dry and tasteless. The bubble tea not good at all. I had the king pow chicken it was just ok the rice tasted like it was made in the morning. Definitely not worth the 60 dollars for 2 adults and one kid.

Recommended from a good friend. Ordered the Special: Miss glazed salmon. It was cooked to perfection. Veg were fresh. Basil Fried Rice was tasty. Highly recommend this place for a great meal.

The restaurant has changed quite a bit through the years. I would have given it five stars before, but the value is a bit shaky. Most dishes I've tried are on par with what you want from an Asian bistro. The wait staff works hard although miscommunications can occur. A pretty good spot... It's just getting expensive.

Went in for a early dinner. We were not seated at all. We were told to order and wait for our food at the bench near the front door. It was so strange. There were no other customers in the restaurant so there were plenty of open tables. We ordered sushi, which was tasteless and small for the amount of money charged. We will not be going back as we feel our skin color may have played a role in not being seated.

They got it to us and we arent the ones to complain but i think some thinfs had gone bad but was served anyway...when i called to let them know she told me no one has ever complained before so its my fault i dont like it. My fiance tried it and said the same. He said his was bland and the chicken was rubbery. She then started to raise her voice at me. I asked for a refund amd she said i just wanted free food.

I ordered in the afternoon on a Friday. Veg tempura, Yushan Chicken, coconut chicken soup, pork noodle bowl, rice noodle and shrimp rolls and spicy tuna sushi-all beautifully plated. All dishes were cooked to perfection. The sauces complimented the dishes well with spicy peanut curry, spicy vinegar, warm soy broth-very calming. Thank you for sharing your craft.
