I stopped in here with 17 year old boys after skiing on a Saturday night. We didn't have to wait long which was fortunate because we were starving and ordered an obscene amount of food. The sushi rolls were excellent - everything tasted fresh. The spring rolls were done perfectly with excellent flavor. I ordered the Thai Chicken Coconut soup for an appetizer. It was off the charts good! Probably the best I have ever had.

We love the volcano roll and also enjoy the sashimi roll, Cali roll and Philly roll. I have also tried their sashimi deluxe and it is not disappointing at all. They have the best Boba in the county! We have eaten here several times as locals. The service is great and more importantly, the fish is FRESH.

Hibachi food tasted good, tonkatsu ramen was oily and the service was average. Make sure to look at your receipt total since they added $2 on the tip line which made it go from $28 to $30 giving themselves a 22% tip.

Excellent rolls and varieties. Fish was fresh!! Sunset and sashimi rolls were our favorite!

I walked in by myself and was immediately greeted. I asked the server if there were any bento options, but they arent offered anymore. I ordered a strawberry mojito and it was brought out promptly. I can't resist them so I ordered the cream cheese wonton appetizer. They were not the oozing filling style. They were lightly filled with shredded crab even. Pleasant surprise. I ordered the monkey roll and it was brought out quickly. Beautiful and delicious. I was checked on a few times. The servers were attentive. I will visit every trip to this area.

Nozawa's sushi is fantastic! I loved the season roll--very fresh and generous portion (10 rolls!). They have a nice twist on hot sake, which is reminiscent of Japanese flavored soda drinks. My wife really liked the salmon teriyaki, too. Thanks, Ricardo--we had a great first dinner in Keystone!

It was our first time in Colorado and we got four sushi rolls. EVERY single roll was delicious, best sushi i’ve had. Ramen also looked great!

Always love coming into Nozawa. The atmosphere is always warm and welcoming and the service matches as well. We ordered entrees and sushi and had both delivered quickly. Ricardo is very knowledgeable about the dishes and very personable. 10/10 would recommend anyone to stop in here during their time in Summit county.

I have eaten here a couple times having the sushi and it is pretty good. This review is for the hibachi side and we were surprised how bad it was. I tried the red snapper and am pretty sure it was not snapper - just tilapia. And bad fish at that. Others got the steak which was just okay. Just subpar all around.

When you advertise red snapper DO NOT substitute with nasty tilapia.

This Chinese sushi joint is just awful. I ordered the 12 piece nigiri and my first bite was the tako nigiri (octopus sushi). For the life of me, I couldn't chew thru the tako! It was rubbery like a tire! Of course, I had to spit it back out! I informed the waiter and he said he can replace it with my choice of nigiri, which I thought was cool.

However, I continue on with the other nigiri and yes they all had that old fishy taste and substance! I had to down my Sapporo to somehow get rid of that old fishy taste in my mouth!

Tables were sticky. The booster chair for my 3yr old was just nasty sticky and it had gunk on it. I tried wiping it down with my baby wipes. Nope. Didn't help.

The wasabi was stale and had no wasabi spiciness to it. That's the biggest no no.

The place was packed and even through all the chaos they were handling themselves quite eloquently. Are to go food was presented very warm and full of all the utensils as well as sauces necessary for us to enjoy our meal at home. They were absolutely slammed on a Wednesday night so I'm guessing that they have a pretty good reputation. The food was absolutely outstanding. Probably the most authentic miso soup I've had in a while. Definitely coming back here again.

It's ok to eat there. Don't forget you in Colorado, not in NYC Chinatown. For the location and considering that everywhere else, it's burgers and fries.
Orange Beef was Soso but Mongolian beef was good.

Had a reservation but had to wait 20 minutes in a cramped “waiting area,” only to be seated at a FILTHY table. It was sticky, with dirty napkins shoved to the side. The people seated next to us were waiting a long time and were appalled that they had seated us in such conditions. We got up and left. They are too small of a restaurant for that crowd and were woefully understaffed. Massively disappointed.

we had a lovely dining experience. we ordered 7 rolls, along with soups, edamame, fried rice, and a pitcher of beer. The sushi was delivered on a sushi boat. Very nice presentation.

While understated on the menu, the pork ramen is excellent. The broth has a rich, smoky flavor full of umami, and the dish includes a hearty portion of chashu. Would also recommend the tuna nigiri, which is the perfect tenderness.

My husband and I went for dinner here. He had hibachi and I had a few sushi rolls. We were sat at the same hibachi table way in the corner with 6 other strangers and could only see the cook’s back. The cook prioritized the party of 6 and did not engage at all with my husband and I. Not only that but he also served my husband the last and the least amount of food. He got the last small amount of rice, while 2 ladies got their portion and more. Same with the steak and scallops! Ridiculous!!! I felt so disgusted by his behavior and at the end of this, we got a bill $93. He deserved no tip whatsoever!!! I am not paying over $100 to be treated like this and get the smallest and last portions!! Our meal cost the same like theirs, yet they were treated nice and got what they paid for. WILL NOT RETURN!!

Going here is amazing. I love the bacon wrapped scallops. They are so good. The chef did a wonderful job staying focused and cooking everything just right. There was a single father and his 2 kids with us. The kid was trying to steal the show. But it made for a very good experience. The dad did wonderful and I told him so.
