While the seafood itself was fresh, it was evident that the dish had not been prepared on the same day.

I acknowledge that I could be mistaken, but as someone who is familiar with how this restaurant serves freshly prepared meals, I can confidently say that this time, the food had an inedible taste. And yes, I wouldn’t be writing this review if this wasn’t the second time I had a similar experience at this restaurant.

Jasmine is not a cheap place, and it would be nice to see some respect for loyal customers by maintaining the quality that matches the price.

Best thai food I've had.

Good place with very tasty food. We ordered Papaya Salad, Red curry, Chowmein and Pineapple fried rice. The dishes were very authentic and the staff was friendly. Definitely recommend this place

Served me food i was allergic to after specifying the allergy. Said “the food was already ready before i specified my allergy.” So they still sent it out.

Driver states order was delivered. Never called or texted. Won't answer calls. 2 large buildings and no pic for proof. Disputed charged and will never order again.

I ordered food from ubereats, but i suddenly had to cancel my order. Ubereats won't refund my money because the merchant has prepared the food already. So when i called jasmine thai if i can just pick up the food since i paid for it already, the lady on the phone said they cant give me the food because i cancelled already. She even said that uber does not reimburse them for it, and i spoke to ubereats agent and they mentioned they will be reimbursing the restaurant. THEY JUST STOLE MY MONEY.
Also, why is the name of your restaurant under pad thai guys on ubereats? Smells fishy. I will never order from you guys anymore and i will tell people about this poor customer service.

Just paid 16 dollars for a large coconut soup that was only half way filled and had very little chicken but stuffed with more veggies when they charge you 3 dollars for the protein.

Got a Doordash order, for the curry, the vegetables in it were raw, every large chunk of potato was only cooked in their outer rims and crunchy in the middle. RAW. I have never received such substandard food. The carrots and onions inside were also raw. My large rice also wasn't in the order and the order was sealed. How horrible. Have better integrity and management Jasmine Thai you guys disappointed someone who's been eating your food for a while

We went here because they are open until 2am not expecting much. It turned out to be our favorite Thai restraunt we have ever been to. The atmosphere was great! I love that it is more of a little restraunt with booths, than a normal thai restaurant in an outdoor strip mall. The food was so flavorful and cooked to perfection. The chicken chow main was everything! My husband absolutely loved his yellow curry! The thai iced tea was HUGE enough for us to share one. The prices were incredibly decent and the food portions huge! I do not live in the area so I have no idea when we will be back. Whenever we are in the area again, we will definitely make sure to stop by. Until then, it will be the one we remember that was the best everytime we go have Thai food somewhere else. Definitely hoping we can come back again soon!

Jasmine Thai used to be my favorite Thai restaurant. But the last few times I’ve gone have been horrible.

1st bad visit; They gave me really spicy red curry when I asked for no spice. The waiters aren’t paying attention at all.
2nd bad visit; My girlfriend and I both noticed the food tasted like cleaning chemicals and my girlfriend felt extremely nauseous for the rest of the night.
3rd bad visit; My girlfriend and I ordered the red curry. They brought two bowls; one filled nearly to the top and the other barely halfway. Like not even close to the same portion. Once AGAIN the food tasted like cleaning chemicals and I felt sick to my stomach.

I have been eating here for almost two years and it really sucks to write this but I won’t be returning to Jasmine Thai. Seriously disappointed

Got there at 1:42am, waited behind another group placing an order, when I got to the counter, they refused to place my order saying 1:45am was too late, the place closes at 2am. It would have taken 5-10 mins to make one item. Very poor way of taking care of customers. Morons!

I ordered pad see ew noodles and it came looking like a dog food. The noodle was scrambled with too much oil. I'm very disappointed!

Order food for pick up and a large Thai tea and it was mainly crushed ice and my large wonton soup was definitely one of the worst ones I've had the dumplings were tasting frozen mushy and no taste in the meat unsure how to explain it more and for $15 definitely not what i expected order the satay chicken n it was ok a 5/10 also order the sweet sticky rice mango and that was definitely delicious its my first time having it just mango slices n sweet sticky rice lol plus some side coconut milk?? But for it i give my stars

Take out from here is usually terrible. bad customer service, dont acknowledge customers as they walk in the door. A bunch of kids working the register with no manners or restaurant etiquette. Talking amongst each other while customers are walking in and waiting instead of greeting and helping. They deserve absolutely zero tip sometimes. Suuper hit or miss at this spot.
Dine in is a night/day difference, servers are usually great, atmospheres pleasing to the eye.
Foods overall good.
And pro tip, DONT order soup for take out cause they SKIMP. My tom kha kai was almost all broth and mushrooms. Real hit or miss here.

I ordered pad Thai shrimps and paid full price not just didn't get what I ordered I didn't get correct change when I got home I saw the food was chicken pad Thai and the register tap was printed 4.00 less than I paid it means you can't trust them for what you get, I tried to get shrimps because the chicken is so tasteless and so little, be for I have taken friend to jasmine Thai food, which the owner roodly answer to her like this when she said food is good but more spicy than they asked me I like you now what she said I now my food is good and walked away we were so surprised beside that you have to ask for spoons or salt any thing at least 5 times or give up it's looking like they're on something. I can't trust them them at all so I would not Richmond to go or there any more.

The host was far more interested in chatting with coworkers and taking phone orders than taking care of customers as they arrived. I ordered a green tea which was brought after the meal was served, and I couldn't even enjoy it since it was scalding hot and burned my lips as I attempted to sip it. I had the Mongolian beef, which was brought out cold, and the quality of beef was subpar. Please do better.

I wish I could give zero star، very rude people working here، I was sitting for an hour، No one even came to take my order, I thought maybe they are busy so I waited. After more than 50 minutes I ask a server what's going on, and he was like you were on your phone , I said wasn't on my phone even though was on my phone you should come to my table , I said it doesn't matter , and he is like it does matter very rudely , he is asking me do you want me to take your order or not, I said you are telling me that I was on my phone and I wasn't and you are very rude , I need to talk to the manager, he said I'm the manager, then I said need to talk to the owner and he said owner is busy, he pulled the menu from me and took it with him. This place and management and ownership is very bad because they hire people with low class and no cominication skill which is very important for restaurant business, please pay attention where you spend your money and your time and who you support, they need to pay more to hire professional people.

Food was too greasy, Chinese-y and not at all Thai flavors. And it was too sweet. I can’t believe how less vegetables they had in vegetable stir fry and pad thai that is after asking them to be generous with veggies. Too carb-y for thai food.

The atmosphere and interior of the restaurant is very nice compared to a lot of different Thia places that I have been to. Beautiful restaurant with fancy Thia masks and stone carvings. The food was good but I have had better at different locations one thing that I didn't like was the orange chicken very crunchy like to much breading could hardly taste the chicken in it. The one thing I loved and was so delicious was the soup 🍲

It's Friday...I'm by myself. The entire staff it's going crazy!!! People canceling orders, people leaving. Owner you must do something or business will go down. You must have one person in the front at all times attending take out orders. Food is delicious but you can't have customers have a seat and have them waiting for ever to take an order. Ridiculous! It's best you tell us. Unfortunately, we're short staff will attend but give us some time or something.

These people unfortunately don’t know what “vegan” means. It’s sad because they have a whole Uber eats “restaurant” called Vegan in Samui and the menu is supposed to be all vegan. I ordered Pad Thai and they put egg in it and it was very greasy and oily and not good. When I called them about it they said “vegans eat egg” which is not true at all. Although some people may order the vegan item and add egg, with the egg it’s not vegan because egg is in fact an animal product aka chicken menstruation. The same with the vegan chow mein, it was super basic and doused in so much oil it was inedible. The Tom yum was actually very delicious, but I’m pretty sure this kitchen cross contaminates their vegan food with the meat because I found a few stray pieces of meat in my soup. I honestly wouldn’t eat here again. Please try harder if you’re going to try to accommodate people with different dietary restrictions and take some precaution. Otherwise, don’t advertise a vegan menu. I regret wasting $45 and I wish I could get a full refund because I couldn’t eat the food.

Ordered food to be picked up and it took about 45 minutes for that amount of time you would think everything is fresh but the noodles were falling apart and had been sitting way too long. The seafood pad Thai had four shrimp, five or six octopus, and was just terrible, it’s like eating oatmeal and the menu says you get six egg rolls, but there were only five in the box anyone who gives us play some positive review is definitely starving after a big crack binge because this place is terrible stay away

While the food was reasonably good (not the best Thai food ever, but not bad), and portions were generously sized, the overall experience was average at best. Perhaps the clear need for maintenance (annoyingly noisy restroom fan, barely functioning faucet, poorly opening and closing entry door, etc.) contributed to this feeling, but quite a bit of going out is the overall atmosphere, and frankly, I'd rather spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. In fairness, all items mentioned are fixable, and might be fixed since this review is posted - if you're into Thai food, it might be worth checking this place out for yourself.

They are not a place to go if you have special needs in foods. They will ask you not to come back because they want you to accept how they make it with no modification. (Reasonable things under Disability ( No teeth, Gastrointestinal Disability, and other Conditions needing slight modification)
I've been going there for 13 years and came to being asked not to come back because I held them accountable to errors and request for food to be cooked soft and leave out specific items. Their frequency in errors and their additude towards reasonable modifications caused them to not want me to return after years of patronage.

I ordered a vegan soup and what arrived was nothing like the picture. It was made of only 3 elements, raw tofu, raw fishy cheap mushrooms, and chicken broth ? I found a few pieces of chicken in my soup. If you're vegan you should not put your money there. This restaurant profits from the vegan movement by proposing an other brand on Uber Eats - Postmates called Phuket im vegan and they don't even have the necessary skills to organize and not mix up their animal products w the vegan stuff in the kitchen. Disgusting

Satay smelled and looked bad so naturally I didn’t even try it. The yellow curry was watery and sweet with NO spice (even though I chose a level 3 spice level) and the potatoes inside it were HARD. Everything else I ordered was mediocre. First and last time ordering here.

I went for lunch, almost around 3 pm wondering if the restaurant would be open, to my surprise it was but with very few people. The first thing I noticed was the QR Menu, which I felt was very uncomfortable juggling between the drink menu and the food menu. Then the decor, which was a visual treat. They have exhibits of beautiful, glittery Thai Khon masks. I am seeing such a thing for the first time and restaurant being not so crowded, I used all my time to capture pictures. Food was good and service was excellent. I will definitely visit again.
