I don’t usually post on food experiences to be honest but with this spot, I had to. We had an amazing experience in this restaurant! The service was fantastic they cook fast, fresh and not over cooked. Every single dish was delicious! Even my picky eater teenager ate a lot. I love that our server lets us know which one of our order they are serving before putting it on our table showing us such good presentation. Our server even gave us a free dessert! They are open late so if you want good delicious thai food late at night, a place with good service, this is the spot!

I was visiting the area and happened to walk into this restaurant, I ordered curry to-go and the woman helping me was the sweetest! She made sure I had everything I needed and even gave me some oranges for the road! The food was delicious and the portions were great. Definitely recommend becoming part of the Crispy Pork Gang:)

I got the sausage fried rice($15). Everything taste good I just don’t like the raw onions in it. It’s sautéed but it’s very raw. Np, I just picked it out! I did like the fresh slice of lime, tomato, and cucumbers it came with.

This location looks very nice compared to the one in Anaheim. The parking lot is very busy, might be hard to find parking on busy.

Overall food is fresh and nicely seasoned. I’d come back.

Had the tom yum noodles here and my lady has the boat noodles. Wow.

They don't skimp out on the proteins. The taste was very authentic. Annnnnd we are here at midnight on a random Monday.

Great food, affordable prices and authentic flavors. I took my mom here for a quick lunch and this place did not disappoint. The blue crab papaya salad is best around, the crab was so naturally sweet and tasty. The fried pork fried rice is highly recommended and my personal favorite. You really can't go wrong with anything.

But since we are Thai people, I thought it was okay. But another time, my aunt went to eat again. The same waitress came to tell my aunt that the previous time she came to eat, she forgot to charge for the fried oysters. Which is very unlikely because when you take the order, you have to print the ticket to the kitchen. So how could the restaurant forget to charge? I will tell you that the waitress service is very bad.

Yesterday rounding 1am, I am very disappointed about the service and they gave me less meat and an egg still has eggshell on it. The long-haired waiter with a head scarf treated me very badly attitude so many times. Hope this situation improves better in the future, service is one of the essential factors, and this one again displeased me and ruined my night.

Found a solid alternative to Baos Hog when I am craving crispy pork. For just $12.99, you get rice, vegetables and crispy pork! Also, one of the few restaurant that has over 100 menu items. Do not forget to specify spice level. I did and thank God they kept refilling my water.

Addendum: In the few times I have been, service always came with a smile. Made me realize how few smile anymore.

Everything is sooo good. I love the crisy rice salad (nam khao?), eggplant and tofu, roasted duck curry, boat noodles.

I was full after the first dish, but it was so damn good I ordered another one. Both the drunken noodles and yellow curry were incredible.

I found another Thai gem! I was surprised it wasn’t super busy on a Friday night. Very clean and excellent service. The waitress was attentive, she refilled my water a few times without me having to ask :) Really good authentic food and super affordable. And lots of free parking in the plaza. Thank you, will be back!

Love their pork gang noodle soup. Extra spicy makes it so delicious for me. Open till 4 am I love it. A++++

I been a few thai restaurants but I was happily surprised with the flavor of the spicy fried rice with crispy pork and the pad Thai was delicious

Lunch special $8.99. Add a Thai tea for $2, normally $4. Ask for less sugar in the Thai tea, it’s pretty sweet. If you get the crispy pork, ask for it on the side, not to be mixed in with your dish. Because if your dish is watery, like pad Thai, it’ll get soggy.

Medium spicy is decently spicy. If you don’t like spice, get no spice, then add some with the spice they give you on the table

I have lived in many states and countries. And as Thai is my favorite I've samples many restaurants. In my honest opinion this is the best in every category except 1 which is the authentic look. But it is super lovely inside as I think it's styled accordingly within little Saigon. So Viet people should feel at home 🥰 there is a beautiful running waterfall (wall-fall) if you will. And you Cannot beat the lunch special here. Try and you will see.🫡👍👍.

Wednesday 11/29/23 Lunch at Crispy Pork Gang Thai Restaurant & Cajun Restaurant in Garden Grove with my mother. Enjoying Thai foods. Their pad Thai, Kua Gai Noodle, and yellow curry were delicious and savory.

Joy, service staff, was friendly and attentive.

I recommend trying out this restaurant.

I'm so disappointed! First of all, the order was delivered late, which I could deal with if the soup was good. I was really craving some pork wonton soup. There wasn't any pork in it ar all! After shoveling all the vegetables out of it, there were only a couple CHICKEN wontons at the bottom. It looked like I ordered a plate of veggies with a side of broth. So bummed

Eggplant & tofu over rice is my fav Thai dish but the tofu was too fried.

I was skeptical at first since this restaurant situated in the heart of Vietnamese community, on Bolsa Avenue. However, I'm glad I went in. My family ordered four different dishes: gang noodles, super pad Thai, chicken gra pow, and Chinese broccoli and crispy pork. Each dish has its own unique flavor and very tasty yet authentic (we have been to Thailand several times.) Like their name says "crispy pork gang and cajun," you should try dishes with crispy pork. Their crispy pork cooked to perfection. It's soft crunchy and very delicious. Even my mom who's 84 years old likes it. Their gang noodles to me is a must try. It's soupy noodles with very tasty broth and good amount of toppings. To me, their super pad thai is one of the best pad thai I have tried so far. It has enough tamarind sauce and not too sweet nor salty. This restaurant is a must try if you happened to be in this area.

I love Thai food. I am surprised to find this restaurant in the middle of Little Saigon. I've been coming to Bolsa for decades and I know how this area has evolved so when I saw this restaurant bold enough to be here, I had to try. I am critical of Thai restaurants since getting the right taste and not make dishes too salty seem to be hard for them even though they already give you fish sauce table side jars. I am also a fan of US pad Thai since it is rare I find good authentic taste. Now, crispy pork can be found in some Thai dishes but making it central to Thai dishes is not necessary since their food is quite tasty already so I am curious how this will work out. The ambiance of the restaurant is quite formal for me but very nice to see in this area. The food, wow. We ordered 4 dishes including a bowl of noodle and I tasted each one separately to really have a good opinion of this place. I was not expecting they will be all good. The crispy pork on Pad Thai was a little strange for me at first, but it worked after the second try. The Chinese broccoli with pork was special since most restaurants serve them with thin slices of pork fat instead. The chicken gra pow was not too salty which is prefect in my opinion since if you wanted it salty you can just add more fish sauce. The noodle we had was good as well and I again liked the crispy pork on it. Try this place!

I came here a few times . I like their Thai dishes . The menu is very variety with large options of Thai foods and other seafood dishes such as crawfish. Their must try is crispy pork over fried rice and tomyum soup are both delicious.
However, the crawfish is very sweet for my taste buds , and the crawfish wasn’t seasoned well enough.
Service is always good and food served fast .

Saw nice pictures of some the foods on the window like the pad Thai with the price at $5.50. A bit surprised to see a cheap Thai resto among the sea of Vmese restaurants around there. So went it and found out that there's nothing close to the prices shown on the front window. Should be a warning, but still wanna try.

Decided to try one of my favorite Thai food, the Pad Thai. The pad Thai was 8.99 special lunch menu, tried that with crispy pork instead of the usual chicken for $2.00 extra. It came with a small side of mixed salad and a fried veggie roll.

Never been so disappointed in a pad Thai before. Thai people love sweet in savory dishes, but the chef here was baptized in holy sugar.

The dish was overly sweet, all I can taste is the sweetness of the sugar, tried to add lots of lime, but didn't help. The crispy pork was about 9 slices of pork belly, each lightly coated with flour and deep fried. The pork was tasteless and very dry, not only that, a few pieces took on the oil due to the frying temperature, so when you bite in, you can taste the oil oozing out instead of the pork's fat goodness. Pork pieces were a mixed of crispy (not crunchy) and chewy texture.

Despite being hungry, I can't finish 1/3 of the dish before the diabetes kicked it.

The only good thing is the restaurant is very clean, fast service. If you wanna try, skip the pad Thai, crispy pork and tell them no sugar in whatever you wanna try.

We love Thai food as salad. The taste is excellent. We come and eat a lot.

I called ahead because I was in a rush. They read my order back to me to confirm and said I could pick it up in 10 minutes. I came 15 minutes later, told them my order, and they said I'd have to wait 10 minutes for them to cook it.

First time here was blown away ! Everything was amazing ! They are not playing here. Food , service, atmosphere 12/10 ! We will def be back

We ordered food and it took give or take 45 minutes for it to arrive. Food was delicious, good job to the cooks for that but my friends and I really disliked the very late arrival if our food. There were also other tables with customers waiting for their long orders like us. Please be able to complete the bare minimum of being able to deliver orders in a timely manner and maybe buy a clock to time your orders correctly or hire more workers!

It would be a waste for anyone who loves to experience the Thai food. Super delicious.

Got the pad see ew, crispy pork, Thai beef salad, spicy fried catfish, and mango sticky rice. Reasonable prices and friendly staff members. The food was good—highly recommend the sticky rice. Crispy pork is very crunchy (like pork rinds), you need to eat it with the sweet and sour sauce. Their hours are very accommodating, and they have lunch specials pricing.

Was excited to try this place as we have seen the one in Thai Town in LA, but never stopped. Also the specials on the window made it seem decently priced. However, once inside the prices are only certain times of day. The place is pretty decent size and clean.
The massaman curry was a small portion for the price and was good in flavor. You do have to pay separately for the rice. My husband loved his soup and said it was very flavorful, but the portion was a bit small for him. The crispy pork was hot and delicious, however with the $12+ price tag I will not get it again. I even heard other customers ask about it and they didn't order it due to the price. With your business name having Crispy Pork in it, they should consider having smaller portions for less money. I only wanted a small side to go with my meal. Instead I basically paid for another entree. It's good, but too much in one sitting when you have another entree. Please consider changing this. We will definitely return to try other things, but definitely won't get a full size crispy pork. If they add smaller sizes and prices, then we will.

The pork belly was dry, the BBQ pork was dry and the duck was non existing.

The BBQ pork was so thin and dry it was nasty. The 2 pieces of duck was dry and there were 2 pieces. The pork belly 4 pieces and re fried.

I think they served me left overs from the night before, eat at this place if you want left overs.

Just went there and to be honest, the food is decent. To be fair, I liked the fried rice more than the pad thai. To me, the pad thai tasted sweet and I somewhat didn't like it. I think the only thing they need to improve on is the pad thai. Hopefully, I am hoping to come back here again.

I had just came from a Bright Eyes concert and decided to try this restaurant since I heard a lot of good reviews about their Hollywood location. It closes late at night and it really looked the most appetizing out of any other late night restaurant. I got here around 12 AM and was served by such a great waitress! She was super friendly and kind which made my night even better. The food was absolutely delicious! I will definitely come back whenever I’m back in Orange County! Great service, great menu, great for a late night meal. I highly recommend this to anyone traveling to Orange County or a resident!

Best Pad See Ew, probably my new go to place now for pad see ew. Boat noodle was good too! Customer service was kind as well.
