As vegetarians, finding Orange Tofu was an absolute treasure. And along with that novelty, it was DELICIOUS! They even made a plain Thai tea taste great.

The dining room is quaint, so consider ordering or calling ahead--again, just know there may be a (worthwhile) wait. :)

Amazing, authentic, and spicy Thai food from a family small business! The restaurant is right on foothill, a major street, as such parking is a bit rough. But there is free street parking out front. During COVID, they have delivery and pick up only. I drove up, asked what is the best spicy dish, and they recommended the spicy basil fried rice with chicken. I went with that, and it was delicious. I asked for a level 10 spice, and it had a great level of spice and blend of good flavor. The basil used is fresh, and all the ingredients were delicious. The take out food also came with a ton of side condiments; including Thai chili’s. Highly recommend, and will be back!!

Their customer service is really good and excellent. The only negative thing is that they never serve the food on time, meaning most of the time whenever I've ordered from here, it's been at least 20 minutes late.

2nd time here food was amazing both times. They don't have a.c but the food is still worth it and makes up for it. My fam and I would not put up with it otherwise. We've tried the *massamam curry* , *pineapple fried rice*, thai steak salad, shrimp and veggie tempura, and vegetable fried rice. Shrimps are big and succulent everything is delicious and makes my mouth water just thinking about it
Their filtered water 💧 tastes 👌 so good. Strange thing to comment on but again for my family makes all the difference. The service is phenomenal. Family owned restaurants 2 brothers and their father. The owner is charismatic, friendly makes you feel taken care of and great vibe. He talks with all the customers I've seen..

We went there with some vegan relatives, they were easily able to accommodate everyone with amazing flexibility. The vegan dishes actually tasted pretty good to this meet eater.

Kip and Teddy absolutely knock it out of the park here! Don’t let the small footprint fool you. They were doing a massive business in take-out, but I chose to eat inside. Personally I love the atmosphere. It’s a small dining room but kept clean and neat. My first time here and it felt like being at a friend’s house. The service is excellent and personalized. You are most likely going to be dealing directly with the owners and they care. Speaking of care, the food was nothing short of delicious. It was exceptionally fresh and flavorful with just the right amount of complexity and nuance. Thank you gentlemen! Diners, you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered take out from here and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend the green curry for that beautiful blend of sweet and savory, the red curry catfish was cooked beautifully topped with crispy basil (chef’s kiss), yummy Pad Thai, tasty chicken satay and these huge wontons that were big in size yet thin and way too easy to eat. Everything we tried, we loved. Can’t speak for the atmosphere since my husband picked it up, but the food is amazing.

Real hole in the wall, food was excellent with great service from very nice owners. I ordered chicken pad Thai, beef drunken noodles and pineapple curry. Everything was delicious with amazing balance of flavors, textures, acidity, sweetness, umami, and sour. Very reasonable prices as well.

I hate to do this because I really am all about supporting small business, but, I wouldn't eat there again. The chicken in the green curry had the consistency of rubber- seems like maybe pre cooked thigh meat. The flavor of the curry itself was good but the vegetables were super over cooked and didn't seem fresh. I hope that this review helps this restaurant- please take this as constructive criticism. I know breast meat costs a little more but it would do a lot of the quality of your food.

Terrible health standards, I ordered beef Singapore Curry on 9/28/22 and got food poisoning. Avoid this restaurant at all costs.

The food is so good! This is my first experience here and it was great, so affordable and great portions. The gentleman working there walked out to the car to bring us our food. They're only currently take out only great for days you want to stay in.

Veggie stir fry is super flavorful, the Chicken veggie soup is my favorite!

Best of the Best!

I ordered Singapore Noodles with chicken and Chicken Basil.
Both were subpar at best.
They used all chicken leg meat and it wasn’t even cleaned up.
Meaning that it had bits of fat and connective tissue on it.
It was not written on their menu that it would be made with dark meat chicken and there was no option to request white meat chicken, which I would have done.
That was issue number one.
Issue number two was that the Singapore Noodles were way over cooked, to the point of being mush.
The Basil chicken broth tasted good, lots of basil flavor and it was nice and spicy, the way I like it.
However, I fed all the chicken leg meat to the dog, he ate it.
Legs are my absolute least favorite part of the chicken, I do not like them at all.
I like thighs, if it had been thigh meat I would have eaten it; or if I knew that they do not have white meat chicken I would have gotten tofu.
The steamed white rice I ordered was also way over cooked to the point of being mush.
I gave that to the dog as well, I mixed it with his food.
I cannot recommend this place at all, their food quality is well below average.
The words greasy, mushy and grizzly come to mind.
I will never order from Pan Tang again, I will try someplace else.
It was 9:15 pm and I had barely eaten all day so I was really hungry.
I ate around the more disgusting parts as best I could.
In my opinion (while I know they’re not Thai) Panda Express tastes better and they’re not even authentic Asian cuisine.
Save your money and order from somewhere else!

A bit of a hidden gem, being on the outskirts of LA, but worth a drive if you want to check it out. Food is great and service is excellent. I grew up coming here and have yet to find a place in the LA area that compares.

10/10 Thai-Chinese crossover. Everything is delicious, great quality, not oily/greasy but still moist. Very kind, hard-working family and small business, you REALLY feel the love they put into the food, the long wait sometimes is WORTH it. You can't always rush quality. ;-)

Oh man our bellies are full and our hearts content. We had one amazing meal!! The customer service was wonderful, warm and inviting. The food was fresh and absolutely delicious. And we tried a lot: egg rolls, wonton, Pad Thai, Mongolian beef, drunken noodles, combination rice, sweet and sour pork, eggplant, orange chicken and the BBQ ribs. The rib meat was so tender that it just fell off the bone. Definitely found a new jem and we are already talking about "next time". Truly Thank You!!

Do not dine in at 6pm on saturday!! Went at 6oclock didnt get our food till 7:30. Three of our 4 dishes were burnt other or under cooked. The beef dish was over cooked the beef was so chewy and burnt. The orange chicken was badly burt. The ti noodles were under cooked. It took 10 mins for our waters. We told the guy working the front exactly what i just wrote he didnt apologize or do something for the bad food. He said they were swamped. They couldntt handle the take out orders and dine in customers at the same time. At least bring the food out at the same time. Our 4 dishes were brought out litterly 15 mins apart for each dish. My wife got madd and told the guy working the front can we have all our food at once, he didnt apologize just said ok and the last 2 dishes still came 10 mins appart.

My family loves this place with a wild passion. They come here weekly and also order delivery once in a while. They have the most divine Yellow curry. I’ve had the tofu and the chicken. They will make a fish vegan if you request it. My mom a vegan gets the tofu curry and they make sure to keep the fish sauce out of the recipe so she can eat it. They have the beat Tom Kha soup, with shrimp!!!! Yummy! They have exceptional service and kind manners chatting with you about your life. It’s run bu a family and they work hard to give good service. I recommend them to friends that live as far as Santa Clarita and say “Come try this place”. It really is the beat Thai place I’ve had outside Thailand, and I’ve been quite a few times. It’s the legit stuff and with seriously cheap prices to boot. You gotta come try this place out.

I really liked this restaurant. It’s nicely decorated and the ambience is great. Pleasant music is playing in the background. The service was very nice and the taste of the food was stellar. I ordered Panang Curry and the sauce was the richest and most savory I have ever tasted on this dish. I wish these guys the best! Definitely a keeper.

I ordered Mongolian beef with green onion only! The meal that was brought to my table had two to five pieces of green onion and the rest was table onion with bamboo shoots! Meal was way over cooked and an extremely small portion! Paying over $10 I felt completely ripped off! Avoid yourself a bad experience and avoid this place.

This is the best thai in L.A., hands down. A family owned spot, run by a father a two sons. Sauces from are made scratch, just to try to describe the difference in a nutshell.
They brew their thai tea, and give you the option of regular (sweet), no sugar, or light (half sweet, half no sugar). How many places do you know that offer that? Happy to leave out cream for those dairy intolerant as well.
Casual spot with tv, often on mute and captioned. Local delivery on orders over $10. Call ahead before driving far, as they sometimes have to open late (family run).
