Hate to leave bad reviews but I ordered about $60 of take out from this place the other day and it was some of the most disappointing thai ive ever had.

Take out boxes were leaking juice through the cardboard all over the bag. Bean sprouts in the spring rolls were old and brown. The chicken and beef were so low quality they tasted exactly the same… we ended up throwing most of the food away the flavor was just so off and it tasted old.

Make sure to order ahead - This place was packed two nights in a row. Excellent food. Amazing Thai cuisine for affordable cost. Highly recommend the beef pad Thai , the fried rice, and the wontons. Will be going here again. Great sauce, great taste. 10/10

They have some great Thai curry here. The yellow curry is fantastic though sometimes the potatoes are a little too large which makes them not fully cooked. Nevertheless the fried potstickers and drunken noodles are always a good choice of curry is not your thing.

I had previously been to the Kinaly Thai in Escondido and it was good. By accidentally ordered at San Marcos location instead. Just got home and the food is very bland and very salty. I ordered yellow curry with tofu, the carrots, potatoes and onions were crunchy and close to raw. Never ordering from here again.

Pretty darn good for a hole in the wall quick serve Thai place. Chicken satay was good, Tom kum gai was good. Curry was a bit spicy. This is paper cups and paper bowls and kinda microwaved, but for what it was, it was very.good. would go again. And affordable.

Beautiful authentic Thai curries. My most recent was the Massaman curry with chicken, creamy soft and punched full of flavour. Have never had a disappointing Thai curry from here and have tasted them all.

Service is horrible. What happened to Kinaly Thai in the last year? Closed down one restaurant and reopened in another without notice to the public. Now it is more of a pick up restaurant than sit down. The pick up side has long waiting times and is not first come first served. There are lots of cons however the food remains good.

It pains me to write this negative review of Kinaly Thai. I had been a loyal customer of theirs, getting lunch from them multiple times a week for two years. I decided to check out their new location, and was severely disappointed. I called in a to-go order of Chicken Pad Thai and they told me it'd take 20 minutes. I showed up 30 minutes later to be safe. After waiting in a 1-person line for 10 minutes due to the cashier's inability to take a customer's order, I was billed $17 for my chicken pad thai. When the cashier returned, I was informed that my order had not even been started. Mind you, now 40 minutes had passed since I placed it. When I requested a refund, it was given to me, but there was no sympathy or understanding of my frustration. The only conclusion I can draw from this interaction is they do not want my business. The new store looks great, but if the prices are so high and the service is so low, I don't recommend going.

You know the food was good when after my car crash all I was thinking about was I'm alive and I wanted to finish my pad Thai tofu. The customer service was impeccable and the restaurant itself was extremely clean and had positive refreshing energy. It wasn't busy so we got our food in great timing. I ordered late but they still served us with no hassle. Great place. My boyfriend never had Thai or knew what to order so I recommended him chicken satay and he LOVED it he wanted a rotisserie chicken from the store but I told him this was WAY better ... We definitely will be back. You should totally come here

I love their fried 😋 rice 🍚 it taste good . But the are moving from San Marcos to I don't know where. Hopefully is not far from us so we can go eat the fried rice 😋 my son loves it . And all the waiters are nice to us .

My Tom kha soup had tomatoes and onion which are not listed on the ingredients, seafood a little over cooked for my liking I usually get the curry. I didnt get the coconut taste I’m used to and it was not thick enough for me I Will try something else next time. Soup Not worth the cost

Moved to California 2 years ago and have been on the hunt ever since for Pad Thai that’s as good as my favorite hometown restaurant’s, and this place takes the cake!! Seriously some of the best Pad Thai i’ve ever had

As everyone said the service was a little slow however it was made up for by the great attitude of the host/owner/waitress. She helped us order and all her suggestions were great. For very good service and food I have no problem waiting. I will return.

Service was great! And they were able to make my basil dish vegan. 😁 I did ask for a level 6 spicy...it wasn't spicy enough but now I know how to gauge their spice levels for next time. Overall great dining experience.

This place was adequate. Basic tastes, medium portions. I requested a spicier entree and was refused.

My wife absolutely loves this place, especially their Drunken noodles with shrimp, pad Thai with shrimp and Tom Yum soup. Will be back for sure!!

Kinaly Thai used to be a 9/10 - but seems some things have changed since new owners; portions are smaller, curry seems milder and less creamy, wontons are kind of soggy now and sometimes have waterchesnuts?

Portions are really small for the price. Entrees are almost same portions as appetizers.
We have been a frequent customer for almost 3 years and we liked it a lot before. Now it's less meat, less qty, doesn't taste as good as before. This would be our last visit unfortunately.

Three king is $14.99 but no come with the meat. So very disappointed.

Decent enough place if you live nearby and you need your fix of thai food but I doubt anybody would go out of their way to seek this place out. I had the pad Thai and curry chicken fried rice which were both passible but nothing to get excited about. Service was good the wait staff and the cashier were extremely friendly and prompt. Very clean and well kept bathrooms which always makes a good impression on me. I was in the area and decided to check it out so the next time I do so will probably be the same.

Update. Had a dine in meal today. They had one really nice server/host name Angela. She had to cover both the carry out and the dine in guest. I was really impressed.

Tried them after seeing them for years there. It is a hidden gem of a place to eat. Very good food from my meal and very friendly. Will be adding them to my food rotation.

The food is consistently great here. Our go to Thai spot. Huge fan of the tofu fresh spring rolls (not fried), pad see you, eggplant stir fry, and green curry.

Food is good and tasty curry is usually lot but tried the three kings meal for around $18.00 but man it was small really small portions del taco chili cheese fries is more food than this

We ordered curbside pickup and they let our food sit there for 10mins until one of us finally went inside and got it. We noticed the person in the car next to us had the same issue. The food was warm and had to be heated up. It tasted ok.

Love the curry fried rice

Have been eating here for years and the portion on the plates keep getting smaller and smaller ordered a house chow mein had very little food

For almost a year they had my favorite curry. Vegetable always came with eggplant. Now the curries are hardly recognizable, and I've been getting new combos of vegetables with no eggplant. I think something has changed for the worse with their kitchen staff. I might try the escondido location to see if they've still got it.

My wife and I ordered delivery from here during the pandemic, and were very dissatisfied with the food quality. We will not order from here again. The 'panang' was basically a simple red curry--not what one would expect from an authentic Thai restaurant, nor the thick, sometimes peanutty sauce, one would expect from a more Americanized Thai restaurant. The "chicken satay' did not appear to be grilled, skewered, marinaded, chicken, but rather sliced, baked, chicken breast whose only discernible flavors were turmeric and (maybe?) tamarind, the sauce was not bad. The pad Thai and Pad See Ew, were marginally better, but not stellar, and also lack fresh flavor.

Ordered some takeout tofu drunken noodles from this place. I asked a medium spice level and the protein to be tofu. Unfortunately, it was not spicy at all, not that much tofu, and it was rather greasy. For 13 dollars altogether, I think I’ll look elsewhere for drunken noodles locally unless they change the ingredient list. I would say that the staff was very friendly and the space was really nice and open. The patio is a great place to eat that is also socially distanced with a nice view.

Had a pretty large order for 2 people. Ordered Beef salad, Yellow curry, calamari and chicken satay. I asked the cashier how spicy the curry was, and he stated it was extremely spicy. The curry had no spice to it. The beef salad had more spice to it than the curry. Aside from that, it was a good meal.

Best green curry in town and the cream cheese wontons are fantastic. Be prepared for some spicy goodness. I always get mild spice and it's never mild. I'd hate to see what spicy is like. If you're in the mood for Thai and in Escondido you really can't go wrong.

One of my fave Thai restaurants and that says a lot since my family is part Thai. The customer service is always wonderful and the food is always delicious. We don't always eat there but I often order take-out since it's on my way home from work and it's not even 5 minutes from my house. There are so many choices and I always over order since everything is so yummy there! I especially love the angel wing appetizers because it's like having a protein egg roll so when I'm looking for that taste but not the carbs, those are my go to. Their pad see eww is delicious and I love their bbq chicken as well. I could go on an on about what I like to order but I recommend you trying this place out yourself

Stopped here because I was in the area. The cashier was very friendly and after placing my order I only waited for about 5 minutes. I ordered the drunken noodles and I ordered them very spicy. They were delicious! Also had a Thai iced tea that was excellent 👌. I took my food to go so I wasn't inside for very long but there was nothing special about the ambiance or interior. It seemed clean though. I would recommend.

Quick and wonderful service through ubereats even though I had to change the delivery address. I always ask for spice level 10 and this is 1 of maybe 3 places that actually made me sweat a little. They understand spice, both the creemcheese rangoons and pad Thai extra spicy were excellent 👌🏼
