First time here on a Friday. The restaurant is packed! The food is tasty but made me super thirsty. The price is reasonable/inexpensive. Great for family, kids, crowds and people enjoy sport bar like atmosphere. They have live music so free entertainment. The servers are super busy that we needed to flag them down for utensils, water refills, missing order, and check. Overall not too bad.

Pad Thai was pretty on point here and egg rolls were very good. Service was very to the point and standard (nice guy). Atmosphere is rather intriguing and comfortable. Music playing is noticeable. No Dr Pepper! All good they have coke. I would return and recommend.

I didn't care too much for the food or the staff but the environment was very up beat. They had a live band which was nice and the drinks were pretty good. I'd recommend if you are going with a group of friends!

Worst service ever

Went to visit this location and ordered pad thai, spicy fried rice, Tom yum soup, and fried calamari. The pad Thai was white and had no flavour. It was mushy and it was sitting out for a bit before it got to the table. The Tom yum soup with chicken was stale. The chicken tasted old and we couldn’t eat it at all. The spicy fried rice was also bland and didn’t have much flavour. Very disappointed with this experience. The location in temple city is the best one.

Food was extremely good, service was good, but unfortunately they served me seafood (crab) that has been dead for a while and they cooked it which left me with a severe allergic reaction that made me left hospitalized, and since I was on vacation it ruined the rest of my stay here, and I am not allergic to seafood at all, I eat seafood at Vegas and everywhere else just fine.

I would come here again but I would not order anything related to seafood here.

I came to eat here with my boy friend and was met with hostility and poor customer service. Got here around 7:50 pm and gave them my name and phone number and received a beeper from them. An hour went by and we started getting confused because initally we were told it would be a 40 minute wait. when we asked the cashier about it, she said that our name and phone number were never in the system and didn't apologize for that. she also accused us of grabbing the beeper without her knowing of it. she wanted us to wait more time and then about 75 minutes went by so I called a manager for help just to be accused of being a liar. the manager didn't believe us when we said we have been there for over an hour. I politely requested her to check the cameras and she said no. I feel so defeated. for context, my bf and I are Hispanic and we are the minorities in this restaurant. I am hoping this isn't a racial issue but I cannot think of another explanation since we were respectful and patient.

We came here to celebrate a birthday and left feeling very disappointed with our experience. The chicken in the dishes we ordered was suspect. Avoid the chicken curry at all costs. It took 40min+ and several requests to finally receive our drink order, napkins, basic service, etc. We had to get up from our seats countless times it felt like self-service. When we talked to the manger we were met with excuses and a lukewarm apology for the inconvenience. Banana bay is banana no more.

make sure you eat before you go there, I know .. you know why? The waiting time will make you hungry again. I called for takeout, and truly, I waited for another hour on top of 30 minutes, they told us. Ridiculous.

Horrible experience. Party of 7 came to celebrate a family birthday. Dad couldn’t eat his steak because it was overcooked and they didn’t bring him a knife. The servers would walk by, look at him as he waved his hand and ignore him. We had to get up several times to ask and get what we needed like drinks, knife to cut steaks, to-go boxes, our check.

Also before dad got his food a server came to ask us to pay the check. This place has downgraded from the great experiences we had in the past. We won’t be coming back. Bye, Felicia!

And when it came to order we waited 40 mins for our food, my food came first and was given to another table. When we kindly brought it to the attention of the waitress she gave attitude. My boyfriends food came almost an hour later and it was half cold. The pad see ew was not only half cold it was oily and had no flavor, and the beef was rubbery. First and last time we come here would not recommend.

Been going here for decades now, and I'm glad to see their dishes have not changed in quality or flavor. The chicken cashew nut has that sweet and spicy delicious flavor. Crispy fried calamari as the appetizer. All their dishes are well balanced, and the menu is robust in its selections. Definitely something for everyone, vegetarians, seafood, spice lovers.. visit if you can highly recommend.

Pre-Ordered Togo at 8 am. Said it would be ready at 11. Showed up at 11:17 and it still wasn't ready until close to 12. Paid extra for shrimp on pad thai and it didn't even come with shrimp. Pretty annoyed! I drove out 30 mins to pick up my Togo and 30 mins back just to find this out. Always check your Togo food!! Can't trust them to get your order correct.

Went on Saturday around 5:30, no wait time for a party of 7.
SERVICE: NOT GOOD. the biggest downside of the experience. We arrived having made a reservation that was not found. That wasn't a problem since there was no wait time. There was many open tables large enough to sit our party but we were seated at a table that was barley being cleaned. We asked for another table, but our waiter refused. When we sat down the table was still wet since they rushed the cleaning and I asked them to dry it. Our waiter had trouble keeping track of our drink order, so they did repeat it back to us 3 times to confirm (that's understandable). However, after immediately providing our drinks they asked if we were ready to order our entree. To which we responded "no" since we barely started looking at the menu. They then rushed ("Please hurry") us because they were expecting more large parties very soon and didn't want to deal with orders at the same time. I asked for two more minutes and we started skimming through the menu to try and quickly order. Our orders were delivered at different times by different servers (there seemed to be a lot on duty). No napkins were placed on the table and we never saw our waiter again until it was time to pay. We asked different servers for basic table utensils, but they never brought them to the table. Halfway through our meal, I approached the bar/waiting station two separate times to take napkins, water, plates (extra), and forks (extra) back to my table. No questions were asked by the staff as to why I was doing this myself. Because our party was large, they automatically charged a 15% tip which we paid, but did not believe was fair. On our way out we did speak to the manager who responded with "is it this waiter?" They have had this issues with this specific waiter before.
FOOD: Satisfactory but tarnished by the service. We ordered 7 different entries and 2 appetizers. We shared the food and passed the plates around. They were big servings. They do allow you to take an outside cake if you're celebrating.
ATMOSPHERE: It was good walking in. Dim lighting, fish tanks, and sand art on the walls with TV for sport channels. But the details like ripped/peeling leather seats and dirty restroom sink in quickly.

Only been there on sundays and rarely busy. Im sure perspectives are different when its crowded, but ive always had quick service, food comes out fast, wait staff is nice and as attentive as they can be (limited wait staff sometimes). Very big hall so when there's few people (sundays)... it bever feels crowded. Great atmosphere for a sit down dinner for a family of 12. Love going there with my family, my parents, sisters family. Etc. Oh yeah... and have never tasted anything i didnt like. If you like a certain thai dish, you will like the way they prepare it.

The food here is absolutely delicious; I highly recommend trying it! However, one issue I encountered was the difficulty in finding our server once we were seated. I had to get up a few times to track someone down for drink refills or to place an order. Despite this, I still recommend trying their food; just be prepared for potentially longer wait times for service.

They have the room to accommodate large groups. We also show up with at least 20 persons and never have a problem getting seated. The menu is extensive. Something for everybody. They have a nice bar with killer happy hours.

My friend and I had their pad thai and pad see ew with chicken. Both were delicious and big portions! It came out fast too so we didn’t have to wait long.
The Pad See Ew had a lot of veggies and they were cut up into perfect bite size.
The Pad Thai had a more mushy texture but it still tasted really good.

I used their restroom and it was pretty gnarly. There was a water leak and some black stuff on the ground (don’t know if I want to know what that is but I hope they clean better. I considered taking a star off because it was that gross and seemed unsanitary).

Finally came here for the Halloween season and it did not disappoint. I wasn't able to check it out last year but I remembered that they had a performance going on so I was eager to see it. It was like dinner and show, it was so awesome to see the employees put on a great show, Michael Jackson's thriller dance and they did it from start to finish from the little skit they do in the beginning to the infamous Thriller routine. This was so much fun and there was even a large party of just guys who hyped it up even more and made it more exciting to be there. This was definitely a fun night and this is only going on Thurs-Sundays after 9pm for the show. They still have the regular awesome live music that I always love to see and listen to. But you have to check this out for the holidays.
Of course the food is always amazing and comes out fast. Family style is the way to go so you can try everything. And the drinks are amazing and pretty, I love Sex on the pool Table.

Horrible experience overall with service mainly at the bar, Saturday night 09/23 standing at the bar 10 min. waiting on a tall gel hair-styled bartender to finish what his doing to help me and another person waiting behind me to get drinks. He finished his order than start cleaning, washing cups doing things without even noticing us waiting. We had to flag him hello we’re here been waiting to order drinks! They don’t serve drinks to your table if you’re dining in. I don’t know why but you gotta to go get them from the bar every time.
3 bartenders behind the counter their work efficiency is horrible, they talk and joke about previous customers they served and not moving to help people waiting. Attitude is horrible, won’t go back there because of the bar experience, jungle, definitely no customer service at all.

When you're eating at a restaurant it shouldn't smell like you're eating in the restroom. The whole place smelled like dirty mop water and fabuloso. Food came cold and when we asked for a replacement they just microwaved it. Lots has changed there.

How this place has gone downhill in the past years. My fried hainem chicken is always cold. Dunno know why since its fried. Seems like they are under staff. Waitresses running around cause people are complaining. Only thing good is the lunch special pricing but not worth doing sit down tho. Not coming back for a while.

I used to like eating here. The crispy chicken rice was dried. The Mango sticky rice was good but not sure why the coconut was salty.

I’ve been going here for years and it’s one of my top 3 Thai restaurants of all time.

I started off with Thai ice tea, chicken pad Thai and it was phenomenal! I also ordered their crispy hainam chicken which I used to order. I also got the fried squid, & Tom yum soup with chicken(solid flavor overall.)

I highly recommend this spot for all your Thai food needs!

This place is so good, my tummy is so full. I usually can’t eat pad Thai cause I have IBS but this place hits different!!

Family friemdly redteruant with seasonal themes very chill place . Good food and drinks .

The food is good, but….
+beware of your bill, they printed different price compared to the menu.
+they offer items that is supposed to be cheaper if you ask for a big bowl portion vs individual small bowl.
+check and recheck your bill for hidden fees and tips. They never mentioned the gratuity for a group serving of 5.
+I felt this restaurant is favoring a scam compared to a good service.
+atmosphere=very loud!

Their pad thai is my favorite! They also had good deals at happy hour on their drinks. Came here for a birthday, they had a live band performing, it was nice

The waitress didn't care, we asked for something they said yes but never came back. Not even came back for extra water. Terrible service. To add salt to the wound, the live music was painfully too loud. Instead of entertaining it did the opposite. Some tables around ours were complaining that the music was too loud !!

The live music is too loud !!! Not a family restaurant. You have to yell everytime you want to talk. Not enjoyable at all !!

One of the best Thai places in the area. Moo Yang is an absolute must, along with the Pad Kee Mao. Happy hour/drink specials here are fun too - who wants to do a flaming lambo w me??

I had a rather disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely slow, taking an hour just to place an order due to the lack of staff. To make matters worse, when the food finally arrived, there was no cutlery provided, making it quite challenging to enjoy the meal. While the food itself was decent, the overall experience was marred by the poor service and lack of attention to detail.

Food was very decent, but service is no good. Food came to our table but we had no cutlery to eat, until 30 minutes later when everything was cold. What a terrible experience would not recommend if you’re going to dine-in. What a shame

Ordered takeout, waited 40 minutes with 5 tables inside, didn't get utensils or even napkins in the bag

The food was good but not great. I think it tastes like any basic Thai restaurant and nothing special about it. Once we got our food we did not see a waiter or waitress again. No one ever came back to ask if we needed anything they were just doing their own thing. And it was super slow so idk what they were doing. This place used to be the place to go for Thai food but now it's definitely a one time thing. Never coming back.
