Ordered the green curry with chicken, medium spice. good mix of vegetables in the curry. Though I ordered the dish medium?? spicey (3), I feel it was mild plus. I asked for something to spice it up, a chili paste packet was provided. The chili paste had a good flavor, but it would have overpowered the flavor of the curry.

Staff friendly. Jazz was playing softly in the background, perfect volume.

Ate on the patio. There is landscape lighting and string lights in the trees; I imagine the atmosphere at night is delightful. Though the outdoor furniture is made of plastic, I would still consider bringing a date here.

While walking into this Thai restaurant, you are greeted by the beautifully arranged string lights as well as a large outdoor seating area. It was my first time visiting this place and I was meeting a large group of friends for a graduation dinner. The staff were extremely accommodating with our group and had a large table set up for us. I was impressed by the waitress who took our order. She had an amazing memory and was able to remember all 12 of our orders after hearing it twice. The wait wasn’t too long and the food came out quickly.

For drinks, I ordered their Bangkok breeze which had a nice topical flavor with hints of rum peeking out. Our whole table got some spring rolls to share but when they came out, they looked and tasted like egg rolls. For the main entree, I choose their chicken drunken noodles. While the noodles were cooked well, the rest of the dish was severely unseasoned, the chicken was bland and lacked any personality and the overall dish wasn’t spicy at all. While the staff had amazing customer service and the seating area was lovely, it was disappointing how bland the food was. I would definitely only come here for the aesthetically pleasing seating, the live music, and the drinks but not the food.

I went down to Benjarong Thai Cuisine this evening for dinner. I was very impressed with the attention to detail the staff has with their customer service and customer experience here. We were greeted with a smile, never had to flag a wait staff down bc they were on point with the service. The manager, Tan, she was such a great part of our experience as well. Very personable, professional, kind, and friendly. We sat outside in the patio area, and the atmosphere was dimmed lights and soft music in the background. I ordered the orange chicken and was very impressed. I definitely recommend the patio seating if you want to keep it more casual. Either way, you will enjoy this place. I will definitely be back to enjoy another meal here. Thank you, Tan and staff! You guys are great!

Excellent Thai cuisine. The food was flavorful. The prices look relatively high, but the portions are generous, so it's not that bad. The restaurant is beautiful. We visited in December and they had pretty holiday lighting. Also, the service was greatm. I highly recommend.

We arrived at the place about 11:30AM. We thought it’s already open as in their website it states there as 11:00 AM open. It was still close when we arrived, at around 11:35, saw an employee entered the restaurant,employee saw us hovering around the entrance area, did not even greet us and say hello, we atill have to asked if the resto is open already, unfortunately she just said “open@12PM”, did not even accommodate us at least say something nice like, go ahead and seat in the outside chair and wait to open. I have been going there maybe it’s our 4 or 5th come bock, still the same the employees are something rude. Food is not that so good though, ambience is nice.

Just because it’s next to esri you guys Don’t deserve the pre-decided 20% gratuity. You guys should know esri itself is a very poor quality budget firm.
Ethical training: When there are many people on the table and when a guest asks for some sauce, at least bring a couple sauce cups because those mini sauce cups are tiny.

Fabulous atmosphere!! Their Satay has yellow curry on it, and the chicken is served flat, not thick. First time I experienced that. Customer Service is excellent!!

For as high end as this place looks the food was slightly bland. Although I enjoyed the smoky flavor of the Chowmein everything else needed a lot more seasoning and spice. The service was at least OK.

I should have read the reviews prior to ordering from this place. I am so disappointed with the pad thai. It lacks flavor. And I found a hair in my Masaman Curry! Gross!!! Never again.

The best chai tea of my life. The server was very accomdating and quick with refills on other drinks. Our food came out quick and hot. Highly recommend you come for lunch and get the soup of the day with it.

A Redlands classic. We had the fried livers, crab rangoons, thai teas, and an assortment of curries. I love the Massaman Curry.

This used to be my favorite Thai food in the I.E., we’ve been patrons here for over 10 years. Family and I had dinner there for my birthday and we were all shocked at our experience. Quality of food has diminished, and the service was bad. We paid our bill and left so unhappy. We will most likely not return here again.

Had lunch with fam. We were greeted and seated quickly, we ordered lumpia and crunchy shrimp, crunchy shrimp was a nice surprise of shrimp nestled in crunchiness and tasty dipping sauce. We ordered pad Thai, orange chicken, panang, one more shrimp dish and 6 adults and 2 kids all ate til we were stuffed. Everything was fresh and delicious. We had mango sticky rice for dessert. There was left over for 2 small lunches.

It's been a couple months since I've have dinned in here, sad to say it's a downgrade from the last time. I ordered the spring rolls, Pad Thai, and orange chicken. The orange chicken sauce tasted really off, nothing like it normally taste like. Everything tasted really off and old here, especially the beef that was with that Pad Thai.

Food was prepared well and delicious. 3 out of 4 wait staff were pleasant, friendly, and interactive. Head wait person for order taking, etc. was less than enthusiastic, short, and not engaging. While it's understandable how being short-staffed can be overwhelming, most customers are sympathetic and patient when aware of this challenge. We weren't given that chance which makes a return visit less attractive.

I’ve been here before a couple of years ago and the food and service was good. Today we went with our family and the service was a little slower than usual and the food was not as good as it used to be. Skip the pad Thai it taste like burnt plastic! We paid 250$ for this dinner and to be honest we could have paid way less and have gotten better food somewhere else.

If I could give zero stars I would and the one star I do give is because the food was decent at the MOST. It was my birthday dinner and we informed them ahead and they told we needed to come before 8. We arrived at 7:50 and they informed us the kitchen closes in 10 minutes so we ordered majority of everything we wanted even though they close at 9:30 and everywhere online says that. Everything was fine besides being RUSHED the whole time. My mom brought a small 6 inch circle and we asked for 6 spoons and a knife and the waitress told us there was a cake fee? $10? To bring us spoons? She told us she would waive the fee but a switch flipped and she copped the biggest attitude. Anyways mid cake cutting she gave us the bill and rushed us to pay it . Mind you it was 8:40. They proceeded to start VACUUMING AND CLEANING LOUDLY. I understand if we came super late , but if you’re gonna close almost an hour earlier then you said then you should’ve informed us !!! Our waitress proceeded to be insanely rude. At the end she gave us the bill on a phone card reader and selected 20% HERSELF . Mind you the menu said nothing about automatic gratuity, and it was a group of 6. My whole family tips at least 15%, I myself was a server and this place gave HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE WAITRESS, AVERAGE FOOD, EXPENSIVE PRICES. Do not come here

Really like the ombiance of this place, food is delicious and wait staff super friendly. Prices are fair for the portions and wine is the going price. Can't wait to come back in warmer weather and eat outside. Really pretty with all the tiny lights.

Good food but I've had better for less $$$ right around the corner at Mu and Eastern Classic Thai.
The atmosphere is nice and if you don't mind paying premium prices it's a good local choice for Thai food.

Visiting relatives and ate here for the first time. I thought the food was great. Wonderful flavor, good portions, and it was nice enough we could eat outside. The only thing I could say was the dish I had was supposed to be spicy and it wasn't (at least to me) but the flavor was so good it really didn't matter. Would love to go again the next time I'm in town.

Benjarong is a great place for a group meal. A solid location for bookclub, and the food is always delicious! If you’re lucky, the matriarch of the place will crack jokes and it feels like “dinner with a show.”

Beware the manager. Their hours are currently in flux, understandable considering the circumstances; yet she is very aggressive and was perfectly content with sending away a 3-top. I just ordered to go, instead to the tune of $95 and her comment was it’s not worth seating us. There was about 15-20 min till she said the kitchen closed and my two friends were en route, our business is 5 min away, and informed her they were on their way. Didn’t matter. My order will take 15-20 min to come up, and the restaurant still has 3 tables (I’m typing as I wait). It’s understandable that she needs to draw a line when to end service, I guess, but it seems to be the theme under the guise of Covid. Places are short-staffed, and raising prices; decreasing service and announcing their struggles about staying open. Another 2-top just walked in and was turned away! ~$200 worth of gross sales for 30-min is not enough apparently. I really hope

This place is a local gem! We came here hungry after a long drive home and it absolutely hit the spot. Tan and crew took great care of us and gave us some great suggestions on appetizers and entrees. We started the meal with the spicy liver and shrimp appetizers. The liver was nice and crispy, but also the sauce completed it with a perfect amount of sweetness. The shrimp was also great as it had a kick of spiciness, but the crunch you got from each bite made you wanting more and more. After we were about to finish the appetizers the entrees came out and we went to town. The dishes we ordered was the phad Thai, chicken larb, phad ka-pow, and pork panang. Each had great flavor and was really fresh, but our favorite was the phad ka-pow as we had never tried this before. Overall I would make it a point to stop here on our trips back from Palm Springs or Joshua Tree.

It is our first time to eat in this place and were pretty much excited about it. Food was great, tasty and good serving size but the service was very poor.. As soon as our food arrived and served to us, our server " she's caucasian by race, slim and got blond hair" never check on us. We ordered coffee and she serve it not even hot enough, no cream nor sugar, we thought she is coming back to bring it but none. Once we saw her, we ask for it and she said well because I dont know how you wanted your coffee. We ask her to warm the coffee but still when it came back the same cold coffee we got. She even put our spoon at the table without a napkin underneath the spoon. Very unhygienic. It breaks my heart to give 15% tip for a very poor service.. I will be our first and last time eating at this place or probably i will just order take out.

Honest review: we were super excited to go since it's one of our local Thai spots. We were very dissapointed. The drunken noodles barely had any beef and veggies and the wonton soup veggies were hard and undercooked. The price point is much higher than other spots and for the quality and service-- not worth it. I hope they get it together so that we don't lose another local eatery :(

I had high expectations but it was too expensive and boring food. Unfortunately we spent $73 on bland food that is designed to be delicious to the typical Anglo senior citizen clientele. South Redlands probably sustains this place, but it was not my style. You are paying for the night time ambiance and decent service.
