Pad see ew had a very bbq smoky flavor. Nice to see it with different veggies than normal. It had mushrooms.
Papaya salad had a bit too much fish sauce. I would recommend to get the dressing on the side.
Yellow curry was great. It had taro and potato carrots.
Chicken satay was typical flavorful.

Rolls were crispy and taste was good, not sure if sauce was house made.

Grill on skewers marinated chicken in spices and Thai curry powder, served with peanut sauce and fresh tangy cucumber salad.
Chicken was tender and really liked the cucumber salad, thought the sauce was ok, unfortunately not best I've tasted.
Pad Thai - $17
Wok-fried fresh rice noodle, tofu, egg, bean sprouts, chives & crushed peanuts.
Opted to not add meat or additional tofu since it already comes with it. Liked flavor, could have used more chives/green onions and crushed peanuts, seemed a bit dry but liked it overall.
Spicy Basil - Chicken $17
Fresh chili, garlic, bell peppers and basil leaves served with fried egg and choice of steam rice, fried rice, or sticky rice.
Ground chicken stir-fried with fried rice, peppers, basil, eggplant and a fried egg. Taste was good.
Thai BBQ is worth a try, tastes differ from person to person, the staff is friendly and nice.

While reading the reviews is noted that this is the Sonoma branch of a successful SF main restaurant. I hope I get to try the SF restaurant in the future since we really enjoyed our meal in Petaluma. Visiting from our of town and we don't have good Thai food from our neck of the woods. Service was prompt and polite. The indoor area is a bit claustrophobic since customers have to walk through to order at the counter in the back. Great food, but be warned that the food is spicy. We ordered medium which is fine at many restaurants but here it meant hot so I think hot here would be volcanic but probably not atomic. Sticky rice and green papaya salad in addition to the BBQ was delicious and I got my mango with sticky rice fix! Definitely recommend.

To much money for the small portions of food

The food was bland and my online order was made incorrect. I agree with others that their pad Thai isn’t the best. Noodles all stick together and don’t have flavor.

Amazing traditional grilled thai meats. Don’t miss their grilled pork! Curries and noodles are good here too, but the standout is for sure the amazing grilled dishes

I love this place I always get the BBQ chicken with fried rice and medium or mild depending on the day. The soups ar delicious also as well as the prawn spring roll.

Vegetable pad khee mao is THE BOMB! Great spice level, the giant noodles taste homemade, and the vegetables are very fresh, varied, and perfectly cooked. Have ordered this twice now and it is killer. So aromatic and rich but not heavy. Please never change it! ❤️

Each time I order, there is over 30 min wait from the requested time of pick up. Why set a pick up time? And the samosas have been removed from the menu. Recommend if you have lots of time to wait.

It is a small restaurant, so I recommend reservation. Everything we ordered was well seasoned and tasted great. We had a very good time.

Probably the best Thai food I've ever had. The crab fried rice is wildly good. Pineapple fried rice with beef was 11/10. Super nice folks.

I was visiting from out of town so can only speak to my brief experience.
Got the pineapple fried rice to-go. Was ready quickly and still nice and warm when I got it back. The take out container is very flimsy, but the food itself is some of the best I've had. Would come back next time I'm in the area for sure!

The two of us came in for a late lunch on Sunday and were the only ones at 2pm.
Everything we ordered was delicious: papaya salad, chicken satay, and barbecue pork. Large portions, fresh, and quick.
We’ll be back when we happen to be in the area.

This is our new favorite restaurant in Petaluma. I stumbled in a week ago with a friend and have been back twice. The mixed barbecue plate is perfect for a couple or small family to share.

Oh, the combo BBQ platter! Marinated meat happiness. Subbed the cucumber salad for the side, and it was great. Expensive at $40, but a very large helping of the 3 meats, and all of them very good.

Fantastic Thai restaurant! The interior, though small, is stylish and welcoming. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, and service was fast and accurate. The food is great! We tried a wide range - Tom yum soup, crispy spring rolls, chicken satay, pad Thai and the large bbq combo. Everything was fantastic. This is our new go-to Thai in the Rohnert Park / Petaluma area.

Food was good, you get your money worth.
Had to take some home. I like the new order/QR thing, pay it first and not think about it later on. Finally, had some good Tom Yum soup. I love going to places, where the goal is to, "get your grub on!"

Good but expensive for a quick lunch.

There were about 30 flies in the restaurant that all were landing on the food at our table. We were dining in and the only guests. The staff didn’t seem to care about the flies. There was a sticky fly paper covered in many more flies.

We live in San Rafael and my sister live in Santa Rosa. The only place we always agree to go for the best Thai Food is Osha BBQ in Petaluma. We always pick the Special Large combos! The meats just melted in your mouth😊👍

I'm not exaggerating when I say this is the best Thai food I have had in the US! It's tucked away and inconspicuous, but the food is absolutely to die for. Had the large BBQ combo, pad thai, and Tom Kha and our other group had pad se ew and spicy basil. Everything was absolutely to die for. Will be a new staple moving forward!

The service was horrible!! Don’t order food to go at the this restaurant. Unless you want to be forgotten about. I ordered my food at 12:07. A bbq chicken salad. She said 15 minutes so I left. I went back around 12:20. This lady walks in after me and orders a full lunch. Her hot food comes out before mine! She’s halfway done before I get my food. They obviously didn’t even put my salad in until after she got her food. I owned a restaurant for 7 years. I know how it works. Wasted my entire lunch waiting for a salad and was late getting back to work. And the decscriptijn said spicy tamarind dressing. There wasn’t a single bit of spice.

I love this place in SF. Super excited they came to Petaluma. The food is just as good as their location in SF. Best Thai in Sonoma county.

Prices are very high, I was expecting much more. Pad Thai was dry and yellow curry not the right flavor. Crab fried rice is good but hardly any crab. I did like the crispy rolls though.

I ate too fast to take a photo but the bbq chicken with papaya salad is fantastic. This is a great and quick mini version of Osha. Fantastic service and easy to order online in advance.

I have tried many menus in this restaurant for a week. Food was great and everyone was kind. Great place. I will visit again

We live in Rohnert Park this place is in Petaluma. We tried to call to see if we could put in our order for takeout but they never answer the phone. We went anyhow got there and they said they were too busy to answer the phone and it would be 45 minutes before we could get our order. Definitely was not very happy.

Our first time ordering food from this restaurant. Ordered Pad Thai, Pineapple Rice, Yellow Curry, and Thai ribs. All the dishes looked incredibly fresh. We only ate half of the food we ordered as take out. Everything was delicious. The restaurant was immaculately clean and the staff was wonderfully pleasant, constantly smiling. We will be back to try other dishes.

I just found this place near my work. I am always happy when a new eating choice opens up.

They said they opened only two months ago, but they seem to have their act together and the operation runs smoothly.

I ate lunch outside in what I hope will be a permanent patio. None of those cheap tarps here, nice umbrella's and redwood tables.

The best part is the food, as it should be. Very nice wood serving plates and the food is unusually fresh.

I had the BBQ pork with fried rice. Really good Thai flavors. There was a cold pasta and lettuce salad that came with my entree, that also was very good.

This place is delicious!! We got the chicken pad Thai & BBQ beef, and they were both 10/10. Beef was super tender & flavorful. Great service, portion sizes & indoor & outdoors seating areas. This will definitely be a new go-to lunch spot!
