my wife has a credit card than never use for the high interest only emergencies for sure👈....one day she got a phone call from the credit card company saying that she was China or Japan I don't remember exactly the country but an Asian country, saying that she using that card like never before...buying refrigerator, TVs, Dishwashers, Sofas,Computers & and a bunch of thinks ....and she said Noooooo hell Nooooooo,please cancel that card,thanks God she pay an extra fees with credit card like protection in this cases...they tell my wife if we wanna start a sue again them for this but we said No...
I hope that this bad history help someone.
P.D.: Since that day we pay ONLY CASH and remember reclaim your recibe even they make faces when u ask them for a recibe that way they need pay taxes 👈...

They have become so cheap, I was charged almost $18 for a lot of fried rice and a few pieces of meat. Not worth the price. For 16 years this place was my favorite in every way. Now for me is not worth coming here. I really do no recommend it.

I would give 0 stars if I could! Absolutely poor customer service! I asked for a booth because I had a party of more than 4 people and was denied due to overcapacity! I looked around and saw that some booths had 2 or less people sitting . I am appalled by their seating arrangements! Masseur literally threw our plates on the table without proper and neat arrangements of utensils and plates. Slow food service, over 5 mins for each plate to arrive, in addition food was not hot at all! I felt unwanted! They’re charging a mandatory 10% service fee for dine in orders, basically tipping for HORRIBLE customer service! What a joke!

I’m disappointed. I’ve been coming here for years!!! This time I didn’t like their soup. So bummed.

Price are getting high, but worth it

After getting over the gruesome parking situation, i was promptly sat and attended to. The service here is very fast and everything we had was excellent. The seafood soup was very flavorful and light, as was the fried rice. Even the chow mein didnt make me feel overly full. The sauces complemented the food well, and the iced coffee had a unique but nice flavor. The food my friend and i ordered was enough to rat plenty and take lots home. I definitely look forward to coming back

There BEST Thai food around have been eating and enjoying this delicious food/establishment since 1987 on Vermont. Thank goodness they have added many more locations thru out the San Fernando valley!!!! Never disappoints!!!

Ocha has been a favorite for over 30 years. Chow mein chicken, pork pad Thai, seafood soup and chicken curry & bamboo shoot are my favorites. The Nordhoff location has plenty of parking. The Vermont location is very limited in parking and often have long wait lines. But the service is always friendly. Great place to bring the whole family because while the food is great the prices are also very affordable. It's true that it's probably not authentically pleasing to the Thai natives but the food is delicious 😋 in my humble but correct opinion.

I've been coming to this restaurant practically all my life. I'm 23 now and the servers already know me and my family and our usual order. They've always been kind and attentive and personable and the food is delicious. Definitely a major part of my childhood growing up and for years it was, and still is, my favorite restaurant.

I cannot say how much I love this place and the staff, even if parking is a little hectic and inflation has raised prices. In my eyes, totally worth it.

Food is always hot and tasty, the seafood soup with a side of white rice always being the favorite go-to order. Just wish they could fix the phone situation to make takeout a little easier 😜

This place is a total scam ! Now charging and automatic 10 percent service fee ! On top of an expected tip ! Not even taxes are 10 percent ! The service was horrible . This is the second try I give this place and it will be my last ! The food is ok not great . Overall all the employees are very rude !!! Would not recommend this place at all ! Your better off going to Panda Express then these people stealing your money !!!!

One of the best Ocha Thai Classic restaurants! The staff is great even with my fussy kids around. Food is delicious as always, very traditional . We live out of state and always stop here no matter what. Same menu and flavor as Ocha on Sunset. Must try seafood soup with white rice, shrimp glass noodles, thai iced tea. Everything here is delicious

Food is good ,have been coming here for a long time since the first one on 8th and Vermont .here they use to charge up front for a while but it was during the pandemic just went yesterday and they don’t charge upfront anymore . They do have a 10 % service charge I spoke to the manager and told him that as to why I was paying extra for giving them my business . I explained that I would rather live the extra 10% on tip and he waived the service fee. The restaurant has a tip pool that is shared by all the employees . I have not found a better Thai restaurant in the valley since 1980.I will continue to support them until I find a better one .

The food was alright. We’ve had better. Our fried rice tasted sweet which was disappointing.the seafood soup barely had any seafood it was more soup than anything. And they automatically charge you like 9 something just for eating there. That’s close to the price for another plate so not worth it. It doesn’t matter if there’s 2 or 10 of you.

I am giving this restaurant a one star because the waiters have an attitude towards their customers and overall lack in service. Perhaps is the fact that they charge you before you get your food which allows them to give you bad service.

This is not real Thai food, most costomers are Hispanics, and probably never have real Thai food, most of them order fried rice and hot spicy seafood soup... My food was weird, pork were super dry ...like eating a piece of wood... It's supposed to be pork with garlic...
