Finally found some amazing spicy Thai food on our road trip. I read the other reviews before going to this restaurant downtown Marysville. They were right about the quality and flavor of the food. We enjoyed a meal of medium spicy veggie pad Thai and a plate of mixed vegetables. Everything was cooked to perfection. I also had a tall glass of Thai tea. I would definitely go back to this restaurant when I pass through town again.

Delicious foods. We used to go to Siampa house in Sac for their boat noodles but it's too far ever since we moved back. Plus the new ownership makes the boat noodles not taste as good anymore. I'm glad we found this restaurant which is closer and their boat noodles is much more delicious than the one we had at Siampa originally. The chicken satay was very good too. I tried the Lao papaya salad and it's good but I've had better. I can't wait to try their other dishes. It's now me and my husband favorite go to Thai restaurant 😋

This place is great. My dad went here shortly after it opened, and was raving about it. So I’ve been excited to try it out, and it certainly didn’t disappoint. The food here is great, and at a very affordable price. Be weary on the level of spice you chose, because they don’t mess around with the heat here. The Pad Thai was great, and is one of my favorites. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a good place to eat.

I have been back lets say a few times... BUT this was the first time using the restroom! It was clean odor free. Plus it was a great shade of purple! It is rare to have a clean public restroom that doesn't make you feel like you shouldn't be there. Angel wings are to die for!!

This place is LEGIT & we are so happy we stumbled in to this mom & pop gem of a place. One of the things I miss most living in this area is good Thai food. We've tried several different places and they were all subpar until this place opened up! Their portion sizes are generous and the food is flavorful. Their Thai tea is authentic and not watered down. We went in on a Weds evening not expecting it to be busy, but there was a steady stream of people. There was 1 person in the front of the house and although they were busy, customer service was great! Go support them!

Keep in mind, this a small business-family own restaurant, so if you’re wanting a quick fix and fast customer service you might want to consider going somewhere else— like McDonald’s across the street! Lets get back to this review! The food was amazingly-superb! Even the veggie decors were a beautiful statement! Portion size were decent for the the pricing as well! I think the only suggestion I would give is a little background music because it was soo quite. Just be patience because the food was definitely worth the wait! Happy customer here!

The food tastes so fresh. The veggies were cooked perfectly. The pork was marinated and tender. Simply delicious.

Update: Don't just go there because you assume they're open during their posted business hours. Their hours are VERY INCONSISTANT. They should at least leave a message on the phone stating why they're closed and for how long. Always check Google Hours and call first. But even after all that, this is the best Thai restaurant anywhere, period. I eat a lot of Thai, in a lot of different cities. I used to look forward to stopping at Thai restaurants if I was in the Bay Area, or in Sacramento, because there are many good restaurants there. But since this place opened I just end up driving home and eating it here! If they're open that is.

So very good. Its the best dinner place I've been to in a long long time. If you only try one new place this year, go here.

Wow! The flavor of everything was amazing! Delicious Pad Thai, grilled chicken satay, amazing yellow curry, crispy egg rolls, iced Thai coffee. The Tom Kha soup is the best around. I hope this place stays open forever. We will be back!
Update: We have been back a couple times. This is the only Thai food I crave, because of this place, I crave it more.

Delicious spur of the moment stop for lunch. Food was incredible. Prices reasonable for 2024. We drive this way a lot and plan to stop again soon!

Real authentic Thai, try Yum Beef, or any Curry dish, or even the old standby Pad Thai, or #3, #17. All dishes super Fresh and Tasty, this place is REALLY good. We talked to a couple that said they drive 45 minutes every week to eat there, it's that good!

My kids love the atmosphere here and their free Asian candy! Eggplant is the best dish here!

Best thai food in yuba and and Marysville..only problem that we have is consistent business days. Few times we drove there knowing that they supposed to be open 😒 they close, close days they open ..

Used to love their food...owner/staff constantly on their phone....I recently had their vegetarian option Basil Fried Rice which had barely any veggies in it and didn't have the usual fried tofu...

The food was not bad. The restaurant itself was beautiful but it was HOT! They had ceiling fans that weren't on and I don't think their AC was working. It also took over an hour to get our food. The server didn't crack a smile once but I'm going to assume it was because it was so miserably hot.

The food was delicious, and authentic. Service was great. The historical building was tolerable, but not cool, on a triple digit day. They were trying with multiple room A/C units.

The neon lights are cool in a retrofuteristic way.

Such a hidden gem. Loved all the dishes we tried. Chicken satay was flavorful and not dry. Boat noodles were authentic and Pad Kee Mao was delicious. Dinner time was pretty busy but there was only one waitress working for the whole restaurant at the time, so service was a bit slow.

Picked up some dinner last night. First time eating here and we will definitely be back. The gal working the front was friendly and our order was ready within 20 minutes. We ordered yellow tofu curry, pineapple fried rice, Pad see eu, Pad Thai and Thai bbq chicken. Plus Thai tea to drink. Everything was delicious :)

Hmong owned Thai cuisine - that might scare you but don't let it fool you. Awesome food. Deliciously made. Ordered 3 items from their menu and I was happy with all of them. Their seafood salad (I think that's what it's called) was awesome.

Service was goid. Food is hot and yummy. Not to fancy, but the staff is friendly and accommodating. Premises are clean.

The food was great. I ordered the BBQ pork and it was very good. I really enjoyed it. I also ordered Lao style som tum and boba thai tea. I chose medium spicy for som tum. It was not medium spicy. It was spicy spicy. The Thai tea tasted great but the boba pearls were old. Service was also great.

Looking for an authentic and good Thai food - this is the place in Marysville that I highly recommend. I ate lunch at this family-owned restaurant last January 7, 2023, and was satisfied with their soup, chicken wings, and salmon dishes. It appears to have been carefully prepared and the taste was not compromised at all! The servings are decent and appropriate enough for its fair price. Mai (I assumed to be the owner's daughter) was attentive to my needs and provided an excellent customer service.

Thai style beef noodle soup is the best around! Love this place!!

Pad Thai and Thao's kitchen are essentially the same place. Very nice and spacious inside. I like cleaned restroom. This is the only spot in this area for authentic Thai food. Faimly of 4 there for lunch, got 5 plates and 2 Thai teas, about $60 and still got left over for dinner. Great prices and portions. If you love Pho, Thai Boat Noodle is a must try.

The food was good and delicious but the customer service and time waiting for the food needs a lot of work. There's only one lady who works the front desk and she is also the one who brings out the food and clears the table for the next customer as well. I'm not sure if the business is short staff each time I come in but that is what I see. We've waited more than 30 minutes for our food which all arrived separately at different times By the time we finished our first dish the second dish arrived and so on. As for customer service we never really received a "hello, how are you doing" or anything related to an feeling of hospitality. Only one large table to fit a large group so if you plan to come eat with a large group, expect to be split up into other tables. Oh, the temperature in the restaurant is always hot with two fans blowing to keep the whole place cool. The fans were not enough to keep the place cool while eating; I was sweating and felt a little discomforted while eating my food.

I recommend the food but not the experience. There are better enjoyable places to eat and feel more welcome.

Best Thai food in Marysville! The service is nice and fast. The food is always piping hot and flavor is spot on. Their Pad See Ew and Yellow Curry are excellent, and the fried tofu with house made dipping sauces is delicious! Grab a Thai iced tea with boba to cool off from the spicy entrees.

Just went again today (my second visit) and food was good, but service was extremely slow like before. There is only 1 server and seems like only 1 cook. Boat noodle is good, but on the sweeter side. The bathrooms meals like sewage but I think it's because the building is just very old. Saw 2 big and alive, but barely moving 🪳 in the women's stall so I told the worker and it was removed. Be prepared to wait if you dine in.

We have ordered the Yum beef and Pad Thai beef. The Yum Beef were tasted like a dessert, they put too much sugar in it, and the pad Thai beef tasted sugary also, horrible food. Not recommend to any of my friends and family.

The food was good and beautifully presented. I love that pretty much every meal lets you choose a protein and that tofu is an option. I'm looking forward to coming back to try more.

Tried the Green Curry, and the Tom Kha (spicy/sour soup with shrimp) and they were AMAZING! Green Curry is my all time favorite Thai dish, which I’ve tried in the Bay Area/SLO a few times, and I can say with all honesty that this was 100% better than anything I’ve ever had before.
Seriously, the broth of each dish contrasted each other, but they were each so flavorful! I ordered them both “Hot” and they were perfect, but of course you have the option to choose from mild/medium/hot/Thai hot. The restaurant setting is so so cute and cozy; perfect for intimate dates, or just a nice dinner out with the family, plus the menu is FULL of a variety of dishes/comfort food at inexpensive prices!
I was told by our waiter that they just opened up last month, which explained why we were one of the only two customers there on a Wednesday evening, but omg, I wish I could rate more than 5 stars if it helped them become more popular!

If you haven’t tried this place, TREAT YOURSELF, and go ASAP.
If you want a place where you can just feel with every bite that each dish was made with nothing but the utmost Love/Affection, it’s here.
