Just ordered 3 pad Thai with shrimp. Food looks decent. But how do you not give out utensils? Do you expect us to eat with our hands? I never been to a restaurant that has take outs but not give utensils. Terrible service from this restaurant.

I got the drunken noodles. It’s my go to whenever I do Thai. It was one of the best I’ve ever had. The serving was much larger than I’ve had at any other restaurant.

Mango sticky rice, I love trying from different places, and I can say the portion and the flavor are pretty good. Just the only thing is the rice it's need to be more sticky but over good taste.

We came here for Thai food after a comedy show because the place I wanted to take our party was closed. We were very pleasantly surprised when we walked in and karaoke was in full swing!!
The food was very good. Not the best I've had, but very delicious. The Thai tea was nice and strong, not weak like most places make it. The Thai tea was some of the best I've had.
The atmosphere was excellent!! We had a great time watching people sing, some very well, some not so good, but everyone singing was awesome!! The KJ was great. I don't know her name, but yeah she was awesome!! Even one person from our group went up to sing.
We accidentally found everything we were looking for in a Thai restaurant. We will definitely be back! It was a fun experience

Great quality authentic dishes, but service is lackluster

really bad food, the vegetables were uncooked and the chicken was very chewy. On top of that, my friend was hassled to tip at least 15% when we were ready to leave.

To start off the food was generously mediocre at best. The steamed dumplings tasted like they were microwaved and the carrots in all dishes were pretty bad. The ginger stir fry was bland and the vegetables were uncooked. The environment was alright. It got very loud due to the karaoke setup and service was honestly lacking. To top it all off, the lady who processed our bill proceeded to rudely argue that the “minimum tip” was 15% when I left a small tip. For food that’s already 15-16 dollars per item, that’s just ridiculous when it’s so bad. Would absolutely not recommend this place. They definitely do not care about customer service.

Really.. I'm writing this review because I believe it to be a health concern. Don't like writing bad reviews, but again I believe it's important that this is said. Ordered some Wonton Soup, egg rolls and some Pad See Ew.. honestly didn't have much to say about the food to begin with until I noticed little insects swimming around the Wonton Soup. Very disappointed and honestly a little disgusted I joked around with my wife and said it was forbidden protein, but no.. please don't eat it. I took some pictures of the insects with a portable microscope I have and I also took pictures without the microscope. Again! Really writing this review because I believe it is a health concern ALSO I hope that it shifts gears for them and they become more cautious about the food they're cooking and serving.

I generally don't leave negative reviews, but the food left a lot to be desired and items were missing from my to go order. The food was bland and lackluster. I've had better Thai food in much smaller cities. I'd look elsewhere.

This is, without question, the worse “Thai” food that I have EVER eaten!! I seldom write reviews on restaurants, but in this case I consider it a mandatory public service announcement. The Pad Thai had the colour of Kraft dinner, and absolutely no taste. And the “Green Curry” was watery and populated with overcooked chicken.

Unless you have had your taste buds surgically removed, I would STRONGLY avoid this slop shop! It’s a complete waste of money!! Utter garbage, which is where it is being relocated!

Went after a show at the Greek Theater on a Saturday night around 11PM. Had a pad thai and panang curry. Below average, especially for a restaurant in Los Feliz. Would not go back.

I’m not sure if i should laugh or be mad. But your “pork fried wontons” are a joke. There’s barley any pork in there literally so much breading and no pork! Honestly want a refund and I definitely won’t order from here again

The food is good but the customer service is far from being ok. I went yesterday with a group of eight and we asked politely to the waitress to pay with 4 cards, her answer it was, and I quote: “absolutely not”, and again, we were not asking to separate the bill, we were just asking to pay different amounts for each card. We try to explain to the waitress our request and her answer it was, and I quote: “We don’t do that here, you will have to figure out, and you will have to do it quick because I have people waiting”, and with that attitude my friend, that’s how you lose business. In the meantime, there was a drunk guy out of control, swearing and screaming to other customers, which is kind of normal in LA, what is not correct is for the staff to allow that behavior. Neither the waitress or the manager did something about it, and that’s unacceptable, as a business owner myself, I always make sure that everyone is having a good time. The correct way to address a situation like is to ask the customer to behave or leave, you cannot just ignore what’s going on. It was really sad when people started leaving because that guy was out of control, maybe he was a regular, but someone like that is hurting your business. If you really want more customers, new customers, you will need to have a meeting with your team about how to provide good customer service and how to address a drunk customer situation. Your business has a lot of potential, but you may have to retrain your staff.

First time I went the food was good I came back for more, I got the shrimp rolls and pad see ew. I love shrimp rolls and these are cheaper than usual and the pad see ew was tasty. I ordered again got the shrimp rolls and chow mein. Chow mein was a 1/10, lacked flavor lacked everything tbh. And the shrimp rolls were ripped it's kind of hard to eat/enjoy shrimp rolls when they are ripped. Whatever. I ordered again got the pad see ew and the shrimp rolls again. Again the shrimp rolls were ripped and even smaller than usual. And the pad see ew lacked flavor. I think consistency is important but I assume not here. I'm not gonna be coming back. I do want to say maybe it's my fault for ordering to close to closing maybe it shifted their mood.

They took my order wrong and make me wait for a long time after that they were going to make it the way a i wanted and I ask them how much longer I had to wait and they ignored me . soo I just left it was a girl with glasses very bad service I use to go with my family and sing expending my money. We are not coming back

Staff was super friendly and quick. Food was fresh but not particularly tasty... which is surprising because Thai food is based on a blend of sweet, sour, salty, spicy and fish sauce.

Decided to stop here after we came back from the greek theater.entertainment was nice. Food is not great and the servings are incredibly small for the price.ended up spending $200 to feed 7 people.

I entered the restaurant with an enthusiastic feelings and was enjoying a lot.
Suddenly there was a chaos in a table, resulting in throwing glasses and plates on each other, the door was too locked so no one was able to go out. Few were very badly injured. Finally the cops came up and we were freed.
Our whole food was messed up.
Came back home hungry.
So not a good experience for me a I was a tourist, and I got very scared.😟

I tried this place because it was late tonight and we were hungry so we bought a few entrees and apps and when the food was delivered everything looked and smelled really good until I took a bite of an egg-roll then saw a cockroach coming out of the Togo container I just opened and got the egg roll out of. Needless to say I’m never ordering from here again and I will be reporting this incident to the health department first thing in the morning.

Me and my friends came from New York yesterday and we decided to come to this restaurant for dinner(we are Thai). I would say it’s the worst service and foods I’ve ever had in US. We ordered few dishes of papaya salad. There’s a long woman hair in it! We told them and they made us a new dish. Fine! Another fresh crab papaya salad, my friend spits something looks like a long clear rope out of her mouth. We really need to tell them to come and have a look. The waitress said sorry. We really did upset with this. It’s not only the foods taste horrible but also the worst hygiene on foods. I feel sorry to say but we need them to be more careful for the next client. After we checked( We gave 20% tips), the lady that looks like manager (I’m not sure) gave a bag of papaya salad, she said sorry for what happened before. We said thank you. Then we walked to the car and about to drive out , the waitress run towards our car and said i’m sorry please give the bag of papaya salad back to us because we have it to the wrong person!! OMG!!

Interesting spot... curious to go back again when there isnt a huge birthday party, but the food seemed good, and the karaoke procedure was more casual than back in nyc, no books to pick from, you just google/youtube a karaoke track and it plays over the speakers. Wasnt a huge fan of the hot sake, it didnt taste that fresh, but maybe it was a different kind than I was used to? Either way I'd come back to try it all again.

terrible service. I work at one of the nearby hospitals and was looking for a new place which I can go to regularly for lunch. I ordered a yellow curry dish with a side of rice(which i was charged extra). The total came to 16 dollars ... As the server was ringing me up I noticed that they had a lunch special option which was $11 dollars. When I said to the server that i didnt see that there was an lunch special option she just handed me my CC receipt to me to sign and the only thing she said was some ppl want the a la carte option which is bigger and the lunch special is smaller - mind you the lunch special included rice and something else(maybe a salad or wonton). When I asked her if I could switch to the lunch special she walked away and then decided to take care of another customer- I then had to ask her again if I could switch my order as she did not respond. Ultimately I decided to just keep my original order as I could see she was not going to at least make an attempt to change my order. - IF YOU HAVE A LUNCH SPECIAL OPTION ON AN A LA CART ORDER THAT A CUSTOMER PLACES YOU SHOULD INFORM THEM THERE IS THAT OPTION. Now i feel tricked and will not go there anymore - so for an extra $5 you lost business as I like to go out to new spots with my coworkers.

I am addicted to this restaurant! I It's the best Thai food I have ever tasted. Very unique and rich in flavor. I love that there is a choice of the hotness of each plate. The mild is still very flavorful. Each level of spiciness is exactly what it says. The portions are good sizes. The soups are enough for two. The spareribs soup was awesome! The only dish I was impressed with was the duck. There didn't seem to be a lot of meat in it. Every other dish, and I can't stop trying new ones, are awesome!

They did not provide peanuts, and the meal was literally half a serving. The employee wouldn’t believe me. This is also the 4th time in a row this has happened, and the employees would only dismiss it. I’ve just had enough of this treatment. And she rudely hung up on me. Ask her. This is all truth. I stand by my review. It’s sad to lose a 20 year favorite.

Been ordering the same thing for 20 years. They’ve now messed up my order the past 4 times, and only get more mean when I call about it. They’ve become rude and the food has become poor quality. It was a fun 20 years, but I can’t recommend them anymore. They’ve become too mean, and VERY unreliable. (Oh yeah, they hung up on me tonight when I told them they got the order wrong again). Sad.

I ordered 2 salted crab and mango salads, and one order of crab ragoon. Delivery through Grubhub was horrible. What was supposed to be a 30-40 min. delivery time turned into an additional hour. When the food was delivered, it literally stunk. I grew up eating crab. This restaurant needs to put a picture of their food items. The crab amounted to the tip of a claw, the tip of a leg, and some other broken off pieces of the crab that looked like a dead insect instead of crab. Called the restaurant and needless to say, the conversation was a joke. " That was not our delivery driver." Okay, I get that. Now let's talk about the dead insect looking item in the food that is supposed to be crab. Anyway, never again.
We ended up throwing the food in the trash. I don't believe in wasting food, but I wouldn't have shared or given that to a homeless individual. An insult.

A friend of a friend decided to bring us there on a Wednesday night to continue a birthday celebration. It was just past 1:45 am, knowing they advertise their hours to 3am, we asked for one last round of beers, and maybe sing some karaoke. They refused to serve us( mind you, no one is drunk) . So after the one guy finished his song, we left. While we were outside, one of the waitress came out with a piece of wrinkled napkin, told he that I need to take it with me because we didn’t order!! What kind of hospitality was that? If u refuse service, we have all the rights to go elsewhere. And for just one piece of napkin? The table was perfect clean with just a piece of napkin?!? She had to toss it out?! This place is TRASH!

I can't recommend this place enough. I grew up in Asia, and this place is one of the best, and most definitely my favorite Thai spot in LA. Their fried rice is to die for, their curries are spicy like curries should be (and rich in flavor), and all their noodles are equally as amazing. If you're looking for outstanding Thai food, you've found the right place.

After telling the server that i would like to order mild... Not spicy.. Very mild Tom Yum Noodles.. She brings me out a very spicy order. I asked them if they could switch out for a Pad Thai and I will pay for the extra difference. And the manager said no. I cannot switch for another order. She never gave me the reason why. I told her i cannot eat this, the order was completely way too spicy.

I don't understand why they couldn't switch out my order. This is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. One of the servers tried to argue with me and did not understand customer service. The language barrier is probably another problem too.

But it was very loud due to karaoke so that's another reason why.
I have been to a lot of Thai restaurants and when I ask for Mild.. It comes out Mild. NOT SUPER SPICY. The manager tried to tell me they are "authentic style." Well aren't most Thai Restaurants authentic? If you have a different Spicy Level.. YOU NEED TO TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT! ESPECIALLY when I brought up the fact that I want it very mild. That's a clue when you should warn your customers about your spicy level if you were going to defend your business about you being "authentic and having your own spicy levels."

So now they are making me pay for something I DID NOT EAT.

WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS IS THIS? My friends ate their food and paid. If you have one customer asking for another dish and willing to pay extra, why is the manager refusing this?? I cannot eat this dish. The flavor tastes VERY PLAIN like water and lemon and just So SPICY!! I am so frustrated about this problem.

Love this place. Very cozy, yet not to small, can accommodate parties of 20. If you like Thai food, karaoke, and a friendly atmosphere, then you might wanna check out Pattaya Bay.

A good location, just off Hollywood on Vermont, with a free parking lot in front. Staff was friendly and smiling and the food came out quickly. You can skip the Pattaya dumplings, but get the green curry (and pay the $2 for rice). Your mouth will thank you. Just under $40 for app and two entrees, for the area, makes this a $$. Would be back for more.
