Chapter Two California Kitchen offers you a new twist in Thai cuisine as we fuse some American, Japanese and Mexican culture into our dishes.
This place is awesome! We walked in at the dinner rush and were seated immediately. Our waitress was so friendly and helpful and took the time to help me select a good vegetarian dish. All of the food we had was outstanding and a little unusual including blue rice and banana blossom soup. Even the kids liked it. We will definitely be back!
So my sister came down from SF and we saw this restaurant and we took a chance. We came for brunch, and our experience here was great, our experience was so great, that we made dinner reservations for the rest of our family. Amazing food with amazing staff! Highly recommend.
Came in today with very limited time for lunch. We were seated and served very quickly, and the food was superb. Tried an off-menu steak curry with green peppercorns which was fantastic and had a kick. Also tried the fried Hawaiian fish which was to DIE FOR. So flavorful, light, crispy, with delicious sauce and fruit. Also tried the drunken noodles which held up great (not the best I’ve had in the IE, but fantastic nonetheless).
Portions are great, prices are great, and the employees are incredibly nice and helpful. Only shame is it’s by the road, but the decor and plants more than make up for it. Wonderful place to take someone on a date or have a fun brunch out. Instant favorite restaurant in Loma Linda, and I’ve tried nearly everything worth trying.
Best Thai food in Southern California! Ordered the Spicy wings and Papaya salad for appetizers. Ordered the Yellow curry and Pineapple fried rice for our meal.
The food is always amazing! Worth the wait and the drive.
The restaurant is small, but welcoming. The restaurant has special hours so make sure to check the schedule.
Good food. Good Friends and Good times.
Small but excellent food. Service was good also
Excellent food with excellent service.
First impressions the food was very good, better than other place nearby it. That’s why if we craving Thai food this place always come on our mind. However the taste change recently, yet it’s not that bad it’s still okay. I will still come here again in the future. The service is very good too.
Amazing food! So authentic and the restaurant itself is adorable, like a time warp into a world where neighbors meetup for tasty food and conversation. Love this place !
Overpriced for mediocre food. Had the pad thai and it was just meh
Underrated place. They not only serve fusion food, they also do authentic Thai food very well. The food is cheap for portion they give you, it has both quality and quantity. It has the best “Cha Thai” for $6 that looks like it would cost $15, very well decorated. Their blue rice and noodles is infused with butterfly pea flower so it’s not chemical food coloring, it was very unique. I had the “Kra Pow” with roasted pork which was delicious and their “pang ji” was amazing. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, this place doesn’t look all that great but I promise you, the food and drinks they give out looks luxurious with the plating and decoration.
If you got the coconut matcha latte, i recommend telling them to make it sweet, it won’t come with any sugar.
Amazing food and service.
I don’t leave reviews very often but just had one of the best meals ever here! Prompt service, cozy vibes, and the food… oh my goodness. Absolutely delicious and the presentation was unreal. I can’t believe there isn’t a line out the door! Can’t wait to come back. (We got jasmine tea, peach tea soda, the papaya salad, slammer chicken, khao soi, & Chinese broccoli with pork belly. Can recommend every single thing we had! All fantastic.)
Food is unique and always very fresh. One of my favorites
The food was absolutely delicious. The best green curry with eggplant and zuccini I have ever had. Service was great too!

Absolutely delicious and fragrant dishes! If you're in the area you must try!
Every dish I have tried here is amazing. The flavor is amazing, the plating is beautiful, and the atmosphere is so homey. I am working my way through the menu and have yet to find a dish that isn’t absolutely delicious. The staff is also so delightful, I am always received with a smile. I love this place and will keep coming back!
My first time to Chapter Two. A knowledgeable friend did the ordering. The food started coming. And coming. It was all delicious. Lexi, the owner, was charming and helpful. It was a fabulous experience!
The food is so good and the presentation is amazing. The portions are huge and very affordable. I will be going back!
Small place with big flavor! Amazing!
That meal was so good, I felt like I just got laid.
The food is nothing short of the best, the service is fantastic, they explain what everything is and they are overall kind people. Very cute place, would recommend to anyone.
Great food 🍲
Great service

I loved the food... One of the Best restaurants I have been to in a very long time... The building needed some work, but everything else made up for it... The service was Great... The food was Great... The price was Right on... We will definitely refer and return... Awesome Job... 🤠
An essential, unassuming, low key eatery that serves spectacular food and beverages. Wonderful flavors in every sip, or bite. Well worth a stop for a meal. Great thought is put into presentation, and you feel a slight pang of guilt as you consume. It's a treat all around. Thank you for having us!
This place is genuinely delicious, everything is so fresh. Every meal is made with care and precision. Wonderful place for those that love Thai as well as a beautiful presentation. I highly recommend their drinks such as the lychee rose tea or the Chai Thai. Servers and chef are very welcoming and kind. Every time we come the chef comes to talk to each table to ensure the meal is delicious! This place is definitely worth checking out.
best thai food in town .
This is my go to Thai food near work. The food is fresh, it tastes good, and reasonably priced. The staff is helpful and nice. They've got outdoor seating if you like that. Give them a try.

Lunch. Hawaiian Fish. Battered tasty fried fish in an orange-pineapple sauce with green onions, yellow, orange, and green bell peppers, pineapple, carrots, and thinly sliced radishes with a side of blue rice. Wow! Delicious. As an appetizer I ordered the Tofu. My first time trying it here and I must say it was fantastic. If you are around here, please check it out. This place does not disappoint.

Lunch. Chicken Catsu plate. Japanese inspired, the chef made it on a whim and asked me to try it out. It was like fried chicken, moist and the crust was crunchy. Served with blue rice and veggies (broccoli, squash, and eggplant steamed) accompanied with a bowl of Green curry. The curry was delicious. Slighty sweet, slightly spicy. The perfect amount of heat. Absolutely wonderful. The presentation is picturesque and you can tell there is thought that goes into every dish. I really like this spot. My mission, to try every dish on the menu once. Great lunch today.
This is the best restaurent in the IE and would hold a candle to any restaurent. It specialized in Thai fusion. The food is fresh, flavorful, and artfully presented. Everything is made with love and that comes through in the flavor and presentation. It is in an unexpected and overlooked location, but those who find it will fall in love and return over and over! I am vegan and the chef specialized in vegan food. (Though there are lots of non-vegan options as well.) Find them on Instagram @chaptertwothai
This Thai restaurant is an absolute gem! Their flavors are truly special and unlike anything I've tried before. As someone who loves to explore different cuisines, this place left a lasting impression. I love the experience and the chef is so friendly.
For the longest time I didn’t know that this is actually a Thai food restaurant, it’s very minimalist from outside but the ambiance is very family oriented style, they can accommodate your vegan preference and their food is not only delicious they’re also super affordable! Their tofu is good and their fried rice is great! Hope to come back soon! The only thing that I’m not so thrilled about is their parking..
We were looking for a Thai place to eat and this was the first to show in search. Though slightly hidden, it was an absolute gem with a quiet and intimate atmosphere. The price of the food was nowhere near expensive, yet the presentation and the flavor of the food warranted a larger impact on the wallet. Everything is from scratch. I highly reccomend their peach tea soda paired with the chicken slammer to start, the porkbelly for the entree (if vegan or vegetarian a tofu curry), and to end a fresh banana crepe.
It was the best vegetarian food I ever had. It tasted like I'm eating meat, but everything in it is just vegetables and tofu. The spicy eggplant is so good that I already ate halfway through and forgot to take a picture because that's how good it is. Also, chicken slammer is excellent 👌 For the price is reasonable, and you'll crave more. The portion is small ($24+tax) but highly fresh and delicious.
Friendly service is a plus+
They bought this restaurant from previous owner several years ago and let me tell you this place is amazing!!!!!!!!!!! On point!!!!!! Hands down the best Thai food in all Inland Empire and authentic. Owners are Thai and visit homeland often for inspiration of new recipes! I eat here 3-4x a week!
I’ve had about half the menu since being here and everything HITS. 10000 stars. Come give this place your money, they deserve it.
Very good food, more reasonably priced than you would expect
I love going to chapter two. The mgr. Is really nice. The servers name was tim. She was so polite and our food was so good nice and hot just like always. The food was hot. And I suggest getting pad-thai. Spicy. So good and art really makes it good. We like coming back here.
I ordered via phone after finding their current menu online.
The price of the food is the lowest I have seen in both San Bernardino and Los Angeles County! Most of their prices are below $15 per item, and the portion is enough for 1-2 people.
I ordered 3 items for dinner and it was ready in 20 minutes. That was quick for dinner time!
Parking is limited, but I didn't have any issue when I came in the evening to pick up the food.
Their hours (per Google):
Monday - Friday: 10:30 AM–2:30 PM, 4:30–8 PM
Saturday - Sunday: closed
The location is within 1 mile from Sam's Club and Costco.
I definitely recommend this place for to-go/take-out Thai food!
My favorite place to eat in SBD. Green curry fried rice with shrimp and the Thai omelette without chicken are amazing.
Great food and price 👍👍👍
Very good food and friendly service
Outside of business looks absolutely run down and very dirty. Sign on the door says dining room closed to go orders only with the appearance of the building I won't risk getting sick from this food. Save yourself the drive and time and find something else.
I just love chapter two Loma Linda. The manager art their is so nice. My food is always cooked fresh and hot. The portions are huge at such little price. I ordered chicken slammers. So so good. I would recommend everyone come here.i will certainly be back for more.
Man's is rude
Will definitely be back! The place is small and seems like a family run business. I have a few thai places I like to go to and this one has better prices, better tasting food, better service, and bigger portions. I will definitely be back. It was my first time here and the lady helping us was so nice.
This was pretty good Thi food, really cheap in price, so if you're looking for decent Thi for cheap this is a good spot.
Small place. Seems very authentic. Very good food. Reasonable prices. Plenty of food. You won't go away hungry.
I ordered Tom kha.(coconut soup) Super thin consistency, also tasted so sweet. And unlike any other place I've been too. And I ordered yellow curry, also super thin and watery. And super sweet. And my salad was out in the same bag so It was watery and soggy too. Honestly, if you're looking for authentic food, try any other spot. Oh I also forgot, I got Thai tea and green tea, bother were heavily watered down tea, filled with the half and half and the Thai tea was salty. Like y'all got everything backwards.
Saw cockroaches. Reported them. Please do something about this 🙏
My husband and I have eaten at many Thai restaurants. This "hole in the wall" Thai restaurant is a gem! We stopped here on a trip as we were staying close by and decided to give it a try as we love Thai.
First of all, you feast with your eyes before you eat and they did this superbly with presentation and colors. The flavors matched the eye candy.
The salad that came before was unexpected and the dressing was really good!
This is in our top 3 places for Thai curry, which is what we both had. They served the curry in a beautiful china looking bowl and it just added to the array of colorful vegetables that went so well with the curry flavors. I had pineapple shrimp and the shrimp were large and had as many as a more expensive restaurants. My husband had a combination of protein and they had everything in it. He loved it! We usually like more coconut milk in our curry, but the flavors were so good, we didn't miss it, at all.
We had the mango sticky rice for dessert and it was the most colorful I've had. Purple rice, from a mix of black and white, with chopped mango and strawberry with the yummy sauce. It was excellent!
Oh, and the price?! It's a steal for the amazing flavor and quality of food. The owners were very friendly and we were glad to find this place. Go support them! You won't be sorry!!
(We didn't take our phones in, or we would've taken photos)
A-mazing little place! My first time here and will be coming back. Veggie egg roll was so delicious- not your typical rolls. Drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice rocks! And the mango sticky rice exceeded my expectations- blueberries and strawberries were in there too! Beautifully presented. I hope they expand their menu of choices, especially for vegetarians.
I love this little place, they have delicious Asian fusion food. Friendly staff and my wife swears they have the best tasting drunken noodles she has ever had.
One of the best places I've eaten at, would definitely recommend if you're in the area. Great food, great service and great prices.
I really enjoyed dinner here. I had a great experience the staff was super nice, and the food was delicious.....don't be fooled by the building. This place is a great little place if you can appreciate a small hole in the wall spot.
Freshly made and delicious.
I came in and inquired about the Tom Yum soup and the women gave me so much attitude and raised her voice for just asking about how big the one size they had. I do not understand why I can not ask simple questions about the food im eating. So, I just left, I am not gonna spend my money at an establishment that has no respect and raising their voice when I am asking a simple question!
A little hole in the wall but very clean friendly and pad tai was the best. The vegetable with tofu was very good as well, did great job with tofu.Cant wait to go back and try spicy eggplant.
Prices were very reasonable.
Great service, food was delicious and hot. Place is clean “A” grade, prices very reasonable. I just discovered the place and have been there twice this week.
Food was served hot and fresh. Good to know that they are open and having an outside dining was a plus.
Very delicious food served hot & freshly made, fast service done very well, & always a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this place and will continue to go back.
awesome food great prices
Great pad thai and pad see ew! Great prices too.
Great food. Friendly staff and the price is really great.
Some of the best and fresh thai food that I’ve had. Great service!
Healthy and good
I couldn't resist trying this place out with such a unique and imaginative menu. The space is small and a little rough around the edges, but cozy and decorated pleasantly. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the kapow burrito and teriyaki quesadilla, going for a full fusion experience, and both were flavorful and fresh. The burrito was heavier on the cilantro than I'd like, but that's personal taste. They can make most items on the menu vegetarian. It's cash only, but there's an ATM inside. I'll return to try their noodle dishes next time.
This place reminds me of Hawaii! It's a cozy little restaurant with straightforward but delicious menu options. The palm trees outside, homey decor, wooden furniture, and simplicity of all the elements combined transported me back to the island life. We ordered the thai omelette and salmon. Both dishes came paired with just the right sauce/food combination. This place is cash only but there's an ATM inside for withdrawals.
Outstanding balance of flavor!
Love this place
Was one of the most disgusting thai restaurants I've been to. Over seasoned salad? How! Curry was not creamy or savoury. Affordable, but unbearable.
Excellent food, just a little spicy
Best Thai food ever
Local Mom&Pop restaurant in the Double L aka Loma Linda haha Banging out Fusion&Traditional Thai flavors!!! MUST Try:Veggie Curry Puff & Green Curry Fried Rice!!Your very welcome😏
Great food for the price! I was impressed that they had big chunks of freshly cooked eggplant and other vegetables in the curry. It was really good. The curry sauce was thinner than expected, but it had great flavor and was perfect when put on the rice. Service was very friendly and helpful. Would go back!
Very friendly staff serving a unique twist on thai foods. Delicious!
I'm Taikas daughter and I like this place alot. My dad says that it has really cheap prices for Thai food. Ranging from 6 to 8$ only. They have really good 👍😊 Pad Thai
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
And another round of applause for Chapter two!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏🙌🙌👏👏👏👏👏👏
Great food. Good customer service and fast at preparing your order. The veggies and ingredients taste fresh and their menu has good selection of different dishes. The only personal reservation I had was that they only take cash. There is an ATM machine inside the restaurant people can use.
Very affordable, owner is always present to personable as well. Makes a particularly delicious sticky rice!
This is a gem of a Thai place. My wife and I came here and ordered the pad see ew and pad thai. Both were reasonably priced and large! We had a good amount of leftovers. Everything tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and service was quick. I will be back with friends for sure.
OMG... SO EXCELLENT FOOD. GREAT EMPLOYEES. PLEASANT AND CALM.
Asian fusion place - has some nice food choices. Lunch options and pricing are also good.
Seating is very limited. Cooking time was quick and the food tasted good.
Chicken Katsudon was lit
The taste of pan fried noodle yummy
Chill atmosphere.... good service
Amazing and friendly service, cheap prices, and the taste was so amazing and comforting. Each bite we took we found ourselves saying "mmmmm" out loud. No joke.
Great tasting adventure.
You must must have the spicy wings . Very very good. This place is always busy. My 3 favorites are the wings. potstickers and spicy salad. They are very very nice. I appreciate the extra love they give me since I am their maillady and don't get much time for lunch. ❤❤❤
I like their menu but they’re not that flexible with time . They close certain time you gotta know when to come here.
Excellent! Fresh! Can't be better!!!!
Food was great but service was horrible with 2 of us finishing our meal before the other 2 in our group received food. And, one of those dishes wad incorrect and had to be remade. Cashier didn't even know how to process Card with chip.... And, they closed early and server stated it was because they ran out of food.
Love this place! The food is excellent and the servers are fast and courteous. Try the katsudon!
Great cooking methods maaan!
Excellent condition and service. The food is Delicious and the condition of the restaurant is a 10. The owner is a strong Christian with a faithful sister as a sweet owner. Take a Date- family or single person. Hospitality will keep you dinning there for eternity. Trust and Believe.
So good!
Love their food!!! Those puff tacos are so delicious, I strongly recommend this place!
First time there. Everything was excellent.
So good. Fast and friendly. Delicious Thai. The chik slammers appetizer with fried rice was the perfect combo, $14 total. Tiny place so avoid the lunch rush or plan for take out.
Just good Thai food but with bigger flavors than other Thai restaurants. A great go-to place for a quick bite.
If I could choose one word to describe the food here it would be FRESH. Highest quality food in Loma Linda for the price, no doubt.
This is a small hole in the wall place off of a main street. It's very quaint and quiet here and the atmosphere in here is underwhelming, but what I saw was a family restaurant that started a new chapter of their lives making food that they loved. The food here is amazing. Their pad see ewe hit the nail on the head and the chicken curry puffs were delicious, all at a pretty low price. The owner was very friendly and was always ready to help. Definitely coming back here again.
Good food and inexpensive. Pineapple fried rice. Chicken slammers . Wonder why they are not open whole day.
Good quality food. The seating is very minimal though.
Excellent panang
Great food! Loved everything that I have tried
Small
yummy food & nice service
If you like thai food, gotta try this place...
So delicious! I got the burrito, and shared it. Very yummy curry too!
The best Thai food so far around loma Linda and Redlands ca area. Highly recommended.
Great food, great price.
Good food quality service cute atmosphere!!
Very cute place, extremely affordable, and the food is super good.
This unassuming little gem is open for dinner as well as lunch. Really good pineapple fried rice with moist chicken, one of the best I've had. Add the egg. Pot stickers and chicken slammers were a great price and on point. Drunken noodles had great flavor, regular spice was a bit too spicy for me but perfect for my spicy Thai husband. Also had the chicken katsudon and it was also cooked perfectly. Restaurant is small but you can order to go, very friendly staff who were hospitable. We ended up taking good home because we ordered so much. Must try this new restaurant!
