Pretty solid experience overall. Food was very good and tasted awesome! The service was quick and we didn't have to wait long to have our order taken and to receive our food. Ambience of the place is super chill and mellow and all the decor was dope. On the flip side though I had to ask 5 times to get my water but all our other drinks came out very quickly so I'm not really sure what was up with that. Another star docked for the water too because I never received a refill but other than that, I really enjoyed my experience here and will be coming again.

My server was amazing and had to smile on her face the whole time. And the music wasn’t overpowering and was super calming. I got the millennial roll and the mango Boba milk tea. The price was also exactly what I was expecting. (Just over 20$ for both plus tip)

The food here is so good. The veggies tasted very fresh and delicious.. Their sushi rolls were amazing.. we got the hot Cheetos roll and omg roll. And sweet and sour chicken plate was delicious... The service was fast.. I highly recommend this place if you are sushi lover..

Despite being the only customers, I had to ask to be served water and come take my order. The food was just okay, the curry lacked flavor. The bill took too long to come because the server seemingly forgot about us. The other guy working would not get the bill for us despite my asking. I needed to leave due to needing to get my antsy toddler, but had to wait too long.

Drove by seeing they had thai food AND sushi, definitely had to come in and try, and satisfied fully and delisiously. Inside is cute with the decorations that look Asian style and was a calm atmosphere. Ordered the Tom yum hot sour soup: very savory and good mix of ingredients, great taste, perfect when we asked for Chilli tray as well. Wife got the bento box with sushi, salmon sashimi: salad was sweet and fresh, miso soup was industry standard, and sashimi tasted delicious and very soft and tasty melted in mouth and love the bed of extra vegetable of cabbage and carrots underneath. Pad Thai was so good, perfect profile taste for pad Thai, very flavorful. Thai coffee was really good, strong, milky, mixed very well. All of the food was 63.18 plus tip, very reasonable, and the fact we were able to get the sushi and Thai food, Japanese Thai combination nakes it all the more awesome. Final verdict: highly recommend, can't wait to come back again, both very delicious, and recommending to others. God Bless.

We were really liking this place until the owner left for an extended time. We had a bad meal during that time and have not been back. Everyone has an off night and we will try again.
Edit: We have tried a couple other times times and it was no better. The owner we originally met has not returned. I think it was sold. Sushi is okay here, but the Thai food is not.

Tom Yum was delicious with my Sapporo in the chilled glass. Very nice.

It's overpriced and understaffed. We waited a long time to order and pay. The food is expensive with smaller portions. The actual price is higher than the price in the menu and they charged me more than the amount I wrote on the receipt! I won't go there again.

Very delicious food! The thai iced coffee was incredible too. Service was wonderful and the atmosphere was great. We will certainly return!

I always get take out, very yummy every time. It's the right temperature and any special requests I've made have always been accommodated

Very disappointed in them. The banner said $10.95 for Sweet Jazz sushi on the front door while on the book, it shows like $5-6 more. The server said their price rose 2 months earlier. I told him that the banner needs to be edited. His cover-up story was that he did report about it. 2 MONTHS!!! I don't put up with this BS, so I left.

the food was delicious one of my favorite places to eat Thai food, a family-owned business, I don't think a lot of people know about this place because with the delicious food and large servings put in front of you this place should be packed.
If you don't like spicy food they will turn the heat off. My wife likes the Bento box which is not spicy. however very delicious.

Yellow curry with chicken lunch special was perfectly filling and delicious.
Seated right away and given the menu to look over. Wasn’t busy for service on a Tuesday so it was perfect.
Food came out quick and hot. Definitely recommend.

I am so happy we tried this place! All the staff were so friendly and we were addressed immediately upon walking in at 5pm and it only took about 15 minutes from being seated to have all our food served. We got three different sushi rolls and soup:
Hot Cheeto Roll (teenaged daughter loved it. Not too spicy)
Dang Jane Roll (the freshest avocado and the best tempura shrimp I've EVER had in a sushi roll! Lots of yummy sauce on the plate and a mountain of crab piled on top. This is the roll I would recommend for EVERYBODY to try)
Oli's Roll (scallops were so creamy and delicious. This one has a sesame and lemon-y fresh flavor)
Tom Yum Goong Soup (this soup had the best balance of herby spice and citrus)

I am so full from finishing all that great food but I already can't wait to go back! We all looked at the menu and picked out what we're going to try next time before we left.

Millennium Roll deep fried spicy tuna, crab sushi roll🍣 topped with avocado 🥑 🤤💚 and accompanied with a Thai Tea boba drink🧋😋 So delicious definitely recommend it.

Sometimes you can tell the food us going to be good just by the energy the staff is putting out. The kitchen is visible. They take making food seriously. I have never had anything bad from here. The Kill Bill and Millenial Rolls were amazing!

The food here is so good. I love green curry and this was the best green curry I have ever had. Everything else was amazing too. The staff is very kind and helpful. Dixon is lucky to have such amazing and authentic Thai food.

Delightful experience! Very neat atmosphere, food was very good, better than many of the other Thai places in the area that I have tried. Extensive bar and food menu.

I only got an iced drink from there because of the heat but it was an excellent ice cream and the service was excellent very friendly quick. Overall a great experience highly recommended.

This place has the best pad thai! I spent a month in Thailand and this restaurant has come the closest to replicating street pad thai. They also have lots of yummy appetizers. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to any menu requests. The service is also very quick! Definitely would recommend!

Pretty good food, friendly staff, and quick service. Actually pleasantly suprising due little ol Dixon.

They have messed up my orders twice and didn’t even try to compensate or try to apologize about it. They made the food poorly and it didn’t even have flavor to it either. They usually do a good job but have been slacking lately, it’s just very disappointing and they have definitely lost a customer. And their customer service definitely needs work, a lot of the toppings that go on the food wasn’t even there. It’s just poor service in general and multiple times now.

Visited a few months ago and never got around to writing a review. Service was extremely slow and we were the only patrons when they opened for dinner on a Saturday. Food was delicious, but both mine and my husband's plates had hair in them. We waited 15 minutes for the check after we asked for it. Too bad, it tasted really great before the dread of hair in food set in.

Actually I lived in Bangkok for about a year and only been back to the states or three months found this little gem of a place and they had my favorite time of year food was excellent and tasted Just Like Home everybody should go there

Good food, excellent service, drunken noodles just what they should be. The place is cute and clean.They also had bubble teas and good sushi. The restaurant that shall remain unnamed nearby had sushi literally falling apart, this was nice and firm and fresh.

Having lived and taught in Thailand for a year, I’m pretty picky about Thai food and this place gets 5 stars. From the curries to the cashew chicken, the pad see ew to the som tam, everything is so so good! 100% recommend to all who enjoy excellent Thai!

This location has seen many restaurants come and go, but this is the nicest it has ever been. Great food and selection, great service, beautiful decor and atmosphere, and so glad they have a local beer selection. Glad to make this place a new part of my eating-out-rotation!

Great place to eat. Atmosphere is pleasant and staff is friendly. The sushi is great and fish is fresh. The thai food is authentic and delicious. We don't get to eat out much having three kids but this is our choice spot. Great to bring kids too.

Loved it . The Thai side of the menu was an adventure , one I'm glad we took . The soups are fantastic . We've been back for sushi several times , tip top . The tiger roll is my fav .

Really good food..

Thai food is serviceable, but the sushi is horrendous. They recently replaced their sushi chef and the quality of their fish immediately dropped by an appalling amount. Rolls have excessive rice, small amounts of fish, and the fish that is there tastes very old. When I called to inform them of this, they did not offer me a refund of any kind. I will never eat here again.

Horrible customer service. Food was mediocre. Sushi chef at the bar spent more time conversing with friends then worring about the 2 tables they had waiting. Took 45-50min to get food after waiting 20-30 min just to place order

The entrance is a little hard to see if you are not looking for it. Once inside the decor is a pleasant surprise and i was greeted by a nice waitress. The food portions were good and the food will have me coming back.

This is our current favorite Thai restaurant in the area - it beats any of the places in Davis. The prices are reasonable and the food is well presented and YUMMY.

One may be wary about a restaurant serving two styles of food (in this case Thai and Sushi) and rightfully so BUT at Bangkok Garden I've found that both types of cuisine are Superior to many places that specialize in only one or the other. The service is friendly and accommodating and the atmosphere clean, cool, with varied seating types to Foster different dining experiences. Definitely worth a try!!!

Good food at a good price. If you're familiar with Sohpia's Thai Food and Bar in Davis, you'll feel right at home here (and with a few extra bucks in your pocket!). The red curry, Pad Thai, sushi pizza ($6 of fried ricey goodness, worth a try), and Thai iced tea tasted as authentic as I've had. Definitely a good addition to the restaurant scene in Dixon!
