We finally decided to try this “new” Thai place. We had a very bad experience with the former Thai restaurant at this location. This time, we were pleased with its food and service. It’s probably one of the best Thai places here in Chino Hills. The beef was tender and the noodles were proper. It also listens well when we asked not to add any peanuts to our dishes due to an allergy. They indeed forgone on the peanuts. Everything was decent with one small note: mango sticky rice needs more mango!

My mom found this place and brought some food home like last week. The food was so good and flavorful!
So today I stopped in with my sister and we got some lunch specials and the lady upfront was so sweet and kind. We got the sugarcane drink and fried ice cream for as a treat and this spot didn't disappoint at all.
The environment had such a cozy feel and I can't wait to come back.

I recently ordered food from this Phra Nakhon Thai Bistro restaurant and, unfortunately, the spice level was much higher than I expected. I called to ask if they could make it less spicy, but was told that there would be an additional charge for this request. I find this very disappointing and unfair. It should be standard practice to accommodate customers' preferences without extra fees, especially for something as simple as adjusting the spice level. I won't be ordering from here again unless this policy changes.

This is my favorite Thai restaurant in Chino Hills. Authentic tasting food. Papaya salad and Thai Sausage are my go to menu items. Kids like the place too so that’s a win.

This is my favorite Thai place not only because it is very close to my house but in my opinion all of their food is the best I've had of what I've tried. Shrimp Pad see ew, barbecue chicken, the curry, and the fried rice. All excellent with fantastic ingredients being used. Highly recommend

Got kind of raw chicken sticks! sent it back, and wanted to cancel but they didn't . My total was $53,66 they are charging $66.00 and I have copy of reServer was nice but not the cook girl 😞

I’ve been on the hunt for good pad Thai in the IE for a while now. I used to have to drive all the to LA to find some until I found this place. Best pad Thai in the inland empire.

So far this is the go to place for me if I wanted Thai food around chino, chino hills area. Overall, food tastes are better than others in vicinity and prices are very reasonable. The plus side is that it's easy to get to. A quick hop on or off 71fwy.

I only put one star because the chicken satay was not cooked properly we sent it back and it seems they were not happy about that, our bill was $52 for two, I tipped $10 in cash and they altered the receipt and added $13 more

Probably some of best thai food ive had, they make you wanna order the next day, foood is so good !

Had one of the lunch specials (Thai Hot Basil
Spicy Level Zero, Chicken). Came with soup and a side of rice with a small egg roll. Very good.

I ordered the Yellow Curry & Vegetable Tom Kha soup. The Yellow Curry was DELICIOUS. I look forward to future dishes!

I’ve always had a great experience here. My husband and I live in Chino Hills and have been coming here for the past 2 years. It’s our favorite place here and we’ve gone more than 30 times hands down. The food is always great, sometimes at night- closer to closing- the food tastes different but is still good. We haven’t dined in since the rebrand but have ordered to-go a lot! Love love the food

THIS PLACE IS VERY SKETCHY !! THE OWENER WILL TRY TO SNEAK IN A HIGH TIP INTO YOUR BILL WITHOUT YOU KNOWING

after receiving the worst type of service & not receiving our drinks & half of our food until the end of our meal, when asked for the check at first they tried to charge us for rice that we cancelled because it was never brought to us during our meal, the server said she did not know how to cancel the order for the rice so she needed to contact her boss (mind you she had just removed the sea bass off the check so removing the rice shouldn’t have been a problem) the owner gave us a new check that was higher than the original amount?? I was so confused so when I asked the owner she said the tip was mandatory, I’m all about tipping and I was going to tip the server anyways but for the owner to chose their own tip and the HIGHEST tip amount at that?? So after a few times of explaining myself to the owner as to why I should tip the amount I want to tip, the owner told us to “never come back”. Which was very weird to me because weren’t you guys the one trying to sneak in a tip on my bill without even telling me??……. On top of the horrible service we had because prior they didn’t want to turn their AC on, didn’t give us all of the food we ordered, and gave us our beverages towards the end of our meal…. And mind you we were the only ones in the restaurant until we asked for the check so it was not busy at all during the whole hour and a half we were there ……

The owner just seems very money hungry and doesn’t seem to care about customer service. I’m all about tipping but that’s if the service was up to par

WARNING!!! DO NOT EAT HERE !!!

THEY WILL SNEAK IN THE HIGEST SUGGESTED TIP ON YOUT BILL WITHOUT DISCLOSING IT WITH CUSTOMERS FIRST......

First we walk in at 6pm and it was hot. We asked to turn on the AC server declined and then we asked if we can open the door and she declined that as well. We received our food first and 20 mins during our meal we still have not received our waters when asked server 3 times. After we received our waters, halfway through our dinner we still haven't received our 2 bobas and 2 sodas on top of not receiving the rest of our food which was the sea bass, white rice and Tom yum soup. We already finished our food, still waiting on the sea bass and white rice so we told the server to cancel the sea bass and white rice since we were already finished with the rest of our food and we were full. When asked for the check server was hesitant, we did not receive it until 30 mins after, during their 30 mins the server was answering every single phone call and packing food.

At first, we were being as patient as possible given the fact she was the only server at the moment. When we received our check we noticed she did not remove the white rice we cancelled since it wasnt given (personally I think she forgot about it), when we asked her to remove the rice she said she did not know how to remove the rice (which was odd to me because she clearly removed the sea bass) so she contacted her boss.

When her and her boss gave us the new check, we noticed there was an EXTRA $24 IN OUR BILL.

When we asked why is there an extra $24 on our bill the boss said there was a mandatory tip and SHE CHOSE THE HIGHEST SUGGESTED TIP and added to our bill????
We were going to tip regardless but I wanted to chose the amount I felt they deserved but adding the highest suggested without disclosing that to me ?? ......
On top of the worst service I ever received did not seem right...

after we paid they told us not to come back (which is odd because they were the ones trying to sneak a high tip)

The boss just seems very cheap since she didn't want to have the AC on, she refused to roll down the sun visors (the sun was literally on our faces on top of it being so hot)
she tried to sneak the highest suggested tip on our bill (who knows what other customers she has done this too PLEASE BE AWARE) & she only had one person in the front..

in my opinion if she wasn't so cheap and hired more workers to help this place would have better customer service.
Looks like a new company so hopefully this will be a learning tool for better business.
