Overall Food taste is good.

I came here with mom and dad on a quiet Sunday. “Be” was our server and she made us feel so special. You can tell how much they care about this place as to how clean everything is with fresh beautiful flowers on every table and caring, sweet service! We will definitely come to our new found favorite place.

Wanting to be able to converse and sit by the pool on a very hot LA day, my friend and I decided to pick up Thai food from Ginger Thai Cuisine. I was particularly delighted that they had Mee Krob, a sweet and sour crispy noodle, I haven't found at Thai restaurants lately. It was seasoned just right. The flavors of a curry dish were subtle and delicious. I was happy to have mango sticky rice for dessert. I can't wait to go back!

This used to be a five-star for me. I had to lower my rating because I think the ownership changed hands, and the quality just went downhill quick. The sticky rice that came with the mango is now just a big ball of mush. There's no chew anymore, no more texture.

The fried rice went downhill as well. It's mushy now, doesn't have any texture to it or separation. I feel like it's also way overcooked.

When I took those photos earlier this year, I think they were at their Peak. But ever since then, I just cannot go back to this place again.

The only reason why I still gave this place three stars, and probably the only reason why I would ever come into Ginger Thai now is because their Thai iced tea is still one of the best around. So maybe just for a quick stop, take out order of one Thai iced tea to go? Is it worth it?

Take it or leave it, you'll have to experience it for yourself. But honestly, I found a new Thai spot closeby that's 10 times better than what this place was even at its peak.

This place gets loud, especially when some of the locals show up with a few bottles of wine.
However, this is the best food hands down you'll find at any restaurant of any kind anywhere. The quality is the best. They grind their own spices. We literally close our eyes and pick from the menu blind, and everything we've had has been amazing.

Interesting that we came here 12 years ago with the kids. There are other thai places. But not a value. So this is a great place.

Discovered this place because my dad's barber is the mother of the son who is the owner of this place. Got that?

The ambiance is kind of empty but it makes up when you're with company, it's very intimate. Oooh la la, if you know what I'm saying.

Definitely recommend the SHRIMP STICKS to start! Hot, crispy, and delicious! The PANANG curry with chicken goes hand in hand with the GINGER FRIED RICE so well. All of their foods are quiet tasty to think about it.

For dessert, definitely check out the COCONUT ICE CREAM over warm STICKY RICE and CRISPY BANANA with ICE CREAM! It makes for a pretty picture as is it yummy for the tummy.

Service is so swell for example, that after eating our appetizer, she asked us if we wanted new plates. We barely dropped a crumb! No need, we politely declined.

Parking is plentiful as it shares its parking lot with other business. This is the calmer side of the valley so it's not too crazy.

Had lunch today with friends.. The food is delicious!!!We had the crunchy fried crab dipped in sauce. The papaya salad is refreshing, slightly spiced. The curry rice with chicken and vegetables taste good. We had mango sticky rice for dessert and the sweetness was just right. Will come back again

Beef broccoli is a 10/10 amazing spot . They actually cook the food fresh ! You can tell! A+

Came here to celebrate with my family. This location is calm and peaceful. Highly recommend the yellow chicken curry and cashew nut chicken. Absolute fire dishes. So good.

Favorite Thai place

This place is not it forreal sorry to snitch but they don’t even have butterfly tea or any real Thai teas no vegetable menu and they don’t even have lemon grass soup . You can even smell the food in the back and come to find out they Mexican in the back cooking yeah this place def not it worse money spent do better. Food is trash my vegetable soup smell nasty

My husband and I have been coming here nearly every week for the past few months because the food is absolutely delicious. The service is excellent and they are extremely accommodating for food allergies. We always get gluten free and I always feel fine after our meals. Truly, Ginger is the best Thai restaurant around for many miles for a lot of reasons.

I don’t leave restaurant reviews ever; in fact, this is my first one. The reason I am right now is because not only is the food absolutely wonderful, but because the owners truly care about the people who eat there. My family and I came to surprise my dad on his birthday, and the people at Ginger Thai made the experience memorable. My sister and I came from out of town and the owner helped us hide so we could surprise him. They continually checked in on us and even came with a surprise coconut ice cream for dessert, recording the moment for us. I’m grateful for the excellent meal, especially the yellow and jade curries, but most importantly, the kindness.

The food was good, just the price vs portion, completely the opposite. Overprice.

We've lived on the west side and we've lived in the valley, and Ginger Thai is the best Thai in Los Angeles by a MILE. Wonderful staff and fantastically prepared food. Small corkage fee for wine. Four thumbs up!

It's hard to stand out when there are so many Thai options. This place was good though.

Great authentic Thai food. A must go to if you like Thai food with flavour and spice. Singapore Noodles are so tasty, in fact all the dishes we have had are.
If you are in the area make sure you go or just plan a trip for the food.

Great food.

We were asked to show our COVID vaccine card before we got attended to. Every other customers that came in after us were not asked for their vaccine prove which I think is discriminating. With that type of treatment, we're not coming back again. Whoever owns the restaurant should investigate this act and make sure that all customers are treated the same.

Killer food eat there like 3 times a week great food

Gave this restaurant a couple of tries, while I wouldn't complain of the taste, they definitely are stingy servers, we remained hungry both times. For the first time, we ordered a starter, a fried rice and an entree and the second time, 2 lunch specials. For the quantity and quality, they're overpriced.

We showed up about 30 minutes before closing. They were very eager to serve us still. There were several people coming to pick up orders while we ate. Food was tasty and cost was typical, 3 people cost 70.

This place rocks! I was introduced to this place by a friend and have been back several times. The curry is awesome! My favorite is the Japanese pumpkin with brown rice and shrimp. The rose soda was tasty and refreshing. I also recommend the Thai tea if you want a sweet energy boost.

I love every single thing about this restaurant. Have been eating here for years. Whether it's for dine in or take out, they take such care with presentation and kindness. And the food is out of this world good. The lemongrass chicken wings are truly fingerlickin' good! I've never had a menu item I didn't enjoy.

Great food, specifically I LOVE the kra pao. Great service, too. I just wish they didn’t close for an hour but, I get that they need to. It’s just happened to me like 3 times I want to go and they’re closed. But, everything else is so great, it more than makes up for that.

One of the best Thai places in the valley

The pad Thai with shrimp was horrid. The noodles were like paper-toweled DRY and the shrimp were rubbery and dry too. I can often tell the quality of a great Thai restaurant by the quality of the Thai iced tea-- this one was prepackaged and just plain sugary. I gave this place 1 🌟 star because the kind young lady who serviced me did so with a warm smile that seemed to light her eyes as well. I love such great customer service however, in all honesty that was my first and LAST TIME patronizing the establishment.

This has been a yearly tradition on Valentine's day for my wife and I. Unassuming and quaint, Ginger Thai has amazing food and a staff that makes you feel right at home. Cannot recommend this place enough. From special occasions or simply the need for a Thai fix, Ginger Thai delivers!

Very good Thai food with both traditional authentic dishes and some contemporary ones. Family owned and operated. Nice romantic atmosphere although the dim lights might not be desirable for everyone. The food can be slow but it's worth the wait.
