True Seasons Organic Kitchen
About Us

Our small, casual restaurant offers shabu-shabu (hot pot), ramen and pho noodle soup, and other traditional soups made with the highest quality farm-fresh and organic ingredients. Organic and halal meats, meats without added hormones or antibiotics, wild-caught seafood, five sauces—it's a hot pot experience unlike any other. We make our broths and sauces in-house. If we can make it fresh, we do! We also have bowls and wraps, poke, smoothies and boba, with many gluten-free and vegan options. We may be small, but we create big flavors with a level of quality that is hard to find anywhere else.

Went here to try the ramen. Turns out it was more of a fusion dish where the broth is pho but they use ramen noodles...was not expecting that but because the pho was decent, and the madam behind the counter was super nice, I might come again to try the hot pot!

Always so good been going here forever hard to find places like this organic grass fed and no seed oils def a gem

Diner Review №6

This was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time… great portions and amazing flavor. I had bone broth with vegetables and wild salmon. I feel so good!

Diner Review №7

The beef and chicken ramen were incredible! What stood out the most is that they serve Halal beef and chicken. The flavors were on point, and everything was so satisfying. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this spot!

Diner Review №8

They are open from 11am to 9pm. The hours are incorrect on google.
Love this place. Great food and service.

Diner Review №10

My husband and I went to True Seasons restaurant after searching for a place with vegetarian and seed oil free options. Our lunch was such a treat. The food was fresh and delicious and the service was excellent.

We look forward to returning many times!

Diner Review №11

I had the wonton Pho. It was excellent! Definitely going back.

Diner Review №12

Beef and Chicken Ramen were amazing! Most importantly they serve Halal beef and Chicken. Would surely come back.

Diner Review №13

Diner Review №14

Highly disappointing on a frequent level. I am not one to leave negative reviews unless I frequently have issues somewhere but the mismanagement of this place is absurd. You advertise you have a new online ordering system with Menufy, yet CLOSE without warning and do not turn off order acceptance from these types of website (grubhub etc). We are very frequent online ordering customers of this restaurant but this has gotten to the point that it has to be addressed. Between not posting actual open hours, or random days closed, to taking money without even being open!

I think I may order more pho than anybody from this place. I’m obsessed. So fresh and delicious.

Diner Review №19

A GEM

Good food actually GREAT food without the bug spray. Seriously well , seasoned FRESH ORGANIC NON EMBALED Thai, shabu shabu and well spiced food at a reasonable rate , and a great atmosphere. I'm an Occ Doctor from out of town on my first, but not my last visit here. Maybe my new favorite restaurant. Nice but , not often when you can eat great food AND keep your immune system, testosterone and sidestep the cancer risk.

Diner Review №20

The employee was so rude and unprofessional. Won’t go again.

Diner Review №21

Great noodle spot! Enjoyed my Pho and my son loved his Ramen.

Diner Review №22

I have an autoimmune issue so I need to eat a gluten-free diet which can make eating out difficult. I love that they have organic ingredients and offer gluten-free noodles. I had the truffle waygu pho with garlic and it was delicious. Definitely coming back.

Diner Review №23

5 star experience. From the servers to the food quality , the prices it’s all Top tier ! Definitely recommend 10/10

Diner Review №24

Very helpful and friendly staff. The food was delicious.

Diner Review №25

Diner Review №26

Bland, overpriced, food that was not loyal to its culture. They gave me pho with broth that was super salty miso soup…. why?!

Diner Review №27

Very good food and the service excellent.

Diner Review №28

Diner Review №29

Diner Review №31

We came to this restaurant for lunch recently, and the service was excellent. It was a pretty slow day for them as there were only five people eating in the restaurant. So, the server was very attentive and awesome. I guess we are lucky it was slow because we didn't experience what the other people were saying about the service.
The ambiance was okay. To be honest, it was a little dark inside and sad looking. They need to improve the look and feel of the restaurant. It's not too inviting.
Food-wise, it was good. We had the shabu shabu. The serving size was huge, so the food's price was definitely worth it.
I might try their other food next time as they serve ramen and pho too.

Diner Review №32

Excellent food and service , food out in timely manner really recommend this restaurant

Diner Review №33

Love their food. Everything is always so fresh and delicious and HEALTHY.. the miso Pho is my favorite!

Diner Review №34

Horrible place they only have few options for vegans.

Diner Review №35

Great beef pho. Halal too!

Diner Review №36

I ordered the steamed chicken bowl. It was absolutely bland, the menu said it would come with a variety of steamed veggies but the dish was literally just plain white rice with boiled shredded chicken on top. It had no seasoning at all, the sesame sauce was horrible. They charged $17 for a dish that was worth maybe $3 on a good day. Not going again. Would not recommend.

Diner Review №37

They take no pride of appearance in clothing choices(guy behind the counter was in basketball shorts) nor of the place itself. Woman's restroom was out of order. The kegorater didn't work so no draft beers. The door to the kitchen door was off the hinges. Its just signs of the place being mismanaged. You really have to question if there are this many things I can see that aren't taken care of, what's happening in that kitchen.

The food itself was ok but for that price point you expect it to be nicer than your local hole in the all.

Diner Review №38

8:50 "we're closed"
(Just wanted something to go..)
Just change your hours from 9pm close to 8:30pm

Diner Review №39

Would give a no star based on service me and my family went I. To this place it was empty although me and my family got a girl who clearly didn’t want to be there bad attitude throwing plates and took her bad day out on us food was good but I hope she gets some training on how to treat people she spoke Spanish and had a hat on ordered a few things and some never came and her response was stuff happens no sorry no nothing it was unreal

Diner Review №40

Delicious! The portions are good and I loved the pomegranate sauce

Diner Review №41

Diner Review №42

Had a Thai curry with almost no curry. Dry chicken that tasted like chicken noodle soup.

Diner Review №43

Really disappointed with this place!! We ordered the Thai chicken curry, but it doesn’t taste like chicken curry at all. It was soupy and it was all mainly vegetable with some shredded piece of chicken. Our first and last visit to this place.

Diner Review №44

Pretty disappointed with this place. We came well over an hour before closing, yet our waiter was constantly pestering us to put in our order ASAP because their chef wanted to close the kitchen down or something. Food was overpriced, and nothing special. Have had much better ramen (whether halal or not) at other places. Would not come here again.

Diner Review №45

Less healthier and more expensive than it used to be. Also used to have great workers that explained specifically how the whole “hot pot” process worked and walked us through the whole thing. Used to simultaneously be the healthiest place we knew of with the most helpful servers. Now it’s mediocre. We moved out of CA and came here once since, but it may not be worth our old opinion that it was the best experience available in the area anymore especially for my wife who has very particular dietary restrictions. The workers were not helpful with regards to that whatsoever; at best, unclear.

Diner Review №46

Diner Review №47

Diner Review №48

Everything is good. I’d probably eat here most of the time and recommend this place but it is too pricey and they close the kitchen early for dinner at 8pm.

Diner Review №49

Food is great at this place but the service has gotten really sloppy in this restaurant. When I first tried this place in 2015, the service was excellent as was the food. However, the last couple of times, it is clear that level of service has gone down. The management should take a look at how this place is run and bring it back to its good days.

Diner Review №50

Diner Review №51

Thankful for organic ingredients! Great service and chefs!

Diner Review №52

Very good options for food. They do offer halal meat for Muslims. The owner isn’t Muslim but they follow the mentality of eating clean which Halal meat does accomplish. Would come again iA.

Diner Review №53

Diner Review №54

Excellent service, food is out of the WORLD. Go there soon. Ask for Yesinia.

Diner Review №55

I have special dietary restrictions and the staff were incredibly kind and thorough in helping me find items on the menu that work for my diet. The food was so incredible! All the vegetables were so fresh and sweet - you could tell that everything was sourced from local farms. The dressing options were so healthy, refreshing, and creative. They even had moringa tea! I left feeling so nurtured and nourished.

Diner Review №56

Delicious and fresh! Love the layout of the hot pots and the barriers between parties. Makes it nice and a little private. Staff is friendly and helpful with any and all questions. Perfect for date night and a family dinner, really cool experience to try out!

Diner Review №57

Diner Review №58

Absolutely incredible food! So many options to choose from. My favorite thing about this place is they care about what they serve. nothing but the healthiest ingredients and well selected product

Diner Review №59

Five Stars all around! Great food, service, atmosphere, everything! Would definitely recommend for good clean, fresh eating. Indoor and outdoor seating. When we came, there was plenty of space!

Diner Review №60

I had vegan curry. It tasted kind of weird I could still eat it but still weird. Also it came only with curry some rice. For $16 they could have given some salad with it. There is a space in the box for that.

Diner Review №61

All the way Magical Establishment from the musicall vibes to the 🐝friendly ✨ 💛 for all life HALO ALL WAYS

Diner Review №62

Warning to vegans!! There vegan ramen is NOT vegan, the noodles are made with eggs. I’m not sure why they call it vegan ramen on the menu and don’t warn that it’s not actually vegan. It’s pretty irresponsible on the restaurants end to mislead customers especially for someone like me who is a very strict vegan. I had the vegan pho instead and it was just okay. It’s an Asian fusion place and the Asian food isn’t authentic and doesn’t taste genuine. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t good. Please update your menu and say vegetarian ramen instead of vegan ramen.

Diner Review №63

First thing. The food is AMAZING! I absolutely love the concept behind this place. Organic and clean ingredients. The Panang chicken is phenomenal. The organic bone broth and miso soup is delicious! You’re missing out if you live within an hour of this place and don’t go check it out!

Diner Review №72

Diner Review №73

Diner Review №76

Diner Review №77

My new favorite restaurant. Great food, always fresh and their Thai tea with coconut milk is fantastic!

Diner Review №78

Love this place. Wonderful food and a variety of options!

Diner Review №79

Diner Review №80

Fantastic. Amazing. Those are the two most prominent words that I think of when I think of True Seasons. After learning I had a gluten allergy, I was a mess trying to find a shabu shabu place that serves Gluten-Free dipping options. True Seasons came up as a restaurant that offered GF food!

Diner Review №81

My first time in and I was immediately impressed with the bar layout and hots pots at each seat. I had a rice bowl with chicken which was very fresh. The servers were informative and helpful explaining all my choices. It's not an inexpensive chicken bowl .

Diner Review №82

This place is AH-MAY-ZING!!!!!!! Love the mango smoothie, vegan thai tea, vegan curry, veggie hot pot, moringa tea!!!! Best curry I've ever had!

Diner Review №83

Most of the food here is really good. The zucchini salad is better than the house salad. Don't order coffee if you prefer dark.

Diner Review №84

Disappointing. I expected more flavor for the money

Diner Review №85

Diner Review №86

The food here was delicious, service was fast, and our waitress was kind and helpful! Loved the ambiance as well. My husband and I got the vegan hotpot with miso broth, cold tofu, and thai tea boba with coconut cream. It was more than enough food, we were stuffed and couldn't finish all of our hotpot! Vegetables were fresh, broth was tasty, and brown rice was well prepared too. My only complaint is that I wish we had ordered the additional tofu add on for the hotpot because there was only two pieces and it was so tasty I wanted more! We will definitely back though so I have another chance :)

Diner Review №87

The food is bombbb!! They also have vegan options! Including vegan gelatos!

Diner Review №88

Great organic foods restaurant. They offer shabu shabu, salads, fresh made pure ice cream, and DELICIOUS organic coffee. And the staff is courteous and informative.
Their bone broth is AMAZING! The host/server recommended adding garlic and some spice. OMG!!! That flavor was AAAAAAMAZING!
They also have some of the BEST tasting water! HIGHLY recommend this place for clean eating!!!

Diner Review №89

フォーとbobaが美味しかった。ハイチェアしか無い。

Diner Review №90

The vegan Pho was amazing. Had to add some spice to make it hotter but after that.. amazing. One got hot pot rib meat. Loved it. Ordered a small but was more than enough for a 20 year old guy. Service was great. Place was super clean and nice.

Diner Review №91

A great spot to eat with your non vegan friends. Options for both. The Thai iced coffee with coconut milk is divine. The pineapple mango popsicle is so fresh. And the vegan hot pot had so much variety of fresh veggies. This is a must try especially if you love vegan and organic eating. Let's not forget to mention the ambiance. Very pleasant and the music added a chill vibe.

Diner Review №92

Very excited to fine a restaurant that serves all organic food. It was delicious!

Diner Review №93

Yummy

Diner Review №94

Great food! Great service!

Diner Review №95

That broth for the pho may not be the most traditional but its some of the best broth I've possibly ever had! That had to be the highlight of my week when it came to memorable food experiences. The noodles and beef were just the right amount and for those that have had fresh noodles before, this will definitely be high on your must eat again list.

Diner Review №96

I love this place. Many vegan selections for me and choices that my whole family loves, including our kids. The hotpots are fun but this time I had the vegan pho which was excellent. I'd also recommend the tofu appetizer. The sauce was excellent and well balanced. I will be getting that again when I visit next.

Diner Review №97

Diner Review №98

It was okay. Very very expensive for what we got. Their boba was good though. Won't be coming back either way.

Diner Review №99

Pie city!

Diner Review №100

Love this place. Very fresh and unique flavors.

Diner Review №101

It's so good and I really want more people to come so I can help others and this food is very organic and it tastes very good and the smoothies are good too I really love yessenia shes a good person and humble too I love the music here to I love this place.

Diner Review №102

Save your money, don't come here. It baffles me how this place has anything above 2 stars.

Being in a plaza with so many other choices, I always saw their sign and thought it was odd that a place offered so many different dishes - pho, hotpot, wraps, poke bowls, etc. That should've been my first sign to stay far away, as I can tell you they don't do any dish well. A clear case of quantity over quality.

From the moment I walked into, it was dark, dreary, and had a very interesting set up. Bar seating with induction stovetops, which makes sense if you're getting hotpot I suppose. Chalk menus on both sides of the walls, with every option boldly labeled as "ORGANIC" as if that was their desperate battle cry.

The prices are are 30-40% higher than they should be, and trust me, it has nothing to do with being "organic". I'm not exactly a healthy eater, but I've had my fair share of organic dishes that have tasted wonderful. That is not the case at this establishment. The meat is suspect and it's as if the chef thought seasoning was an unnecessary step.

Bland, uninspiring curry and an insult to pho - something that was basically meat water with the strangest cuts of meat I've seen. Rib eye? If that's rib eye, that must be the lowest grade cut available. The chicken curry is an insult to the entire region of Asia, as I've never had this sorry excuse for unsalted, unspiced curry. Tiny portions for the prices.

Here at True Seasons, the food just quite simply doesn't taste good. Dishes are bland, overpriced ($14 for a bowl of pho, $14 for chicken curry), and I guarantee you'll be left wanting more food - just not from the restaurant.

Diner Review №103

Tried something new, I went for the chicken curry. Which I love at most places. It wasnt tasty at all.. Had kind of a funky taste. Same with the soup. The chicken had way too much connective tissue and knuckles. The Thai Iced Tea was great! Also its very pricey. The people there are very nice. I guess the old adage that if its healthy it wont taste good holds true.

Diner Review №104

I really do enjoy this place also I always get the Thai curry vegan with the tofu on it with a chili so it's really good I always get that every time I go

Diner Review №105

Diner Review №106

Best curry I've ever had in my life hands down. I've never tasted flavor like this! i had the vegan and highly recommend that one. Oh, and the hot pots, bon apetit. Many flavors to choose from, i dont know what those other reviewers are talking about! Thai tea, amazing. I get mine without the sugar and add agave for a refined sugar free alternative. I have an amazing experience every time i come here!!

Diner Review №110

They serve healthy menus.

Diner Review №111

Food is awesome, I love all their choices of meats for their hot pots. Their sauces are amazing! They also have bowls for customers who do not want the hotpot. Their Ramen noodles are homemade and delicious!

Diner Review №112

Grass fed healthy comfort food. I come here when I'm detoxing and need quality product to nourish me.

Diner Review №113

Family good food. Rather pricy.
Small portions.
But of course I'm used to some good all you can eat hot pot

Diner Review №114

Fun date night spot, not kid friendly

Diner Review №115

The vegan pho is awful. No flavor at all. It was like rice noodles in warm water. Hope the chef can improve this item. I will not be back.

Diner Review №116

Too much work for the price

Diner Review №117

Over priced for the food.

Diner Review №118

Diner Review №119

Diner Review №123

Love this place! Food is fresh, organic and delicious. We are going to Anaheim next week and our first stop will be here!! Must have , moringa tea and green tea ice cream 😋

Diner Review №124

Definitely recommend the Hot Pot! I tried a wrap before and it wasn't bad but just bland and not very filling. The sesame sauce that came with it didn't add much flavor at all. But I came back to give the hot pot a shot and it was MUCH more satisfying and flavorful. The staff is also very nice.

Diner Review №125

Not bad, pricey because I'm guessing it's all organic and healthily sourced. However, the hot pot was alittle disappointing. All it included in the price was vermicelli, Chinese cabbage, and another leaf veggie. Paid extra for a medium sized sliced beef plate. My meal was around $30, definitely not worth the price. The choices for the soup stock were kombu, miso, spicy miso, and Thai lemongrass. Not a true shabu shabu joint. My 6ft tall, 200lb boyfriend got a plate set, portion was small for him, for myself, it would have been just enough if I wasnt so hungry. Total bill for 2 people was over $55.00 :/ Overall, I dont plan to go back.

Diner Review №126

Great in cold weather. Or anytime you want great soup

Diner Review №127

Great experience, loved it, really fresh and clean.

Diner Review №128

Diner Review №129

The Vegan Pho is great. They used miso soup instead of the bone broth and it was delish! Everything there is organic and the restaurant has a great atmosphere. I love it here !

Diner Review №130

I love this place. It's so hard for me to go out to eat, because I only eat organic, and have a gluten allergy. It's delicious, and pricey. At least i always have a second meal left over though.

Diner Review №131

Diner Review №132

One of the few places serving fresh food in Anaheim Hills. Most of the place is bar seating as they need room for the mini stove hot pots. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and ice cream is delish. Would definitely come back.

Diner Review №133

We had the vegan hotpot with an order of spicy edamame and an extra bowl of udon. It came with four dipping sauces: pomegranate, sesame, ponzu and teriyaki (there were also sesame seed grinders and bottles of sesame oil at the table). The ponzu and sesame were our favorites.

What we ordered was plenty for the two of us, and I'd say it was pretty inexpensive for hotpot (it helps that we ordered all veggies). Service and atmosphere were great as well!

Pictured is the spicy edamame and the dipping sauces.

Diner Review №134

Diner Review №135

Tasty, healthy, fun experience.

Diner Review №136

Not good. By any means! In town for Disney Land and found this place and it coincided with mine and my families dietary needs. It was not kid friendly, service took forever, food was subpar and price was high. I give them credit for their organic items and non gmo beliefs but other than that, just feels like a big waste of money honestly.

Diner Review №137

Friendly staff, even though they were busy they never seemed overwhelmed. Food was great.

Diner Review №138

Diner Review №139

Diner Review №140

They were moderately busy so they didn't explain how it all works to a newcomer when I told them, was left to fend for myself. Other people were served ahead of me, but gentleman waiting on me was really nice. Not the place to go if you have less than an hour, there's no way to finish even half of it

Diner Review №141

Diner Review №143

Fantastic, fresh oriented eating experience. An amazing clean meal from the decor, to the menu, to my chicken curry. Everything was simple and as much as it needed to be. My server was also just as much as she needed to be, sometimes to a fault, but I'm splitting hairs: overall a great lunch experience.

Awesome shabu shabu place. Went there for the first time and the service was quick and the food was delicious. I'll definitely be back!

Diner Review №157

Great place for organic food

Diner Review №158

I live in NC and i would think about it fairly often even after not going for over half a year! The hot pots are a fun experience but the best is their rice bowls and their made ikn house sugar free sesame sauce. Delicious!! Had it four times in the first week ive been back. 5/5. Good employees as well!

I searched for a nearby organic restaurant while on a business trip to Anaheim, and found True Seasons. Great healthy fresh food, and great friendly service!

Diner Review №174

Everything is organic and a bit overpriced. Their selection, in terms of shabu shabu, is mostly limited. The place itself is generally hipster and generally pretty quiet.

Diner Review №175

Diner Review №176

Great quality ingredients. Nice place too.

Diner Review №177

Small dining place with organic foods. Although it's not vegetarian, still recommended. They have bone broth and mushroom broth as well. Suitable for small groups because you sit on a row. The hot pot idea is very authentic, the amount of food is so much we ate one for two. The workers are just professional and very kind!

Diner Review №178

Diner Review №179

Healthy food, and very refreshing.

Diner Review №180

One lady was rude I think the owner. After waiting for 10 minutes and being told be right with you twice she said how many I said three she then went to clean a spot. Then another employee said right thus way and took us to where the lady was cleaning. The lady that was cleaning the told me " I told you it's not ready" after that I left

Diner Review №181

Diner Review №182

Diner Review №183

Diner Review №184

Food is good, but a little bland for my taste as they do not use (or have) any salt or garlic based off the owner's preference. Otherwise a good design, you can customize your own soup that ends up sort of pho like. I liked that I could eat here easily as someone who is gluten free.

Diner Review №185

Diner Review №186

Diner Review №187

Not like it used to be. Quality was just ok for the meats and shrimp. Brown rice wasn't great. Waitress left our pots on high instead of turning them down, so the broth evaporated before we could finish. Used to be a lot better. Probably our last visit.

Diner Review №188

Clean, relaxing spot with good eats. A bit steep on the costs.

Diner Review №189
