I had the Phad Kee Maow with Beef and my wife had the Phad Ba Me with tofu. The beef was a good choice on mine. It went very well with the rich basil and other spice flavors in the dish.
We were there at 2PM. Diners were still coming and going. Since it is a small operation, I could see a chance that the service could get a little slow during the busy hours.

Called at 8pm to order pad Thai for my wife. They refused to answer. I was only 5 minutes away so I went to the place myself to place the order. The door was locked and cashier just stood there. If you ignore phone calls and lock your door at 8pm, maybe change your hours of operation from 10:30 - 8:00 and not keep them at 10-30 - 8:30...

Got my wife's order to go... we used to live in VB, and every time we come back, we have to stop by. This is her favorite place in the world for pad thai. I have tried so many places from Tulsa to Little Rock, and she still hasn't found any to compare to here.

The crab rangoons served at this establishment are of excellent quality in our assessment. However, we feel that the prices on the menu are slightly elevated considering the offerings. Additionally, the waiting times can be quite lengthy. Nonetheless, the staff is exceptionally pleasant and willing to address any inquiries or concerns you may have.

ORDERED over the phone , was not informed UNTIL arrival that they only accepted cash, and when I tried to pay, they canceled the order saying I'd have to wait another 20 minutes. ( How an order is canceled and " threw" away within 3 minutes is a little strange ... Girl on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE once i got back to my office and decided to re-order as if i was an inconvenience to her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Food was fresh and hot. Toppings were super fresh. Substitutions were welcomed. Service was fast and friendly. And the place was very clean. I will definitely return.

I love that their menus are under glass on their tables. We ordered Vegetarian Fresh rolls, but they brought us shrimp rolls. My husband can't eat shrimp so we sent them back. They apologized and brought us the ones we ordered. We also ordered the Green Papaya Salad, the menu says it's made with lime juice and tamarind BUT it was clearly made with a shrimp paste. The flavor was overpowering - we couldn't eat it. Thankfully we ordered an entre, it was delicious! We're just travelers passing through, doubt we will ever go back.
EDIT: 2 years later we tried it again. Service is great. Entre selections are tasty. Still do not like the flavor of their papaya salad. It's not our preference.

Service was great. Thai tea was good. The Curry, not so much. It was like soup. The peppers were over cooked and the carrots were under cooked. In my personal opinion the carrots are to big. The steamed dumplings were offensive. Not only did they taste frozen but the flavor was like cat food and were possibly microwaved. Texture was way off. And most importantly they didn't wash the rice. The steamed rice and sticky rice were almost the same. Not the traditional fresh Thai I'm used to. Thai food should always be uniform.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Thai Curry! We regularly order their basil fried rice, green curry, beef pad thai, and beef lo mein. Thai curry is one of the few restaurants that I know of in the area that offer tofu! I really enjoy ordering it in my fried rice. Our go-to appetizer is the spring rolls - the peanut sauce it comes with is amazing! Thai Curry is one of the places we like to bring family and friends that are visiting from out of town. They’re customer service is great! We will always continue to come back to eat. We had dinner there this week! Thank you, Thai Curry!

Food was very fresh hot and made to order. Had to wait about 15 or so for my order which smelled amazing. If you're in the mood for something new give this place a try. You will not be disappointed. Loved it

Update after several years of eating there and it being one of my favorite places, the food has been subpar here lately, the pork has almost always been nothing but fat the last ild say 5 times I've been there and the rice hasnt been cooked right, its been too watery, 30 minute waits have turned into an hour, please get back to how it used to be!

Take-out is really good, e.g. Pad Thai, Pad Kee Maouw, and Basil Fried Rice, all level 3 on spiciness. Didn't get 5 stars because maskless diners were crowding the restaurant with inadequate spacing and ventilation.

Pad kee mao was delicious. I'm used to spice, So their 5 was actually pretty mild. I was expecting this random little Thai place in the middle of nowhere to be surprisingly good and it absolutely was.

Quiet and small. Quick to go and ordered pineapple rice combo meat. I'd just order steak as the chicken had all sorts of tough pieces. I do like their noodles more here.

Today I ordered egg rolls which is three pieces. I noticed they seemed to be thinker than before. Bite into the first one and oh my gosh it tasted like a onion. Really caught me off guard. I didn't care for it at all. I will not order that again. My noodles, carrots and broccoli was very good. Glad they are in Van Buren. 👍

Tasty noodles, generous portions, good service. I tried the pork pad see-ew. I had heard that pad see-ew is a Thai interpretation of chow fun. These noodles could be a Chinese interpretation of pad see-ew. They were very close to chow fun but sweet. Could have used a little wok hei but tasty nevertheless.

We were just passing through Fort Smith for the night and picked a place close by for a to go order. No great expectations. But this little nondescript Thai restaurant absolutely has it going on. We had potstickers red curry and Phed Ped. It all was absolutely fantastic. Excellent quantity of food as well and very reasonable pricing. The flavors of our food were excellent and spice level at a 4 was perfect for us. Level four is pretty hot though so you might want to tame it down if that’s what suits you. Highly recommend this place!

As the reviews suggest the food is very good, but the service is not. The young brunette, waitress is very rude, even snide.
I asked if a particular menu item had sugar in it and she said, "Ma'am, everything on the menu has sugar in it." And when I asked about the Pho and the fried callimari. That typically do not. She says, "well obviously not, it's fried."
I was appalled. So sad, no customer service skills what so ever.

Large portions delicious food. Lots of rice noodle options. Even salad dressing is fabulous.

Spring rolls were like small burritoes, too fat to eat without making a mess. Food was ok, used ground beef instead of steak in curry dish. Ordered a medium spice but was not spicy at all. Menu said it would have Thai peppers but only had bell peppers and onion. Crunchy duck was very tasty with a delicious sauce.

My wife loves the chicken fried rice.

The food is amazing but the customer service is suspect. They don't give itemized receipts, so if they forget something on your order and you complain, they just say "I don't know if you were charged for that," and move on.

There's an old saying: penny wise, pound foolish. For those who don't know, the pound refers to the British equivalent of a dollar. So it means you're losing dollars by chasing pennies. Or in other words, stupid.

Very small venue but nicely decorative. The pricing is what you should expect for the area. The menu is varied and has a lot of options for all to enjoy, including vegetarian options. Salad dishes, noodle dishes, curries and fried rice dishes are served here. The part that hooked me was the heat levels you can choose based on 1-6. (6 being Thai hot)

I ordered the Thai Tea, Spring Rolls,and a Red Curry with Crispy Duck. (heat 4) The sauce for the spring rolls had some heat to it, ( peanut sauce with chili sauce) which was nice so I didn't have to add anything. The heat level is amazing. 4 was the perfect balance of flavor and spice. Served with a bed of steamed rice, the dish was perfect. Anyone wanting spice and flavor will not be disappointed.

Waitr and DoorDash are used here, but I do not think they offer the full menu based on the research I did. For the best experience, I would recommend coming in and see what they have to offer. Good food, good price and plenty of flavor. Come and get it, Van Buren!

Picked up Doordash delivery took forever then got mine and another person's order mixed up had to wait on them to remake half my order

I order for delivery pay 3 dollars extra for they can put extra meat at the rice and it did not have almost meat.

Stopped in for takeout on the road. Friendly service, and the pad Thai was terrific.

Aside from the pad Thai and red curry both being way sweeter than they should be, and tasting almost exactly the same, the food gave me horrible diarrhea. Although I can certainly appreciate having clean bowls, I don't appreciate it during a road trip. This was the only meal I had eaten all day, and both my girlfriend and I were stricken after eating.

EXCELLENT thai food, very reasonable prices. It is a very small restaurant, but totally worth it. I will be stopping here again the next time I'm in Northwest AR.

I had dinner here and was very happy with it. A large serving and well cooked and seasoned. My one missing star is not a deal breaker but i asked for 4 on the heat chart and it came out a 1. I had to ask for chili oil to pump the heat up. My server was attentive and friendly and i felt the price was very fair for what i received. I would definitely go back.

Veggie eggrolls have meat. Even second time they brought them. Too bad. The veggie curry was good. Would have been OK if they said they were out. This is not OK.

I order take out at least once a week and it is always delicious! There spice levels are optional and fantastic.
(no spice,1, 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6)
I always get a 4 and it’s perfect for me. But on days I want a little more kick I get a 5.
If you can’t handle the spice of a jalapeño don’t go above a spice level 3.

For $15 after tax for a bowl of pho was kind of pricey for the amount of protein you get. I’d guess about 2 ounces total and about 6 ounces of noodles. The chicken curry was about the same high on price low on meat. You’d have to pretty much order 2 entrees to be not hungry lol. It does the job if you’re willing to spend and not want to go over the bridge.

This is probably one of my favorite places to go in the River Valley. It’s a go-to when my friends and I are looking for a quick, flavorful lunch.

Every dish on the menu is worth trying. Every bite is filled with flavor, and makes you want more. The portions are great. You get plenty of food, so you’ll always leave with a full tummy. It’s fresh and lively when it hits the table, with a nice bit of spice to surprise your palette.

I definitely recommend coming here! It’s for any budget.

I highly recommend the Massamun Curry w/ seafood. In addition to the great food and excellent service, the staff graciously fulfilled a personal request to save a vial of medicine we had accidentally left behind. They really went above and beyond!

Really Good Food

The food was amazing. It's truly a wonderful eatery in Van Buren. My only complaint was the young waitress who couldn't stay off her phone and my group couldn't seem to get drinks, forks, or the appetizers we ordered and forgot about. We seriously had to walk to the counter to get what we needed for our table. I wish the service matched the quality of the food. Highly thinking of ordering to-go next time to skip the hassle of fetching everything myself.

Was traveling and decided to try this place. My wife and I both got the Mussamum Curry and it was one of the best Thai dishes we’ve ever had! We try curries when we travel and this is seriously one of the best dishes we’ve ever had! The place is clean and fast, and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. Everything was priced very reasonable as well. We will be coming back again!
