The available hot chili sauce on the table pairs well with the sweet and sour. I also had a bowl of the Tom Kar Coconut soup with Chicken. I like mine Thai Hot. It was amazing. Delicious straw mushrooms. I also had the Garlic Pepper Beef, and damn it was good. Very flavorful, nice and spicy.
To wrap it up I had to try their fried bananas. They were on point, with a little sweet dipping sauce that came with. Highly Recommend, I'll be back to try the Pho and the Curry. Can't wait.

We had dinner delivered from Silk Road Thai through a restaurant delivery service, and was pleasantly surprised when someone from the Restaurant called to make sure exactly what we wanted and didn't want on our order. When our order was delivered, it was perfect. Fresh Pork Spring Rolls were excellent, my Sandwich was delicious, and Korean Barbecue was yummy. 100% recommend😘.

Lightning speed service and the amount of food that you get for the amount of money that you pay is fantastical. My wife and I usually order to go from here every other Friday night, we get the pad Thai and the fresh spring rolls, and they have it ready in about 10 minutes. The food is excellent.

I ordered the green curry and the chicken was stained green and the “curry” was watery with no flavor. I think they put food coloring in the dish to make it green. Will not return.

I have dined here before, and while the food was decent, it was never exceptional. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was particularly disappointing. I ordered the #31 Mee Krob, and despite the generous portion of chicken, it was flavorless and seemed to have freezer burn. The dish was topped with an excessive amount of pepper and chunks of garlic, but even these failed to enhance the taste. Given this experience, I do not plan to return. The waitress acted like she did not want to be there and overall was a bad experience.

This place is delicious. It’s not a 4 or 5 star restaurant to be sure, but it’s still a nice place to sit down for some Thai food. Their menu is huge. Lots to choose from. I don’t think you can go wrong visiting Silk Road!

Food was good, however i recieved my food first and the rest of the table didnt get theirs for another 15 minutes.

The pad Thai was meh - left most of it on the plate / the atmosphere from the front sign that’s falling down and half dim to the actual inside is semi run down. I’m good with going to hole in the wall type places but I was bummed out by the food. The hot and sour soup was pretty good.

Consistently great food here, and the only place I've ever seen Panang Curry, which is absolutely delicious and a nice change-up from my usual go-to of Green Curry. I'm a sucker for their egg-drop soup here too.

At one point, we tried a different Thai place in Springdale because it was closer to our house, and it paled in comparison to Silk Road; this place is worth the longer drive. Vegetarian friendly too.

Docking one star because they get online orders wrong more often than I wish they did, which is always disappointing for how much delivery and fees and everything costs. I've never had a problem with that dining in though.

The Pad See Ewe is really good, the level of spiciness comes with no surprises and the portions are in line with the prices.

Yummy, Pad Thai is amazing!

Pad Kee Mao was very sweet. It was quite unpleasant. They don't have chili garlic sauce. The spring rolls were fairly mediocre but the peanut sauce was great. The best part is their fried rice. It's always great.

I will admit that my reviews is from years ago. STUFFED CHICKEN WINGS! This was one of my favorite places for Thai food in Springdale before I moved back home. I have not been able to find stuffed chicken wings, or anything even remotely similar, since I've been here. I still think of one of my favorite homely Thai restaurants from time to time.

Waited ages for the doordash order. Kept telling them the order name and they kept eyeballing the tied up order and then walking off. The "extra boba" Boba drink was very average.

Word has gotten out about this place so it’s a little busy at lunch time but totally worth it. Even when it’s crowded they do a great job of getting the food out fresh and hot. I always get the green curry here and it’s consistently delicious!

Massaman curry tasted like straight up peanut butter. Not a hint of curry flavor. Odd!

Northwest Arkansas legacy when it comes to Thai food, silk road is excellent and conveniently located. They have been serving the area for a number of years and you will not be disappointed, I had the pad Thai today with pork which I usually have and it was quite delicious as always! I highly recommend this place!

Honestly some of the best Thai food I've ever had. I love the authentic "family run" feel of the place. You can taste the love and care that goes into it. The pad Thai is epic and the whole fried tilapia is a must try even if just for the experience.

I ordered the red curry sea food, let’s just start by saying that the portion was very small, also super expensive, not enough curry in the mixed, very bland, tasteless. I hate to review a business specially when it’s the first time. Salsa was an extra $1.00 per cup and literally 1/10 of the 1oz cup. It’s ridiculous. Not very good experience at all.

Food was amazing sauce was a bit thin but the flavors are bold and the heat rating is more appropriate than most places where everything is usually too mild. The waitress was very accommodating and patient even when the person I went with questioned about MSG mid meal they both chopped it up and laughed. The service is quick prices are amazing too. I can see myself going here everytime I crave Thai food.

Was waiting at the front to order food and the girl didn't care to greet or acknowledge us. She just stood there on the computer as if there no one was in front of her. There were other people waiting to order too.

Stopped by for some food, food was $40, was charged $48! Theyre ripping off people/giving themselves tips.

Good food. I have visited a few times. Last time I visited I was not asked what spiciness I wanted for the dish. It was good, but I wanted the most spicy version. It just didn't quite hit the spot.

Poor service and they charge extra for small hot sauce cups. The entrees are big so at least give 2 hot sauces with no extra charge. Or lower the price for extra hot sauce. Not a $1 per hot sauce when it’s a tiny cup. Will never go back again. If you want to keep your customers consider being fair and not over charging.

I come here several times and the only reason is because our daughters like their fry chicken, but we never had good experiences with the waiters. there's this skinny thai lady she's nice but the older lady that wears the glasses whom always serve us, she never smile and always rushing us to take our orders. today we ate there again and i accidentally spill my cup of water and she was furious i could tell from the look of her face, she came to our table took a piece of napkin and wipe the table and as she was wiping the table she gave us an attitude saying the kids shouldn't be drinking from the big cups she was accusing my son but i was the one who accidentally knocked the cup over, she came back to the table with a wet washcloth to finish wiping the table and she was very rough where waters were flying everywhere and drips on our plates. 30 minutes later my kids food were still not served , i told her to put their food in a to go box when they're done because we are leaving, i didn't like how we were being treated. i went to pay for our foods and she extra charged me 15% more she said for gratitude because we were total of 7 people. 7 people but i only order for 4 people because my two younger sons weren't eating. I've came here with all my kids and husband and my parents but they never charged us 15% for whatever, i honestly think she was charging me for that accident. so today i have made up my mind thats going to be my last day there. they have variety of good foods but really really bad service.

OH MY GOSH!! so tonight, my family & i were REALLY hungry. i wanted some REAL FOOD, not burgers or pizza (our usual go-to) & i came up on this place. we ordered a BUNCH of food: shrimp fried rice, chicken fried rice, red curry shrimp, yellow curry chicken, pad thai noodles with chicken, beef tomato, egg rolls & crab rangoon. OH MY GOSH!! the food is AMAZING! everything was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! the portions were HUGE! it fed the three of us & we still had MORE than enough! the young lady that took my order was patient, didn't try to rush me. she took her time answering my questions. i just wanted to leave a review because i read everyone's reviews & MAN! they were NOT lying when they said the food is good. ITS GOOD GOOD! we are DEFINITELY ordering from them again. i thought the place i usually go to in Fayetteville had good food..THIS SPOT RIGHT HERE IN SPRINDALE IS HELLA BOMB!! everything was ON POINT & MORE THAN ENOUGH. you DEFINITELY get your money's worth over here.

Ordered specific meat for the larb salad, didn’t get it, got chicken, ordered specific style papaya salad, didn’t get it, got Thai style, food was ok, fresh rolls wasn’t as expected, and not very fresh, kind of disappointing being it that I drove about 40min to try it just cause of the good reviews and pictures, would try again but would be a very long again…..

I get lunch to go from here all the time. The food is really good and the staff are very friendly. Highly recommend.

The last 3 times I’ve been here have been bad. I usually always order at least 2 orders of Pad Thai and spring rolls and other random items from the menu. One time they forgot to add my spring rolls and I didn’t get any silverware whatsoever, I had to come back to pick up spring rolls. Another time, I ordered one pad Thai very spicy and one mild, they were both very spicy and once again I didn’t get any silverware. You’d figure they would pay more attention to their Togo orders.

There is a lady who is always there taking orders who isn’t the friendliest and seemes bothered when asked for additional items. Overall, I’m not planning to come back for a long time until they make some changes.

I’ve heard this place is good, but I wouldn’t know, because I went in for the first time yesterday and no one ever came to take our order. There were only a few tables. We got our drinks and continued to wait for our order to be taken. They continued to seat new tables, take orders, and accept orders over the phone. I know this because I approached a waitress as she was taking an order and said “we’re ready to order when you have a chance.” We continued to sit there. A full hour after we were sat, still no one had taken our order. We got tired of waiting and left.

This place had THE BEST. Pad thai ever. I've been to several other thai restaurants but only one came close to this amazement. Totally reccomend for anyone craving delicious food.

A couple collogues and myself eat here once or more a week and love it all. The Lo Mein is great, the Teriyaki Chicken is really good, the Chicken Noodle Soup is one of my coworkers faves, the Fried Rice is delicious - you really can't go wrong.

Hands down favorite is the yellow curry! So yummy! Perfect mix of sweet and savory! Fresh ingredients! Family owned and lots of care out into food!

I got some Pad Thai from here today for LNY and thought I was going to pass out it was so good. They also had some of the best egg drop soup I’ve ever tasted. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My pork chop and the white rice were dry. The steamed vegetables needed more steaming.

Placed an order to carry out, double checked with them the order was right. I get there , pay for it and go back to work and they gave us egg rolls instead of of spring rolls. We called them back and all they would say was sorry. Didn't offer to make right by their mistake. Poor customer service. Won't be back

My friends & I discovered SILK ROAD in 2009, when they were at a different location. We all have been religiously eating there ever since!! The food is the absolute best!!! Always fresh, hot, consistent in flavor & very large proportion sizes!!! Not to mention, the prices are great!!! One order can last me for 3 meals!!! It’s absolutely delicious & now that it can be delivered thru the delivery services... I order at least 3 times a week!!!! Thank u Silk Road for making my meals AMAZING!!!!!!

The Wonton Soup and the Fresh Shrimp Spring Rolls are DELICIOUS. I have also gotten the Pho, and it was very tasty as well.

Hands down the BEST Thai food I have had from a restaurant. My wife's family is Thai and this tastes just like their cooking. Their portions are large and they absolutely do not skimp on the meat, even in their seafood dishes. Their service is spot on and the dining room is clean and open. It is becoming our go to restaurant for Thai food.

Honestly between Silk Road, Thai Spice, Thai diner and Kobe I will choose silk road in Taste, quality, service, and price.

Ive been to Thailand and went to the top rated tom yum shop in Bangkok. This was very comparable.
I've been to multiple thai restaurants in the area, thep thai, thai taste, taste of thai, thai spice... etc. We had Tom Yum, Panaang curry, and Mango sticky rice. All better than anywhere else.

I love this place. Family friendly, family owned and operated, food is always delicious and hot. What more could you want other than service from kind folk and good food?

The hot and sour soup was slimy and served only luke-warm. The Mee Grob with beef dish was so fishy tasting it was hard to eat. The beef was very chewy and broccoli was too raw. I reluctantly paid for it and left. Thirteen dollars - thrown away.

I ate here for lunch and it was delicious! I asked for the Thai hot version of my dish and it was hot! I appreciate a restaurant that actually spices your dish to your choosing. Everyone who I ate with were raving about their dishes as well!

If you're feeling for fish. Try their whole tilapia deep fried with rice. It's amazingly good! The picture looks great but tasting is so much better. It's serve with their in-house sauce/gravy. The fish came out crispy and fresh. It feeds two people, if you order the large tilapia.

You can’t really get anything “bad” here. They have so many items to pick from you’ll find something you’ll like.

Some of our go-tos are : Pad Thai (chicken & tofu -OR- red pork), Green Curry (chicken/tofu), Thai Fried Rice is great with the 8 year old, as well as Teriyaki Chicken. The Tom Kar (sp?) Soup is phenomenal.

All the food can be from a no-spice level, up to a Thai-hot level...which depending on who’s in the back cooking that day could be the difference of leaving with sweat dripping from all your closes, or merely a mild case of the hicups.

Silk Road has great Thai Iced Tea and Thai iced Coffee. They have frozen boba drinks.

My Favorite in Springdale. Wish you were in Rogers! I meet my granddaughter 2× a month.

Silk Road is an excellent place to eat. Everything that I have had is supurb! I would recommend the seafood soup.

The Pad Thai was ok, Basil fried rice with chicken was a lot of rice & not much chicken. The dining room was very smoky, something in the kitchen burned & the kitchen staff opened front & back doors to blow the smoke out, it was cold & raining that night & overall it was a big let-down.
The guy at the next table ordered shrimp fried rice (with extra shrimp); it looked & smelled wonderful, so I will give this place another chance to wow me.

This is an excellent restaurant. The little young waitress sat down with my girlfriend and put in an order specially for her. She took care of her like a queen. She treated us like we were the only people in there at the time and is an excellent waitress. She is the daughter of the owner, and is a great asset to this business. We need more people out there like her. The food was wonderful, and just the way my girlfriend ordered it customised. The overall experience was great! We will be going back.
