We arrived for our 7:30 reservation to encounter a lobby full of angry patrons waiting for pick up orders. Every table not occupied was dirty and disgusting and we should’ve left at that point. We had to flag someone down to ask how we could be seated for our reservation. After being seated it took 35 minutes for someone to come back to table and take our order. 25 minutes later the same waitress came back and asked what we ordered. They hadn’t even started on it. We had a clear view of kitchen and people were cleaning as the restaurant was now closed and we still had no food, over an hour after our reservation. After 70 minutes we finally got one of our entrees. (Pineapple Red Curry which was good) Then another 10 minutes for the second entree (Pad Gra Pow which had hardly any basil in it)

All in all one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had!

Diner Review №4

I called about an allergy and asked if the "Tom Yum Soup" specifically had "yeast extract" which is an ingredient in some Asian cooking. She answered saying that the soup does not have yeast because only baked goods do (VERY incorrect) and was unwilling to ask the chef when I pressed further, stating she did not understand my request. Then when I asked to speak to someone else with better English, she proceeded to say "we are too busy for this, too busy, I don't understand food allergy".

Their menu specifically states to notify them about a food allergy so that they may accommodate it in advance, and then they did not have the English capacity to accurately understand what the allergy was, stated that the ingredient was not in soup because it is only in baked goods (incorrect), and stated they don't have the time to simply put someone else on the phone.

It is perfectly fine to employ people who do not speak English, but having them answer the phones of a restaurant is irresponsible and a risk to the health and well-being of your customers. Also the person who answers the phone stating that they do not understand food allergies is alarming.

This was at 2:00pm, after the standard lunch rush.

This is my favorite Thai in Tucson so far. The curries are all excellent as are the Beef and Papaya salads. I highly recommend this place.

This was my second time here for lunch and both times the food and the service was very good. The lunch specials are great.

Diner Review №9

Came here for dinner 2/8/2025 and was served undercooked chicken. The owner told us that “the chicken wasn’t undercooked it was just the sauce” the pictured chicken was from a yellow curry. Disappointed by the owners response and the food

Diner Review №10

This place is exceptional! The service is incredible, the people and employees are so friendly and the food is very delicious. I am never disappointed when I come here and I always leave very satisfied You. The workers are extremely humble, courteous, kind and treat children like they are royalty and also adults

Diner Review №11

Excellent Drunken noodles with beef- one of best prepared I have experienced!

Diner Review №12

Best pad see ew I’ve ever eaten in the US! (Only cuz I haven’t been to Thailand yet!) It was smokey, like it had been chargrilled, and there was a significant amount of tofu and plenty of broccoli (I ordered double, and it was the best amount for noodle-broccoli-tofu combo for me). Soooooo goooood I couldn’t stop eating it! Also got the vegie spring rolls, and they were delicious. I’ll definitely be going back!

Diner Review №13

So happy to find Nattha's. We've been looking for Sizzling Rice Soup since we left Washington, and am happy to report they serve it here, and it's good!

Diner Review №14

I have been going regularly to Nattha's Bann Thai Asian, which is located at the intersection of 22nd and Kolb. I truly enjoy the Pad Kee Mao, also known as Drunken Noodle, which is a mixture of shrimp, chicken, and beef combined with flat rice noodles, bell peppers, fresh eggs, bean sprouts, and basil. Since I cannot eat spicy food, I always make sure to request the server to leave out any spicy ingredients. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience enjoyable. Additionally, there is plenty of parking available, which makes it easy to visit.

Diner Review №15

Great food! Large portions! Called ahead so they could accommodate a group of 10.

Diner Review №16

Fantastic food and service with very interesting decor - posters of actual photos from Thailand.

Diner Review №17

Good food and friendly staff

Diner Review №18

Wonderful Thai veggie dish with lots of tofu. Excellent food for all meat and non-meat eaters.

Diner Review №19

Definitely not authentic Thai cuisine. The pad Kra Pow Chicken dish I selected was some sort of ground chicken in bell peppers and basil leaves… the hot and sour soup was served cold and the fried egg was so crispy the only edible portion was the yolk. I don’t recommend this dish at all.

Diner Review №24

The best Thai food we've had in Tucson. Very friendly wait staff. Prices are good. The food was excellent

Diner Review №25

I've been here twice, and it's the best Thai food I've found since moving to Arizona 30 years ago. So far, we've had the mussaman curry, yellow curry, pad Thai, and one of the pork belly stir fries, and they've all tasted absolutely delicious! The portions are very generous for their price, and we've had to take leftovers each time, which have tasted as good or better reheated. All of the wait staff have been very nice and helpful, making our dining experience very enjoyable!

Diner Review №26

What an absolute nightmare. The to go ordering is broken beyond description. Any to go orders take at least 90 minutes to fulfill. They are incredibly unhelpful and offer no solutions to the fact that they accepted your order but can't make it.

As I wait inside and type this it is a parade of angry people whose orders have been lost, mismade, or otherwise forgotten. The patrons are getting up and walking into the kitchen to try and attempt to find anyone in this dystopian godforsaken place. They will be left wanting, they have been forgotten and abandoned.

I love Thai food. I have never had a worse restaurant experience possibly anywhere, in my entire 35 years of existence.

Avoid. Avoid at all costs. You will be forgotten. When you eventually die of malnutrition they will probably just leave your body there as a totem of warning to other potential guests.

Good luck

Diner Review №27

Mongolian beef was delicious. Fried rice with fresh. Just what I wanted.

Diner Review №28

Heard great things and wanted to check this place out. Maybe it was all the pick up and delivery orders that dropped the ball in dining service experience. But IMO and having had worked in busy settings such as this, they should staff and or plan better for their busy times.
We made the mistake of dinning in. It's a sit yourself kinda place,so that could play into not knowing we were there? We sat ourselves down, but then had to move because there was a leak in our area.
We finally got menus and water and then waited for close to 30 minutes before we were seen again. Prior to that,no one came to refill our waters, even when a waitress filled the table next to ours with water, she literally didn't even look our way. I had brought a bottle of water with me and refilled my 2 guests cups with that water. Then they brought one guests dish as we waited 5 minutes for the rest of the table to get their food. In my dining experience, the entire tables orders generally come out together. Food arrived, portions are nice for the price. Couldn't finish it,so we had to take it to go but they brought the 2 to go containers at separate times as well. Over all I'd say your best bet is to get take away or delivery? But as we were leaving the entire doorway was packed with people waiting for those sort of orders, best to probably do lunch or when they first open.

The time waiting isn't worth this basic menu.

Diner Review №29

First time going here and it was top notch!!food was awesome.had lowmein noodles that didn’t have the taste of the natural gas embedded in them..the fried rice was great it’s real fried rice not white rice with soy sauce thrown on it.the egg rolls were alright but the veggies seemed old.but still good, worth every penny! I will be going back again.

Diner Review №30

Our first visit was Christmas afternoon, 2024. Despite the restaurant being overwhelmed with take-out orders, the wait staff were friendly, and efficient. We shared fried pot stickers, pad thai (chicken), pad king sod, and sesame chicken. The portions were delicious and generous. Highly recommended!

Diner Review №31

Had the fried tofu with plum appetizer or should i say, appaThaizer! as well as shimp Tom yum. Absolutely delicious!!! Good service even though it was Christmas and the staff looked like they have been on GO since open. And by the looks of all the uber orders ect. They still had my meal ready at an acceptable time, sooner than I anticipated. Best Thai I've had and will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends!

Diner Review №32

Another of our favorite places to have dinner. Definitely authentic Thai dishes that were served hot and flavorful. Most definitely recommend Nattha's Bann Thai Asian for lunch or dinner.

Diner Review №34

Great place for lunch. Their Pad Thai is excellent. I recommend this restaurant to all, great staff and food. My wife and I met the owner and he was extremely interested if we had a good experience. I have eaten their 3 times in the past 2 months with friends. Always Great!

Diner Review №35

Just had this for the first time today, it is excellent. Had the War Wonton, all the meat was tender and seasoned really well. Good prices too.

Diner Review №37

Stopped here for lunch on the way to the National park and was not disappointed. First, the restaurant is located on the far right side of the mall and you do not see it until your in front of it near the street exit/entrance. We were there on a Monday at lunch time and there was plenty of tables with no wait. I did notice a lot of take out going out the door the entire time I was there, so thats a good thing.

The entrance has a hosts for seating as well as a little bar in the same place. The seating is in an “L” shape. There are bathrooms and everything is on one level. We ordered two Thai ice teas and they were huge and delicious. For food we order the lunch combo “A” with my main being Mongolian beef. It was Soooo tender and delicious. It came with white of fried rice as well as an egg role and two crab cakes. The egg roll was as expected and the crab cakes we creamy and tasty. We also order the basil chicken lunch special “B”. The chicken was amazing and delightful to eat.

One issue pulling this down one star has to do with my wife’s food allergy to shell fish. She could not eat the crab cakes so she requested and extra egg roll in place of the two crab cakes, DENIED! They brought her the crab cakes on a separate plate with the egg roll, which is now contaminated as well, instead of honoring here request.

I would recommend eating here but do not expect any changes to what you order.

Diner Review №38

Absolutely phenomenal. Their green curry with tofu is out of this world! Worth every penny ❤️

Diner Review №39

The food was absolutely delicious, and the customer service was exceptional. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, with every dish being perfectly prepared and the staff going above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and taken care of.

Diner Review №40

Weird menu, weird service

Diner Review №41

Excellent! Actually tastes traditional! They use enough tamarind paste in the Pad Thai, something I find many places skimp on. Portion sizes are huge, enough for at least one extra meal. Kind, polite, quick service, clean tables, dishes and silverware, and floors. Plenty of alcohol options if you’re into that kind of thing. Decor is home-y, nothing is over-the-top fancy - doesn’t need to be. Absolutely great Thai food, full stop. Feels like home ❤️

I ordered the pad thai and I am excited to go back and try everything else. I went for lunch so I was able to get in and out quickly, all while having a delicious meal!

They also have great lunch specials!

Diner Review №53

Food was great! Will have to come back to get more drunken noodles and egg flower soup ❤️

Diner Review №54

My family's very particular about Thai food and we've been to a lot of places in Phoenix that we love but we were convinced there weren't any good places in Tucson - but Nattha's is now in our top 3 list of places for Thai food in Arizona!! Our favorites were the Tom Kha and red curry!

Diner Review №55

Diner Review №56

Finally! Great Thai food on the East side!!! Bann Thai delivered on service, atmosphere, and the most yummy food! Pad Thai and Thai Basil fried rice were spectacular! The green papaya salad was fresh and delicious. Can't wait to go back!

Diner Review №59

Absolutely my favorite. People are so friendly too. A must!

Diner Review №60

Diner Review №61

Strip mall spot, tasty food and very nice owners and employees. Not much ambiance but good for a quick lunch.

Diner Review №62

The food is good but not outstanding. The service & atmosphere were both excellent.
The price is a little high.

Diner Review №63

Went here because it was the top rated of the 3 Thai places near me. Still an 8 mile drive, and I got pot stickers that didn’t have much flavor, and Tom yum soup with seafood in which all the seafood was overcooked to mush and not much in the way of that signature Tom yum aroma and flavor. Otherwise, the waitress was pleasant and service was good.

Diner Review №64

Very good food, plant -based options, huge portions. 👍👍

Diner Review №65

Very large portions, very affordable, and delicious. Will be returning for sure.

Diner Review №66

They food was the best food I ever had.

Diner Review №67

Diner Review №68

This is our 4th time eating at Bann and it didn't disappoint. Very yummy and tasty
We ordered 3 dishes and they were all very tasty. The two waitresses were very sweet. Give them a try.

Diner Review №69

Food is excellent, attention to detail is always spot on, we can’t get enough of this place!

Diner Review №70

The food does not taste fresh and aromatic; the shrimp were stale and the stir fried veggies were limp.

Diner Review №71

The panang curry was excellent, full of flavor and the right spice level (3 for me). We also tried the Mongolian beef and general tsao chicken. Both were very tasty

Diner Review №72

I ordered crab puff they were delicious but missing crab and you have to ask the waitress for plates to eat the appetizers
The entrees we ordered green curry with shrimp it was the best and shrimp sweet and sour it was terrible the pineapple peppers were cold and breaded shrimp were fried too many times and she didn’t bring any plates to scoop our meals she hardly came to ck out of our food is ok just filled our water when I told her about the food she said sorry to hear that and left and brought us the check I paid her the bill and left just to say I came in to try this place and it was a mistake

Diner Review №73

Great service and bomb food! We will be back.

Diner Review №74

Service was fast and very responsive. Food was nothing special. My chicken almond lunch dish was made with frozen carrots and peas. Really would prefer fresh ingredients.

Diner Review №75

There was one waitress who was very sweet and provided great service. There was another waitress who was assummably helping, and she was really mean. Yes, mean. I think she may have a language barrier but very poorly trained for this job.
We will go back. (We will just refuse the mean gal's service).
We are happy to try take out. The food is incredible. We won't let one night sway us, the food is that good. It could actually be a weekly event!

Diner Review №76

It was my first time and it want be my last. Had Fried Ribs and Laab Pork Salad with Fried Eggs and Rice. Deliciousness on Deck.

Diner Review №77

Celebrated my birthday with wonderful friends and families tonight. Food was delicious. The owners were so accommodating and provided excellent service as well as the waitress.

Diner Review №78

Diner Review №79

I’ve tried every other Thai restaurant in Tucson and this is by far the best. This is legitimately the best Thai food that I’ve had outside of southern California. Had the coconut soup (4/5 hot), red curry shrimp (5/5 hot), and pad Thai (4/5 hot). All were delicious and honestly I could have gone hotter.

Diner Review №80

If I could give more than 5 stars on service, I would. They were exceptional. The food was delicious also. We tried the Grilled Beef Salad, the Tom Kha soup with chicken, the Pad Prik Kung, and the Mango Sticky Rice and loved it all. As a compromise, we chose a spice level of 3. My husband, who loves uber spicy food, thought it was just about perfect (could have been a bit spicier). I thought my taste buds were going to be seared off. We won't be sharing dishes next time!

Diner Review №81

Great Thai noodles. We had chicken drunken noodles and chicken pad see eew. Both big portions and had enough leftover for lunch. Flavors are really spot on. I'm certain this little place will become super busy and we are going to come back to try some other Thai favorites that all looked good on everyones plates. Their potstickers are made with in house dough and we ate them so fast we forgot to take a picture - but they were perfectly fried crispy and tasted fresh and light. They also have cocktails and beers from Thailand and other places. The place has only been open for about 18 mos. Happy to have a great Thai noodle place on the east side with big helpings at a good price. You don't find that too often anymore and the service was quick and friendly.

Diner Review №82

Excellent Thai. Fresh with Thai basil lemon grass and musrak lime leaves. We got all our favorites. Hot green tea, Thai Iced Tea, green papya salad, Tom Yum, Tom Kha and Pad Thai. Soup was vibrant with fresh veggies, herbs and chili. The coconut soup was mild. Hot and sour was warm and lighty sour. Tomatoes gave it some sweetness. The Pad Thai was so good. It was the star of the table. Service was good. Had a cool sport from Thailand on that combined pickle ball volleyball and soccer.

Diner Review №83

BEST THAI FOOD IN TUCSON! Amazing tom kha gai! Also ordered red curry and pad Thai. Generous portions at a reasonable price. Flavors are all spot on if you’re craving Thai food! Will be coming back regularly!!!!

Diner Review №84

This was such a nice find after a day of driving around. The staff was very nice and the food tasted amazing.

I got the Basil Thai fried rice at a level 3/medium (since i know thai cuisine doesn't mess around with spice) and it was such a nice spice to eat. It got hotter as you ate more, but wasnt so over the top where you couldnt eat it. If you are a spice fanatic i bet you would love the food and maybe a spicer level. I think next time i will try a 4 (its out of 5). Also the fried rice came with an over easy egg on top and ive never had a place do that but it was so good and mixed well with the dish afterwards.

My partner ordered the Pad Thai with tofu and they liked how they put the peanuts on the corner of the dish so you could put it on as you ate.

Overall, we had a great time and if you are ever around Park Place or the nearby shopping outlets, this is a good spot to grab a bite to eat afterwards. Just a warning though they give a LOT of food so i wouldn't be surprised if you have leftovers!!

10/10 restaurant and great food for the price! Please treat the staff well if you decide to come as they deserve it!

Diner Review №85

Diner Review №86

Cute little Chinese/Thai restaurant. The service was good and the food was tasty. Overall I recommend it. We had Thai curry and mango sticky rice.

Diner Review №87

Best Thai food around! Delicious for sure. Immaculate restaurant and very friendly staff. I can't wait to return.

Diner Review №88

Amazing food and generous serving sizes! Meals come loaded with meat/tofu and have the perfect amount of veggies. Pad Thai and curry 10/10. We’ll be back, new favorite spot!

Diner Review №89

After a hike in Sabino I was in the mood for a tender smoked turkey sandwich on fresh garlicky bread role from Brushfire. Hadn’t been to Brushfire in a few months. I arrive… no lights, no cars… “Available” signs in the windows. Oops. What about the other location? Also closed. Too bad… Well, I’m still hungry… what else is around? I remembered an Asian restaurant had replaced Peking Palace, so decided to give Nattha’s Bann Thai a try.

Restaurant was clean and peaceful, a few other diners, a mellow place for lunch. The lunch specials menu is predominately classic Chinese dishes with a couple of Thai recipes. I ordered the Stir Fry Fresh Ginger Chicken. It was definitely fresh ginger, lots of succulent white chicken meat, onions, green onions and mushrooms — all very good. Service kind and attentive.

Diner Review №90

The restaurant is nothing fancy but the food here is great. I think the red curry is the best in town. My wife and daughter love the pad see eew. It is delicious. The servers are always pleasant. If you haven’t tried this place yet, you’re missing out on really good Thai food.

Diner Review №91

Diner Review №92

Food was very good. Good size portions with generous amounts of meat. Wife had the Pad Thai, it had a good amount of large shrimp. I had the Pad Kee Mao (Drunken Noodles), which also had very generous amounts of chicken. We will be back.

Diner Review №93

Best Thai food in Tucson!!

Diner Review №94

Great food, the owner of the restaurant is very nice, the servers are what I can only describe as awesome. I love the service and it is really convenient. I think the food was more than excellent. In all I can rate this 5 stars and 5 stars only, I wish I could go above the rating.

Diner Review №95

Food was delicious, service was friendly.

Diner Review №96

Excellent Thai food

Diner Review №97

Ordered food from here and the drunken noodles were good but the green curry which is my favorite dish was the most watery, tasteless dish packed with veggies with little liquid. Almost as if they ran out of seasoning and coconut milk. It was horrible especially for the inflated prices. These dishes are worth $13 max for portion size and contents and quality. Service and energy amazing. Food however, no Bueno. Sad to say because it smells so good whenever I pick up food for others. A sad disappointment. If you decide to eat here, stick with the drunken noodles. Smh

Diner Review №98

We have Pad Thai and Mussaman curry for our lunch , they smell good and tasty !The restaurant is bright and clean with prompt service . And I think is a family owned business . Will support and come back again !

Diner Review №99

Very good food! We had two of the curries, potstickers and spring rolls! Everything was delicious! Highly recommend the Thai iced tea!

Diner Review №100

My husband and I enjoyed the food and prices! He had Kung Pao combo with beef, chicken and shrimp. The presentation was beautiful - so many vegetables and colors. He requested it to be very spicy and it wasn't as much of a kick as he was expecting but said the peppers were very hot, which he loved. I got the yellow curry with chicken. Delicious flavors with potatoes and onions cooked to perfection. I ordered mine mild but it still had a bit of a kick - no complaints, though! The food came out quickly and our server was nice. We both had leftovers because the portions are a good size!

Diner Review №101

Food was great. Waiter accommodating. BUT Don't eat it your way. Tje cook came over and practically served my food to eat. She didn't like me eating my way.

Diner Review №102

If you're like me and missing Karuna's the pad see eew here rivals that. I am so glad I tried this place out! Looking forward to trying more of the menu

Diner Review №103

Worst Thai food I've ever had. Thin, tasteless curry sauce, rubbery yet flaccid chicken. Even the phad Thai was bad.

Diner Review №104

Lovely atmosphere. Our food was ready very quickly and was soooooo good. I got the basil tofu. The atmosphere was nice as well. I'll be back!

Diner Review №105

This is now my favorite place in town for Thai takeout. We've tried the pad thai, pad kee mao, pad see eew, pad woon sen, panang curry and mango sticky rice, all amazing! The staff has always been kind and accommodating to protein changes (i.e. subbing tofu for chicken).

Diner Review №106

Normally I'd give them 5 stars but when I requested mild and heat level of 1 and no one could eat their servings because their lips, mouths and stomachs were on fire I can't give the usual 5 stars for food.

Adding a lot more rice to the curry and not sure how we're going to fix the Pad Thai yet. What we could taste before we had our palates blown was delicious. Think there was a mixup somewhere as this had never happened before.

UPDATE: Added some coconut milk, heavy cream and lime and curry's heat was ruined down and food was Felicia as per usual. Used peanut butter and lime on the pad thai and that cut the heat.

Diner Review №107

Delicious chicken pad thai! Close to Skate Country if you want a full meal before or after skating! Generous sized portions. Delicious! Attentive staff.

Diner Review №108

I came to Tucson to visit grandparents, they took me here and This was delicious! Fresh hot food, and a very clean restaurant, very nice and patient service

Diner Review №109

Go get some! Very friendly staff, quick service, and amazing food. Don't let the prices deter you. You get a lot of food for the money. Next trip, I'm trying the Curry, and I will update you.

Diner Review №110

We without any notice showed up with 14 people. They welcomed
us! We all had a great meal and became new customers.

Diner Review №111

Best Thai Green Curry in Tuscon

Diner Review №112

The food was delicious. Service was on point. My cup was never empty and we were checked on multiple times while we ate. The plates had large portions and were flavorful. Will definitely be back!

Diner Review №113

Horrible horrible horrible that's all I can say I ordered something that had braised pork belly in it. What I got was some thick cut bacon that had been deep fried with a bunch of green vegetables and a really runny brown sauce. They screwed up the checks they overcharged us watch your bills I'd never go back.

Diner Review №114

Wow this place is so goood! If you havent tried them you are definitely missing out on some delicious food. Takeout orders are my go to here and they never disappoint!! Love the mushu chicken and the tortillas and Hoisin sauce it comes with are on another level. I suggest you try different menu items because once you do you'll fall in love with the food even more 😂

Diner Review №115

Tonya is the sweetest! I always have a great experience with her. The food is wonderful and fresh as well. I'm here atleast once a week. Pad se ew with chicken and tofu and Thai iced tea every single time it's great!

Diner Review №116

First time here for me. Had the yellow curry level 5. I was surprised how great this dish was and the level 5 is no joke. My food was hot (heat) and their fried rice is yummy. Service was excellent. Family with me enjoyed their meals as well. Will definitely be back.

Diner Review №117

Ahan aroi mak lae khon dee mak! Good food and super nice people! We went here after a trip to the zoo with two little ones. They loved the mild orange chicken, while the adults enjoyed the Pad Kee Mao (spicy drunken noodles). We don't live in Tucson, but when we're in town, we look forward to visiting Nattha's Bann Thai again!

Diner Review №118

I have an affinity for Mussaman Curry. Theirs is good! Kind people good service..

Diner Review №119

I really liked the green curry. If you are wondering if they make it spicy enough, I would compare the 5/5 spiciness level to what you would get in Thailand. It might be slightly less than that, but comparable.

Highly recommend, and I will return in the future!

Diner Review №120

Diner Review №121

I ordered yellow chicken curry, and it was very watery, and outside of the chicken, it had large pieces of potato and some onions, and that was it. Pretty bland and unimpressive. Not interested in going back.

Diner Review №122

Good service and very helpful!

Diner Review №123

Reopening under new ownership. Highly recommend the crab papaya salad and beef pad Thai.

If you like Thai, This Is The Spot !

Diner Review №129

Loved the General Tso's chicken.

Diner Review №130

Run don’t walk to get Thai food at this family restaurant. The portions and prices are very fair. I had pad thai shrimp, som tham thai, yum nua, pad see eew, and pad kra pow. I go to flavor town every time! When I can, I try to eat at small businesses to support the community. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Diner Review №131

Everything was delicious. The restaurant is clean and staff is very attentive and quick! Great for lunch or dinner!

Diner Review №132

My wife and I enjoy it so much we went back twice in the same week!

So far we've had the following with scores:

Red Curry w/Chicken level 3/5 spice - 5/5
Red Curry w/Pork level 3/5 spice - 4.5/5
Egg Flower Soup: 4.5/5
Egg Rolls: 3.5/5
Crab Puffs: 4.5/5
Pad Thai w/Chicken 0/5 spice - 5/5
Orange Chicken 4/5

Everything was really good and the service was prompt and friendly.

We did overhear a lady who sent back her food twice for being "undercooked" which baffled us, because all of our dishes were great!!!!

Will probably make this a weekly stop.

Diner Review №133

They have Sepak Takraw (kick volleyball) playing on TV screens around the restaurant, which is interesting. I'd never seen it before.

Diner Review №134

I’ve been looking around Tucson for a good pad Thai and I quite liked this one! My bf found it too funky but I liked it, I think it was the bamboo shoots that did that so if you like it less funky I would just say that if you’re getting veggies to ask them to leave out the shoots! Boyfriend got the green curry and it was delicious and packed with flavor. Great service and fair prices. Especially on beers and cocktails ($4-5 for beers, $8 for cocktails and I believe $7 for a glass of wine). I will be returning for some more pad Thai!!

Excellent Asian and Thai menu. Had the hot n sour and Mussaman Curry and both were delicious. Very attentive staff, clean inside and food came out quickly. The memory of Peking Palace lives on!

Diner Review №136

Peking Palace is now Bann Thai Asian. Very clean, great employees, very fast and attentive service. The new owners serve the same great Chinese food that was available at Peking Palace, and they have added a great selection of Thai food. See the menu photos for details. We had the Thai Red Curry with chicken and Mussaman Curry with shrimp. Both had a generous amount of protein and vegetables. These selections and some others can be ordered with various spicy levels ranging from One (mild) to Five (Thai hot). We took the advice of our Server and ordered level Two, which was very good. We'll try Three next time! They have vegetarian and vegan options available too.

I absolutely love eating here. The staff are extremely helpful and understanding, even when I had placed an order on DoorDash and it wasn’t showing up on their end but they went ahead and made my food for me when I called that I was coming to pick it up. I also love the taste of the food and how much you get for the price. Definitely recommend

Diner Review №138

Amazing food. I got the Warr Wonton Soup and my husband got the Red Curry with chicken. Both were very good. We got it through Door Dash and the portion size was surprisingly large. My husband ate his for at least two meals.

Diner Review №139

Food is always delicious and authentic here.
We got the Beef Lo Mein ,the Tom Yum and the Thia Milk tea. Everything was good as always.

Diner Review №140

The food was delicious and came out quickly. The servers was attentive and kind. We will be back!

Diner Review №141

Good food at a reasonable price. Nice employees.

Diner Review №142

I came here twice for their delicious food as it was suggested by a family member. Sadly, during both visits, the service staff were rude and had to complain. Although I enjoyed their food, I would not go back due to their disrespectful attitude towards my elderly dad. He ordered the spare ribs which had sesame seeds. He was allergic and waitress was rude and with an attitude about having to take back the order.
Again, I took my dad for his birthday there and staff just had attitude again. This time my son did not like his drink. The gentlemen had attitude. Again, food is great, service is bad. I’m not returning!

Diner Review №143

Delicious and probably the best Asian food in Tucson. Quick service, relatively plain interior but the food is great tasting and good quality.

Strange smell with the soup...was told it was "gamey"

Diner Review №150

Had door dash pick up. Larb was awesome. Entrees were bamboo with ginger and one we didn't know the name. Both were great with the bamboo inching ahead because the ginger was fresh and spicy.
The chef followed instructions perfectly.
We will order again and again.

Spicy pineapple curry chicken. Best meal in town.

Diner Review №156

I ordered green curry and it was delicious! I can't wait to try the yellow curry next.

Diner Review №157

Everyone in our party loved the Thai food. Lots of good plates

Diner Review №158

The food was fabulous and the staff is wonderful. Great customer service. I recommend this place to anyone who lives Thai food.

Diner Review №159

A lovely, kind woman waited on us. Food came out very quickly and was delicious!

Diner Review №160

This is my favorite Chinese food in all of Tucson! I can’t understand why they only have a 4.2 rating, either. We’re from California and have had a heck of a time finding delicious food, and we’ve tried so many Chinese restaurants. Most just don’t meet the mark, but this establishment hits the spot every time.

My favorite from here is the Vegetable Lo Mein, the Sesame Chicken, Pork Fried Rice, and the Mongolian Beef. So yummy!

Oh, also the mango sticky rice!!! SOOOO DELICIOUS!

Diner Review №161

I give them a five star. Since they’ve open I’ve been there quite a few times. I have recommended them to all my family and friends. The food is delicious always comes out piping hot. The restaurant is kept very clean, and the staff are wonderful. Always look forward to the next time.
Thank you Nathan’s

Diner Review №162

Loved it!!! I had the shrimp pad thai and I asked for it spicy, it was the perfect amount of spicy. My bf had chicken pad thai and we shared the sticky mango rice dessert. All delicious. The restaurant looks clean and the staff was very friendly.

Diner Review №163

Great food and service. Have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in town, and this is one of the best. Highly recommend.

Diner Review №164

Tasty food, good service

Diner Review №165

The service is amazing and the food even better. It arrived within 10 mins of ordering and it was delicious. I loved eating here!!!!

Diner Review №166

Really good!! Got soup and garlic chicken to go. The garlic chicken was super garlic filled and wonderful. The soup was great and warm after a drive home. I’d for sure suggest others go here!

Diner Review №167

I ordered the Pad Thai chicken without peanuts. It was fabulous. The service was prompt, and they were very nice. I'll be back.

Diner Review №168

Diner Review №169

Diner Review №170

Truly some of the best Thai and Cantonese food I've ever eaten. Such a nice surprise for this area finally.

Diner Review №171

I just happened to find this place next door to the hair salon I went to this afternoon. It's their soft opening this week, grand opening on Sep. 8-9. It's sooo good!! Not super cheap but who is these days? I got the Shrimp Drunken Noodles and Thai iced tea. Yummy and really good service too!

Diner Review №172

Such a great experience!

Diner Review №173

I'm sad I didn't know about this place sooner. The whole experience was just what we were hoping for.

Diner Review №174

The Pad Thai was 5 stars. They do something with their sauce that makes it SO GOOD! A must to return for us.

Diner Review №175

Just had this delivered via Grubhub yesterday. Food was excellent. I got the Pad Thai and my daughter got the Sesame Chicken. We both ate out leftovers for dinner that night, it was that good. We will definitely order from here again.

Diner Review №176

Very pleasant dinner. Staff was super friendly, food was good. From the outside it doesn't look like much, but inside it's nice and calm and clean. We had the pad Thai which was good but very mild, the sweet and sour chicken and the shrimp-scallop-vegetable dish and the mango sticky rice. I'd recommend this place.

Diner Review №178

Sooo good 👍

Diner Review №179

Wasn't true Thai because they did not have the condiment tray that should always come with Pad Thai noodles. Not bad but disappointing.

Diner Review №180

The ladies were very pleasant and accommodating the food was phenomenal

Diner Review №181

I never could have imagined that this restaurant would be so amazing. The service was simply divine, the waiters were very kind and good at their job. The atmosphere was also very cozy, I felt at home in there. Along with those two boons the food was amazing! The Peking shrimp they served was very tasty and cooked to perfection, as an added bonus the sticky rice was perfect! It was perfectly sticky and there was some white hot gooey sauce on it, wonder what that was. No other restaurant has provided me with such a good experience, so much so that just being here made my whole day. I HIGHLY recommend that you visit here.

Diner Review №182

Went between lunch and dinner so it wasn't busy food is good service good.

Diner Review №183

Diner Review №184

Absolutely excellent! Best shrimp Pad thai I have ever had! Loved that I could choose between a range of spiciness from 1-5. The serving size of all items ordered was very generous! Ribs and potstickers were so unique and amazing! The facility was very clean and comfortable and Joy was a very warm and helpful employee. Not only will we be back, this is now my #1 favorite restaurant in Tucson. Great value for the money, too!

Diner Review №185

Best customer service ever, clean and cute inside. We got the laab and egg rolls to start, both very delicious! I got the lemon chicken and my husband got the green curry and both were excellent! We will be back to try more!

Diner Review №186

Whoa ho ho ho... New place, very good food, portions a lil small but make up in flavor... A must try for Thai food ... In shopping center towards Palo Verde high school

Diner Review №192

Diner Review №193

This place is the BEST!!! They are friendly, and serve the most delicious Thai food! Thank God I live so close!!!

Diner Review №194

Best Thai food in Tucson! We love the drunken noodles, panang curry, pineapple curry, mango rice, and Tom Kha soup. I’m sure everything else is good too, we just haven’t tried it yet.

Diner Review №195

Diner Review №196

The sesame chicken was a bit disappointing. It was saltier than teppanyaki sauce, and threw the meal.off course for me. The atmosphere was nice with good views and service was both quick and friendly.

Diner Review №197

First time ever in my 65 years of life I ate Thai food! Pad Thai from here was incredible! Will definitely be a repeat customer!
