Very cozy restaurant, the waiter was very tentative and quick to our needs. Food was ok. The thai tea had so much sugar that we had to dilute it with water, The plates are smaller than usual and presentation is good. Unfortunately not the best thai food in the valley.
At the end we got our receipt and it was way higher than we expected, the menu had lower prices and apparently the prices go up for dinner.
Tried it, our receipt was incorrect...never going back.

Wow, impressed by how terrible the food was. We ordered a Thai tea that was pure concentrate, fried bananas (those were good, earned the restaurant two stars), Tofu Red Curry and Chicken Red Curry. The tofu was misshapen and jagged, and tasted strange. Both curries had very little flavor and so much oil it had separated from the rest of the dish before we got home. The only reason this place has 4 stars is because people in Sun City clearly don’t know what good Thai tastes like.

I love Line Thai. The restaurant is nice and spacious, the staff is super friendly and quick, and the food is spectacular. I appreciate that they do their spice on a "mild, medium, hot" scale as it cuts the ambiguity other places have. A 3 star at one place might be a 5 star at another. Instead, you have a better idea of what your sinuses are about to be hit with.

I just had the Chicken Pad Thai, as it is a standard go-to on my first visit to a Thai restaurant, and it is one of the better offerings I have had. The chicken was plentiful and the sauce was flavorful with just a hint of sweetness along with the bird's eye spice. I would recommend this dish for anyone unfamiliar with Thai cuisine and wanting to give it a try.

Looking at other dishes being served it seems their portions are quite generous and more than I would have expected considering their very reasonable prices. We will definitely be coming back often.

I liked this restaurant. Nice attentive staff, friendly and kind. The food is good too and the prices are average what you would expect. Overall a nice spot for lunch while taking a break from buying a vehicle down the street at Peoria Nissan.

Chicken and beef dishes had day old taste, phad Thai had 2 shrimp. Not pleasant dining experience. Do not recommend.

My husband and I have been coming for many years. We always order 2 orders of yellow chicken curry and 1 chicken pad thai. Im not one to leave a bad review unless its that seriously disappointing. Our pad Thai was sticky, chewy and extremely dry. Unfortunately both containers of curry were 2/3 full. I hate to say we but we wont be returning

We ordered #76 fried rice, #80 veggies with noodles, #32, #34B. Our daughter summed it up, “This food is like what you’d expect to find late at night in an airport buffet, where everything tastes like bland bandaids, but you’re hungry so you eat it anyway.” She’s been to Thailand twice, so may be biased toward fresh, flavorful, authentic Thai. The ingredients seemed not so fresh. The flavor and seasoning seemed almost nonexistent. From the other reviews maybe it’s better if you dine in at lunch time when the food is fresher and ask for some level of spiciness.

Medium heat is very warm. #68 was really good.

OK. I had Pad Thai. I've had much better Pad Thai at a number of places. I won't go back. For the mediocre quality of food and lackadaisical service, it isn't worth the hassle of getting back onto busy Bell Road having to make a U-turn to get back home.

Gold standard for Thai food in the valley, I have tried most other Thai restaurants and it is still my #1. I am addicted to their Pad Keep Mow.

I have sadness in my heart for this close-to-home Thai outlet.

The best part was the Wonton soup, because it was hot... but when you bring me a tepid plate of Pad See Ew, its encoded in my very DNA to send it back.

And yes, its a bold move, because you never know what kind of DNA is going to be in the next plate presented before you.

Initially, the takeout was wonderful! Nice large servings of food that was deliciously prepared. The flavors, the seasoning was melt-in-your-mouth perfect. However the second time we ordred takeout was less than flavorful than the first. Ordered vegetarian fried rice which was barely enough for one person to eat, had very few vegetables, in the flavoring was a bit off.off. Ordered shrimp garlic sauce dish, but it arrived in a red curry sauce. Ok. Gave it another try 4/3 time . That was the kicker. Order the fried rice again, but received less than half of a serving for two. Ordered the garlic shrimp again, was not in a garlic sauce. Serving size was also less than enough for two people. It appears that as long as you are a first time, one time customer, you get a great meal with large-sized portions. But if you become a returning customer, then they seem to prepare your food anyway they desire, because heck, you won't know the difference anyway!

Took my dad here for his birthday lunch and the The Tom kah Kai was exceptional! Also the spring rolls were very good exactly what I have been craving. This place is great and very clean, staff is accommodating and polite. Will be back soon !

The rice had picked up the taste of tap water, the rice noodles were gelatinous, the satay sauce was sweeter than the sweet & sour sauce.

So I’m still currently eating my still hot pick up order but I wanted to write this review before I forget. Whoever is making the mild yellow curry knows what they are doing! It is delicious!! So much chicken a little bit of potatoes just perfect proportions for me & the taste and consistency is spot on.

First time I've ever tried thai food. Clean, friendly staff, cafeteria look to the place. We got a variety of appetizers and meals. It was a lot better than I was expecting.

Love coming to this restaurant, the pineapple rice dish is one of my favorite menu items and Thai tea was delicious (definitely go unsweetened). Price was very affordable compared to another Thai restaurant that I frequent and service was amazing.

Wasn't impressed with service and food was poor. Got Chicken Phad Woon Sen: ZERO chicken. My wife got GF Chicken Phad Thai: she ended up throwing it away because it smelled and tasted awful. Maybe we went on a bad day but this was my experience.

Came in cause we were craving a Thai Tea. It was lunch time so we grabbed some food too. We got a soup and some green curry. Both dishes had an odd smell. Reminded me of a horse stable. Most veggies seemed to come from a can. It tasted ok but we won't be coming back.

West side representing for a few days while I'm in a training class in case of a strike and my old man said that there was a Thai place up the road that was good - so we headed out to give it a shot as I'm always up for good Thai food after spending 13 days there this past October.

The food is real good but you can’t order food right now because the place is under construction. There is a fence around the restaurant but they are to lazy to update their website!

This restaurant is by far one of the best Thai food restaurants in the West Valley. I have been going to them since early 2006. The food is always delicious, very flavorful and the prices are very reasonable. I always eat Pad Thai. Also the Red Curry is delicious. Get the Thai tea. And definition finish it up with the homemade coconut ice cream. You can't go wrong!!

I regret to have to change my review from 5 Stars to just 1 Star. I ordered a dinner to go perhaps 2 months ago and it was so awful I didn’t finish. How can you screw up rice? That too was old and like it had been scraped from the bottom of the pan. Usually I save leftovers for the next day but my leftovers were saved to put in the garbage disposal. Such a disappointment because that one restaurant used to be something Sun City could be proud. Bypass this place and go to another location. There’s another gentleman who feels the same as I do. Something has changed and the change is s drastic one when you lose 2 different families. Better get your chef back or buy better products. People in Sun City know what is good and we will be loyal patrons but don’t serve mediocre food and charge us like it’s 5 Star quality.

Ordered broccoli and beef and the sauce was basically a bland soup. When it comes to Thai this is not the spot. Avoid!

This used to be me and my wife’s go to Thai place in the valley. Over the last few months the quality has gone down hill. They changed the recipes or have a new chef. Their Pad Thai now has a sauce on it that tastes like its heavily ketchup based. I think that they have slowly changed their recipes to more American tastes which ruins going out for Thai. There are better places in the west valley that are more authentic. It is sad to say I will never eat at Line Thai again

Love this restaurant. Went here with my mom and brother to experiment with a local place. It was love at first taste. Every dish I've had here was masterfully crafted. From the presentation to the flavor, and very reasonable prices, Line Thai has it all. I've tried the yellow curry on the advice of other reviewers and loved it. Their 'phad thai' and 'phad see ew' are my favorites though. Do yourself a favor and try them out.

Sorry to say, but this was the worse Yellow Curry I have ever had. Chicken was old, a large piece of potato in the mix, curry sauce seemed curdled. Very bad experience.
