i LOVE coming to Chada Thai! it was hard finding authentic and consistent thai food in scottsdale, but this place hits every time. I usually order on doordash but decided to stop by randomly today and felt welcomed. The food came out fast and was delish! My favorite meals are the Boat Noodles and the Drunken Noodles so give it a try! :)

The sign says, "Authentic Thai Food." I wouldn't know, but it seemed so. It was fantastic. Tom Ka soup, peanut sauce, sticky rice, Pad Thai... all we're really good. Highly recommend. The awards seem well deserved.

I ordered the Pad Thai, "Thai spicy", wasn't as spicy as I thought it would be (considering being in Scottsdale, I FIGURED AS MUCH 😂) but I still thoroughly enjoyed it. Other dish is Cashew Cashew, very delicious. I'll DEFINITELY be back to try other items on the menu whenever I'm back in town! ขอบคุณ!

This place is amazing. I went for the special which includes either soup or salad. Today's flavor was coconut chicken, which was bursting with flavor. I always get chicken pad Thai and a curry when I eat someplace new. Today I got the yellow curry, both dishes were excellent. Chada Thai, which bares it's name from the traditional Thai headdress, adorn the walls inside. The place was nicely decorated with a lot of thought and had a very welcoming feel to it. I met one of the owners, who was very friendly, walking around talking to customers and making sure they were having a good experience. All the staff was friendly.

Update: stopped in again since I was in the area (11/16/21). Today I had the Panama curry with chicken and the boat soup with Thai beef. Both tasted delicious, and the boat soup was a huge portion.

Ordered orange chicken, usually I choose something more authentic. My wife got the Thai boat. Rice was very mushy and the chicken seemed like a reheated ingredient not freshly made. Soup was also disappointing with very little meat.

Edit after the owners response… I eat jasmine rice everyday at home and while you may have used jasmine rice it was not cooked correctly way too much water was added making it mushy. As for the soup and the orange chicken I stand by my original review on the poor quality.

Recently moved to the area and saw Chada Thai was nearby, decided to give it a go and was not disappointed! The yellow curry, fresh rolls, and pad Thai were all delicious and I will definitely be ordering from here again.

Plus: 1. we asked for no hot spice and they honored that, unlike some restaurants. 2. Ingredients were fresh. 3. Pork pot stickers were pretty good.
Minus: 1. Pad thai noodles were chewy. (Note: this was take out, so maybe better in person). 2. Ginger delight was low on flavor. 3. Yumm Nom Tok had good beef but virtually no dressing. 4. Coconut rice had virtually no coconut flavor.

Service is alright, but the food is great. I would suggest they make their boba.And specialty drinks a little bit sweeter

The Panang here reminds me of my grandma's Thai friend that used to make it for us growing up. It's so rich and has so much depth of flavor to it. And they don't skimp on the meat and veg in it. I highly recommend this place for a Thai night.

Waited for an hours in as dine in, they give preference to take out order. Very poor service.

My mom and I had an amazing experience here! I am celiac and we got the chicken red curry and shrimp salad rolls, they were so good! I didn’t eat the peanut sauce with the salad rolls just because the menu doesn’t list this as gluten free and I wasn’t confident about it but the curry was so good and had so much chicken! The restaurant was empty on a Friday night which makes me sad because it was so good and the service we got was so kind! Definitely somewhere I’d go again, some of the best gluten free Thai I’ve had!

Wow! Even if the food were bad, I’d give them five stars for their attitude.

But the food is incredible. Seriously, these are the best spring rolls I’ve ever had. They are crunchy, salty, stuffed without being overstuffed, and perfectly cooked.

I also got the Tom kha soup with chicken and tofu, medium spice. The broth is thick, almost whipped, and the vegetables crunch without being raw. The tofu is cubed and fried nicely, and the chicken is not dry. It’s not too much lime, it’s not too much spice. It’s not too salty. It all blends together so well, and it’s a generous portion.

You can taste that they make everything by hand.

Ordered the Pad Thai noodles and mango sticky rice. Great sized portions and very fresh!

Wow, the best thai food (yellow curry) I’ve had in a very long time!!! Soooo good.

Other reviews lead me astray. Vegetables within order were mushy and seemed like this was a frozen food reheat. Overall taste not great with this being the worst Thai food I have ever had.

I have been dining in and talking out from Chada Thai since they opened this location at Scottsdale and Thomas Roads(3 years ago?).
The food is good. However, yesterday my take out order was incorrect and included something I can’t eat. It’s happened before, but yesterday was the first time I called them on it. The woman who answered my call apologized and asked if I was willing to return to the restaurant for the correct order. When I did the owner/manager(?) was hesitant and said that the employee I had spoken with was new and shouldn’t have told me what she did. However, the manager might accommodate me “this once”. Really? The mistake was theirs. Instead of a gracious resolution to an understandable mistake, the owner alienated a consistent, repeat customer. I declined her less than gracious offer and will not be returning. I think the “new” employee has better restaurant instincts than the manager.

I had a bad experience at that restaurant. When I ordered, I told my hostess that I am allergic and they delivered it wrong. It gave me an allergy and I had to rush out to take some medication because my allergy is very strong. The waitress said she would talk to the police. They didn't give us any food, just that spring roll and it was a bite.

I ordered online for takeout from Chada Thai, and was so impressed. The restaurant itself is cute and casual. My order was ready quickly (earlier than estimated), staff was super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I had panang curry with chicken, gluten free, hot. I love and eat Thai regularly, all over the US. They knocked it out of the park!

Very nice server named Tee. Good was great. Very spicy pad Thai! But it was tasty! Reccomend if you want go get some good pad Thai.

There really wasn't much to think about when ordering here. Since everyone wore shirts saying "Thai boat noodles and pho", it would only make sense to get those 2 things. They were both delicious. The spice level is legit, punctuated by the "Thai Hot" category. Don't get this or the "Hot" option if you're not used to the crazy heat.

The boat noodles were flavorful. And the pho was excellent. Typical pho places will have a rather clear broth and taste very similar. That's simply because of the msg added to the stock. It usually leaves a weird taste in your mouth. Not here! The broth is darker and has a distinct taste of star anise, all spice, cinnamon and bone marrow - that's what gives the pho broth the full-flavored profile you'd find using traditional methods. It is a little salty but I loved it nevertheless.

Always great food and very attentive staff

First (and last) time I am visiting this place. I'm not a fan of sitting in a booth being ignored for 10+ minutes while watching a bunch of to go orders taking precedent. Shame, the food looked good. The water was good, though.

I have been here on numerous occasions. It's OK and convenient to me. I've finally had enough. I knew they weren't very good with customer service and really shouldn't be in the service/restaurant business but I went back anyway. Well No more! They are seriously the rudest people I have ever encountered. I can't believe they're still in business. And if you don't like your entree, too bad for you! They will not offer you anything else and they will still charge you for it! Quote "How ell we supposed to make money!"
They also added an entree we didn't order and my friend didn't want to say anything and just paid for it.

Me and my co workers go to this restaurant all the time and I can vouch for 3 dishes since we like to stick to what's perfect (I don't like taking chances on other dishes, lol). So happy Chada Thai exists. We just discovered this gem only 3 minutes from our house, and feel stupid for only having just found our new favorite Thai restaurant. We eat a lot of Thai, and this places blows other Thai food places (in Scottsdale) out of the water, in quality, speed and service. We ordered take-out and had zero loss of quality. Sometimes you expect the food to not be as good if you’re not eating at the location, but that was not the case here at all. Food was ON POINT, even at home. Upon pickup, staff was super nice. Food was ready when they said it would be. Frankly, the atmosphere was so welcoming we almost considered eating there! Next time, we will for sure opt to dine-in to get the full experience.

First time I've ever ate here, took the food to go and honestly, some of, if not the best Thai food I've had. They were so incredibly nice and friendly, this is absolutely going to become one of our go to spots. Everything was perfect. We were visiting from Seattle and always get Thai food every Sunday so we thought we would try a place here. This place had very good reviews so that’s why we picked it. We ordered pad see ew and pad Thai. We got medium spicy thinking that was equivalent to a 2-3 star. Our dishes were so incredibly spicy that we couldn’t even eat them. I like spicy food but this was to the point where your mouth was burning on fire and weren’t able to even enjoy the food. The service was poor as well. They were decently busy but there was only one server working and it took forever to get boxes and check etc. The server came by at the end when we were basically done eating to ask how everything was. We will not be coming back unfortunately.

Everything was exceptionally delicious. You can taste the quality in every bite. We had the fresh spring rolls with avocado, which were super refreshing and the biggest spring rolls I had ever seen. The orange chicken is delicately breaded and the sauce is home made, it was a refreshing delight. The best orange chicken I have had at a restaurant. The pad Thai was amazing. The pho was hearty and healing. The green tea even came freshly steeped in your own kettle pot. Steamed dumplings were good, veggies were nice and fresh. I was very impressed. I don’t know why I never stepped in here before but I will definitely be back.

I ordered delivery. After having to call several times because their website does not work for delivery, a woman yelled at me to use DoorDash. So I placed an order for 7 lunch combos on Door Dash. The "appetizer" section is optional, but the drink is required. So each of my combo orders included a drink and no appetizer (we didn't want to pay $5-7 more per combo for an appetizer as the combos were already $16 each). I get a call from the restaurant that we are not getting any drinks because they are not included in the combo without an appetizer. I tried to dispute this with the restaurant as the Door Dash site did not say you had to pick an appetizer in order to get the drink on the combo (I posted the screen shots from Doordash indicating what is optional and what is required). The woman on the other end yelled at me, told me she was busy with a customer and hung up on me! I am so disappointed. I ordered this lunch special for my office because I like the food. I am a customer and no one deserves to be treated that way by another human being. There are plenty of Thai restaurants that would not treat their customers this way: I see you Thai Coconut! Shame on you Cha Da Thai. I will never come back.

I read the great reviews and decided to have Pad Thai for lunch. I was a bit surprised at how expensive it was but thought it might be worth it. You have to pay extra to add meat, tofu, veggies, etc.. which brought the total close to $20.00. I’ve had pad Thai many times and usually it has some green onions and carrots but not this one. It is very plain and dry with very little sauce, no cilantro, or any real flavors except sweet peanut sauce and some mung beans that weren’t even mixed in. Maybe it was yesterday’s special?Needless to say, it was really disappointing.

This Thai was so good I used to drive 20 min. to their last location. We are lucky to have them down the street now. Staff is great and food is delicious. Good bang for your buck too.

Had the Thai fried rice with chicken... Spice level 3 of 5. It was plenty spicy but not over powering. Great flavor and fast, attentive service.

Absolutely no service, every table get a big water bottle to refill except our table. The wait time was too long, the time we’re sitting there was longer than the time we eating there. We were ONLY 5 PEOPLE. We were charged 20 percent for service. I have no idea why, paying service fees without using the service. The food was ok. Definitely will not go back again. If you’re hungry and looking to have a good time Dining with friends or family, I don’t recommend here. None of us yelled at them, I can’t believe saying “Excuse me” now is yelling.

If you are charging a high 20% gratitude, maybe try to improve your service first instead of just defending yourself here on the internet but doing nothing about improving the service. Being busy or shorthanded is not an excuse for bad services. Don't take that many customers, and btw, you can still serve your customer with a good attitude even when you are busy. Food was okay.

However, according to the restaurant, I won’t suggest coming here on the weekend since they are too busy to give you a good service:)

Different style food than I'm accustomed to. Foul odor where we were sitting. Didn't try desserts.

Wish it was 5! The food was amazing but we had to wait 2 hours for it. Two dishes were not prepared to our order (vegan restrictions), which had to be sent back, and one was frozen. Yikes. No items were comped for our trouble so we ended up just packing up our food to go when we got it. So sad because the food is incredible and actually spicy.

Small portions but food was flavorful. The menu is a mess and misleading. The extra add-on charges for refills and brown rice are kind of ridiculous considering that the menu has different prices for each and a different amount appeared on our bill. I won’t be going back.

Great Pumpkin Red Curry for Lunch, Dinner is also on point when it comes to the green curry.

Asked for a tofu drunken noodle and specifically asked not to put any animal products and fish sauce but they were kind enough to add some pieces of chicken in my supposed to be vegetarian dunken noodle.
And the color of food is so unappetizing, I don't know what kind of sauce they add.

Great tasting and prepared food.
The timing of the food delivery was a bit off. They brought out my wife's dish but had to wait over 10 minutes before my dish came out. So I had to watch my wife eat.
I had ordered the duck and I quickly forgot about the delay. It was one of the best duck I have had. Full of flavor, moist, and all ready de-boned.
I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Not bad nice place to get a bite

This place used to be my favorite Vietnamese restaurant called Noodles ranch. The owners have retired and now it's a Thai restaurant. My thai friend approves and they have plain sticky rice, not the sweet kind with coconut milk (they DO also have sweet coconut rice if that's your cup of tea). Pad thai and drunken noodles were very yummy and mango sticky rice is bomb!

*update: I took my friends there and they all loved the food too. Be mindful when you choose spicy level. Spicy option can be pretty spicy.

Excellent food!! Terrible customer service I’ve been here 5 times and it’s the same thing every time they don’t greet black people at the door and act like they don’t see you .. then when you sit they take 10-15 just to poor water and 20-25 mins before they ask you what you want to order! ITS 2022 y’all gotta do better

After living in Thailand for four years, this is the most authentic Thai food I have found in the valley. Highly suggest the khao soi and som tum. Tuk ta or “Tee” is absolutely delightful and the overall service has been great. We have returned multiple times and it is our go to Thai place !

Wonderful restaurant- the teriyaki salmon is excellent. The ownership team is also super nice and the staff are great!

Just went, the food was awful. Ordered Orange Chicken and Yellow Curry with Chicken we didn’t eat more than a few bites. No one noticed, no one cared. Even when they asked us if we wanted a box and we said “no the food was bad”, they didn’t care. Still paid and tipped 20%. Not the servers fault, but won’t be back!

Possibly the best red curry I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in NYC! So. Good. Wow. I like it hot and their heat scale is legit, unlike many other Thai restaurants, so proceed with caution if you’re not looking for authentic ring-the-alarm spicy.

I'm from Los Angeles and this is as good as any of the best Thai restaurants that I have been to. If I ever find myself in Scottsdale again, I will come back.

Ordered to-go drunken noodles with tofu, got drunken noodles with chicken. Luckily I’m not vegetarian so I can still eat it but pretty disappointing not to get what you ordered. Food was good, not great. Fresh roll was HUGE which is not ideal bc that just meant it was full of lettuce. Three little shrimps in a roll the size of a burrito just isn’t exciting. If they were properly sized, there would have been enough shrimp and it wouldn’t have just tasted like lettuce and mint in rice paper. Thai tea boba was delicious.

Catfish was really good and so was the drunken noodle. Great service as well!

This place is great. We went to Noodles Ranch for years and loved it. The new place is just as good. Highly recommend trying this place if you like good thai food.

Wow! I was surprised because we tried so many Thai foods all over the place and I would say this is the best Thai I've been since I got here in Arizona. I wish I took some pictures but we don't want to be disappointed again since we tried so many restaurants the only thing I would say on one of the food that I ordered is the beef salad taste authentic but they need to add some cucumbers and slice the lettuces. And maybe add more vegetables on it. Otherwise everything tastes good.

The steamed Thai dumplings are excellent. So are shrimp cakes, fresh rolls, and they have handmade curry puffs!!! (Not on menu yet) All curry dishes have been great, pad Thai, and pho. One of the top 3 Thai restaurants I've been to in the country. Nothing here is even close to their level. Very authentic on dishes.

The food was amazing!!! The pad Thai has so much flavor packed in the first bite. The coconut soup was amazing great flavor perfectly cooked mushrooms. The taro boba topped of the night. Wonderful staff beautiful ambiance. Best Thai food I’ve tried in Az. I’ll be back for sure.

Best Yellow Curry I've ever had

We loved the food!

Went here on a weekday for an early dinner. We were seated quickly and immediately brought a pitcher of water for our table or 2 which i love. Fresh shrimp rolls, Chicken pad Thai, and shrimp red curry were all outstanding. It was also extremely extremely clean. Will definitely be making this my new neighborhood Thai joint.

I used to frequent their original location and I'm happy to see them return. The food is always perfect and the customer service is friendly. I've only done takeout so far, but their online ordering process makes it really easy. Personally, I miss the Vietnamese restaurant that was located here but if anyone had to replace them I'm glad that it's Chada Thai.

Our family loves thai food, and we end up trying it wherever we go. Chada Thai stands up to the best we have tried in Seattle, San Francisco, Orange County, Hawaii, and Utah. The Miang Kham appetizer, which are mini lettuce wraps filled with a mini lime wedge, toasted coconut, serrano (?) chile, fresh ginger, orange, and tamarind sauce. They were delicious, and I hadn't ever seen them at other Thai restaurants. The chicken yellow curry and pad see ew were also excellent. The service was super friendly and kind - some of the best service we have ever had. I don't understand why this place doesn't have more reviews. I suppose people are going to all the typical steakhouses and such.

Oh my Thai! Nina was absolutely a joy to interact with. She was so polite and up beat on the phone. We made a pick up order, our order was Veggie Curry Panang hot spice and Beef pad Thai Mild spice. When I got to the restaurant it was busy and after eating the food I can see why!

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. Very clean, nice lighting and feels like a warm cozy vibe. The food coming out of the kitchen looked very delicious, professionally plated and good size portions.

Nina was very attentive in letting me know when our order would be ready and that they had ran out of sticky rice which was no problem in my book I gladly opted for brown. She then kindly let me know I could sit at a table to wait for our order, she apologize and said they have been so busy, I told her " that's a good thing! Being busy and running out of something is a blessing."

Every one looked very happy with what they were eating. The music playing was well known cover songs with contemporary sound. The temperature of the restaurant was pleasant not to cold. She brought our order over our To Go order and thanked me.

NOW FOR THE CARRY OUT FOOD REVIEW

Food stayed hot for the drive home and filled my car with the Amazing smell of curry. Every thing was boxed perfect, no spills ,no leaks and food Temperature was hot when we opened the boxes to eat.
I ordered hot for my veggie curry because I'm used to most places saying hot but end up with mild/med level. Hot means hot here and I'm sooooooo happy! It's a heat that builds lol. The brown and white rice are cooked perfect moist , fluffy , hot, lightly sticks together. The curry has so much flavor and the consistency is not too thick not too runny. Veggies are not over cooked very good texture fresh not frozen tasting. Portion size I personally can get more then one meal out of it( I love left overs ).
My love had the Beef pad Thai and says it is on point! Says Beef was tender, great flavor, noodles were cooked perfect. Mild means legit Mild here not spicy which makes my love very happy! Portion for them was perfect size, no left overs. So we give Chada Thai a score higher than 5+++. Looking forward to dinning in next time.

Went here expecting Noodle Ranch and found it had closed and Chada Thai had taken its place. While it was not what we were expecting we enjoyed it immensely. Only item to mention is medium spice is quite spicy, so be aware. The food was delicious and we will definitely be going back

My partner and I came here for dinner and this is the BEST Thai restaurant we’ve had since moving to Phoenix a year ago. It’s truly authentic and full of flavor. On top of that, the service was wonderful! I think the women who was serving us may have been an owner or manager (Sue) - she was so sweet and actually took the time to talk with us and was so considerate. We will both be back soon!! My wife and I came and got papaya salad, pad see iew, Tom Zaband, and fresh Roll shrimp, it was excellent on point and authentic with the flavor. The owner is Thai and very genuine and enjoyed chatting with her.

When we come back to visit Scottsdale will come again!

Great spot with extensive and unique menu

I live in downtown Phoenix but had to go to Scottsdale for some errands. I was craving some Thai food and saw this place had really high Google ratings. It did not disappoint. I got the lunch combo with veggie crispy roll and chicken pad see ew (I think is what it’s called). Everything tasted really fresh and flavorful. The green tea iced tea didn’t taste like they dumped sugar in it (which a lot of places do). One of the best and most unique to go packaging I have seen that allowed me to eat in my car without a mess (I think it may be recyclable). I would drive all the way from Phoenix on a regular basis for this.

Absolutely deserving of all 5 stars! This was just one of those eating experiences where you can't help yourself but smile as you eat. You just know you are eating something high quality, authentic, and from a place that clearly cares about what they put on their tables.
I love Thai food... And I seek out Thai restaurants often. I am also very selective about making any food recommendations, and I will say that this place is a must try. I promise you will not be disappointed! Even the soup we started with was so good we all asked for seconds (it was honestly a simple Veg soup... but it was just so flavorful and aromatic). I ordered the Khoa Soi Chicken Curry Noodle by recommendation, and it was genuinely the best yellow curry dish I have ever had.
With this said, I will be making the 30+ mile journey to this restaurant often, and I am very much looking forward to exploring the rest of the menu. (Everyone I was with ordered something different, and they were all raving about their dishes as much as me!).

The yellow curry was very good, I also liked the catfish, tasty as flavorful, a nice little place to go for lunch.

We were visiting from New Jersey and were in the mood for Thai food. Google helped us find this place and we are so glad it did! Our dinner was delicious! We had red and yellow chicken curry and fried rice, so tasty! The service is great too and very friendly. Next time we come to Arizona, we will make sure to stop by for dinner.

My girlfriend and I ordered takeout. She got Vegetable Pho and I ordered Panang Curry. Be cautioned, Thai hot is actually Thai hot, which I appreciated but it was borderline too hot for me. Both dishes were phenomenal. We also ordered mango with sticky rice and that was excellent as well.

Pad Thai pales in comparison to what I had in Thailand, both from the street and otherwise, and where I recently moved from - NYC. In my hopes I’ll procure it here…

In my opinion;

Pad Thai rice noodles should be clear and white not brown.
It should be sweet and savory, not just sweet.
There should be hearty chunks of scallions.
There should be tasty bits of tamarind.
There should be a very juicy lime to squeeze all over.
There should be hot chili flakes provided that can deliver a “1” to a “5” 😳

Great customer service! Staff was cheerful and friendly. We appreciated they were willing to accommodate my large family at short notice on Christmas night. Dinner was fantastic, food was nicely spiced. I ate the Pho and proportion was large and tasted fabulous. My family and I now have our favorite Thai food restaurant.

Delicious food, reasonable price

This is levels above anything else I've ever had in Scottsdale. Nina is an amazing chef. We had Shrimp cakes, Pad See Ew, and a Thom Ka soup.. (which are common dishes) but they were made with such perfect flavor and ingredients. A+!

This will be the first Thai restaurant they don't serve curry with "rice". $14 curry comes with no rice($3 additional). I asked one old lady if Khoa Soi Chicken Curry came with rice and she said yes. After getting our plates, I knew my rice was missing so I asked one woman who brought our plates looked like a manager or an owner in the restaurant about my rice missing. She told me that curry doesn't come with the rice so I mentioned the old lady said it does, and then she told me "she(the old lady) doesn't know anything!" and asked me if I needed the additional rice with smile. I was shocked because she was irresponsible about their customer's order as well as the way she treated her employee like that made me feel so unpleasant. I definitely do not recommend this place at all, and they shouldn't be running their business like this..I wish I could give 0 star but this is all I can do.

The Red Thi is superb!! Medium has great flavor and spice. Recommend to eat here very authentic Thi Food. So happy I found this place. The owner is a really nice guy came and greeted us.

Really good Thai food. I always find it hard to get good Thai in the US and this place is the best I've had in Scottsdale. Definitely will be coming back more regularly.

The best Pad Thai I have had in the valley. Sweet sour and spicy. A lot of other Pad Thai's tend to be too oily or only sweet/spicy but miss the sour element. This one was spot on.

My wife ordered the Tom Ka which was also very delicious. They serve it in a very nice silver bowl with a candle in the middle which helps the soup warm the entire meal (a very nice touch!).

We will plan on coming here weekly. We love this place and were thoroughly impressed; excellent food, great atmosphere, very clean and family friendly.

The owner also came by and spoke to us. He was very nice and recommended the next time we come to order the #15. Looking forward to it :)

@Owner - one thing on your website - It seems the pictures are of your old location and the link to the google map points to the old location off Via Linda even though the current address is correctly noted off N. Scottsdale Road.

Amazing food & service!! I've gone twice in the pass week and love it! Highly recommend it!

Have been looking for a local Thai place that was on par with my favorite over in central Phoenix. My primary measuring stick is Phanaeng Curry, and this place measured-up nicely! Was creamy with just the right amount of slight peanut flavor. VERY good! I chose number 4 for the spice level (1-5 scale), and it was just about right. Might try 5 next time.

Also ordered the pork-sate' sticks as an appetizer, and they were yummy. Thai tea was spot on, too.

Service was friendly and fast.

This place is amazing. I went for the special which includes either soup or salad. Today's flavor was coconut chicken, which was bursting with flavor. I always get chicken pad Thai and a curry when I eat someplace new. Today I got the yellow curry, both dishes were excellent. Chada Thai, which bares it's name from the traditional Thai headdress, adorn the walls inside. The place was nicely decorated with a lot of thought and had a very welcoming feel to it. I met one of the owners, who was very friendly, walking around talking to customers and making sure they were having a good experience. All the staff was friendly.

Update: stopped in again since I was in the area (11/16/21). Today I had the Panama curry with chicken and the boat soup with Thai beef. Both tasted delicious, and the boat soup was a huge portion.

Fabulous flavors and comfy decor. The boat soup was tart and delicious, the staff well mannered and helpful and the atmosphere calm and inviting. This is a place that one can have a wonderful meal, in a quiet and comfortable setting. Definitely on my regular visit list.
