Stylish restaurant preparing modern versions of classic Thai dishes, plus exotic house cocktails.
Staff turnover here....signs of lower food quality with 5 star prices! Meagre meat content in tastless dishes. WINGS WERE DRY, overcooked, and simply no taste fried with no seasonings. Yellow curry- counted 6 thinly shaved pieces of beef with a plate full of water-diw ed curry sauce.....see pic. Ground chicken lettuce wrap - no taste and see the leaf n meat photo.....did I mention $100 price tag for what is shown in pi s?
We got the drunken noodles and panang curry... It was just right amount of flavor and not overwhelming. Kudos to the chef. But I do think the chicken might have been microwaved, not sure since one side of the dish had more dry and colder chicken... But I can't complain, the flavor was way too good :)
For appetizers had the calamari. I think they are not right priced for the six calamari sticks, but it was good ..
Very good ambience, you can get a plethora of drinks.. The service was amazing, top notch. 👍🏾
Wasn't thrilled with the washroom situation, but it's downtown :) all good.
All in all a good experience, will return. 😋
Great service, restaurant/food/drinks, ambiance and people. Visit Lucky and Tiara they're the best. I come here for lunch and dinner every time I’m in the Phoenix area. 😎
Be sure to get the Sticky Rice and Mango for dessert. You’ll be glad you did. They have white rice or purple rice options.
We were excited to try this place. I will be up front and say the food was really good for the price .
The negative is how we were treated . If your restaurant says it’s open to 10PM and you have guests walk in at 9:10PM they should not be rushed to scarf down their food like we were. Literally were served our apps the same time as our main meal and then asked “Do you want dessert because it’s last call!” This question was posed as we were still eating our apps and our main meal was sitting next to us not even touched yet.
Listen we aren’t these people who show up to restaurants when it’s 15 minutes to closing and expecting the kitchen to stay an hour later then close… BUT come on now ! If you advertise your business to stay to 10 and you don’t want guests at 9PM then change your hours accordingly !
It stinks that now I have a negative vibe about this spot because the food wasn’t bad. They need to re think rushing their guests dining experience . Especially on a Saturday night when downtown Chandler is packed and you can get tons of business !
We tried this place for dinner. We were greeted quickly and seated. Our server got our drink orders. We ordered the Summer Rolls with Fresh spring mix, carrots, prawns, wrapped in clear rice paper, served with peanut dipping sauce. They were okay not a lot of flavor in the roll or the sauce. My partner ordered the Panang Curry with With green beans and bell peppers, simmered in coconut cream. Which tasted very good but for the money you did not get as much food as other places. I ordered the Basil Leaf Gra Pow which is Stir-fried with garlic-based sauce in a blend of Thai basil green beans, bell peppers, yellow onions, and chili. Which tasted very good but small portion. The service was very good and the restaurant was clean. The restroom is a shared restroom with other restaurants in the plaza.
Great charming restaurant with lots of delicious options. The eggplant and red curry dishes were amazing. Smaller portion sizes but enough to be satiated. Great ambiance. Quiet enough to have a conversation. Seemed popular on a Thursday night. Great location in downtown Chandler. Vegetarian and vegan options. Be sure to ask to clarify.
I ate here in Feb, 2025. Super nice people and the food was delicious.
Not sure what changed...I used to order from here frequently even as a GF girly and never had any issues. When I noticed the name change, I called them to ask if there were new owners and if any of the recipes had changed. They said no to both. I ended up placing my usual order not too long after, and not only did the food NOT taste good, but I somehow got glutened from my usual GF order. I'm disappointed, because I used to love this place.
Delicious food, really great wait staff and atmosphere. Love this place
Since changing from Charm Thai to Grace Thai, we ordered drunken noodles w/shrimp & fried rice with lobster that had very minimal lobster. Food was good but be aware it’s hot & spicy when ordered medium. Had Pad thai with chicken lunch, chicken was very dry and tough to chew. Good service and nice atmosphere.

This used to be our go to Thai place. We raved about it to friends and family so much so we had our wedding rehearsal here awhile
ago.
At the end of the meal one of our family members asked for a to go box and they were handed a box COVERED in roaches. We looked over at the wall across from us and saw tons of roaches all over the wall and a can of roach spray.
Thank god no one got sick as our wedding was the next day. My now husband and I were mortified we took everyone there.
I got a "raspberry" lemonade. It had no raspberry in it and was a pink lemonade, like cheap MinuteMaid yuch. I got a "refill", and they failed to mention that they don't do refills and charged me. So $6 total for crappy lemonade.
Perfect for lunch or dinner, but I do recommend going for lunch because I have amazing lunch specials. The food is delicious. The service is great and their cocktails are really good too!!!!
Amazing food & the staff is always great.
Good food fast service and friendly environment.
Our go-to, always fantastic, and great portions for the money. Definitely try the coconut shrimp and red curry!!
Food was fine but the service was poor. My server seemed really overwhelmed and frustrated whenever I asked for anything. I asked for an extra plate and a refill for my alcoholic beverage, my server would tell me, “okay but you need to wait because I’m busy.”
Oh my the crunchy rolls and summer roll was delicious!!
Tom Kha soy was so yummy!!
Pineapple fried rice sooo good!!
Finished with coconut ice cream was lovely
We will be back
Sasi and Carl spoiled us
Everything I had was great and so was the service
Good food ,good location!

I go here so often they know my name and face lmao
We've been here a few times now and love it. Great flavor, their spices are on point and they are always fast and friendly. We've ordered the orange chicken, pad see ew, basil leaf chicken, steak and a few other dishes. We'll be back!
My teenaged son & I came for a late dinner on a July Friday night. We both ordered an entree, 1 margarita, 1 thai iced tea, one soup, and 1 mango sticky rice. The food was tasty, but pitifully small portions. The drinks were tasty. The atmosphere was pleasant. The total for the bill was over $80. I cant afford $80 for half of a regular portion at most other thai places. I’m sure their rent in downtown Chandler is outrageous but the seating material on the long bench is ripped. I didnt use the restroom so no idea on the cleanliness. Tbh, we wont be back there. Too expensive for the small portions. This meal shouldve been closer to the $50 range. I can see why this place has a high rating but could you please put a little more food on my plate?
The green curry and summer rolls here are to die for
Ordered delivery so I can't comment on the ambiance or service. The food was packaged and delivered nicely. Quality wise, the ingredients seemed decent enough but the flavors and portion size of all the dishes were severely lacking. I'm a give Thai food fan. Unfortunately there aren't many great options in this area but of the ones I've tried, this one is tied for the worst.
Noodle dishes were slightly lacking in size but were also the blandest versions of these dishes I've ever had. Tom Kha soup was also below average in flavor and the lettuce wraps were just straight up awful.
I've always wanted to dine in at this place but after this dinner, this was a one and done experience.
I ordered online and the order went to the wrong restaurant. I contacted these guys and they promised they would refund the money but then didn’t. Don’t trust them!
Great place to grab lunch or dinner. Staff were really personable and friendly! Thai ice tea was amazing!
We enjoyed the food and the waitress was very sweet. We will be back.
Starting to feel like an old lady writing these reviews out of sheer boredom. Great food. Friendly staff. Didn’t feel rushed even considering that they were closing in an hour.
This is one of our favorite Thai restaurants in Phoenix. The food is excellent, but the one complaint we have is that it is not consistent. You do not always know what you are going to get. For example, sometimes the orange chicken is crispy and perfect, and other times it is swimming in sauce (still delicious, though). Sometimes you will request only tofu and will get chicken and tofu, or vice versa. The first Thai tea we had was absolutely phenomenal, but the second one was much more sweet (which I understand is typical for Thai tea, but very different from our first experience). The food is of such excellent quality that this does not really matter in the long run. We will definitely continue to come back! The Khao Soi is heavenly and I am addicted. They also have the best tofu we have tried!
Just had a thai coffee it was delicious.
I will start off being upfront- my boyfriend and I tried Charm for the first time, we initially were very impressed. Our food came quick as we were the only people in there and initially we were really impressed. My boyfriend then found a very long couple of hairs in his rice. He was hesitant to say anything but was not going to eat any more of his meal after finding the hair. He had eaten not even a fourth of his plate at this point. I encouraged him to say something to the woman working. He politely told her he had found a hair in his food and asked if there was anything they could do like a discount. When asked he politely declined to have the dish remade as he had lost his appetite. She basically rolled her eyes and huffed, went over to the door of the kitchen and yelled "he said no". I want to emphasize we were very polite in telling her about it and everything up to this point. She was so rude and unprofessional of her handling of the situation. His plate with the hair was left on the table and at the end of it we were given $1 off of the meal. Absolutely will never go back and would never recommend to anyone. Go next door to Jinya for good Ramen if you're looking to spend your money somewhere.
What happened to Charm Thai? It used to be amazing and now it's not even good. Too expensive for quality of food. Nope
I had the ginger stir fry vegetables. It was nice and light - perfect for lunch. Hot spice level was very good for that dish - it was not crazy hot, but carried the flavor. The service was attentive. I will definitely eat there again.
Good food, service was lacking and staff did not seem to know what was on the beer menu.
I never knew I loved pad see EW! I ordered a broccoli dish, but most of it was stems instead of crowns. That's why it's one star short.
This place has REALLY delicious Thai food. The TomYum I had was probably one of the most delicious TomYums I’ve ever had. We are really happy we stumbled upon this place with their cute high end vibes and super delicious food. The staff was busy but they made it a point to get to know us and frequently checked to see if we were doing well.
Pad Thai which I ordered was excellent. My friends ordered lemongrass soup and ginger vegetables and both had completely raw mushrooms and inedible chunks of ginger in their meals. Our waitress was very kind and trying hard but it was her first day and no one seemed to be training her, so she was not very helpful. A different waitress brought us a bill without asking if we wanted anything else even though we would've ordered more drinks. I loved the pad Thai but would be wary of returning due the bad service and other bad dishes.
We’ve been going here for 10 years…Best Thai food in east valley!
Just as a FYI when you order the lunch vs dinner Pad Thai it's the same size no difference. I came in for lunch Monday and then dinner Wednesday and the portion was the same but more $$ for dinner. Seen this before at other places kinda of lame they do that.
10/26/2023
Have ate here before
Not bad
Came back to try it again today
Came in at 240pm
Was told they were closed
Even though the business hours were till 3pm
If I came in at 259pm I would understand
I can honestly say I will never come back here again
Ya got business hours for a reason
Guess someone else will get my business for Thai food
This place wow me! Not only the food is amazing, with great presentation and fast service but the whole experience was formidable. I would highly recommend the egg plant dish and the chicken pad Thai.
I come here often for the spicy curry at lunch which is quite good. The staff remember me, my preferences and regularly confirm if it's hot enough to my liking. It's not inexpensive but the food has always been good so I think it's priced appropriately.
Wow, wow! The BEST Thai restaurant I have found. I never want the soup they serve with the lunch special to end. I’ve had 4 different dishes here and each were just as delicious. Definitely give this place a try!
Nice place for family dining too. Exact levels of spice as requested. Delicious food.
Went here for my parents anniversary. Was pretty quiet when we went, felt like we had the place to ourselves. Staff were very friendly and helpful!
Ordered:
(Not pictured) appetizer
shrimp tempura
Chicken dumplings
Bangkok wings
(Pictured) dinner
Drunken noodles with chicken
Yellow curry with chicken
Parang curry with Norwegian salmon
(Pictured) dessert
Purple sticky rice with mango
Fried banana ice cream
Overall food was good! The dumplings were basically fried potstickers. The person in my party who had the shrimp really liked it. The chicken wings say they are supposed to be spicy but there was no spice at all. Then come dry with sauce on the side and neither the chicken nor sauce was spicy. Main course was enjoyed by everyone in my party. Those who has the Norwegian salmon said they would have it 2 times over. The sauce was “spectacular”. I had the drunken noodles and yellow curry, (asked for them spicy) and really enjoyed them both. (They did have a decent kick to them). For dessert I had the sticky rice and it was SOOO GOOD. Honestly the best one I’ve ever had. My parents shared the fried banana ice cream (ice cream is coconut). For that don’t expect a sweet banana that you would buy at Walmart or something, it was more like a green plantain. They were so sweet and the sticky rice came in the shape of a heart. The waiter and waitress made it a wonderful experience. I would go there again
Had a lunch. The portions are decent and tasted well.
Food is just okay, too oily makes me sick for the rest of the day at work..
Mid
Good food, nice environment.
Really good food and definitely worth the price, we stopped at the end of happy hour and enjoyed that menu along with the regular and service was great even with our large party.
Cute inside but the waitress was rude and ignored me when I was picking up an order and the pad thai is extremely fishy...
In my quest for a Pad See Ew that resembles home cooking, I'm delighted to share that this restaurant hits all the right spots! I've visited multiple times to ensure consistency, and each experience has been consistently great. The friendly and attentive service adds to the overall enjoyment. I highly recommend this place for a satisfying lunch with coworkers or a delightful dinner date.
Great food, been multiple times and tried several dishes, all have been great
I HIGHLY recommend their green mango sticky rice. It was absolutely delicious!
The customer service was pretty good, ordered pepper steak the meat was not tender at all. My wife ordered beef salad and sticky rice she was satisfied with her meal until we witness a huge cockroach crawling on the wall very close to where my wife was seated. We immediately jumped up brought it to the attention of the waitress. She killed the huge cockroach smushing it with a paper towel, needless to say that really made the experience worse. I requested the bill paid it, while my wife was very disturbed by the whole ordeal and upset that I paid. I’m pretty sure that’s the first and last time going to this establishment.
Good food Good service
Love the food.... LOVE THE FOOD. Cocktails on the menu are pretty great as well. Staff is super friendly, might be a little slow at times, but it's worth the wait
Food good bud there are 🪳🪳🪳 not sure if that’s normal I’m AZ but dealbreaker for me 🥴🤢
We've been before and were looking forward to the food. We were seated and they brought water but forgot about taking our order because 2 tables that were seated well after us had orders taken and appetizers served. We weren't treated well and won't be back
Service was slow but very friendly. Food is absolutely delicious! Martinis are great too.
So far Ive had the 5 Spice Pork and the Pad See Ew, both were very tasty!
Will be back!
Veg rolls and chicken fried rice are my fav
Flavor was amazing but the soup was mostly broth and potatoes. I wish I had more veggies. There was only 2 slices of carrots in my yellow curry.
Tremendous food! We will be back!
Food is always good, they are usually busy so just be patient it’s a great atmosphere and not too expensive!
We were excited to try this place. I will be up front and say the food was really good for the price .

For the life of me I can't figure out why this place is always empty. It seems people think the lack of customers must mean the food is bad. 100% untrue, the food is phenomenal. The service is great too, the staff is friendly knowledgeable, attentive, and prompt. The atmosphere is nice too, so I honestly don't understand it.
Please give it a shot, it's my favorite Thai place in the area and they deserve a chance to prove their worth.
Thai food not that great good location food is lacking flavor and authentic City
Food was really good
Good selection of savory Thai dishes.
Menu is accessed via QR code.
A go to for takeout to for a while now . The squeakiest green beans I ever had. I love this place. So consistently great!! Thanks
Food was okay, had to send something back because it was cold. The restaurant smelled bad upon entering. Where we sat there was food splattered on the walls and we saw a few bugs.
Beef noodle soup is delicious but the portions are small.
Ok wow this place has delicious food! I went with friends and all of us enjoyed what we got. I got the Khao Soi, as well as the crab rangoons and the sticky rice + mango for dessert. The employees were SO helpful and friendly! I recommend getting a reservation bc we went in at 5:30 and were barely able to get a table. But it’s definitely worth going! Just expect a long wait if you don’t have a reservation and go at peak dinner time.
MID
drunken noodles w fried tofu : soft 3/5
good noodle + vegetable texture and heat, okay tofu, minimal flavor, less basil than normal
spring rolls : 4/5
Daniel took care of us during these busy business hours !
Horrible. Dry chicken bad flavor. Worst thai restaurant. Threw the food away.
Waste of money. Such a disappointment.
Took incredibly long to get food, I was served 10 minutes before the person I was with. I had the orange chicken which turned cold and was rock hard and dry before the other person even got their food. The yellow curry (The person I was with got), was spicy and had little to no flavor, after many attempts to get their attention, we were completely ignored. Upon exit, I instantly the felt the regret of eating the food and barely made to the nearest restroom!
This is the best Thai food I have ever had its always so fresh and delicious...I have ate Thai food in So many states and locations and they all feel and taste the same....charm stands out above the rest, I have had everything on the menu and never been disapointed everything is exploding with flavor.....we love this place!!!!!
Daniel is the best server he is kind respectful and very attentive…. we have been coming here for for years and he knows our order by heart we just come in and he just says “the usual?”
it is always a the same quality food I highly recommend this place for anyone who is wanting a great night out with their significant other of just to take the fam to enjoy a great meal!!!! As of now No Thai restaurant comes close to charm for us!!
What an amazing place, food is delicious and the staff is wonderful, especially Daniel. He’s very attentive and very professional.
Everything is so amazing here! Daniel is always so personable and provides amazing service.
The food is always delicious!
Such a great spot!
I was brought back to Thailand TWICE during our meal tonight. I had the most authentic Thai food I’ve had in Arizona, and I eat a lot of Thai food.
First were the fish cakes. After the first bite I was transported to a drunken night in northern Thailand were I got dropped off by tuk tuk at the wrong restaurant but decided to eat there anyways. I ordered a fish dish that I didn’t quite understand what to expect. It was a large fish cake made of Mekong river fish and local herbs and was incredible. I haven’t had anything that tasted like that until now, in fact I didn’t even realize what I had in Thailand was a fish cake until this moment.
Second was the Khao Soi. My all time favorite dish, which is the unofficial dish of northern Thailand but for some reason is absurdly hard to find in the states. If you do find one it’s usually not well done.
This place is an exception. It came with pickled vegetables and sliced raw scallops, it had perfectly cooked chicken, perfectly fried and soft rice noodles, plus the heat level was perfect. Everything you want in this magical dish.
I’ve tried over a dozen Khao Soi’s in Thailand. In fact, I made it a main object of one of my visits to Chiang Mai to try all the best places, and this was right up there with them.
On the negative side the service is sub par. But, on the other hand it’s also common to experience that in Thailand so it’s not completely unwanted.
Overall the service nocks it down to a 4.5, but my god was the food delicious. Get bottles of Chang, and maybe I can forget about the service all together.
Can’t wait to come back!
Great chicken Pad Thai
It takes me a few bad experiences before I write a less than excellent review. I've visited this restaurant a few times. The food has been good most of the time.
Past issues:
Over a year ago my bill had errors on it. The first time I noticed it when I got home. The second time the error happened I caught it before leaving and asked to have my bill corrected.
My recent experience prompted me to write this review. My order was green curry with "fried" tofu. My husband's order, thai fried rice, came and he gladly shared while I waited for mine. After about 15 minutes he was done eating his meal and my order had not even arrived. The waitress hadn't even stopped by our table to check on us. I had to wave her down to check on my order. At that point I asked to have it to go. About 10 minutes went by I stopped another worker to have my meal canceled. Shortly after our waitress stopped by and said the order is ready if I wanted to keep it or cancel. I hate to waste food so I told her to go ahead and bring it to go. Another 10 minutes passed and I finally received my order. When I got home I checked my order and it appeared that the recipe had changed since I last ordered the green curry. There were no carrots. Ok no big deal but the eggplant was thinly sliced instead of chunks. The skin on the eggplant and the green beans were tough. Also, I'm used to fried tofu being fried on all sides. I don't think that I will return.
Burned Smokey pad see ewe, green curry tasted just like cream no actual flavor, fried rice barely any veggies or flavor, chicken in either dishes super bland
Food was great
Very good!
Best Thai food I’ve ever had! I went with the spiciest option and it knocked my socks off (in a good way). Will definitely be coming back here!
Good food, great service. Will be back.
We discovered Charm Thai on a trip to Chandler and we fell in love immediately with it! We travel to the area often and this is the first place we eat dinner every time,(sometimes multiple times)! The flavors are absolutely delicious and the quality is top notch. The pad see ewe and yellow curry are our two favorite dishes to order.
my daughter, Ali, brought me to this wonderful Thai restaurant in downtown Chandler. great food and service made the experience!
I'm one of those women on tinder who says she only eats Thai food in Thailand. Since I've lived in Thailand, THAI food is usually quite disappointing and totally not 100 baht.
My date and I were meeting up nearby for sandwiches but the place was empty as it was night time so he suggested that we come here instead.
I figured if nothing else at least there was a full bar so I could get a drink before performing nearby at Improvmanic.
I saw a cute Thai girl behind the bar and instantly felt hopeful!
"Sawadee Kai " I said to her and asked if the cooks were from Thailand. She smiled and said "yes."
I'm sure my date was pretty annoyed with my antics at this point. But he didn't say anything as we hadn't slept together yet.
When I saw the menu I instantly rejoiced as I read the words Khao Soi! This was my favorite dish in all of Thailand and I wasn't paying so I felt brave enough to try it. Especially since it was $23 more than it was in Thailand.
It was a hit!
The only thing missing were the pickled onions but other than that it reminded me of my nights in Chiang Mai.
I'll definitely be back.
Great Thai food! I tried the Pepper Steak, delicious! I ordered a 3 level spice and the flavors were so perfect, a little on the spicy side so next time I will do a 2. The service was great, friendly & fast. The restaurant was cute & super clean. Charm Thai is a must try!!
Great service and the meals were delicious. So many great options I had difficulty ordering.
It has to be some of the most bland and boring Thai food that I’ve ever had. I got the soup & spring rolls. The soup had no flavor. I requested spicy & the soup have zero spice. The peanut sauce for the spring rolls was definitely spoiled and rancid. It tasted so chalky.
I have been twice now and both times it was delicious. It's just a very pleasant small place that you want to support because it's such good food. The waiter whose name I neglected to get actually remembered me from my previous visit. He is so dedicated to good service and makes your visit just right. Kudos to Charm Thai Cuisine!!
They gave a very small amount of chicken and more carbs.
Tom yum soup was sweet inspire of asking for Hot.
Not happy
Kind people too be employed by.
This is our new favorite place! What a delightful experience. Excellent food, kind service, clean and beautiful atmosphere. The outdoor seating is lovely. This is a must if you are looking for fresh, tasty Thai food. The menu is superb and has all the favorites with a few new ones. Truly spectacular!
Charm Thai Cuisine is a new favorite after only two visits. The food is phenomenal and the staff are amazing. The Coconut Wrap blends intense heat with a soothing sweetness, then finishes with a delightful splash of ginger. The Pad Thai is wonderful, the Roasted Duck Red Curry astonishing, the Thai Fried Rice exceptional, and the Green Curry worthy of a Michelin star - creamy, sweet, and full of flavor. I recommend the seafood combination and spice levels to taste.
Charm Thai was just that- truly charming. Our waiter was so funny, but attentive and the food was fragrant, delicious, and plated nice!! My favorite was the Pad See Ew, I went medium, but next time imma go hot!!! We also ordered the Tom Kha w/tofu, yellow Curry, and som tum. Definitely will be back 🥰
Just ok. ..for thai food the fried rice was subpar and lacked substance and flavor. The pad Thai had a lot of tamarind, was decent but not what I am used to. The thai was delicious though. The mango and sticky rice was cute in presentation but had a weird taste and didnt eat it. Very cute place though but parking is tough.
I will say that I take Thai food serious since I am half Thai and grew up eating thai food at home daily
We've eaten here multiple times because the food is fantastic. Do yourself av favor and eat at Charm. You'll love it.
Small portions. The drunken noodles were yummy, but the rice in the fried rice entrées was mushy.
Huge fan of papaya salad and this one did not disappoint! Ordered medium heat, and definitely got some heat. Red curry chicken was light, creamy and filled with chicken and vegetables. Bartender and server were SO personable, friendly and interactive. So nice when you have to eat alone on business! Deck and small inside bar and dining area. Some great choices of local craft beers also.
This is an average place and food was okay. I ordered food with 5/5 and they brought noodles soup with literal Chilli powder in it. Food quantity is also very less compared to the price
The food here is fabulous. We drive 30 minutes to eat here. Last time we ordered my card was accidentally charged for our meal and someone else’s. I came in to dispute the transaction with the owner 10 days later and she kindly refunded me right away. Thanks Charm!
Great food and great service
The food was great and the service was excellent.
Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent service!!
Terrible food. We had Thai food from many restaurants, but this was the worst we ever had. Very little chicken in the Yellow Curry with huge chunks of potatoes. The lettuce wrap had ground chicken with a lot vinegar. We will never eat there again.
Great little Thai bistro. Our first time there. We had pad Thai and panang curry. Both were fresh and delicious. Great service.
Chicken satay appetizer was great! Chicken moist and wonderful peanut sauce. Coconut milk soup also awesome, ordered small cup but next time large! Phad thai was perfect, better half had orange chicken, tasty too. We will return! Highly recommended.
Food was good. Their spice level is not high; a 10 was not very spicy. Service was slow; only had 1 waitress during lunch.
Had one of the best Pad Thai's here and you can order it with grilled chicken! Highly recommend.
Perfect for appetizers and cocktails. Entrée's took a little too long. Cute spot in downtown Chandler.
Very nice staff. Yellow curry was good. Will visit again soon.
So much flavor. The fish cake starters were fantastic. Everything was delicious.
An exquisite restaurant offering delicious Thai cuisine! The dishes are absolutely beautiful with presentation, and the service is fabulous! I always appreciate being greeted and remembered with such kindness, along with top notch customer service from one of the waiters, Daniel! He’s the BEST!! He’s always smiling, very pleasant, professional, prompt and accommodating! The entire staff is quite charming with excellent customer service at Charm Thai Cuisine! The ambiance is quite beautiful, and the restaurant is always neat and clean! A wonderful, relaxing vibe, with a great selection of mesmerizing background music! I’ll always support this restaurant, with each time being a great experience, along with mouth watering dishes!
I would give zero stars if I could. We ordered door dash for pickup after checking that they were open. The order was confirmed and when we got there, turns out they were closed for maintenance and they hadn’t updated either google or canceled doordash. There’s no issue with closing but it takes minutes to shut down doordash orders and update google. This was very disappointing and I wouldn’t count on them to be open when they say they are.
Great Thai food
Easily my favorite of any Thai place in Phoenix! Perfect amount of spice and flavor
Lovely fresh vegetables! Everything that we ordered was good.
Lovely small restaurant with great food and friendly staff
Service is way too slow because they only have 1 server. The food is not good as it used to be. It taste like they cook in a hurry. Rice was hard and very dry.
Maybe it’s better to order take out than to dine in .
Went there for a dinner super exited.
Got the water after 20 mins .
Ordered 3 appetizers, got two after maybe 40 -50 mins.
That’s pretty much it .
Didn’t get a chance to order more , don’t want to wait for another appetizer.
Food is amazing but hope they can manage better to handle takeout orders and dine in customer.
Love the food! Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice is my damn favorite. We ordered the day after Christmas and was great experience.
These nimrods "forgot" to put our order in, following a 5 minute wait on the phone to place a simple order of 1 main dish and 1 app. They told us 30 to 40 minute wait time.. we showed up 40 minutes later and learned this. And they were as apathetic as could be.. Thanks a lot, you fantastic restaurant operator. Last time wasting effort on this place.
Best Thai food around!!!! The food is super clean and so full of flavor there's nothing on the menu I haven't liked :)
Our non-alcoholic drinks had alcohol in it. Asked MULTIPLE TIMES before taking a sip. Rude staff. Have no regard for anyone food habits or religious beliefs.
Fresh and Delicious food, pricing is also good for the quality.
Nice outdoor patio, Wednesday Appetizer special.
This place is amazing! Gluten free options and everything has so much flavor! Better than expected!
Absolutely mouth-watering food, and their iced tea is delicious! Mango sticky rice is so well made, I got extra to go. Great atmosphere, and the best part is the friendly staff. Very cheery and helpful! From out of state, but WILL BE BACK.
Good Thai spot to watch the games! Go Dodgers ⚾
A cosy little sit down with tons of appeal. Try the coconut tempora shrimp. They also do a great lunch special. Super tasty!
The food and service were excellent
