Order online for delivery or pick up at Siam Square restaurant. We are serving delicious traditional Thai food. Try our Pho Duck, Ginger Chicken, Pork Pad Thai or Spicy Chicken Fried Rice. We are located at 59 College Rd #202, Fairbanks, AK.
Their pho and boba milk tea are delicious! The Thai-style fried chicken and chicken wings are okay but aren’t that flavorful. They have a large variety of other dishes too, like roast duck and steak I have yet to try. Their beef combination pho is pretty good and comes with beef tripe, meatball, liver, and tongue. The service is a lot faster if you grab a table and menus by yourself.
A cute but unassuming place. The little old lady serving was adorable but didn't speak very much English. It was busy but she was still attentive and kind.
The fresh roll (which had no shrimp) was still very tasty; the dipping sauce was sweet and tangy. The green curry was flavorful (and had eggplant! 😍) and was a large enough portion to be 2 meals. The rice came in a little holder with a lid that slides closed to keep it warm and moist.
This is my Uncle’s favorite Thai place, and he has lived in Fairbanks contiguously his whole life. He brought curry from here over to his Sisters house and more dishes and it was really good. I ordered the dry pho duck and it was amazing. Huge portion. Delectable flavors. They are open in the midst of a snowstorm, when a lot of other places close.
I came here a little suspicious of strip mall Thai food in Alaska, but was thoroughly blown away by the portions and the awesome flavors of this food. We ordered the chive dumplings as an app and those were just ok. The pad si ew as a dish was awesome. The highlight being the really fresh slightly chewy noodles. We also ordered the green curry. This was some of the best curry I’ve ever had. Spicy and complex flavors that tasted so fresh. I absolutely have to go back to this small Thai place in Fairbanks.
This is very nice small thai restaurant. Food is very good. One I couldn’t find any other place in Fairbanks so I looked up in google and found this place. Initially it was difficult to find out the main door of this restaurant. Actually, the entrance is inside the building. I ordered food from here and it was so delicious and spicy that next evening I again ordered from here. Both the evenings I ordered drunken noodles. The lady who manages the customers and takes order is also very polite.
very slow service and the workers were kind of rude.
Got a thai tea and it tasted sour so im assuming the heavy cream had gone bad.
Hidden little gem. Quaint location with friendly staff. Freshly made pho to order! Wonderful broth flavor.
The absolute best Drunken Noodle I have ever had. The tom yum soup is phenomenal. Amazing service.

A good place to sit down and eat in town. We have been a couple times.
Pad Kee Mao is my favorite comfort dish and I am always trying new spots wherever I travel to see their rendition. This place nailed it! Nice thicker noodles, all the flavors were there. Ordered it spicy and was pleased to see fresh serrano chiles thrown in instead of spicy paste. My wife got the Duck pho... that seriously was the best we have ever had in our lives. We lived in San Francisco for almost 10 years and tried plenty of it, but Siam Square has the best guaranteed. The broth was umami, sweet, rich, had depth... the duck was so tender and cooked perfectly.
I can tell it's ran by a sweet family dedicated to their passion of cooking. With so many Thai options curiously available in Fairbanks, this place definitely is a top contender 🤌
I love pho and eat it everywhere I can find it. This place is 6 stars! PHO-NOMENAL!!!
Best Pho in town, most likely the best I've ever had. Seriously. It's amazing.
Amazing food served by experienced hard working people...I had the best lamb in my life at Siam Square....I'll never forget
The food and service were great the smell of the cleaning chemicals made me feel a little breathless but good to know it's very clean. It didn't bother me once the food came.
The NICEST people on the planet, and some of the best food ever. I eat at this restaurant at least once a week or every other week. The owners are sweet, their food is rich and heavy, and the pho and pad thai is the best in town. 15/10, definitely recommend!!
Their Som Tum Lao style (papaya salad) is delicious! Most restaurants don't offer this, so this dish was a stellar find. Large Thai tea is fantastic!! PICTURE worthy, you won't find this amount of serving anywhere else. Great friendly service. Our go to stop for pho and papaya salad craves.
Our food is always hot and fresh ,great service
Best Thai food ever! Both my friends and I all agreed best Thai food we have ever gotten to enjoying
Got takeout. $24 for curry and rice. Much higher than signing and internet menus advertising $17.95 I ordered it mild. Very good panang curry with beef and rice. So plan on paying more than you expected but food is great.
Delicious food and the owner is very sweet and funny. I would come back to Fairbanks just to eat more pad z ew
I had placed an order on phone ToGo, and the review is based on that experience. They said that order would be ready in 25 mins and it was ready to pick up in 25 mins: 5 Star for that. I had asked for my order to be hot and spicy and it was hot and spicy and delicious : 5 stars for that too. The lady who spoke to me on phone and who attended me at the pickup counter although struggled with English a bit but they were soft spoken and very courteous. 5 start for that too. They were able to hear me out on my definition of vegetarian and delivered at pretty my ask.
Very nice food and good service.
Food was great. Service was amazing as well. Highly recommend to try this place if you are in the area.
The food was phenomenal. The service was quick and they were so nice.
We ordered fresh water prawn, green bean chicken, and some other dishes. Every dish tasted great and we waited for a while. They were very busy but the food is worth the waiting.
10/10 great food and friendly service.
not the cleanest place, pricey, food was oily and menu wasn't accurate. the fried tilapia dish also had chicken or some other unidentifiable meat...weirdest and unexpected combination and the menu didnt say there was other meat added with fish fillet. would not recommend for folks with any dietary restrictions. owner was nice but overworked.
The yellow curry chicken is delicious. Could use some more chicken chunks. The shrimp fried rice is good
Yellow curry chicken is really good. The chicken wings and the coconut fried prawns were fried too hard
The food was amazing! We had basil rolls and spicy fried rice. The flavors were on point. Will definitely recommend it 💯
Fantastic high quality Thai food!!! I love the Pad Thai! Of all the Thai restaurants in town this one has my favorite Pad Thai. I was conversing with a customer from Indiana who said she has ate Thai food at various places all over the U.S. and this was her favorite, with emphasis on flavor. Lower 48 good!!!
Stopped by on a whim here and the food was absolutely delicious. During the time I was eating I kept overhearing others comment how good their food was also. They have plenty of options on the menu that make it hard to decide.
The only complain I have is that I ordered an appetizer that didn't come out until I was almost done with my main dish. Weird but not the end of the world. Decently priced but food was really good. Wait time was quite a bit but that usually means they're making it fresh so just keep that in mind.
Very greasy
One of my favorite place
Please don't tell anybody
Keep it secret
The food was outstanding. They had a number of large orders when we came in, which I'm sure accounts for the service we got. The lady helping us was really nice, but overwhelmed.
Love the staff, the good food and the prices! This is one of the best kept cuisine secrets in town! Tell everyone! It's so so good! Keep up the EXCELLENT work, guys!
Everything that we tried here was delicious!
Delicious and they are open on Sundays! These people are so nice and hard working. Please support them and enjoy some delicious Thai food! The curry is amazing 😊
Super slow service. We left after an hour and a half and only got our drinks.
This was once once out of the few times I've been here. I wish the waitress would have said something when we walked in about the wait times. We had a movie to catch and figured this place would be nice to go before it.
Sooo delicious. Absolutely loved the yellow curry.
Food is fine but it is soooo slow. And they charge on rice that is supposed to come with entree.
The only place we can find open at 11am, surprisingly good! We ordered fish cake and salmon curry. So good!!!
This place is hands down my favorite restaurant in Fairbanks! Every dish I've ordered has been so authentic and delicious! Everyone in my big family can order a favorite and be happy! BIG selection on the menu and she treats my kids like her grandchildren, yes some reviews arent 5 stars, onl for wait time and thats few and far between, it's not fast food, its Soul Food! The flavors are amazing and the staff are more than attentive! I get treated like family every time! I would give more stars if I could!!!!
This was the only place open on Christmas and by golly, we were so thrilled at how yummy our Christmas dinner ended up being! The ambiance isn’t anything to fawn over but the food (the Tom Kha and Panang especially) was spectacular! So surprising to find such excellent Thai food in Fairbanks but we are so glad!
I’m so glad to have found this place on Thanksgiving! We ordered the Pad Z Ew, yellow curry and Thai tea. All was delicious! Not only that, their portion sizes are literally double that of the bay area and their prices cheap. And they helped us cook the dishes in 10min after we told them we were in a rush. Greatly appreciated!
Had a great meal with workmates so returned on Sunday. There was only one couple waiting on a meal. It was our lunch break we anticipated a relatively quick dining experience. Nope. Other tables filled up and after 30 minutes, only one of us had a meal. We watched the other diners receive meals and after 45 minutes, we just left. Very disappointed. We'll be finding another Thai place to eat.
Don't let the humble appearance fool you, the food here is delicious! The water also has a hint of lemon, which I appreciate because it boosts vitamin C.
My friend did ask for no meat in her soup and it came out with chicken and I requested no soy sauce and my food was definitely cooked in soy sauce. Other than that we really enjoyed this place.
Best Creme Brulee Thai Tea and Crab Ragoon I've ever had! Must visit. Everything is made to order so go there with an appetite and patience because they work very hard for perfection!
Really good good in a quirky little place. The pa bang curry was delicious and the portions were huge!
Had the Special Duck, Pad Siam Square, and red curry. The red curry was by and far the best. The other two dishes were cooked well (not under or overcooked), but the Special Duck was very sweet and the Pad Siam Square was a bit underseasoned. With all the variety of Thai available in Fairbanks I wouldn't call it the best, but they do decent on certain dishes.
This is very nice small thai restaurant. Food is very good. One I couldn’t find any other place in Fairbanks so I looked up in google and found this place. Initially it was difficult to find out the main door of this restaurant. Actually, the entrance is inside the building. I have been to every Thai restaurant in Fairbanks. Siam square is the best by far. All the dishes are delicious! To me Eddie is not just a cook but an excellent chef. I wholeheartedly recommend Siam Square.👍👏👏
The food was sooooo good and the owner was very kind. My toddler loved it. "More broccoli" she said. We will be back.
Best Thai tea I ever had in my life
Great food and service
We ordered mushroom steak which was super tasty and great value, stir fried seafood is okay, steam dumpling is delicious, we also had iced Thai tea and Thai coffee here, decent place.
Pho tastes really weird, service was good though
Delicious
Ate here for the first time today. It seemed fairly busy but the service was still great. We spent $15.95 per person and the portions for my kid's & I's seemed really big (enough for left overs). My husband's seemed a bit less. All in all I would recommend if you're in the mood for Thai.
I LOVE THIS RESTAURANT! We go there at least twice a month, it's such good homemade food. I also love the fact that it's local and family owned, all the people there are so sweet and helpful. SUPER YUMMY FOOD!!! Especially their Steak and potatoes UGHHH my mouth is watering just writing about it!
Pho soup w/soft tendons and dumplings are absolutely delicious! Probably the best in town. I wish they had delivery. Amazinggg taste and flavors!
Found this place by accident. Always good food.
Muy recomendado. El personal muy amable. Excelente comida. Platos grandes, para compartir
Friendly and prompt service and good food with good size portions. Seemed expensive all things considered - $30 for an appetizer and lower cost main with no drink.
Spring rolls had potential but the filling was very dry and seemed overcooked or maybe it was just past time to change the oil.
The main would have benefited from some salt.
Phenomenal curry. My young daughter really likes it. Best Thai food in town, hands down!
Year after year, they still don't disappoint!
The best Thai food I've ever had. The people are great too.
Cold inside. If you order side of Rice be prepared to pay for that side of rice.
Great dinner. Excellent service
Please support this mom and pop eating place. They deserve to flourish. Their food is fresh, including noodles. The flavor is authentically Thai and properly balanced. There are too many dishes to like and enjoy. Come back a few times, rotate the dishes, from dumplings to noodles to salad and curry. Fairbanks, you're lucky to have a place like this that serves such good food.
Delicious authentic thai food.
OMG!! Found this by accident. So pleased. The food is delicious. Hot and yummy. Come eat here! Just do it. Best curry ever.
It’s such a small restaurant, but the food was sooo delicious. Our waitress is so sweet, the service was awesome. Too bad we don’t live here; we would definitely come often!
Good food, good service
I came here a little suspicious of strip mall Thai food in Alaska, but was thoroughly blown away by the portions and the awesome flavors of this food. Great food!!
Food is superb. I've eaten in all ,yes all thai places in fairbanks, and this place in my opinion takes the cake in terms of price and taste.
Only downside is the wait time. Which is a small price to pay for the quality of food your getting.
Tasty food excellent service highly recommend their Pnag Curry
Awesome!
I've been to a lot of Thai restaurants, in and out of the US. This is one of the best I've ever been to and is probably the best in Alaska. Order the chive dumpling appetizer for one of the most intense flavors ever.
There’s are about 20 Thai places in town, this one is the best!!!!
Fairbanks has a reputation for it’s awesome Thai food and Siam Square has by far the best.
Friendliest owners and staff and their food has hands down the best flavors!
Prices are great especially if you make it in for the lunch menu!!
Also! If you love Pho, you’ve got to try it here. Not only is theirs my favorite in Fairbanks, I think it’s the best I’ve ever had.
The Noodle Combo Soup is the Best Thai Soup in Fairbanks North Star Borough!!!
Tiny rice portions. And way to expensive for the little bit of food given to us. I could of gotten the same thing somewhere else with double the portion of food and especially rice which should not be charged with curry.
Really really good food. It might be a small little place but the food is awesome. The owner is also great.
Low-key mom-and-pop Thai restaurant with surprisingly outstanding and authentic flavors. Portions were generous and owners are incredibly friendly. I recommend the Pad Z Ew and Tom Yum Kung. (If you have gluten allergies you will need to be very upfront and clear about your dietary needs.)
What a surprise! Stopped here for a quick bite and it’s pretty authentic. Definitely would come again.
Really amazing food. Super authentic and a true definition of hole in the wall.
Super glad we chose this place ♥️
My wife and I have been a few times and really enjoyed our meals. The Pho soup is great
Nicest people and amazing green curry.😍😍😍
The best thai food in town. Try the fresh rolls, they are amazing!
Great food. Highly recommended.
Eddie and his family are always good to us. I love their Drunken noodles and Garlic Pork.
I ordered the Papaya Salad (Lao Style), Yellow Curry Chicken, Spring Rolls, and Beef Drunken Noodles and Chicken Fried Rice! I have to say that everything was BOMB, on FIRE, on POINT and delicious to my belly!!! Had to stop myself from over eating. I have a big family and we were all happy!!! Thank you so much I will forever be a loyal guest!!!
What a absolutely delicious experience, the most polite staff, and portion size always enough for leftovers. Hiighly recommend
Great
super delicious! definitely recommend the pad thai!
Pad thai was not great.
There were only 2 tables occupied upon arrival, and it was 3:50 P.M. so not a busy time. The ginger tea I ordered was delicious (and brought me there) and I also ordered red curry w tofu.
It was all downhill from there. I was patient, very patient, asking for more ginger tea from a different waitress around the 20 minute mark. I had been there over 30 minutes when the second waitress approached, laughing, and apologizing for giving my order to a different table due to miscommunication from the first waitress. By the time I received my food, I had watched the other two tables order, eat, and leave, and a new table arrive, order, and eat appetizers. I was again ignored once I received my food and had to go to the register to find someone to pay. Not only was there no discount on the bill (the minimal attempt at making things right) but I was charged for two ginger teas (homemade and only requiring adding hot water).
One star review for how delicious the tea was and the only redeeming factor of my visit.
虽然是家庭的味道,但材料很丰富,也很地道
Fairbanks has an abundance of Thai food restaurants, but Siam Square shines above the rest. I had my first date with my partner here, I bring large groups here, and I’m always pleased by the end of every meal. Eddie (the cook) is French trained and from Thailand, so the food is always killer.
If you want something spicy, and you mean it, tell him! They don’t mess around.
Do you have some sort of sickness (flu, cold, or bug?) Eddie has your back and will make something catered to help your symptoms disappear, I’m not kidding.
I recommend the fresh rolls, the pho duck, the pad Thai, the pad ze ew, the Tom yum noodle, and the Tom kah. You won’t be disappointed, and the prices are great for the quantity and quality.
Eating great Thai home-cooking way up near the north pole was enjoyable. I highly recommend their dumplings!!!
例により量は多め。カレーを普通に頼むと2-3人前分で出てくる。ランチで頼むと1-2人前分で出てくる。
The best Thai cuisine in Fairbanks. The owner and cook is from Northern Thailand which gives you the authentic taste. Price is very reasonable and you receive large portions. I wouldnt eat Thai anywhere else in Fairbanks
Host is very friendly. Place is decent but is not one of those with an ambience. Seems like a convenient store converted into a restaurant. Food was good. Host was very courteous.
Family oriented very authentic Thai food. Don't go here unless you know what Thai food is and like it very much because this place is legit!
Great food and service.
Very nice little mom and pop restaurant that seems part grocery store. The pricing is very reasonable and the portions are very generous. I ordered a dinner entree to go and got enough to feed three people. The food was very tasty and the spice was on point, which was a pleasant surprise here in Alaska, where most food advertised as spicy has little detectable heat. Very friendly and happy owners. I will be back!
Always good food and extremely friendly owners.
Friendly, fast, and good.
I usually would go to the one in North pole, but since we've lived in town this is my absolute favorite thai restaurant to go to. The food is amazing and everyone that works there are super nice and friendly.
I absolutely love their quality food and friendly service. They communicate consistently as they cook and help others, and pour a fresh soda into a cute little ice cup, and I just can't get enough of it all. This is my favourite restraunt!
Craving Siam Square and I am in Auburn, Al. It has literally been 6 years since I have had it. Lately this place has been on my mind. The lady would know exactly what I wanted and how I wanted it when I came in the place. She knew me by face and was greeted with a smile every time. Please try the Prid Pad Pad Prik Pao Beef. I sometimes add shrimp depending on hungry I was.
This is another my favorite Thai restaurant in FAIRBANK, more close Thai style cooking than another restaurant
Food and service is good but little overpriced.
Their panang currie is the best one I had in a long time. Plus, the people that run the place were very polite and flexible with my annoying tendencies to change dishes. :)
Amazing Thai food, better than any Thai in Seattle!!!
Great Thai Restaurant with friendly service. Had the Peppered Catfish which was delicious!
Love their food
Best seafood gravy noodle!
Good food
I’ve been here on multiple trips to Fairbanks now and it never disappoints. Food is fresh and tastes great. Staff is very friendly. Make sure to the ginger tea! It’s loaded with fresh shredded ginger and really hits the spot on a cold night.
This is one of my Favorite places to go too and to bring new Service members if they never had Thai food. I recommend this place.
I’ve been coming here for almost three years. It’s delicious.
I may have been more impressed if there weren’t so many other excellent Thai food options in Fairbanks. The beef in the curry was mostly fat, giving it a very “squishy” texture. The noodles weren’t bad, just not super flavorful. Warning: the large Thai iced coffee is 32oz, that’s a LOT of coffee/sugar!
Always a good food, excellent service and friendly people!!
Reason why I didnt rate this a 1 star was because the food came out freshly cooked and tasted ok, however does it really take 1+ hour to cook a chicken pad thai? Also what sorta ticked me off was how people who came in later got their food first. It didnt just happen once, it happened multiple times. The staff were alright, didnt talk as much. Had alot on the menu, I would say some were overpriced.
All I can say is wow this place was excellent excellent service really nice menu lots of choices the price was right of course I'll go here again
Awesome Food & Wonderful People! Highly recommend 🙂
