Tonight was my last attempt to squeeze quality out of this place, and boy, what a let down.

I asked for Thai hot pork pad Thai and got gooey noodles with overcooked pork. The dish was just coated in burnt pepper. I couldn't eat the dish. Zero flavor. No heat whatsoever, just burnt food.

The pièce de ré·sis·tance was the foot long human hair in the rice dish.

We're done with this place forever.

You order and sit in your car with a buzzer until the food is ready. Super easy and straight forward menu. So excited to eat here more in the future!

I’ve been here twice. The food is great and prices are reasonable

Food was as good as you expect in a remote area. Taste was good and really flavorful. Unfortunately we ate at least 2 hours after the food was prepared and by that time noodles were all tangled up together but it was still good.

The food is made to perfection. His trailer is off the road a little, but don't be worried he rocks it with a wok. Plenty of choices and all made very well.

We enjoyed our food here. Pad Thai in particular.
We got our meals to go and then went to the Music in the Garden event on UAF.

I lived down the road from these guys for 2 years and never once was disappointed. Best Thai in Fairbanks.

Would score higher but was abit pricey, but they do use high quality products and seal securely in appropriate containers. . Its little things that help you get your take out home safely that matter.. 😊

Quick and easy good Thai food

Yellow curry chicken on a day when I needed it. Thank you!

The usual cook must be on vacation because everything we got tonight was super weird and not up to normal quality. The fried rice was burned. The pad thai had only 2 shrimp in the whole thing. And the egg rolls and dumplings seemed baked not fried, and were weirdly chewy. Everything was edible, but not delicious. I had buyer's remorse.

Over cooked food

Cook is a one-man workhorse miracle worker. Every single item you order is made fresh right there as soon as you order it. Piping hot 100% of the time. Also found out he had a secret menu today. Go for the beef and broccoli. So good.

Good food with quick service. One guy run, but cooks very well.
Potstickers were a tad dry, but still great.

Never ate here before tonight, last minute decision and I have to say I will def. be eating here again. Ordered Cashew Chicken so good. The Pho delicious and ordered chicken fried rice the chicken was grilled and added to it made it very tasty.

Saran is awesome! Tiny little place, every time ive come just him running the whole show and he pulls it off amazing. Huge portions on my favorite - yellow curry - compared to other Thai in fairbanks, and very low prices!

My reccomendation is to call your order in advance, or be ready for some delay if you order in person. Just a one man operation and it can take some time to get your order.

UPDATE JUNE 2020: Business is picking up and he's starting to use an assistant. I highly recommend using his phone number to call your order in before you go. He'll tell you how long your order will take and here's the code: 10 minutes = you're the only order, 15 minutes = he has 1 order ahead of you, 20 minutes = he has 2 or more orders ahead of you.

I appreciate this gentleman's business model. He's a one man show that has less overhead than the Thai restaurants in town so his prices are lower than anyone else's.

Not good. Got the pork pad thai, i liked that it was cheap, but once i got it i found out why it was so cheap. Hardly any flavor, and was served with a like that looked old and dried out. When i added lemon juice (which i happened to have in my fridge) its actually made the pad thai edible, but still not satisfied with my purchase.

I have been meaning to come here for quite some time and am so glad I did. The best food I have had in a while, and then man working was super sweet and brought our food to us in the pouring rain! He was nice the entire time and made delicious food :D

Shrimp were cooked perfectly, Tom Kah was sooooo flavorful. The chicken in the pad thai was seasoned and cooked well! So glad we finally tried it, definitely be going back :-) .

One of the best hidden gems in Fairbanks. The yellow curry is fantastic and goes down great with a large thai iced tea. Go there and you won't be disappointed.

My go to Chinese/Thai place! Highly recommended if you need some asian comfort food especially in the winter time. Conveniently located by UAF!

Best General Tso's Chicken I've ever had. Better than any other Chinese place in town. Not sure about the rest of their menu, but I'm going to keep going back just for the General Tso's Chicken.
