Warm choice for a varied menu of Thai & Japanese staples including an array of creative sushi rolls.
We went in for lunch today. Our server Charisma was absolutely amazing when I ask about food allergies. She was very gracious to go ask any questions. I had about the food. The kitchen manager came out to make sure that I did not have any more questions about food allergies. And yes, the entire experience was great. I would highly recommend the pineapple curry with pork. It was divine The orange chicken was good also.
Finding great sushi in Casper, Wyoming, can be a challenge, especially on a busy night like Valentine’s Day. We decided to take a last-minute chance at one of the top sushi spots in town, and despite the packed house, we were seated quickly and received outstanding service from Kitty and Davi.
The fresh sushi, expertly prepared rolls, and welcoming atmosphere made for an unforgettable experience. Whether you’re craving sashimi, nigiri, or creative specialty rolls, this place delivers quality and consistency every time. If you’re looking for the best sushi in Casper, Wyoming, this restaurant is a must-visit!
First impressions: outside of restaurant/parking lot was clean. In fact, when we pulled up at opening time, there was someone cleaning the inside of the glass front door, which is nice to see. Inside of the restaurant was clean and pleasantly decorated. Walked in and the hostess said hello. It was just my husband and I, and we haven’t lived in a town with a sushi restaurant in almost 3 years so this was not only a special occasion food wise, it was also my husbands first day off in almost 3 months, so we looked forward to some good food and quality time together. Our server was Jade. She was super friendly, very attentive, and just a pleasure to be around in general, as we also heard her with her other tables. She is very personable 😊 The menu was extensive. Upper, but decent priced for good quality food. Our sushi was amazing! Definitely coming back again 👍Will be requesting Jade as our server too. She was awesome 🫶. The only thing I would say that would need attention is the hostess/girl that sat us lacked a bit of warmth/personality. We got up to give the sushi bar our selections, as that has been our experience in some places with the bar being “open”, as in you can watch them making it over the counter, and the hostess came over with our menu and told us “for future reference, you give your server your menu and they will give it to the kitchen. They have to change gloves every time so…”. I managed restaurants for 20 plus years, so I completely understand the theory behind the directive, but I felt it could have been delivered in a friendlier way. Maybe with a smile? Over all we were extremely happy with our food and service 😊 We will definitely be back!
Best sushi in town! This is a great sushi place in Casper. The presentation is awesome and the fish all seems very fresh and have always had friendly service. The couple times I've tried things other than the sushi I wasn't impressed. In my experiences I'd stick to the sushi, you can't go wrong there! The service is typically great & it's never too busy. This is a great local place to have a good bite any time of day.
The food is always great no complaints but the service has not been like it used to be. The dropped the food and came back until she was called over. She has an attitude after that. It's better to just do take out.
Everyone so helpful and professional... food and drank off the charts!!!

Great food and service. They accommodate GF needs very well.

Great food service is hit or miss so nights but over all great experiences.

Great stuff if u like stuff!!
I had eel. The bones are easy to remove when preparing for sushi or cooking. I could not eat it because of the bones. I have never in my years of traveling had bones in eel when prepared correctly. Some “people may like it”, but it really takes away from the quality. With the lack in quality from the cooks for that price, I will not be back. Plus makes me skeptical of other lazy practices.
We ordered two rolls and pad Thai for take out and all were incredibly bland. Bummer!
Awesome food, service, and boba. Sushi was solid for Casper! Some of the best food in town.
Severs, take way to long to come to tables and help, 15 to 20 min to get order in waved to the waitress a few times to get her to come over no help. Messed up order, had to ask for the rest of order
The highlight of my trips to Casper for conferences. Staff is great and the sushi is an incredibly nice suprise for a place like Casper, WY.
Surprisingly great Thai food in Casper, WY. High quality good and great service
An AWFUL food experience started with cold miso soup! We ordered bento box special. After apologizing about the cold soup (kitchen “forgot” - ?) it came back just lukewarm and the food deteriorated from there. Inedible salad with some questionable dressing on top, tempura batter that was gummy and industrial tasting, a chicken dish rated 2 out of 3 star spicy was utterly bland. We both commented that only the white rice was edible. Our 3rd visit so wondering if ownership or chef have changed. We felt lucky to avoid food poisoning, found the interior dirty, and we won’t return nor will we recommend to others. Sorry, my first bad review, ever!
I'm super impressed. I feel like I always forget this place exists, but I'm so glad every time I come here.

Interesting blend of Japanese and Thai food options. Good sized portions (Seafood Madness dish included 3 good sized prawns, some scallops, stewed veggies and a piece of salmon. Curry broth base was very tasty with nice coconut and lemon grass overtones. Green papaya salad was solid with a nice mix of fresh green leaf lettuce, sliced green papaya and a couple large prawns in a slightly tart, spicy dressing. Very good.
Food is so tasty and the atmosphere is quiet but elevated. The servers can be hit or miss, but the food is worth it!
Good choice on menu, good service.
Large sushi rolls, great variety of rolls.
Couldn't rate the food. Waited 20 minutes after being seated and never even had our drink order taken. Ended up just leaving.
The food was so delicious once we received it. Really great flavor!
The service was pretty poor. We never saw our server except for our order and food delivery. No drink refills or anything. We even had to ask another server for our check. Our server then came by and just grabbed our CC because it would be "faster than getting the check first." The staff was also continuously complaining about their lack of staff, difficulty of patron orders, etc. as an excuse for their service level. However 3 servers to 7 filled tables isn't an over worked staff.
All this to say, we probably wouldn't eat here again unless Thai Kitchen wasn't open.
Very good food and selection! Service started out a little slow but not terrible. Will definitely be going back.
The food is incredible but the wait staff are completely inattentive. They came around when THEY felt like it not when you needed more water, napkins, or the check. The music alternated between quiet and relaxing and then jarring and loud with the next song. Their Thai tea is scrumptious.... but not worth the wait. Also, the food is highly priced. Be prepared to spend money. Can't say that I would recommend this one.
The food was meh. Service and food took a long time.
Dsaumo... you have done it again. Great food and even greater servers. Our server treated us like VIPs. If you are looking for some out of this world Thai and Sushi, this is the place to go. Thank you so much to everyone there.
Best asian food in Casper. Bit on the pricy side but well worth it.
Me and my daughter got the boba and it was amazing!
Amazing food. Great service. The best Thai I've had in the States and I even ate some of their Sushi, which I rarely do.
Service was slow and stubborn. "No, you can't have that." The meal was over by the time we got salt. Waitress did not seem interested in helping or being pleasant.
Took a long time to get are food
The dry erase sushi menu is absolutely stupid. Why not just point and grunt to order all your food?? The waitress didn't have a great response when asked why we must order this way. Anyway, all 4 people ordered at our table. 3 got appetizers. Those came out, then the food. Had to ask for soy sauce and cups twice for our sushi (isn't this standard?) this was after our waitress seemingly disappeared for awhile. At this point one person at our table hadn't received their entrée. 10 mins had gone by, we thought the waitress maybe was getting it?? She finally reappeared and we asked about the 4th person's meal. She asked what she ordered?! Then blamed it on the kitchen...obviously she didn't put the order in. 🙄 the food and sushi was overall good. But the waitress ruined the experience. We have been here before and it is hit and miss. On a $100 bill, she didn't earn a great tip from us unfortunately. We had a price question when we got the bill and were told we were up charged without our knowledge. This is our last trip to this restaurant.
My faves are the Thai Empanadas, Bibimbap, sushi, and... OMG, I literally cannot name them all! Delish food in person and when delivered.
I placed an online order for a timed pick up when I was about 45 minutes out of town. I assumed my food would be made and sit there the whole time. When I picked it up, it was definitely fresh— hot food and cold sushi. I was so happy to have such great sushi. Portion size of pad Thai was generous. I will definitely make this my go to whenever I’m in Casper.
I was pleased with look of the restaurant. The sushi I ordered was very good! But what ruined the experience was the waitress, she only had two tables and after delivering the appetizers, we waited 20 minutes to order our entrees. If you're in the restaurant to eat you shouldn't have to wait for your waitress because of to-go orders. Better training, or more staff, would fix this problem in the future
I love this place ❤️ my favorite Thai in town. Great service always! Whether I dine in or take out I’ve literally never had a bad time.
Twas about 3-4 weeks ago I went. Walked inside this establishment and was in awe. Food and waiters were great and on point with our order. Only issue was some guy with 2 other guest. Kept talking about wands and non related stuff. Either way I digress. Great place
This place is most definitely what's up. Went in with a few friends, food and service was great. We were initially next to what appeared to be an elderly mother and her son out with their caretaker. They were being fairly obnoxious with the son yelling about some sort of soap and toy wands, thank you to the staff for moving us when we asked to be placed further away from them.
came in 3-23-24 and my ears started bleeding when i heard the shirking sound of what i can only assume was a woman with a gothic cowboy looking dude. they seated us. we got a some sushi and it was good. I overheard the gothic cowboy say he dropped 165. I used my chopsticks in respect for the Asian culture.
This place is most definitely what’s up! The plum sake was top notch. There was also a guy there who smelled soooo good that I had to go tell him. Sweet boy. He was there taking care of his ailing grandmother, but I digress…
I loved there sushi it was the best night I ever had in a long time and there drinks was extremely delicious but I did feel weird being near some guy with his mother who kept yelling joshy every two seconds with her horrible laugh and reeked booz. Overall a fun time
I loved everything about this place! really enjoyed the food and drinks! im coming back and recommending to all my friends and family. the only thing that distracted us from a phenomenal evening was the strange goth looking guy with a heavy pheromone scent and his grandmother startled my children with her yelling.
First time going, certainly won’t be the last. Our server was top notch and the food was phenomenal. This place is a gem. Go if you have the opportunity
Love the curries and other Thai dishes. Enjoyed it every time I've been there.
Shout out to Dauvi! After a HORRIBLE experience at Himalayan and leaving hungry, Dauvi came to our rescue at Dsasumo and redeemed our night! Awesome food and service! We made sure Dauvi got his tip plus the one we would've given the kid at Himalayan had he not had the personality of Pedro from Napoleon Dynamite.
Best sushi in Casper. Don't hesitate to try their panang curry, it is amazing
Rather than making this long let me make it bullet point. *Service (if you have a few hours to spare and you don't mind bad service then “go for it”. *Side Note: Ask for an extra napkin since they only give you 2 even if you have more than 2 people. *Food (the seaweed is tougher than shoe leather). *Price is pricey but we always say that if the food and service are good then the price is justifiable. Our bill is over $100 and we paid for it before asking for the manager to give constructive criticism. My husband said he doesn't even believe that they sent us the manager, he said that's the person who cleans the table. He said they were trying to dodge the bullet. *We can confidently say that we will never come back.
We got seated and asked for a server 3 separate times. We weren’t greeted by one for 25 minutes even just to order drinks. I used to go in there once a week, but that will no longer be happening anymore.
People were walking in and instantly getting service, but we got completely ignored. Inexcusable behavior by the wait staff.
The food is always amazing, but I can’t condone spending $100 on sushi for 2 people with that level of bad service.
We decided to just walk out. Not worth dealing with being ignored.
Food was amazing!
We went on a Sunday for lunch and there were only about 5 other tables filled while we were there; the service was a consistent speed but we did not feel rushed. Our server made sure we had all we needed, happily added a tea to our order and brought it out quickly, and checked back several times to make sure we were still doing good.
We started with the calamari bites, which were perfectly crispy and came with a slightly spicy chili sauce.
For rolls we had the Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Maki, Alaskan and Kraken "Chef Rolls". All three were very good! The smoked salmon was a simple but had a great flavor, the Kraken was full of flavors that complimented each other well and was not overwhelmed by spice. I loved the Alaskan - it was crispy (not at all soggy) and tasted great, very savory with a little spice from the spicy mayo.
I also had the Tom Yum Soup, and added chicken. It was so good! Not as spicy as some others I've had, but full of flavor and hints of sweetness, and still with a bit of warmth.
We definitely will be coming back!!
Great food and service!
Worst sushi/Thai place I’ve ever been too. Rolls fell apart. I then ordered chicken Pad Thai. The chicken tasted old and the dish was sweet. Avoid!
Great place to eat
Great restaurant. Very good Thai food. Sushi selection is great
Chirashi is more of an entree. I would have been full if I ate the rice part. The Red Dragon is pretty spicy for a roll. Probably the spiciest roll I've eaten. Could do with less siracha.
Everything tasted good. All ingredients tasted fresh. Is the fish shipped quick from a coast?
Had the curry salmon. Was ok.
Great restaurant. Very good Thai food. Sushi selection is great. Lots of Noodle and Rice dishes to choose from as well. Had the bibimbop and the drunken noodle, both were fantastic and good not disappoint. Would highly recommend giving this place a try!!!
Excellent selection of food, guaranteed to pleasse everyone. Very friendly waitstaff is attentive and knowledgeable of any menu questions you might have.
Everything was amazing! I will definitely return!
Amazing Food 😋 couldn't be more satisfied compliments to the chef !!! And staff
Food was delicious and the service was amazing. Fresh and yummy!
I have loved the original crying tiger. I find myself craving it and go to Dsasumo's when I can no longer resist! Great place to eat and great service!
This place was awesome! I was extremely impressed with their service, the cashier made sure I had all the utensils NEEDED and handled the transaction quickly. The bar area seemed clean and the area was pretty spacious feeling. The food was AMAZING! The crab rangoon were not over stuffed and you could actually tell there was crab in the filling! Homie got the drunken noodles and thoroughly enjoyed every bit, they stated that there is a subtle spiciness to this dish but it is in no way over powering. I got the pineapple fried rice which I highly recommend for those who enjoy the light mild tastes. This place made my tastebuds dance.
The sushi rice wasn't sticky enough to hold the rolls together. Plus, very little flavor. Won't go back. Our waitress was lovely.
I love their food!!!
Best Thai food I've had since Thailand! The sushi was an added bonus.
I used to really enjoy their sushi but these last few times we’ve eaten there it’s been absolutely awful. Today I picked it up and it was warm, bland, and they gave me wrong sushi. The sushi at Albertsons is better.
Great restaurant! Loved the food, the servers were friendly, and dessert was so good!
Dann hier 👍
Wir aus Deutschland sagen : Danke
Alright, to be completely honest, I am OBSESSED with the eel served here. The servers have practically memorized my order. This restaurant is so good, I go here every couple of weeks.
Food was great, service was slow, but accurate, pricing for food portion seemed high. Would go back again.
I go here all the time. I absolutely love it. The chicken lettuce wraps are my favorite, but most of their food is pretty good. I love the peanut sauce they have, and always ask for extra. Service is great. They're always right there as soon as you step in the door to help, and super friendly. Will keep on coming here
Great food and service!
I had the Drunkin Noodle with chicken. I will be back. 👍🏻
Food was slightly above average.
Good fair price good food
The sushi is HORRIBLE.
Drunken noodles and pad seew were surprisingly good actually. Would totally come back for noodles. Service is not good. My food was VERY spicy which I didn't know but didn't mind and felt like I had to beg for a refill. Not really impressed with the place.
Always good!
The dishes were not very authentic
One of the best places in Casper for Thai, which is otherwise hard to find in this steak and tacos town.
Best food in Casper.
Service was great!
Looked at the online menu before deciding to go and was happy to see some Korean dishes on the menu..
Sadly we were very disappointed with the "Korean" dishes...the "bibimbap" meat was unseasoned, dish was not prepared correctly in the least bit.(no stone pot, unseasoned)
The chicken dish my partner had was nothing like he has had before, chicken was fried early and warmed in microwave. Nothing in the least bit authentic about the food in this place.
Yummy yummy yummy good stuff. Great fantastic service. It's the best sushi place in town in my opinion.
Everything is super tasty
Wonton soup is what dreams are made of.
The masaman curry was on point and Jazmyn incredible service topped off the perfect dining experience if you're looking for some good Thai cuisine.
Daughter wanted sushi. Said this was the best sushi she'd had. I ordered the chicken wrap appetizer as my meal and it was delicious and a huge portion. We also had Crab Rangoon * it was the best I've ever tasted. Definitely would go back.
I travel a lot and I try to stop and have lunch here when ever I can. I usually end up getting food to go home.
Being it’s my first time I tried something simple. Got some California rolls witch were top notch and then generals chicken which was not great. Just gave off a weird smell and tasted very acidic.
The food is so fresh & I love that the specialty sushi options aren't the usual combinations. Also I'm a green curry connoisseur & they did not disappoint! Great for a casual dinner or to get dressed up for date night in it's romantically lit ambiance.
Always delicious and good portions
Ordered the Massaman curry and it was weak. The potatoes and carrots were practically raw. Good sushi though.
Service was good. The sushi is subpar and old. The food was so bland. I wish we could have a do over.
Food is always good and service friendly
Came here for the first time on valentine's day since we just moved here. So cute!! They had it all decorated. The food, drinks, and dessert was sooo good. The workers were incredibly nice. They had a live singer. We will be back all the time!
Used to be a 5 in my book. Not sure what's happened. Be prepared for a different attitude towards customer service if you choose to dine here
Extremely slow or scattered service. We were there for well over 2 hours before we got our food. Our server was out of sight most of the time we were there. I asked the bar tender for something and the answer was basically thats not their job; but I thought she could get our server but apparently they couldn't be bothered with their socializing. The food was alright but EXTREMELY over priced, especially with the small amount you get. I honestly don't know why people like this place because I didn't see anything worth my time, money or appetite.
This has become our go-to place for Thai and sushi. The pad Thai and spring rolls are delicious! And all the sushi rolls and nigiri is amazing! Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves a good mix of different Asian dishes or who just can’t decide.
Great service, good food. I'm not a fan of sushi, but the Lo Mein was great. Cold in there tho.
Great sushi, great thai food, probably the best in town for both! Love their drinks as well, my favorite is the coconut margarita. My kids like the boba teas. Usually fast and always clean. Only downfall is I’m guessing they have some sort of plumbing issues cause the bathroom area and bathrooms smell real bad, although they are clean! Always one of our top picks in town cause you can count on fresh sushi and delicious Thai! Our favorites are the kasoi crying tiger, pad Thai, and Tom Yum noodle soup!
We had a party of 20 and our server was fantastic! She took great care of us. The food was great too!
Food was great. Loved the yellow chicken curry. Service was great.
Good quality food. Fair table service.
Great food and service, highly recommended
Sushi in Wyoming? They mastered it! Along with a wonderful full Thai menu and Momokawa pearl sake, this is a destination diner in Casper.
I love the food, the owners, and everything about DSASUMO... especially the crying tiger soup!
Great food!
The prices on the food went up which is understandable, but the portions are also smaller. The sushi rolls were slightly larger than the size of a quarter and put together sloppy. Our server only stopped by to take our order and never checked in on us after we got our food. We asked for a couple extra condiments and never received them. The food was cold and flavorless. Big disappointment which was surprising I usually like the food, but do not plan on going back again after this experience.
Most expensive Asian food in town yet the worst there is. Nothing like spending $70.00, throwing it in the trash and eating a gas station hot dog and being more satisfied.
I enjoyed a simple and delicious sushi roll and had very efficient, polite, and excellent service. It has been several years since I've eaten here, and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this as a place for excellent sushi.
Good to go and fast as well.
Shrimp pad thai was awesome as well as crab rangoons.
Slow service but we went when they were cleaning to close. Food was great as always
This used to be one of my all time favorite places and I was looking forward to eating here again when I visited Casper.
The chicken satay tasted wrong- not sure if the chicken was old or the grease that it was cooked in was old but we sent it back to the kitchen. And worried about the two bites we took.
The pad Thai was flavorless.
My husband did enjoy the Mongolian beef.
Good food. I didn't eat inside, just pickup. But seemed like a nice atmosphere.
All waiters ignored us after waiting for 20 mins to be seated. There are still empty tables. One family rushed out angrily because they waited more than one hour and no one came to take food orders. Another couple told us they waited more than an hour and only got some of their food orders. Something happened to them that day, it is not normal.
Friendly prompt service and the food was great. The lettuce wraps and the seafood madness were outstanding!
Ordered Pad Thai to go. Was delicious! Will definitely be back next time I am in Casper.
Excellent sushi and Chinese
Pad Thai excellent.currydish was good too
Very nice staff, excellent food and a great bar. Friendliest place we found in Casper. We had seared Ahi and pineapple curry with chicken and shrimp. Very tasty!
The food here is good, and the service while a little slow was also good. (It was a little slow because it was busy when we got there, but it was still a little slow after most people left too.) The waitress was very nice. And the plum wine and Bobba here is very amazing!!
We can always count on a great meal and food service
Really good vegan options!
Great food and service ♡
Food was decent but the server was a train wreck.
Every time, so so so good.
